Tip: They have a menu for dogs! Consider visiting around 2 p.m. when it's less crowded.
I’ve been a regular for years here! I love it! The weekly deals are great, the food is fantastic and tastes the same every time I come in! The flatbreads and wings are my go to! I’ve never been disappointed, and if something is wrong they will take care of you. Wings are baked not fried or grilled! Highly recommend
Decided to stop by here for lunch after our trip to Fort Lauderdale, we sat outside and our waiter Justin S was amazing! His service was great no complains at all he suggested the best drinks. I was very impressed with the coconut key lime martini, my husband loved it. The coconut shrimp were delicious! But the best dish was the ahi poke nachos!!! Omggg so good and delicious the sauce was perfect and enough for two to share! We will definitely come back!
I came here 2 days in a row. The food and drinks were good both times. The second visit, our food came out SUPER DUPER fast! I was so impressed! I am a fan of dry rub wings. They have the option under mild and medium. I would like to see hotter dry rub options. They have 40 beers on tap! Some of them are not yet available, but they have only been open for 3 weeks, so we will be back! I had the Buffalo Cauliflower and Jerk Spice & Red Thai Curry wings (both dry rubs). Hubby had Hawaiian Luau Pork tacos and Baked Breaded Pickles. I tried both and they were very tasty!
I decided to try this place for the first time. I ordered food for takeout online. The process was very simple. Then I went and picked up. The food was ready when I arrived and staff was super friendly. The atmosphere was pretty chill. When I got home, the order was 100% accurate and smelled amazing and tasted even better.
Fun sports bar restaurant with plenty of indoor and covered outdoor seating. Great wings (I really love the baked wings and dry rubs), burgers, and … Mac and cheese? (Really, it’s pretty good.) We’re also fans of their white chocolate raspberry cheesecake.
Michael L was amazing, very attentive. Extensive menu with plenty of amazing options. Everything is baked, not fried...still great tasting but know it may take bit longer as it's made to order...worth the wait.
Everything was baked instead of fried. I couldn’t tell the difference at all! It was amazing. My server Ashley was so attentive and had great recommendations. I will be returning very soon.
I was skeptical at first about the baked wings but goodnight, these wings are delicious! The meat just falls off the bone. The sauces are fantastic! Quesadilla and Mac & cheese were both really good too. Our servicer was attentive and friendly.
Dropped by last night to have a drink and try the food. Never heard of the place before but, it was very good. All the wings and fries were baked, not fried. That appealed to me. Also, a great open patio and bar that was pretty cool. The place was quite busy and since they are not even officially opened yet, that’s a good thing. Met some new people and I’ll be dropping by again soon. When I complimented my server, they asked I drop a review. Here it is!
Always have a great time, good atmosphere, and the food is very flavorful. Also, they're fantastic with handling their gluten free orders (Celiac's) and there's a fair amount of food on their gluten free menu. I never feel limited. Servers always have a great sense of humor with our toddler as well. I love that.
My husband and I just left here and were really satisfied. He likes a super spicy burger and they were able to make it happen with the black n bleu burger, the scorpion sauce along with fresh jalapenos and he also liked the blue cheese both on the burger and mixed with scorpion sauce for a dipping sauce. I got the Chili mac which was very, very good. The waitress we had was very friendly and kept up with our drinks. We will be eating here again real soon.🙂
Went here last night with some coworkers of mine! Super great atmosphere, very good food, and great staff! The manager Sandy was constantly making sure her customers were having an enjoyable experience here! She was also super nice and very professional! Love sandy and island wing company! I will definitely be coming back and sending more customers your way!
We can’t say enough good things about this place! We love it. The food, the service, the atmosphere is fantastic. And consistent. We love this place. The best wings in Orlando 🙌🏻
Superb oven baked wings that have the texture of fried wings. Meat inside is juicy and tasty, I can tell they do not season while frozen. The Garlic Parmesan are my favorite!
Great food, great location. The Owner Bruce stopped by our table to make sure everything was good which was a nice touch. We had the wings and the kicking honey bourbon sauce was the best. Great recommendation from our server! I will definitely return!
We just happen to eat here during the grand opening and they were slammed. We were sat immediately by the hostess and was greeted by our server very quickly, she was very clear and concise on the specials for the day. We each had 10 wings since they were on special for $10, I had Blazin Asian and it's by far the best sauce of that type I've had my wife had Medium wings extra crispy and they were perfect. The Bacon Cheese fries were delicious as well. They have a full bar and quite a selection of Domestic and Imported with a great selection of local Florida brews as well. The establishment itself is very clean and well maintained and has an outdoor seating area. We will definitely be eating here multiple times over.
Honestly, this place is awesome. The baked wings are phenomenal. I’ve stopped in here twice a week since I found this place. Good always comes out fast. Maxi and James at the bar are great, always attentive and making great drinks. I recommend trying the chicken bacon ranch and the pickle chips!
