Our monster biscuits were disgusting. The bacon on both were completely raw and all fat. To charge money for that should be a crime. We apprehensively went back for the western bacon cheeseburger special. The bacon was not fatty and it was cooked well. Hallelujah

Staff is friendly and polite, helpful. Service fast. The French toast sticks were very fresh and were quite good. Sliders (in this case doubles) a mixed bag, however. As I was ordering lunch menu at 9:30 am, it was quite pleasing that they allowed it, something not every fast food will do. Since there wasn't an expectation that anyone would order sliders, it seemed reasonable to expect that they would be fresh made as well, which while true 5 days ago when I did the same thing the first time, was not true on this visit. Previously the double slider was very fresh, moist and tasty, this time they were dried out, shrivelled up old things that were only marginally edible and very disappointing. I had to discard part of the hard bun as inedible. It had obviously spent too much quality time under a warming lamp. Though not likely, I could have imagined them as having been warmed over from the night before as even the cheese was contorted and dehydrated to something hard where it stuck out past the sad little bun, which was true on all sides. If this had been my first experience, I would have never ordered the slider off the menu. As said above, very mixed results ranging from best to worst in one visit, thus 3 stars.

Ordered a burger combo for my wife and I. Came home and it was incorrect. We didn't eat any of it. Brought it back and they only wanted to replace the burgers. After some convo they did replace it all. Usually this place is great but maybe it changed over the years .....

I live just down the street and I go there quite often but lately the service has declined the orders are never right you tell them no onions and they already have the burger made and they take the onions off but you can still taste them the dining area the tables seem to be never cleaned when . The last two times that I've been there the employees are very nice but the quality of food is not

I ordered the Santa Fe chicken burger in a meal. The burger was very cold and not cooked to proper temperature. I had gone back into the restaurant and asked them to remake the burger and cook it the proper temperature, they made the burger again not the proper temperature and when I said something about it they just told me that's just how it comes it was literally very cold almost frozen in the center of it and the rest of burger very cold and you could feel it with your fingers they was not cooked to proper temperatures at all. After I had asked for a refund of my order since they could not cook it to proper temperatures the manager Vanessa got very hostile started yelling and screaming smacking her hands together ordering me out of the store with extreme profanity language. I never once got rude with her. She didn't set if I didn't leave she's going to call the cops on me and I was only asking for a refund of my burger since she couldn't make it properly. Needless to say I will probably never going to be returning to this restaurant but I will be contacting them on Tuesday morning to speak to the so-called general manager and get a refund of my order. If you want good service and expect manager to treat you quality and caringly I would stay away from this establishment. Orville don't need restaurants like this with rude people and rude workers especially manager.

Only one person working the whole store!! That is unexcepetable!! If you don't have people to work than you need to shut it down!! Took 25 minutes to get my food and it was cold!!

I ordered 2 double cheese burgers in the drive-thru with one car in front of me. We both had to pull over and wait 23 minutes for our order in the parking lot. The guy at the window was super disrespectful with his crap attitude. He acted like it was our fault they were slow. I will not be returning to this Carl's Jr. In oroville. There are plenty of other options in oroville for food that doesn't take as long and the employees do not have bad attitudes towards the people that are keeping them open.

Cant see your new drive-thru menu; with the sun shining on it.... Food is great though, just would have liked to order more but didn't know all you had to offer...

First I wait in the drive though for I kid you not- 30 minutes - I still haven’t gotten my food as I type this. I arrived at 6:17 with 2 cars ahead it is now 6:47 and I’m pulled up waiting by the door for 2 sandwiches. I order a large combo and ask for their new “hand crafted lemonade” but I ask for light on the ice because I don’t like super cold drinks when it’s cold out, brobro tells me “we can’t do that…. And the lemonade comes in 1 size…” Let me tell you what. This is a kids cup that is 90% Ice and it’s not even filled to the top!!!! I could understand if this place was cheap but it’s literally 30$ for two sandwiches and a drink! Carl’s Jr. being stingy over 3 cents of juice is the most 2023 thing to happen to me this year. If you’re into paying 8$ for 3 sips of lemonade- this is the place to go. The little kids on the corner lemonade stand don’t even hustle me this hard. This entire experience has been traumatic and how I have permanent PTSD.

All I can say is $58 for three people to have meals and milkshakes is Way beyond okay. I am now going to start making my desire for fast food at home for a much lower price. And when I get hungry out on the road I keep trackers and snackables in my car at all times so that I'm not urge to go to any fast food stores. Their service sucks your food doesn't look like what you see in the picture and their prices are way above and beyond okay. Just my humble opinion.

Not only were our fries cold and uncooked, my mother didn't even get her burger. Bag was over stuffed so we couldn't check easily. I got a BFC, but it was not even close to as pictured- hard as a brick, and essentially inedible. Pictured: Expectation vs reality. (*I took the veritable mountain of lettus off of mine)
