Tip: Great place to watch soccer games. Also, try the fish and chips, many say it's the best outside of England and Scotland.

Nice service, cool authentic bar, and a great place to watch soccer (football ⚽️). Has the feel and architecture of a European pub.. really enjoyed the feel of the bar. They had a big screen projecting the Orlando fc match. Had a few beers, which were great. I didn't try the food, but it looked really good. Bar tenders were really nice as well. I'd recommend, especially for soccer matches!
Nice little Irish pub. Atmosphere felt authentic the food was good with nice portions and friendly service. Enjoyed the fish and chips, bangers and mash, Caesar salad, Irish stew, corned beef sandwich, mussels and guinness! The wings were a little undercooked.
Great Irish pub! Service was fast & friendly. Fish & chips was very good!
My son and I had a little bit of time before the football game between Arsenal football club and Orlando city soccer club last night, so we decided to stop by the pub for a little something to eat. Little did we know that it was the official pregame stop for all the fans, so that made it quite a fun environment at the time. The place was absolutely packed. Some of the patrons were chanting football songs! We were a little worried that it would take ages for a food to come out, but the staff were very quick. We ordered some sausage rolls, scotch eggs, and some chips with curry sauce. We were absolutely delighted with the flavors, the freshness, and the portions. We actually received a lot more than we expected. The wait staff were very nice and the bar staff was efficient. I would definitely go here again, even if it wasn’t a game night. Enjoy!
The Harp and Celt is a true "hidden gem." Quiet and unassuming, it rests nestled among more popular restaurants against the backdrop of Downtown Orlando's popular entertainment district. While most venues in the area close around ten, however, the Celt beckoned to us, inviting us in with promises of ale and Irish fare. The welcoming interior with its wood accents and cozy booths is warmly lit and service was attentive and quick. My Magner's Cider was tart, not too sweet and went down smooth. We ordered the Black and Tan Drunken Onions and about died with how well the sweet onions melded with the savory coating. My mother and I shared the Steak and Onion Pie, which was perfect for us both, was incredible. The meat was tender and plentiful with lots of mushrooms in a hearty, well-seasoned burgundy broth. Prices are surprisingly affordable for this part of Orlando, with the pie costing only $13. Honestly, we paid more for parking at the event than we did for dinner. We plan to return.
A superb home away from home, where a weary traveller is guaranteed a warm welcome. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness.
The food was good and the staff was great. The guinness was flowing. Awesome stop before going to the magic game.
Great Irish bar downtown Orlando. Walk a distance to kia center and other big venues about to nightclub's nearby.Good food, good service.Reasonable prices reddit
The food was awesome! Got nachos, with house made chips, and cottage pie. So well seasoned. Delicious! Accidentally stumbled into trivia night on Tuesday at 7
Pretty cool place. Food was good. Fish, chips and Guinness. What can go wrong? Service very good.

Pretty cool place. Food was good. Fish, chips and Guinness. What can go wrong? Service very good.
The service was great, very personable! The food was amazing, oh my god it was good! I've been to pubs in Ireland and this place feels just like the pubs there! Do yourself a favor and go - it clears out at once the soccer game is over!
Fish and chips was divine, staff was so kind and I liked sitting outside.
Really cozy Irish pub. Had a scotch egg, top notch! Hubby the sausage breakfast sandwich, also delicious. Prices very reasonable. Our waitress was excellent. Highly recommend!
We stopped in for an early dinner on Sunday. Bartender/server brought menus to our table and got drinks going. We all ordered fish and chips (so I can't really comment on anything else on the menu). The fish and chips were great. Decent portions with fries... ketchup or nalt vinegar were offered as well. Both servers provided great service and were friendly and helpful. It was our first time there, but we will be back.
Great Irish pub. Soccer game on TV. One part of the pub. Food looked good. The folk said it was good. I did not eat. They were not disappointed. They have Guinness plus Guinness with basically no alcohol. Was very good.