This is one of my favorite places! Kim, Raivan, and Shane are the absolute best. Very fast service, always amazing food, and had every game you could think of. I highly recommend this place.
Sat in the patio section. Food is always great, assortment of beers and spirits along with great service. The manager (maybe owner) even stopped by the table to chat. Due to the Christmas break there wasn't much of a crowd. I've also ordered food online for pickup. The order took about 25 minutes from order to when it was ready. When I arrived (exactly when it was supposed to be ready) my order was sitting on the counter. If you're around the UCF area this is the place to get your meal!
Great atmosphere, TVs at table are a great touch. May our waitresses was great, provided menu recommendations. Recommend visiting and enjoying the tuna nachos.
I honestly give this restaurant a solid 5 star review. All the appetizers and meals are extremely good. I've eaten at alot of restaurants and this would be the one to have the best wings hands down! Also the environment is perfect , it's family friendly and corporate friendly. Ownership and staff is very knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to make you feel welcomed .🙂🙂🙂
Originally stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings… dirty tables, unfriendly staff, zero ambiance, and poor customer service skills. Headed here! Not far from our original location. The moment I walked in I knew it was going to be a great experience. We were immediately greeted, escorted to our table and served within 6 minutes by our designated waitress. By the way, two waitresses! It was a trivia night! Bummer we came a bit too late to play. ,but the DJ was on point! Great hits selections! Through backs, romantic, and fun! The staff was very interactive! Not tired or bored to be at work. I normally ask for a name to add here. No need. Everyone was extremely attentive and the entire staff deserves the credit equally! From the host, waitress, bartender, server, cook, managers and brand! Amazing food, professional, family oriented, wing sauce variety like no other! I’m not even a wing person, my family is! Definitely coming back!
Everything about this place is 5 stars..... Except one minor detail! The only time anyone will consider coming here to drink is Happy Hour! HANDS DOWN THE BEST HAPPY HOUR! After that your prices are terrible! You pour 2.5oz doubles! In a collage town! That's crazy! Restaurants don't do that! It's always a rocks pour of 2oz. Ordered a crown on the rocks and bartender asked me a double I said yes and it was $22!!! That's almost the cost of the bottle! You all really need to consider changing that! People are going elsewhere to drink! Like Bar Loui! Prices are better and they are busier!
Nice place! Great variety of choices and reasonable prices. Music choices & volume..not so much but not bad enough to stop us from going back. Been there 4x. Manager has great customer service skills. Love their happy hour!
Really enjoyed a girls night here! Jenna was a fantastic server and very attentive. We were both impressed with the drink assortment and the very affordable prices for happy hour. Both on my drinks were delicious and the small slider burger with onion was delicious. The outdoor patio was pretty with the lights and my dog loved it too. Overall a great time with good food and service and fantastic prices! Will make this one of our go to places.
Very unique little bar type restaurant in a good location for UCF students. The menu is unique but offers enough options, including flatbread, wings, burgers, salads and more. Each booth has a small TV that was entertaining as well as TVs over the bar. Our waiter was nice and friendly. I had the BBQ Chicken & Bacon flatbread and I found it to be very good. I highly recommend it, especially for a sports game day!
Great place for awesome food. It's super tasty, I had the Beef Stir Fry with Jazmine Rice 😋 yummy!!! They also have live music on the weekends! Great atmosphere, the staff and servers are wonderful!
The food is really great! Good selection all around on the menu, including shrimp, chicken, fish, burgers, tacos, and more. Wide selection of sauces to choose, which is a big plus. Only thing is the baked choices over the usual fried items. It's healthier and the taste is still really great, but it takes some adjusting on things like my fries, which were a little mushy but tasted just the same. Would recommend
Took 15 people for lunch on April 27, 12pm, waiter was great. Nice young man, very polite and fun to be around, very accommodating. Gave the Waiter two $25.00 gift certificates for our bill of $30 some dollars and got no change back. That is a rip off as far as we are concerned. Anywhere else they give you the card and let you know what is left on the card . If the waiter would get that extra money and not the island wing co it would not of bothered us at all. better change that policy for gift cards,, as we think it’s a rip off and I’m sure other people think the same
This is without a doubt the BEST Wing Restaurant in the area. Came the soft opening with a large group from work, they were still adjusting to the menu and learning about each item, but they did a wonderful job making sure our experience was quality. I got the Spicy Garlic Teriyaki Wings, off of the recommendation from one of the very nice girls working there, and I was more than impressed. The sauces were all great, I even tried Scorpion, surprisingly it balanced flavor and heat quite well. I gave the owner some of my thoughts on the food. I felt like this is the exact type of restaurant that we needed. And happy to support such a good restaurant. Well done.
