Opinions de White Wolf Cafe Orlando
It's a nice morning, and I wanted to try a place near the uni. Inside, it's cool, there's a lot of people but somehow cozy. I order a pancake, thinking 'hey let's have a little snack'. Not so little, usually pancakes are smaller, no? But i'm not complaining. Waiters were very chill abd accomidating. Really nice place, might come back to try it again.
We love white wolf!! The menu, the food, the atmosphere and cleanliness is better than ever!! Our favorite is the country fried chicken however they have a great BLT, egg sandwhich, burger and much more. We love their cocktails. The espresso martini is to die for!! Jillian, Cat and Chris are wonderful! We have never not had good service here. See you every weekend forever
The food phenomenal and the staff were so friendly. The country fried chicken was tender and the breading was flakey. The hangover burger was excellent and would be perfect for a true hangover. The cinnamon buns were a perfect to split at a table. Cute vibe and will be back!
We needed food. Pulled off i-4 and hung 2 rights. Maybe the White Wolf Cafe found us. One of the cafe-designated parking spots was open. Happy hour hadn't ended yet. We walked in. The room is somehow moody and happy, all at once. Two bar seats waited for us. Quickly we were greeted by Gwen -- who we befriended by the end of the meal. Gwen has great suggestions. Don't miss the blackened seasoning and Swiss cheese if you opt for the grilled chicken sandwich. Every good meal has a surprise. Ours had 2: the romano flatbread, and a quick story from the staff about unexpected tattoos. The flatbread was the thinnest and crispiest I've ever encountered. I've never experienced the golden ratio of cheese to bread in my life -- until today. Every single bite was perfect. I loved how the crust flakes off on your fingers into little wispy sheets. Happy hour ends at 6. A group of locals seems to know about this half price haven. I got the sense there is a nice crowd of regulars here. When we checked out the bathroom before we left, I realized my intuition right. In the back hallway we found dozens of photos of patrons-- and the namesake White Wolf. Nothing quite like a spot the community makes pilgrimage to over and over again. The vibes are right. I get it.
I come for the vibes, bottomless coffee, and the CINNAMON ROLLS! Such a fun store with a unique history. You’ve got to ask the staff about the history. And make sure you look UP and admire all of the beautiful and unique light fixtures!
Was in town visiting some family, and stopped in. I had a Bloody Mary, and a Caesar Salad. The Bloody Mary was a 10/10. The bartender did amazing. The Caesar Salad was a 8/10. It was flavorful and light. Very delicious. Our waitress was sweet. Definitely will be back next time we are in town.
Adorable and delicious spot that’s perfect for brunch. They have standard brunch offerings and unique flavored mimosas. Their chicken breakfast was great, the southern gravy was so good and the chicken was perfectly crispy. The cinnamon rolls are incredible as well! As an added bonus, there’s a lot of cute decor inside and out here. There’s street parking and a free parking lot just south of the restaurant with designated spaces for restaurant patrons to use.
My husband and I visited the White Wolf Cafe & Bar while visiting Florida, from Texas! We were so impressed. We had our three small children with us. Our kids told the owner that they wanted pizza. They didn’t have pizza on the menu, but the owner happily offered to make them one anyway. That was such a kind gesture. The kids loved their pizza. Our server, Mandy was so kind and helpful. Everyone working in the restaurant was very sweet. We really enjoyed our dinner. My husband had the ribeye and I got the Tuscan chicken fettuccine, both dishes were absolutely delicious!! We ordered a couple drinks from the bar and each of them were fantastic. Anytime we visit Orlando, we will be back to visit and enjoy some tasty food and drinks!
The stained glass light fixtures and eclectic decor makes White Wolf Cafe a unique and pleasant dining experience. Servers are friendly and knowledgeable. Expect a short wait as this place stays busy. The entrees are prepared quickly and are seasoned well. The cinnamon buns are worth it! The home fries have a bit of spice to them so be aware, they also throw in a sweet potato or two. We would recommend White Wolf Cafe for a great local restaurant in Orlando.