I'm a big fan of this pub and frequent it often, the Irish style food is always food and fresh. I love that the potato leek soup is vegetarian friendly. Staff is always willing to accommodate and on Thursdays they sometimes do poker. Highly highly recommend if you're in the downtown area looking for a busy but not too busy bar.
We were there as a posy show dinner around midnight. It's a great little place. It wasn't overly busy while we were there and there was one bar tender and two servers. The major concern on service is it took a while to get outer check. That was it. We'd definitely go back of we're in the area for their pup grub to see if things are different at a more reasonable hour
Very much enjoyed the food + service here! You can get a good Irish cider, as well as some really good Irish food. Highly recommend the bread pudding, it's better than many I've had in the UK!
Very friendly and welcoming. Great bunch of people.
This place is amazing. Food was delicious, I had the fish and chips. Crust was light and flaky the meat was melt in your mouth tender and seasoned just right. The service was spot on as well, it was like they could read my mind. Best restaurant I've been to in a long time and I love to eat out. Keep up the great experience Harp & Celt, your efforts are well noted.
Pretty nice establishment, one side is…The Harp and the other side is…The Celt. The Caesar Salad with Chicken was insanely good. The chicken was very flavorful and well seasoned, the Romaine was very fresh and tossed perfectly in the dressing. It wasn’t dry and it wasn’t soaked in dressing! The drinks were good and strong, so you’re getting your money’s worth. I also had the seafood chowder and boy was it good. Definitely a nice place to hang out and have some good food and drinks. I will definitely be back!!
Steak & Mushroom Pie! It was divine. So good! Irish pubs aren’t known for having great food, but this meal is worth the trip. Must have.
Awesome place to watch some football, pretzel bites are crazy good.
Went here with a party of 4 on St. Paddy’s day and had a fantastic time. Had a table, was given free beer and Irish necklaces by a Bud Light rep. Food was very good- recommend the fries with gravy, corned beef and fish and chips. Our waitress, Jill, was the most attentive, professional, sweet girl. To receive great service on St. Paddy’s speaks volumes for how well this place runs. Will definitely go back. ☘️
Lively bar to watch a soccer match. Great service. Food was prepared relatively quick. The cottage pie was amazingly delicious! I’d return just for more. 10 out of 10!
It was a fun atmosphere inside the restaurant! They had several large screen TVs. Patrons were watching an exciting soccer game. They were cheering at times. I wish I lived nearby because it would be a great place to watch sporting events. The food was delicious and served quickly. It was hot and tasty! The wait staff was excellent about refilling drinks and about checking back with us! We never had to flag anyone down. We enjoyed ourselves and we felt well served! Thank you Harp & Celt!
A nice DT hole in the wall. Nicole took care of me, she was fast and didn’t forget my mayo on the side. I had a burger from the summer seasonal menu… they were generous and the cheese was melty. Intimate enough to have a little chat OTP or Irl with friends. Probably affordable… I’m waiting for the check ;)
Wife and I had an overnight stay in Orlando. Wife found this place on Google Maps. We decided to give it a try. Walked in about 730 in a Friday night. There were two people sitting at the bar...that was it as far as customers. We sat at the bar anyway. Very glad we did! Lady behind the bar was so nice and friendly. We had great conversations and she took great care of us. I ordered the Scotch egg and a chicken sat. The Scotch egg was the best one I've had. Chicken was cooked perfectly nice and juicy. If you're in downtown, and you're hungry, definitely give this place a shot!
The most quaint and welcoming pub in all of Orlando. Great crew, great snacks, proper pints. Futbol and Magic on all the time!
Brought 20+ friends who had just toured the History Museum. Irish Jenny was a superstar server. The room was set up perfectly and all the food was great.
I went here watch the Liverpool game before my flight out. Great atmosphere and Kathy is a gem! Great food and drinks. Will go back next time I’m in Orlando!
Great locals bar in downtown Orlando and an awesome place to watch the mighty Liverpool play with a large group of fellow supporters. Awesome service and great prices and a very well poured pint of Guinness. A definite place to visit for anyone living or traveling through the Orlando area. YNWA NOTE … 4% charge for using credit card .