Everyone in our party enjoyed eating here. Lots to choose from. The wings were delicious. Recommend tiki hot and hot garlic teriyaki. Bacon cheese fries also hit nice. Magic jerk dip is really good. The service Michael gave us was excellent! We really enjoyed the live music and wished we could hang out longer. Looking forward to my next visit, I want to try the bushwhacker.
Absolutely loved eating here! We sat at the bar with Maxi and the service was amazing! The staff was very friendly (especially the manager, Bjorn) and the food was very good. Our drinks were made very fast and delicious. The happy hour options are also super nice for saving money!!
Great experience! This place makes me feel like I’m back home beachside. Food is half the calories so you can’t beat it on a cut. Mike was great. Best service I’ve had in the UCF area by far.
I never heard of this place before just a few days ago. At first I was like “This is just some other typical bar sort of restaurant” but it actually is probably the most family friendly place to be at. Yes is it a bar and grill type of restaurant but anybody can come here. I’ve seen whole family’s with toddlers come in and have a great time. At least from what I could see. What makes this place really unique is how they make their wings. Usually wings are fried but they baked their wings. Which is rather different and it actually makes them crispier. I’ve only ever had their wings once and I am definitely coming back for more. Granted though I had the Scorpion wings which is probably worst thing I could do to myself but I lived thru it to make it to make this review. This is definitely a place everyone should try out. The prices are affordable and aren’t the cheapest but the food quality makes up for it. I’d rather pay more for better food than pay less for okay food. Also the burgers are amazing.
Had the best experience with our server Danie I have a gluten and dairy allergy and they all went far out of there way to make the accommodations for me to have the perfect meal and made a sauce just for me since the original had dairy. I ordered the Mahi Tacos and they made me a bowl since I couldn’t eat the tortillas and were so nice about everything and truly made it a great experience!!! Definitely coming back and having her as our server again!!!
I truly enjoyed stopping by here. I happen to donate blood outside the restaurant and was given a voucher for an appetizer. Walking in to the restaurant, the atmosphere was very welcoming and since I took the food to go, they were very accommodating. The Ahi Poke Nachos are absolutely divine. Definitely will go back for the full experience.
My hunny and I stumbled upon this gem looking for a place to grab food and drinks without dealing with over packed places and a comfortable environment. And let me say we are so happy we did! The personal TV at the table (sports fans heaven) and good jams had us convinced before the food came out, lol. Preston our waiter was great and the food & drinks were on point! The fact that NOTHING is fried is perfect - their wings are true island style baked and full of flavor. As we were being seated they started talking about TRIVIA and we thought OH YAY! Zach the trivia tech was great. Can’t wait to bring my girlfriends here for more good times.
Ordered on UberEats and the wings were AMAZING. The triple garlic Buffalo is so tasty. My boyfriend ordered 10 wings, and requested all flats if they could, and they accommodated his request. The flavors are on point and I can’t wait to visit in person sometime. Edited 4/9/21 Added the picture from our most recent order! Yet again Island Wing Company impresses. All flats and 50/50 sauce as requested. Amazing customer service that goes above and beyond to make sure the person receiving their delicious wings is satisfied.
The big boss burgués deliciosa & atum salad amazing , deliciosas las margaritas y buenos precios
Tienen Menú para perritos! Excelente atención!
Exelente y Familiar
There is limited parking by the front door, but you can park in the parking garage for free. The parking garage is within walking distance. The atmosphere is fun. It’s located across the street from UCF. They play good tunes and the food is good too. We had fried pickles and coconut shrimp. The drinks are good too.
Came in by myself, for the first time to try it out with a Clipper coupon. Service was excellent didn't wait long at the entrance but the place was practically empty arriving around 2PM... You have your own TV at your booth tables! I used chose the FREE appetizer coupon, on coconut shrimp (I'm glad it was FREE), I'm not sure if they are supposed be BURNT in areas? (SEE PICS) Some like that, for me, the taste was great but every time, I got one of those burnt areas you taste burnt coconut, so it was a little turn off for me... I waited about 15-20 min to be served, it wasn't fast but it wasn't a long wait either and almost finishing my shrimp, the main entrée then arrived. I ordered as main entrée, Stir Fry, Not Fried, that was good too but I chose chicken as a protein and maybe it's just me but it tasted a little off like if it was processed chicken, (not real breast of chicken) but it could be just me... I ended it with a black berry cheese cake desert (very good had a good balance of sugar, not overpowering, it wasn't your fluffy cheese cake but it wasn't too dense either). The waitress was very sweet, constantly coming by asking how everything was (I'm not one to complain much so I didn't mention the burnt coconut or chicken, when it's doable I just eat it, I don't want to wait for do overs, etc.). I spent $31 with the coupon, it would have probably been $40ish, (I only had water with lemon), a little on the pricey side... I would have given it a 3 star for the food but I took into consideration the atmosphere vibe and great service and gave it a 4 star. They have nightly themes going on too and at 3PM, they have Happy Hours... I'm usually not in this area so I don't think I'd be coming back again. If it was "amazing" food then I'd go out of my way but it just wasn't for "me" =/
Great selection of wings and the baked Parmesan were quite tasty, the Mini million burger/sliders were mediocre due to the presentation yet the fries were perfect, and finally the Mac n Cheese was very cheesy. The side of seasonal vegetables (broccoli and zucchini) was overcooked and overly seasoned. Overall good lunch experience in the outdoor seating area.