Been hearing about and seeing great things about the White Wolf Café basically since I moved to the area. Living so far away, I have to time perfectly when I can go to these great restaurants. Well once Saturday morning, lightning struck and we were able to come! We get really lucky with street parking, wait like 20 minutes for a two-top, and get seated and started. Ambiance is beyond cool. Right there in the middle of Ivanhoe, it's surrounded by really cool restaurants, little shops, and of course the great Lake Ivanhoe. Really love coming to this area. And the inside it pretty cool, as well. Dark wood everywhere, art work all over the wall, and Tiffany-style stained glass lamp shades, several of them, hanging from the ceiling. Felt like the inside of an old antique shop. Service was great, too. A very nice fellas. Kept the drinks flowing, food came out at a good pace. No issues here. Now onto the food. I had the Country Fried Chicken (Marinated buttermilk fried chicken breast smothered in homemade sausage gravy. Two eggs with hash browns, home fries or grits & biscuits, toast or English muffins). This was insanely good. A good sized chicken breast, fried to crispy perfection, moist and juicy throughout, and smothered with that excellent gravy. Lovely. The home fries were both white and sweet potatoes, cooked all the way through and charred juuust enough to also be lovely. The eggs were scrambled, they were fine. I also got the chance to try the Baton Rouge Burger (Orlando Burger Battle winner! Cajun seasoned 8oz brisket short rib blend topped with goat cheese, roasted red peppers, citrus slaw and "tobacco" onions). Wow, what a burger! A nice sized patty. Too many burger patties around town have been shrinking lately.. Excellent tang from the goat cheese, excellent acid and sweetness from the slaw, and I'm not sure what was tobacco-like about those onions, but they were the crunch that set this burger off and made it perfect. We got dessert, against our better judgment. We ordered the Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream Sandwich. Wow. Definitely don't order this with no plans to share it. This giant, ooey gooey roll is sliced and stuffed with a nice, not-too-sweet vanilla ice cream, and then the whole thing is absolutely engulfed in whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and caramel. It was overwhelming, but not too overwhelming. I have no regrets. Overall, this place has earned it's place in my top three breakfast places in Orlando, without a doubt. The charm and effort of this place was very appreciated. Since I've gone, they've sold to a larger entity, so I hope they don't mess this place up. Orlandans are not very forgiving of that sort of thing.
Quirky and cozy vibes, delicious food, lovely service! I had the crab cake sandwich with fries, which was incredible! The choice of white American complimented the crab nicely and fries were crispy and seasoned nicely. The mimosa was a nice, classic bubbly drink and the espresso martini was creamy and bold. Also, when they ask if you want a cinnamon roll, the answer is DEFINITELY! Warm, gooey center with a good balance of cinnamon and icing. Not a bad thing about it! Thanks for the stellar service. We will be back, for sure!
… Hidden gem! I needed a spot to have a late breakfast while I was on a work trip and I stumbled upon this hidden gem. Austin was my waiter and I found a nice spot outside where I could make my phone calls and be on my computer while I enjoyed the very hungry breakfast. Which I wasn’t very hungry, but it was all so delicious that I literally ate almost every bite. French toast was awesome, I loved my cheese grits and eggs were made perfectly. My cappuccino was the perfect size… Extra big! I read about their cinnamon rolls, but I didn’t get a chance to have any, so I am definitely going back next time I’m in the area.
Found this gem while we were walking. Walked in sat outside no wait. We had great food and drinks all the happy hour foods were amazingly delicious. My waitress Red was great 👍 I ordered a drink they didn't really have and they tried making it anyway, it was delicious, Mandi is the bomb!!! We are from Chicago here for a while we definitely will be back!! Loved the atmosphere the decor, the food the service was on point!! Love to come back try breakfast 😋 and need try the cinnamon roll too!!
We stopped here today for breakfast while visiting in the city of Orlando. Ashley G. Was our server, she was great and very attentive to us. Our drinks never ran out and our food was delivered promptly. We ordered water and iced coffee for our drinks. For breakfast we ordered a few items and every thing tasted great. We shared on of their cinnamon rolls and it came out warm and very good with a very healthy amount of frosting on top. Then for our main course I ordered the Biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and bacon. My biscuits were light and fluffy and the gravy was very well seasoned and flavorful. My scrambled eggs were warm and tasted great. The bacon was crispy and savory like bacon should be. My wife got the “Casper’s call” which was three eggs over easy served over hash browns and served with sausage. She ate a lot of it and said it was awesome. The restaraunt was very cool inside and very busy. The atmosphere was very laid back and friendly. The staff was all friendly and all had a smile on their faces while working. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food we received. This place was great and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area of Orlando looking for a great breakfast and wonderful service. Thank you!
White Wolfe Cafe is a cozy establishment with amazing art pieces throughout the cafe. From the Stained Glass to the finishing on the wood, White Wolf is for sure a place to keep coming back to. The overall quality and service of White Wolf is fantastic. I would personally recommend the Crab Cake Benedict, it was to die for. Make sure you come early on a Sunday if you don't want to wait more than 20 min. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and dine here!!
Went for brunch on a Tuesday and when we left around 11:15am it was filling up fast! Amazing find and cute quirky decor almost like a Plantation house you’d find in Savannah. Crab Benedict, Hashbrowns and extra side of cheesy grits. Grits had incredible texture and flavor ( best I’ve ever eaten ) Ham steak for my friend and biscuits n gravy, he enjoyed thoroughly! Hot gooey cinnamon roll as big as your hand is a must 😋 Keep up the hustle crew 👏🏼
Great hole in the wall. Food was excellent. Server reeked of cigarette smoke but provided excellent service. We sat outside and the weather was superb. Street parking only. No wait time. Would recommend!