Somewhat limited menu but what was on it was very good. Originally from New Zealand, it did remind me of the food there. Very tasty and the staff are very friendly.
Great Pub Food! Great beer. The bartenders are friendly, fast and efficient.
My husband and I came here while on vacation to watch a Liverpool game and it did not disappoint. The staff were very welcoming, food was delicious (which honestly I did not expect!), and there was a great group of Liverpool fans to boot! I would definitely recommend this spot to watch a game and grab some food.
Found this gem in orlando. We went for lunch after an eye doctor visit. The restaurant is pleasing to the eye in an old fashion way. The staff was extremely attentive and service was speedy. The steak and mushroom pie, with a flakey filo style pasty crush is a must try. The Dubliner roast beef was roasted to perfection topped with swiss cheese and sauteed onions. The food potion size was more than enough, if not a little oversized. Many people want oversize portions or nothing. Just how many calores do we need to stuff into ourselves, just because it is on a plate in front of us. Our parents were wrong, eat what is resonable, no need to clean your plate.
We love this place! It's a fine pub to get a pint and a cottage pie. The mussels are killer too.
Absolutely fantastic place. Had my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner here - Dean and the staff were amazing. Venue was perfect, great food and attentive servers. Couldn’t have asked for any better. And the private party aside, it’s a great Irish pub to just pop into downtown for a brew and a snack. 10/10
A great place to watch a football match. All the food I've had has been excellent.
Perfect place to go if you want to watch any Football game! Went there for the Champions league final; the atmosphere, the people, the staff and the drinks everything was amazing all together. Can’t wait to start going there regularly once Prem starts back up!
Went here during New Year's Eve. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced, the drink selection was solid, service was great, and the atmosphere was excellent. I would absolutely come here again.
The Harp & Celt is our absolute go-to whenever we’re headed to the Dr. Phillips Center. It never disappoints! The food is always delicious, the beer selection is fantastic, and the whole place has such a warm, inviting ambiance. Whether we’re grabbing dinner before a show or winding down afterward, it’s the perfect spot. Consistently great experience every time we visit! Can get a little loud on game days!
I was fortunate / unfortunate to have jury duty and on lunch break hiked the 15min walk over. Ordered the lamb stew lunch special and washed it down with a couple blacksmiths. Perfection.
I’ve been working in downtown Orlando for over 25 years. The most steady and consistent places to eat and have a drink is The Harp & Celt. Catherine and her staff are awesome always making sure your belly is full and your mind is in a good place. Slainté 🍻☘️
Stopped by while in Orlando on a trip, it was a great visit. The bartender suggested I try HB sauce on the side with the sausage rolls and it was amazing, especially paired with a Lagavulin 16. The bread pudding was wonderful!

Great place to watch a football (soccer) game and grab a pint and bite to eat. Irish pub at its finest with great Irish food with a twist. Reuben was great. Going to try the fish and chips next time.
Decent place to stop by. The food was good but the bangers were a little salty for my taste. Good value for your dollar. Good service and atmosphere was good once you passed by the people sleeping on the street. This is by no means a reflection of this business but rather an issue the city should address.
Love this place. Authentic Irish Pub, love the atmosphere, and the food is just perfect. Must try their Reuben sandwich, potato and leek soup, and the fish and chips with vinegar. Perfect place to go for lunch or to watch a game.
No one was in there when we came in at 5pm friday but atarted filling up. They had an Octoberfest menu that we ordered three items off of. They were all good. Mushroom and beef pie was also ordered but very salty. The caesar wrap was good and came with steak fries. Beers were large and cheap, disnt seem to have happy hour that i know of.
Hadn't been here in a long time. Stopped in for dinner before our show. Had a nice menu, with a supplemental Oktoberfest page. We ordered several items off the Oktoberfest menu and were pleasantly surprised. Also had a casar wrap for dinner, it came with steak fries. Price poiint good for what we got and beers were only around $6.

