Love the quality of the food, fresh, pizza always good, we come from Williams, CA just to have a good time and great pizza, it's worth it. Thanks, employees are very friendly and helpful, don't ever change.

Had a lunch special, I chose the personal pizza with up to 4 toppings and salad bar. I also ordered the wedges that have parmesan type cheese and green onions. It was very good and the price is great! They have plenty of seating and tvs to watch sports, ect...a small game room and a great place to throw a birthday party, I do recommend reserving 😉

While there are definitely cheaper options when it comes to pizza Round Table does have great space for parties and an arcade for the kids. Their wings always taste great and their pizza often does too. The staff at this location can be a little lacking sometimes but overall I tend to have a good experience here, especially when considering the other options in town.

Food is really good 👍 people are really friendly & the fact that it's now a clubhouse makes my kids like it more. But if I'm being honest... They're a little too pricey for me. I was recently there for a kids birthday party which was all paid for & not by me. I can't afford to eat there regularly. I used to eat there occasionally when they had the all u can eat buffet but unfortunately they don't have that any mor. I'm disappointed about that. And also, upon my recent visit I was super disappointed to discover they no longer had the salad bar. What's up with that?! Unless I missed it. I mean, I was closed off on the party room side of the building.. But other than those things pizza 🍕 is great, kids will enjoy the games 🎮 & ppl are nice 👍. It's pretty cool 😎

Pizza was good. Service was slow. Price was a bit high. We all liked the new sports bar setup but apparently it's not staffed too often. I didn't know it was there until recently so maybe throw out some promotionals?

The service was great but the BBQ chicken pizza didn't taste like BBQ chicken.

The pizza is as always delicious...but the dinning room and bathrooms are always dirty. We typically have excellent service but the staff on that day was lacking. The buffet was "out" of almost every thing and we had to wait for out food ,because of this I don't think the calue of the buffet is worth it.

Food was good. Service was not worth the almost $100.00 I spent. First off they did not state that you need to the app before you order to get points as the receipt does not have the QR code anymore. The person who took our order was so soft spoken I could hardly hear them. They also did not bring out any plates. It was not that busy when we arrived. I asked them if they could help me get the points for the app. My receipts was taken and that was it. When I left I asked if they were able to help out with the points. My receipt was put on the corner and the person turned away. I think I was told no not sure as I asked again and was ignored.

The food was really good. But the employees were not very friendly or helpful. The casher keep ignoring me when i went up to ask for anything. Hopefully she can learn how to smile and be a little more customer friendly.

My friend and i were trying to find a cool place to escape the heat after i got into Oroville. I even mentioned it to the manager....we were sweating... The ice machine ran out of ice for the soda (wow) and the salad bar had not been replenished. We were not happy! The pizza was still good and i made the best of the salad bar. They can do better! Its hit and miss here! This pizza place is in Oroville. The pizzas are still good and they have a huge game area for the kiddos. The salad bar was messy and not refreshed. Good lunch specials!

Every have done an amazing job remodeling the inside. It's very modern and inviting. Staff are usually good and they make an excellent pizza. I can only give 3 stars though because even though their pizza is great, there are other places in town where you can get the same quality and better for half the price. I just don't understand why they have to be so expensive.

I couldn't see or taste the artichoke. I saw some see-through slices of what was probably zucchini and scattered small chunks of red and green something. I should have taken a photo but my guest were hungry and ate it quickly. The twist bread looked good. Enough cheese on both pizzas. I don't believe this was a good value at all. Not happy.

Website states curbside pick up. I waited for 5 min and then had to go inside and wait another 20 min for my order. They also allow homeless to use the restroom.

Pizza was good but the service was totally indifferent. It was a "to go" order. No napkins. One fork for a family salad. I was told to grab my own drinks but none of what I ordered was in the case. No sauce for the bread sticks even though it was on the order. No hello. No thank you for buying our overpriced product.

They are so rude! I will never go back. All the employees need to go to a class to teach them how to provide good customer service. Never said hello, would not give me a to go cups, cashier was let go by manager, thought I was cheating the stupid wheel. The employees are not happy. Excepted a better experience.

Ordered food for someone at Big 5. Paid over the phone. 2 hours later never recieved. Called Round table, they said it was delivered to wrong address and can only offer refund. 2-3 business days. We will see. Poor customer service and poor communication skills. I literally said Big 5 and gave them address like 3x and guy delivers to somewhere else. Smh.

I waited until I wasn't angry to write this review. I didn't want to seem unfair. We ordered on Friday 12/16/22 at 5:15 PM and were told it would be 1 hour 15 minutes for delivery. Since it was early in the night we agreed. After all was said and done it was a $66 dollar order. At 7:20 PM I called to see where our order was. I was informed our driver was on the way. No big deal, its a little late. I called back 15 minutes later and was told after being put on hold for 10 minutes that he had delivered it. Our building is clearly marked along with the number on our door. How this happened, I can't fathom it. As of today,12/22/22 our card has still not been refunded. I will be contacting them to make sure this is taken care of. It's really disappointing that we can't get good service anymore. Addendum 1/10/23: We have tried unsuccessfully to get our money refunded. This is completely unacceptable. What is the reason to replying to my review if you're not going to take action. I don't want to be the angry customer coming in to your establishment, but it seems to be the next course of action. I would like to speak to someone before this becomes a bigger issue then just horrible service.

Round Table Pizza after a little couple year break from this place always burning the pizza, we decided to try again tonight for a family outing. Not only was I disappointed in them for changing the pizza crust to a paper thin crust with no edges and spending 120 on the outing to get maybe a 40 dollar value smh 🤦 and we were very disgusted while in the middle of eating to see a bunch of random roaches crawling on the benches and floors. If you must go here dont dine in but do not recommend them at all, not sure how they're still in business. Good luck to the next visitors but this is our last time forsure!