Food is delicious, the place is so cozy. We went twice in our visit to Orlando. 100% recommended. First day I had the “Hungry like a wolf” plate and the second day I had the egg/cheese sandwich and a pancake.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts a few days ago. Our server, Amber J, was wonderful. Her descriptions and suggestions made ordering easy. I loved everything, though I have to say the pancakes were my absolute favorite. Best pancakes I’ve ever had, and I’ve had plenty. The atmosphere was fun with all the different kinds of lights hanging to look at. There is probably a story that goes with that, and I intend to ask next time we’re there.
What a unique and interesting restaurant with great food and a big menu. We had their chicken sandwich, chili and burgers. They make their cinnamon buns on site and they are very good. Service was excellent, the restaurant has been there for about 30 years and was an antique store prior. Lots to see, so many unique items in the restaurant to see. Parking is a bit of a problem but it's worth the effort and the walk.
First time here and the food was exceptional. Our server was great as well. She recommended the pumpkin cinnamon roll and it was fantastic, literally daydreaming about it as I write this review. The restaurant has a cozy ambiance with soft lighting and music. I’m certainly coming back!
Cool Orlando cafe locate between downtown and Winter Park. Nice old establishment vibe with excellent service (Red) and great food. The Chicken Alfredo was a Ten (10) with perfectly cooked pasta, full tender and juicy chicken portion, a the sauce was amazing. Salads were full and fresh.
All I can say is WOW. After the first bite I told My husband we have to come back! I got the chicken fried with eggs and hash browns. The food was amazing and the atmosphere is so homey. Highly recommend!!
went for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! staff was super nice and food was soooo good! prices not bad at all for the portion and flavor you get
We have been dining here for years and the food never ceases to be pure delight. Recently, we have enjoyed the Crab Cake Benny which is delicious comfort food. The breakfast potatoes are scrumptious with sweet potatoes added in for a delightful surprise and are sautéed with onions and peppers. Yummy. We have had some really good servers who are kind and friendly. One hiccup...our server last time was Sammy and she was not excellent like our other servers. She pretty much seemed like she didn't like her position as server at all. Her lack of kindness put a wee damper on our lunch but the food was still excellent. Absolutely recommend this special place.
Amazing location. Very cool.Outside area that's dog friendly. Great food. The bar is were you want to sit and drink with friends. Great change of pace. Highly recommend.
I’ve visited White Wolf Café a couple of times now—once with friends and once with fellow notaries for a networking meetup. It’s a charming spot with a cozy, eclectic vibe that’s perfect for casual conversation and good food. The first visit was a bit mixed: the service wasn’t the friendliest, but the food more than made up for it—delicious and well-prepared. On my second visit, though, both the food and the service were exceptional. Our server was attentive and welcoming, making the whole experience feel much more enjoyable. Parking can be a bit tricky, but that’s true for most businesses on that street. Still, it’s worth the effort for the atmosphere and quality of food. Overall, a great spot to grab a bite, connect, and enjoy the local charm. I’ll definitely be back!
The food was delicious! Atmosphere is so cozy and good vibes. There’s free parking on the corner of North Orange and New Hampshire.
First time here. Really enjoyed our meals. The hangover burger is 10/10 for us. Very comfy, enjoyed the music; wasn’t too loud, could still have conversation. Cute decor, very old school feel. I loved it.
Stopped by the White Wolf Cafe this morning for breakfast. Located in Orlando near Winter Park and off of I4, the area has a lot to offer. The outside area is great and they have tables on the patio if outdoor dining is what you're looking for. Inside is very cozy with booths, tables and a large bar for a variety of dining preferences. I had the fried chicken with sausage gravy, scrambled eggs and hash browns. My wife had the scrambled eggs, grits and bacon. All good! The service and atmosphere were great and I recommend stopping in when in the area.

I love all the stained glass and chandeliers. It's a very comfortable place to go out for breakfast. I'm not a huge cinnamon roll fan, but I enjoyed the one at White Wolf.

Server "Red" makes this place one too not miss. She is great at her job. Good above and beyond. Food was good too.

UPDATE 10/6/24: Unfortunately, had a bad experience here today. I stood a few feet In front of the podium but the hostesses would not greet or acknowledge me. Someone even stepped in front of me and got their attention to help them. After they left, the hostess met eyes with me and still wouldn't greet me. They were busy, so I get it but I felt literally invisible and just wanted to ask about a seat at the bar for one. I'll try again another day but this definitely wasn't cool after making the trip over there. ___ So far, this is my favorite breakfast in Orlando! Our server, Austin, was really great. The cinnamon rolls are incredible, coffee was good, the omelete I had was big and filling - I had my fill between that and the home fries! I subbed my cheese out for another filler and my toast for avocado slices. They have a few options for dietary issues. The environment is really cool, lots of cool decor and outdoor seating available. I had the best hot sauce ever as well.. bought myself a bottle for home. Prices were actually pretty good as well.. all in all, it was a great experience that I look forward to having again very soon.