Stopped by for a quick lunch because they have items in their menu specifically for a quick meal. I stood waiting for the server for about 10 minutes after he disappeared into the back. Never recieved a menu because I had to go. They also didn't answer their phone when I tried to call and place an order ahead of time. 🤷🏻♂️ Perhaps they are understaffed. Don't include quick bites on your menu if you can't get orders to the back quickly. I might go back to try again when I have an hour or so for lunch. Updated review: The pub has two entrances and all the servers stay on the other side. Food is really good, but they still dont answer the phone.
I wish I'd not gone so late at night. I would have tried some of the more authentic fare. The grilled chicken sandwich was good. The fries were awesome. The service, while kind, could have been a bit better. I waited quite a while for my server to come back so that I could pay my tab. I'm willing to give this place another shot if I'm in the area again. I really super enjoy little pubs like this one.
Visited to enjoy a pint and watch the Manchester city match while in Orlando. Excellent beer and appetizers. Split a fish and chips. Fish was huge but mediocre. Still enjoyed thoroughly.
I ended up paying just over $40 for a beer, a scotch, and a sandwich with chips, with tip... Kind of expensive for a meal and a couple drinks, even for Orlando. The meal was decent though, and the staff was friendly enough. The decor was all Irish, of course, with the addition of a couple of photos from a past visit by President Obama.
Original text: [18 Feb 2024] Food: 2/5 The Irish fry had undercooked rashers, and black pudding lacking in flavour. A request for one of the items to be removed was not fulfilled, but a request for extra items was. The toast was soggy and cold. The tea is very nice, as well as the sausage. The presentation of the food was very good, and care was put into its playing despite the flavour. Service: 5/5 Service was friendly and fast, the wait time to be seen was less than 10 minutes, and for food was less than 15. Atmosphere: 5/5 The atmosphere is fantastic, with great lighting and design elements. The seating is very true to Irish pubs in the country side. Overall: 4/5 The food quality may not be the best, but the presentation of both the food and restaurant lead to a positive experience. I’d recommend this place for meeting with mates and having a drink.
Cute, little bar and grill. The drinks were good. The service was good. Ordered some type of Irish loaded nachos and they were extremely good.
I enjoyed the place, great establishment to grab a quick bite. We came in the pub on Saturday evening and it was very empty, so you shouldn’t be worried that you might not get the table. Food was good, I do believe everyone can find a thing or two from the menu. Of course Guinness on the tap is a must.
I went here with my friend to get a quick lunch after walking around lake eola. We walked in and there was a soccer game playing that everyone inside was intensely watching..and almost looked at us rudely as if we were interrupting! But that's not the restaurant's fault that was the crowd! We sat at the bar and he ordered fish-and-chips..and I got a little Caesar wrap. We were interrupted by someone very rude coming in and causing a scene but the bartender handled it beautifully! My wrap was ok… but my date thought that his fish-and-chips were delicious. I've also been here another time and had amazing drinks that were amazingly strong and amazingly cheap! And for that I give it 4 stars. I will probably go back here on Saint Patrick's day as it's one of the only Irish bars downtown🍀
A Liverpool supporters Pub. I'm from out of town and stopped in specifically for the Liverpool match. My only complaint is I had no idea there was a separate room for the supporters group and watched the match in the front. The staff was friendly and quick to serve. Recommend if you're in the downtown area.

Overall the experience was good but I know there could be some improvements. Ideally the wings could be worked on a little. They were saucy but no enough meat on the bones. The mashed potatoes were bland. I'm definitely coming back to try again someday.
Went for lunch on a Monday, around noon. Tried to order Steak & Mushroom Pie, was told they were out until dinner. Asked for a Ruben. Informed the Corned beef wouldn't be done for another 3 hours. So, I settled on stew. I had to go to the bar to order myself a beer after waiting 30 minutes for any kind of acknowledgment. Then another 20 minutes for lunch to arrive. Finally the stew came out, looking plentiful, but only having 3 small pieces of meat and being luke warm at best. Probably having died in the window. Flavor was good. Veg was delightful. Very very disappointed to say the least. Edit:: Somehow my total was $48 for the 2 stews, a coke and a 20oz tap beer. The ticket was not itemize, and I had to, once again, go to the bar from my booth to ASK to pay.