I had wanted to see if the high prices were worth the hype. They were not. First of all the spinach leaves in the salad bar were infested with bugs that had eaten holes in it. And the pizza...well...I've had better pizza from the frozen isle...the cheap stuff! Why would anyone want spicy pizza sauce!?! It burned my lips. I brought my kid here! Anyway, I guess I'm glad to know never to go back there again. 🤢

I ordered my pizza 30 minutes before I got there they told us our pizza would be ready in 20 min. There was a huge line of people waiting for their to go orders. Not enough staff. They were all so so rude. We stood there for another 30 minutes and finally one of the delivery guys helped us out and got us our order. The salad bar was disgusting and filthy AND their bar was closed on a Friday night! The least they could've done was offer us a free drink or something. Get more staff and don't be so rude to your customers. We order our pizza every Friday for family movie night but we will have to take our business somewhere else.

Worst service ever! The screwed up my three sliders no flavor, burnt to a crisp, my mom's cheeseburger tasted like pickles although we said no pickles and hers were burnt too, the cinnamon twist weren't done, and we had to wait 30 minutes for our food and there wasn't no one in the place, although the woman was apologized for screwing up our food and gave us money back, but I think ordering a pizza would've been a lot more tastier and much more faster and the woman's excuse was there wasn't no night staff available WTF!!!!!

I have been a customer for awhile now things are going down hill here . The service was good as it has been. The food is not as good as it been in the past. Today we stop in and the place was a mess dead beetle on the floor in the hallway by the kitchen. And the last three visits the dining room was hot . Today I was hoping that the ac was on , on must have been 85 or better it was more comfortable outside . I'm going to take a break from this place

Super rude service. We order every year for a large paintball party and come in from time to time when we are in Oroville. You would think that the day time manager could at least be polite on the phone. I was hung up on twice....without even a thank you for your order or goodbye. Lucky for "Mo" Round Table has the best pizza around or I would definitely take our business elsewhere.

They gave my pizza to wrong the truck. 😟 I waited 45 minutes before I finally went in. Then went to store and came back for it. Overall, an hour before I got my pizza.😔 I asked if they would comp me a beer or something, the girl asked for a manger. When I asked the female "manager,"she threw her hands up and said I have nothing to do with the beer. She didn't attempt to offer anything else, just turned around and walked away. I said cool I will never be back. I tipped over 20% btw, when I initially paid. What happened to common courtesy besides atleast mediocre customer service?

We went today for my sons birthday and spent well over $100 and we had a terrible experience. The cashier was rude and clearly doesnt like her job. The candy machine was broke so my 10 year old son told and she made him feel like a inconvenience. Never going back!

First and the last time I will go here. Spent over $40 for a cold undercooked medium pizza and cold wings. Had to microwave our dinner and we are only 10 minutes away and picked it up. They forgot some of the toppings on our pizza as well. Called and talked to Chad who didnt seem too concerned about our order and didnt have enough delivery drivers to offer us new food. We also only got one small ranch when we ordered 12 wings and 3 bread twists. Very disappointed. The bread twists were ok. Spend your money elsewhere...

I pre-ordered my pizza 25 minutes ahead of time and by the time I got there my pizza was not only finished cooking but a soggy mess. When they make the boxes they are supposed to add corrugated cardboard to the bottom so it soaks up the excess Grease and they have not been able to put corrugated cardboard in any of the boxes in the last 2 months so the almost $300 worth of pizza that I have bought it was trash. I am extremely upset about this. $30 Pizza doesn't deserve to be soggy

Just talked to an employee and my understanding is they won’t sell the people that live in a trailer park, or are offensive of people that live in trailer parks. I would’ve been happy to spend my money on some of your delicious pizza, but when I’m insulted by an employee it not only makes me livid but also super frustrated and disappointed in her customer service. This order was placed at 7:40 PM tonight and I’d like to know who is responsible for that such poor customer service

Made us wait 2 hours . then we had to call them . just to be told they cancelled our order because of a problem . but were not going to call and ask us about it. So your employees are trailer trash for not having the brains to call us instead of my whole family being hungry at 8 pm.(side note my wife just got off the phone with the GM. They making it right..

Pizza is great and salad bar is usually pretty good as well. The playroom however is absolutely disgusting, we have been taking our 5 year old there a lot lately and I’m just appalled that it hasn’t been cleaned 1 time I’ve noticed over the past 2 weeks. Very unfortunate

Came in for the advertised all meat marvel special and a salad. They are out of Linguiça and Salami so that was a no go. Got a different pizza (why is the sauce changed?) And the salad I wanted. Uht oh, blue cheese dressing has joined eggs and bacon bits as casuaties for lesser options. I dont like or want the dressings offered. (Honey mustard? Caesar? Balsamic AND italian? Round table has had blue cheese for all of the 40 years I've been coming. Sprite is out, sorry kids. No towels in bathrooms. Lady at the front couldn't care less. Shut it down. It's over for this location.

Told the girl up front, she let the manager know, I told him they should put an out of order sign on it, he said he was sorry that happened and he will let Dan know, the owner of the machines. Well Dan if you’re reading this, shame on you for serving kids stale hard candy that’s supposed to be chewy! My tooth is now like a vampire tooth and it’s cutting my mouth as I’m sitting here in round table! Absolute disgusting that candy these parents are paying for, for their children is that hard and stale! I guess to the dentist I go, thanks round table!