What can a say about this place for my first time. The atmosphere is a sports bar type. The food was good and the great thing about it is nothing is fried in any oil or like some other restaurants dirty used oil. I had the jerk dry run and garlic parm dry rub. It was really good. I went when it was empty during school hours but I can imagine when a game is on and all the college students come in. But great hostesses always checked up on me and did I mention the food is really good.
Pretty good spot for food and drinks in the UCF area. I recommend the hummus. It was the dish I found myself going back to the most while waiting for our entrees. The tuna was really good but it's kinda hard to recommend tuna from a restaurant.... get it if you're in the mood for some good tuna but not in the mood to make your own. The wings are good but definitely not my favorite. I am however, very biased towards fried wings (and this company prides itself on its baked wings) so take that into consideration. That being said, the available sauces are plentiful and it is very likely you will find something that suits your fancy. Also I got a mango colada which tasted pretty good but was not very strong. The drink menu has a decent amount of signature cocktails that look promising. I would go back.
First time trying this place. Didn't disappointed! None of the food is deep fried and it's delicious! Service was 10/10. Very friendly staff
I’ve came here a few times in 2022 & 2023 went for there oven baked wings definitely recommend those if your a wings fan! Good options for flavors. Other than that the vibes are cool in there go watch the game or have a cold one with your meal with an outdoor/ indoor seating option!
Island Wing Company is solid spot if you're in the mood for wings anf ice-cold beer, all enjoyed on a relaxing patio. While these might not be the absolute best wings I've ever had, they still stand out. Definitely a solid choice for a laid-back dining experience.
Love this place. Not too crowded but great atmosphere, service, food and owner (Kim) is the best! Always making sure her guests are taken care of.
I would like to say it's a healthier version of eating bar food. Everything is baked but still tasty. The atmosphere is a chill island vibe but still a good spot to watch a sporting event. Excellent customer service but the kitchen's timing was off on the apps. Definitely going back an trying a different wing sauce. As my four year old told me, 2 thumbs up!
Found this place while on weekend trip for college graduation. Lots of choices. Great wings, baked not fried. Nice bar menu, but was out of several beers and frozen drink machine was broken. Overall great place to eat and watch sports. Would give 5 stars If bar didn't have issues.
New place so was not super busy. It is a sports bar with no fryers, so all bar food is either baked or grilled. Also they do have a full bar with 40 taps, so a pretty good selection of beers. I had the fire cracker citrus wings which a little sweet I was expecting a little more heat. They automatically bring water to table without asking, also there is a stand where you raise flag if you need server. I will definitely go back again
Went here for a work event. We filled about half of the patio area. They were not busy. We had two servers who were wonderful. They were professional and friendly. We did not all arrive at the same time and they were quick to take orders from new arrivals. The food was tasty and arrived quickly. The only negative was that the bathroom was dirty and out of toilet paper. I would definitely eat here again.
Love their baked wings. I ordered the lemon pepper and honey mustard. Overall experience was great although they forgot our wing sauces and salad dressings so check your order before you leave. This was our second time. The first time we dined in and it was nice as well. I didn't care for the French fries mostly because they were cooked uneven.
Excellent service from Madison: attentive, responsive and provided fast service. Soutwestern Chicken Salad was very good and filling with the chicken warm when served. Atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant with a medium noise level allowing for conversations down the full 8 person length table. Keep up the high standards and good work!
First of all thanks to Karine G our waitress. Very friendly, accommodating and super attentive. This place is a little pricey at $2.00 a wing. i personally had rhe Pesto Chicken Sandwich. It was $15 and came with fries. It was served hot, Chicken was juicy and had very good flavor. They also have gluten free options to accommodate others in my party.
I had the fish tacos for lunch, they were okay. The staff are really friendly and care about the quality of service you receive. This is a newly opened restaurant. I haven’t tried their baked wings yet, which is their specialty besides the bar. This has a franchise-like atmosphere to me, nothing special. I’m more of a small-business restaurant type where the food feels more authentic.