Several visits... The 8 bacon slice BLT is good. Grilled hicken salad was, too. The Baton Rouge burger, winner of best burger Orlando, was ok. Was expecting more of a wow. Roasted red peppers and goat cheese is a favorite flavor pairing, but on this burger, it was just ok. It was made fresh and cooked perfectly. The toppings were ultra fresh. Maybe I just have to resign myself to the fact that I don't like burgers with overkill toppings. You may love it. The flavor of the meat was excellent but got drowned out with too much else going on. I've been here half a dozen times, and for the area, it's one of the better ones. Just doesn't blow this diner away. People of good will may disagree. On another note, I do not care for their coffee at all. I don't think I've ever said that about any restaurant. I'll likely return and continue to explore the menu.
I would definitely visit again for specific things like the cinnamon roll which was amazing and the biscuits and gravy. The rest of the food was ok. I felt it needed salt or seasoning. The indoor decor was beautiful and the service was fantastic. I’d definitely be open to trying new things from the menu and think it’s an Orlando staple. The parking is down the street across the street from imperial wine bar.
Anytime I come across an independent cafe in the US I get excited and white wolf was no exception. Such a cool spot, decor and friendly staff. The menu was extensive and breakfast hit the spot. Service was a bit slow on the slide as I think there was some confusion so reluctant dropped star there but staff were super friendly. Wish I had purchased one of the mugs!
My first time ever in Orlando and my first stop for a bite to eat was this place. Walking in, I was greeted ever so cheerfully by the Hostess. The background music blasted a vibrant playlist. The ambiance inside provoked an upbeat demeanor. Amber was such a delightful Server. Although, the menu had so much to choose from, I selected the 'Hungry Like The Wolf' entreé. Those grits were made just right, no added salt or pepper necessary. I totally liked it here and will visit again in the future.
Lively breakfast and brunch place. Eclectic decor and 80's-90s music playing. Loud, lively and welcoming atmosphere. Good cappuccino and crab cake eggs Benedict. Home fries were good but mid. Needs more onion and peppers for my taste. Otherwise good all cooked to perfection. Will come again.
This is a cool pub-like experience even though they do serve breakfast pool bar waitress was excellent fast courteous, and kind, and the food came out rather quickly. Food is good, a little noisy but that’s all relative if you’re looking for some good food definitely check this place out.

Trying to find a hip place to have breakfast on the way back to Tallahassee. This was a great breakfast, sat outside. Parking was easy. I would definitely return.
M my wife and I were disappointed with our experience. We both ordered the traditional eggs Benedict. The ham was two very small slices extremely thin not even visible, until we moved the over cooked egg, also small. It also had not much hollandaise sauce. The hash brown appears to have been grilled in vegetable oil, it was bland with no flavor. I requested a crispy side of bacon which looked black and hardly had any flavor. The atmosphere was ok and the service excellent. We will most likely not return.
I recently visited White Wolf Cafe for a solo dining experience. The hostess outside was nice and accommodating, finding me a seat at the bar. First, I should mention that the bar area was extremely cold - so cold that another customer's husband had to retrieve her jacket from their car shortly after being seated. This was concerning as I worried my food wouldn't stay hot for long. I ordered the country fried chicken with over medium eggs, home fries, and an Arnold Palmer. The country fried chicken was actually pretty great. Unfortunately, the eggs were severely undercooked. I requested over medium (whites completely done, yolk slightly firm but still runny), but they were barely cooked - as if they'd been briefly dropped on a hot pan, flipped, and immediately removed. The home fries were also disappointing - not tender, undercooked, and completely unseasoned. The service was another issue. My waitress seemed to have an attitude, particularly toward me. As a Black woman, I hesitate to make assumptions, but I couldn't help noticing how perky and attentive she was with the white customers around me. When I asked for ketchup, she nodded her confirmation but got distracted talking to other customers and never brought it. After finally making eye contact again five minutes later, I could see her suddenly remember my request. She grabbed the ketchup and placed it on the bar without an apology. She just walked away. When I was ready to leave, she said she'd send another bartender to check me out, but no one came. After catching her attention again, she handled my checkout herself - suddenly becoming very friendly and conversational as I was deciding on the tip amount. I'm deducting one star for the service and another for the poorly prepared eggs (which should be hard to mess up) and home fries. While the country fried chicken was good, I'm not sure I'll be returning.
Happy Hour food was just okay. drinks and beer are reasonably priced. Service was good with our server who checked on us often. Nice atmosphere. Overall a good experience but may not come back at…