Cool Irish pub with great service. Food was disappointing. The Irish Stew was soup. The Corned Beef in our sandwich was like thick cut lunch meat. Some of the pics for other dishes looked good. Maybe we just made the wrong food choices? Anyway, we enjoyed the place and our drinks.
The food is absolutely delicious. Traditional Irish food served beautifully. My wife ordered the salmon platter and I got the Irish beef stew in a puff pastry. Both were amazing. Very authentic. My issue was the service. It was friendly but spotty. A friendly waiter seated us, got us drinks and dissapeared for quite a while. When we finally got his attention and ordered, it took an inordinately long time for the food to arrive, which can be excused because it was so delicious. We finished eating and had to get the waiter's attention again so we could settle the check and head to the play at Dr. Phillips auditorium.
Found this place on google and figured why not. I had the Whiskey wings which wasn't anything special, it honestly tasted like buffalo in a way. Dylan was my bartender/ waiter. Even though it tastes like he just put Jack Daniels and pineapple juice together, the fact that he indulged me and my extraneous made me happy. He was very sweet and pleasent customer service. Other than that the place was a small but seems nice for games and drink. I'll try it again just because of the customer service.
Started with a sweet tea. It had a sewer water taste. Had to swap it out for a cold Guinness beer. The fish and chips were about what you would expect. Nothing to blow you away but not bad at all. The place wasn’t clean but it’s pub, so you get what you get. The service was absolutely terrible. The waiter was nowhere to be found. In fact the only time we were actually getting service is when the manager did his sweep through the pub. We waited 20 minutes for the check until we finally just got up and paid the bill at the bar. Won’t be going back.
I stopped in for lunch on a Monday. The server dropped off menus without a word of coming back. About 10 minutes later, the server returned. The server asked for the drink and lunch order at the same time. The person I was with ordered the steak and mushroom, but the server informed the restaurant was out of steak and didn't have corned beef due to the beef taking 3 hours to cook. We both just opted for the Irish stew. When the drinks came, the Coke was very weak and tasted more like carbonated water. It took about 5 minutes to get that resolved. It was fairly busy, but the wait was extraordinarily long for stew. About 15 minutes into waiting, we wanted to offer a beer but the server was not coming by the table. One of us had to go up to the bar to make the order ourselves. About 15 minutes later, the stew was brought out to the table. The stew had a wonderful taste and the carrots in there were amazing. However the stew was lukewarm. There was just a medium chunk of meat and one potato in my stew. The server came around once after the meal was served to ask about the meal. Once we finished the meal, the server came over to apologize due to it being so busy. The server did offer to buy dessert for the table, but we were both not willing to wait a long time again for something. The server didn't return for over 15 more minutes, so we had to go to the bar and ask the other server for our check. This made for a very poor service and food experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, and, had the food been warm, I would have rated it higher. The service from our server was not what should be expected for good customer relations.
They mess with the bill, stay away!!!! A regular 40-50 dollar bill (with or without beer/drink), becomes a 80 dollar bill…. 22% MANDATORY gratuity (to be served at the bar, ask for stuffs at the counter), and an outrageous 10% MANDATORY card fee… ?? On top of that? taxes!!… be aware and keep distance
I'm currently a homeless veteran. I had a stroke and my truck broke down during the lockdowns, I was in New Mexico at the time, the lockdowns were much longer there. Over the last two years I illustrated and wrote a book to bring in some type of income. These people told me they don't serve people like me. I would never have anything to do with this establishment for the rest of my life. I'm attaching a sample of my illustrations
Was excited to visit the local pub for some Friday night fish and chips and this was a bad choice. The fish was a bit grey in colour and wasn't flash frozen so the proteins were broken by ice crystals. The batter seemed crispy but needed beer to some more flavor and something to get it more fluffy. There was one slice of lemon with it and when asked for malt vinegar and salt it came in a plastic condiment cup and packet of salt you would expect at McDonalds not someplace charging over $10. The chips were okay but nothing to write home to mum about. Go to Clermont Fish House.