Went with my friend originally to try their wings, but found it that it was taco Tuesday and the had a margarita and taco specials. So I decided to try the taco special for 9 bucks and the coconut margarita for 4 bucks. The coconut margarita was pretty good with a sweet coconut flavor. While the alcohol was on the lighter side, no complaints when it was only 4 dollars. However, when it came to the food, that's then things broke apart. While the food came at a reasonable time, the broccoli that was given was mostly raw instead of it being steamed. The server did offer to replace it, which i agreed to. The tacos didn't fare much better. I found the fish to be a bit dry and didn't like the herbs that was crusted on the fish. The sauce and slaw though helped add some flavor. After finishing the tacos, the replacement broccoli came. It was better steamed and had some island seasoning, which was good. Still, it was a bit more on the crunchier side than I expected. The service was friendly and the server was helpful. However, when it came to the bill, I was charged the original price for tacos (11 dollars instead of 9). This was corrected to proper charge when I pointed that out. The atmosphere is mostly like a bar, with very casual attire and game/trivia events. When I was there, they had trivia night with some third party company doing the questions. I didn't care for it much and found the TV that was showing sports bloopers more entertaining. There was outdoor seating as well, but many came inside as it was raining. Overall, if I come back, I would try their wings next time as I heard that is their more specialty. I shouldn't have expected much as it is near the college area, but will give another try in the future because the service was caring.
Alright, let’s start with the absolute best service experience from bartenders I have ever received. Maggie and Becca are 5-star ladies. Unfortunately, the 3 stars come from what is otherwise sterilized sports bar food. In all fairness, I only had appetizers, so consider this review just in that context. The bacon cheese fries are served with what feels like “cheese whiz” instead of cheese. The wing sauces are generally good and the bone-in wings felt a bit “old” they can be better quality. Also, the food needs to be served a bit hotter in temperature. In terms of hot sauces, I had the tiki fire and it’s very hot in spice but it overwhelms the flavor. I think this may be great for nearby students who get drunk and won’t notice the food quality 😉
Decent spot, very spacious outdoor area. I ate the Maui maji tacos and it was pretty good. Could’ve used more flavor but the tacos were solid. However, the sides are tasteless. I tried their fries, broccoli, and rice; they were all subpar. They have a good selection of drinks though, moderately priced.
First timer, did takeout. We were looking for a new place to get wings.. We ordered a family combo because it looked like a good deal for the amount of food you'll get. It was a lot of food. The site said it would be ready in 30 minutes from the time we ordered. Got a call 15 minutes in saying they actually needed an hour to do the order. I was fine with waiting since it was their busiest time of the night and they did give me an option to cancel. So time came to pick up our order, we had to wait a bit because we also added a gallon of their pink lemonade. Since this was the first time we ordered from them, we didn't know what to expect. We expected to get a gallon jug not 5 large cups thankfully with no ice. Definitely not a one person job with picking up this order. Since this was our first order, we didn't know what to look for if something was wrong with the order. And there was but it was minor compared to something else in the order. Here is the food breakdown. It came with a large salad which was fresh but came with the wrong dressing. The appetizer was the Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip. I wish I took a picture of it because it looked like a murder scene. It was so gross. There was a layer of red greasy on top of a skin of cheese. It looked like it was sitting out for a long time. There was no way we could use it as a dip. The cheese was so thick, it came up like a piece of skin. Stirring it up was impossible. We had to toss it. I don't know how it would look for dine in but it is not something for takeout. The Mac Daddy Mac n Cheese was amazing. Very creamy with large chunks of bacon. For the wings, I love the fact that they are baked and not fried. And that the sauces come in separate containers so the wings aren't covered in sauce. At first they looked too dry but once they have sauce on them, they were very moist and really good. The pink lemonade was really good. So this place losses 2 stars many for the dip and since I had to toss it, I wasted money. I do plan to order from them again in the future. But it'll only be for the wings and the Mac n cheese. Never again for the family combo.
Let's start off by saying this place is in a campus area with alot of students, place has a bar with lots of tv's showing sports with regular seating, meaning stiff seating, nothing with padding, plenty of parking for the amount of businesses present there, food was ok, nothing special about the atmosphere, back to the food, I had parmesan wings and mild wings, they used the powdered parmesan, wings were also small, fries were good with a decent portion, my other half had the chicken sandwich which she didn't finish and I didn't try, but she always finishes her food, just not at this place. I liked it and would come back, but I would not rush back here to eat again, place was so so....
Place was laid out great. TVs in good spots, bartenders were great. My mahi tacos we absolutely disgusting, and they were sloppily put together. Mahi was like an overcooked well done steak. Told the bartender, and it was not comped. You would think the older guy, likely GM, would of comped the meal. Would only come back for a drink or 2, would never eat here again.
Our waitress seemed to be struggling with attention to our orders and didn’t have answers for any questions we had about food or beer options. Once, and if, the correct food was served, it was good but not great. Plenty of TVs to watch any game you want, though
First of all, Jade was a fantastic server and was very kind and adept (as was all the wait staff). The atmosphere was very nice and the outside patio area was a very relaxed place to sit. The food was a solid OK. The burger was decently sized, but was very bland. Granted I didn't try the wings, but my overall gist of the menu was that it was just run of the mill bar food. Wouldn't plan on returning for a $12 bland burger unless I planned on drinking.
We were seated promptly and our server was very nice. Good atmosphere and TV's everywhere if you like that. The food was fine but very average. Won't be back. I feel that if I'm going to spend money there are better options than simply average. Good staff and vibes.
Got take out. First timer. The order was incomplete when the hostess gave it to me, which I noticed something was missing and pointed it out. She was very polite and had the kitchen make it. I know this is a wing place, but heads up for other vegs like me. DO NOT get the buffalo cauliflower. It came as a complete mush of cauliflower sitting in a pool of buffalo sauce. It was disgusting and I ended up tossing it. It comes with ranch or bleu cheese for "dipping," but there's no possible way this is being "dipped" into anything. The rest of the family got wings. They enjoyed them.
Went with my daughter for lunch at a restaurant we have not tried before. This restaurant had great reviews on google! We were excited to try. We ordered wings and a burger to share. The food took a minute to get to us, but it was OK because it was hot and delicious. Food a 10! You must try this place! The service on the other hand was absolutely horrible. I was without a drink most of my meal. I could’ve asked for another drink if he would’ve ever came and checked on us, but he didn’t. I asked for mayonnaise when I ordered my food and not only did it not come out with my food, but he said he was gonna bring it right back and I watched him go to two tables to talk, take food to another table, print and drop a check, and take somebody a drink before I ever got my mayo. And then when he handed me my check, had the nerve to ask me if I wanted another drink. At that point it’s a little too late buddy. I’m leaving. definitely recommend this restaurant for the food but if they try to sit you in James’s section asked for another server. Not only is he a horrible server but he was not pleasant at all. The initial person that said us had a better attitude and personality than he did. And the sad thing is, I’m a really good tipper but when you slack with server and have a horrible attitude, I’m not tipping you anything then less what service I got! You start at 20% it can go up or down from there! James, sorry but your service was horrible, let alone you shorted me a dollar on my change.
For take out, super disappointed for the food quality for the cost. One pizza didn't even make it in our bag. The half rack of ribs was tiny. The wings and sauce were great. The atmosphere looked fun. I'll come back post-pandemic and likely up the score. Double check your order if you're picking up!
First time was phenomenal, however... my second visit was not at all. Food tasted like it was re-heated... Most likely was reheated. Oven may have been too high and dried out the chicken. My first visit I had to wait, but the quality was so much better. This time? Im very disappointed. I understand that not every visit can have the same consistency, but today was honestly unacceptable. The difference was too great to go unnoticed. Also.... whats with none of the napkin dispensers being filled???? Both times I've had to ask... do they clean?
We ordered the"jumbo" wings for about 1.50 a wing. I'm guessing jumbo was in reference to a "large" Cornish hen... Or a baby chick. These were the smallest wings I have ever gotten. They masked the small wings with way too much sauce or dry rub to compensate. For a company that has wing in is name, they mostly certainly need to change the size to match the price. Great service though, atmosphere was nice as well.
They must have been short-staffed on football Sunday. Service was incredibly slow and the food had to be sitting under a heat-lamp for a long while before we were served. Our server was nice, but he never checked with us on how our food was, which was awful.
First time customer- and last ! We thought we would try this place and excited to order the wings - what a huge mistake! We ordered 2 types and the one with a supposed bourbon sauce was the worse! We also tried the Taco Tuesday deal & again, a huge mistake! I don’t think I have ever had such a horrible taco in all my life. We picked the supposed ’blackened Mahi’ tacos - but I’m not sure what it was. My spouse guessed it was frozen fish sticks & they only pour the sweet chili sauce over top. That is in no way blackened tacos!! The service was unfortunately not great either. Even though there were only 8 people in the restaurant (that included us) the others already had their food but the waiter constantly came by to see if we wanted more drinks (3 times) - which we ordered & he would tell us the food was almost ready. Once the food finally arrived he apologized & said the kitchen was backed up ….. I said “what…? That’s not possible- there is hardly anyone in here” Not long after the food was delivered the waiter asked if we wanted the check. Hmmmm I said ‘sure’, as the food took such a long time to arrive - I didn’t want the same issue with the check. But then - he showed back up just a few minutes later asking if the bill was ready to be paid then 😠
The kitchen staff kills it absolutely every time I have been here. Food is always on point and delicious. The Buffalo kiwi wings are a sleeper hit on the menu. However on our most recent visit it took us 20 minutes to be seen, in a mostly empty restaurant sat right next to a supremely loud party for parents with little kids, our server checked on us to get the order, missed giving us half of our order, never gave refills, and only showed back up to give us the bill after another 30 minutes of waiting after we were both done, leaving us stuck in the restaurant for nearly an hour and a half total. The other section had tables who were seated after us, fed, billed, and checked out before he even came back for the bill. He even mixed up our card with two other guests cards when giving us the bill back. It's sad when the kitchen staff are amazing but it's gonna be the front of house that kills the place.
I had high hopes for this place and heard their wings are great. Though their wings are indeed great, the service was not. We were seated fairly quick but it took approximately 15-20 minutes before anyone came to see if we had been helped. Mind you, this restaurant was not by any means busy, especially for a Friday night. The gentleman who seated us came to check on us after 15 minutes and brought us water. He said he'd find out who was supposed to be our server. Our waitress came over to greet us right away. We placed our order for drinks, apps and entrees right then and there. Good thing we did because we didn't really see her much after that. Someone brought us our appetizer and our food. They had given me the wrong wings. I had to flag down our waitress to get them exchanged. She basically left us alone with no refills after that until it came time to pay. Overall the food is great but don't expect to have great service.
This was our first time and we WILL be back!! Carter our server was phenomenal. He offered samples of the wing sauces to try and help with my decision. Our cups were never below half. Carter was very attentive to our needs and questions. The food was top notch!!! The wings are baked not fried. They had great flavor. The manager Bruce came to the table and told us a little history of the restaurant. I will be happy to drive 45 minutes to eat here it is definitely was well worth the drive!! Well I would like to retract my statement. We have been back twice now and I won’t be back. Food was cold took almost an hour to get the food. This last time missing food, cold and not cooked. We did not get what we ordered.
The service was great and the food came quick but that’s about all that was good here. My gf ordered boneless wings and got burnt, dry, chicken nuggets. I got 10 wings with what I thought would be some pretty tasteful rub and sauces. They barely had flavor, and they were pretty dry. This places bakes their food instead of fry, which is fine but I also believe that’s why the flavor is lacking. Overall the price of the wings was not worth what we got. The Reese’s mouse pie was good though.
It was okay. Went here on st Patrick’s day because everything else was packed. No wait and the service was very friendly and helpful. However, the food was pretty unimpressive, Applebees or chilis probably would have been better. The coconut shrimp tasted like it was tossed in coconut oil, not good. Got the boneless wings and they were pretty average if not below average. For a quick bite, it was fine but I don’t think I would go back. Nice place, just the food was pretty lackluster.
Subpar at best in house dining. No paper towels in women's bathroom. Waitress is a sweetheart but who isn't when you're in customer service. Hostess, not my fav, doesn't pay attention to who walks in and out within 5 minutes. Be present, people. UberEATS was good the first time we order over 2 months ago so wanted to check it out. Super disappointing for a Friday. Live music is super lame. Feels like I'm in highschool, listening to it is painful sober. Maybe if I was drunk or on whatever they all on it'd be more enjoyable. Maybe my rating is harsh after working 10 hrs myself. Food just came out. Garlic chunk on only one side. Burnt app of zucchini chips which the breading sucked bad. I peeled that off anyway. I'm literally eating minced garlic on a thing piece of soaking bread of balsamic. Would absolutely not recommend unless you're a drunk college student or drunk young professional at happy hour.
Tried these for the first time. My husband ordered regular wings and they were good, but my boneless were so overcooked I could barely bite into them. I had high hopes for this place since I’m just down the street and I love wings, but needless to say I was disappointed. Gave 2 stars because my husband’s wings were good. However, I’m not sure why they would serve anything overcooked.
Don’t eat here. It’s horrible. This is by far the worst restaurant I’ve gotten food from. I don’t even know where to start. I took out the macaroni and cheese only to be shocked by what it looked like. I literally paid extra to upgrade my side and what I got was a skimpy portion of clumped up, cold noodles that barely had any sauce. I tried mixing what little sauce there was into the noodles, but it still tasted like they were just dumped straight into a cup right after boiling. You can’t taste any sauce on them at all. I ordered the blackened fish sandwich. I was missing tartar sauce which wasn’t great because the fish was extremely dry and overcooked. It was so tough and chewy that it kind of tasted like chicken. I tried adding my own sauce but even that couldn’t save the sandwich. I spent almost 10 dollars on mozzarella sticks because they looked really good in the picture on Ubereats. They ended up looking NOTHING like the picture. The ones I got were small and thick, but in the picture they looked homemade, thin, and crispy. They were advertised as “crispy”, but they were literally chewy and the cheese wasn’t even melted. They also couldn’t even put a lid on the marinara sauce, so some had spilled in the container. Mind you, I live not even a full 5 minutes away from the restaurant and my order was picked up & delivered VERY quickly. There was NO reason for my food to look or taste like that. I should have listened to other comments and not chose this restaurant. Do not eat here if you’re using a delivery app/ 3rd party delivery! They’re banking on you not being able to ask for a refund or send the food back.
This review shouldn’t have been like this. If I could, I would give it 1.5 stars because my food was actually good. Let’s begin, we walked in for lunch and it wasn’t busy. We waited at the bar to be greeted. One person passed us by and said nothing. A few minutes after we came in, a group of four were greeted and seated with menus. I had to flag someone down and then asked for the menus, the lady that gave us the menus didn’t even acknowledge that we were waiting for quite some time before anyone stopped to greet us. Even when I told her that it was a ten minute wait before anyone served us, she just gave us the menus unapologetic. Next, our food took quite some time to be done. Even then, I waited patiently. Once the food came out, it took so long and we needed to get back to work…we ended up requesting it to go. Work on having a better customer service.
Sat for an hour waiting on an appetizer, never got it. For the meal I ordered loaded fries, never got it. Sever came by 2 times in 2 hrs. I had to order the fries to go and I was more disappointed with the to go order then the service. Just do your self a favor and go somewhere else. Absolute garbage. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you are reading this GO SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Fries look like it’s covered in nut and bacon.
We stayed at the hotel across the street from this place, so we did some takeout from them. We ordered their wings (bone-in), macdaddy Mac and cheese, and bacon and cheese fries. Everything was super dry and SO overcooked that it was so hard to chew the meat on the wings. The fries and Mac and cheese was also very dry. It tasted like someone threw shredded cheese on top of some cooked elbow pasta and threw it in the microwave. We were so disappointed. I get that they are all oven baked...but I oven and airfry my wings all the time and they're much juicier and NOT overcooked and dry like this. It was so dry (and some burnt) that some of the meat on the wing wouldn't even come off the bone. Very disappointed!
I’m giving this place 1 star only because the food was actually good. The service we received was worthy of 0 stars. It took 15 minutes for a server to come and offer us drinks let alone get an order started. This was AFTER I had to let the hostess know that no one came to my table and we had been waiting. The server went back and forth 4 times to one table before even coming to ours. I ordered wings, fries and an appetizer which we never received although I asked for that to come out first. We had to ask for that to be removed from our tab....it wasn’t busy at all so I’m not sure why the service was piss poor. I understand that this is near a college campus, but that isn’t an excuse for bad customer service.
Wings were SUPER dry. Didn’t matter if they were sauce or dry rub they were all almost not edible. Service was great though! Cheese and bacon fries were good. It was also really loud so be prepared to not be able to hear the server.
Food is absolutely terrible. Do not eat here. We ordered grilled chicken and it had no flavor. Over cooked. Ordered the stir fry. Steak was absolutely terrible, rubbery. Save yourself the trouble and do not eat here.
Our service was nice, but visibly uncomfortable with how long it took for us to get our food. We waited an hour for 10 boneless wings, chicken tacos, and some fries. To our disappointment, when the food came out it appeared to be frozen food that we could have purchased at a grocery store. Fries had no color on them and the chicken tasted like Tyson chicken nuggets. Lettuce on tacos was underneath the chicken, making it very soggy. Boneless wings had no crisp and the garlic Parmesan had no garlic. Very disappointed as we had been here many times before and never had an issue. We paid $60 for a dinner we could have gotten from the store for a quarter of the price.
Place seemed nice. Had heard good things. We were one of two tables in restaurant at 1pm on Sunday. Food was terrible. Bones in Baja Fish tacos, burger overdone, wings not cooked well. Asked for wet and well done came out dry and rubbery. Stay away from galic parmesan, tasted like shredded paper parmesan. Had to ask for check over 15 mins after table cleared. Did not ask for or accept any replacements for horrible food.
First I don't know how they are so highly rated. This place is awful. The wings aren't good at all. I ordered some wings and a side of fries. I should've read the bad reviews more than the good. I was excited because the wings were baked but they taste frozen. I got the fries and they were burnt a freezer burn. The fries had green tips. I told my waitress that I wasn't going to eat these and told her to take them back and the manager said, "sorry the manager says we can't take them off because this is normally how they are." I ended up paying for something I didn't eat. Someone must be making up positive reviews to balance out the negative. 🤢
Let me start by saying, how in the world do you mess up a simple chicken nuggets and fries. My fries were completely burnt to a crisp. I could snap them like a stick. The chicken nuggets were burnt as well I found one piece that was actually edible. I also ordered the buffalo Mac and Cheese with chicken. The chicken was basically burnt. To top it all off, when I walked in the door, the young lady standing at the register didn’t have her mask on. It was my first time ordering food from there. It will defiantly be my last. I can’t believe they felt like serving a customer burnt food was okay.
Complete waste of money . The least problem with this situation. I ordered a KIDS burger for my daughter and you guys had the audacity to bring back a uncooked burger ???? This is behind ridiculous. You guys couldn’t even provide me ONE decent thing out of this order . From the wings tasting and looking like yall put them in the microwave ,from the water down fruit punch (literally) . To a uncooked burger for a child . You guys need to shut down or hire true workers, who actually care about their job and and safety of people and their family. Again thanks alot for me to drive all the way to open up a bag of raccoon food.
