We are avid fans of Tullys in general as we have dined at most locations. This location is more of a pick up and go. What seems to be better about this one compared to others is that the food is always piping hot and the tenders are about twice the size of the other locations that we have been to.

Been to a few of the normal tullys locations and they are good. But the oswego location which is their fast pace version is phenomenal and prices are great as well.

I absolutely love going here. Everyone who works there is super friendly and always attentive. The food is always fresh and very good. The food is so much better than going to the actual tullys restaurant. This place is always clean! I've been here plenty times and its always consistent and dont have any complaints! They are now my go-to restaurant!

Cleanest fast food establishment in Oswego! Even their bathrooms are the best smelling i swear. I've never had a bad experience eating here. Our last order was a couple chicken sandwich meals and let me tell ya, there was like a whole breast on that burger. Definitely worth the price which is cheaper than most garbage fast food around here (lol wendys) the employees always greet with a smile too. 10/10

I ordered Asian tender bowl. It was delicious. Sandwiches are good. It's better than McDonalds sandwich. Fries are tasty. Price you pay, you get decent food. I will come again.

The management at this restaurant is 100 percent about customer service! I placed an online order and made a mistake which I didn't realize until I went to pick it up. The manager was so kind and went above and beyond in fixing my mistake for me. My family and in-laws love the chicken and fries from this location. It's always a big hit!

Hands down, the BEST TULLYS IN THE AREA!!! Food was the best here! Ive been to every Tullys in town and honestly, they are NOTHING like this location. Food was hot, and FRESH, service was superb, the bathrooms were immaculate.... i mean its sad i have to even comment on the bathroom but just go to ANY of the other Tullys locations, food is mediocre at best, service is absolutely horrible, bunch of little highschool kids that dont want to work and are just there to socialize get free/discounted food, and a paycheck.. Whatever this location is doing, the others need to follow suit. Its nice and bright and colorful, its not dark and dont have all that dingy cluttered $hi!t All over the walls that they call sports bar decor.. NO!! This place, nice and clean and vibrant. I had a very good experience the first time I ordered. It was delicious. The second and third time, not so much. The first time they were slammed so everything was obviously fresh, maybe it wasn't the other two times. However, I do think, and hope they will get better with time. Wrinkle out all the issues if you will.

the staff was extremely caring and considerate for my boyfriend with food allergies. terry, emily, and the manager were all a delight to talk to. especially terry, he tried to cheer me up when i was sad and tell me a joke. i wish the best for all the employees here, they deserve it.

Went here for the first time today 6/8/2022 From the time I walked in we were greeted with warm welcome to being explained the menu. Rebecca did a fantastic job. Needless to say your food was excellent the size of the portion to taste was above and beyond with what I was expecting. And the price was very reasonable. We will be back again

Hands down the best chicken fingers ever! Hot, delicious, not overly breaded, staff is totally customer focused, the place is so clean you could probably eat off the floor, but use the comfortable chairs and tables if you prefer. No idea what some of these people are talking about. 90% of the restaurants in this area are horrible, but Tully's is a shining like. Our chicken is always really juicy, not too much breading, sauces are great, fries on point every time. I have traveled all over and Tully's is one of my favorite chicken places. Workers are always nice, the food is ready fast, and the price is no higher than anywhere else around here. I spent my entire life in restaurant management and I'm always happy to spend my money here.

Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich is to die for!! They cook the chicken to order, fresh & hot. Was super impressed when we ate inside. Clean, friendly - the sandwiches took longer than the girl expected (we were fine) but she threw in 2 delicious chocolate chip cookies...also to die for. Tastes like moms.

It is a very rare day that I run into a place that is truly a 5/5 experience. In fact, I say it's more like a 6/5 because everything was perfect. Clearly, their standards are as golden as their chicken tenders. Everything was perfect, from the price to the quality, from the service to the cleanliness. Not a single thing was out of place. This establishment is a shining example of what a fast food restaurant should be. To Terry and the rest of the staff, thank you for the delicious lunch and a wonderful experience.

We dined in on a Saturday they also have a drive through. It wasnt very busy at all and we got our food almost instantly. Prices were very low to the point where idk if they're actually making money with how big these tenders are.. 7 big tenders fries and a drink for $13 is wild. Don't ever buy the 10 for $20 the math just doesn't add up considering their meal options. My girlfriend and her dad got the tenders plate which was also very cheap very big and very tasty. I'm not a fan of their honey mustard as it was more mustard based and spiced for my liking but others could feel differently. The tenders were good enough that I got over this. Milkshakes are pretty good too.

They have a really good chicken sandwich that's way better than McDonald's and for only $10 you get better fries than McDonald's and a drink. Great deal. The chicken is huge and filling. The tenders are good but I prefer the chicken sandwich. Hot honey or with honey mustard sauce. Love that it's a drive thru or eat in. Very convenient, and clean. Fast service, nice employees. The milkshakes are incredible. I had the Reece's and it's awesome. Highly recommend.

My experience with Tully’s and their food has been great. I usually order tenders but today I tried the new peach milk shake at first i questioned it then i was over thrown by how good it actually was. Not bad at all.

Pleasant atmosphere, very nice staff. The buffalo chicken sandwich had just enough flavor and was very juicy. The fries and coleslaw were great! I looked around for a tip jar and didn’t see one. I don’t like to be pressured to tip. But I wanted to. And our meal wasn’t inexpensive, but the service and food were great! I didn’t think I’d say fast food fried chicken is my favorite cuisine, but when it is cooked perfectly, with a wonderful staff, every other restaurant better watch out. Overall, this is a really great place to be at. I’m eating here right now. Service is so kind. I used to come here every day and eat because it was pretty cheap and they had good sized food. The atmosphere is really nice. The staff member that took our order was very friendly and helpful with making our choices of food. The food was served quickly and hot!! He even came back over to check on us. This was my first time going to a Tully's Tenders and we will definitely be going back to this one. We each ordered 6 piece tenders and fries. My husband had the buffalo tenders with blue cheese dipping sauce and he said the dipping sauce was definitely made by them... chunks of blue cheese. I had the original tenders and the honey mustard dipping sauce and a black raspberry shake. It was all so good!! Highly recommend the shake and all the rest!!

Ordered the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich meal at the Drive-Thru. The chicken was hot, fresh, and crispy, and with the hot honey and crispy bacon, it was delicious. The French Fries were well salted and crispy. Food was hot and fresh, along with fast friendly service. It was a great experience, and I will definitely be back. If you're in Oswego and hungry for good food with friendly service, Tullys is an excellent choice.

Always love going to Tully's whenever I can. I live in Fayetteville but sometimes work in Fulton. I can order online, hop in the car and the food's ready by the time I get to Oswego. Only one regret: I expected the beverage choice "REG Unsweet Half & Half (Upcharge)" would be half unsweet tea and half sweet tea, as is the case at many other restaurants. Nope. I have no idea what the other half of my drink is, but it does not taste good at all. Next time I'll just get straight-up iced tea.

Ordered 2 rice bowls. The all American was dry. The flavors were good just wish I had something to moisten it with. Next time I will order a sauce to go with it

It is a go too place for chicken tenders. They are good, and come with fries and a drink. There's other stuff as well but I usually am craving chicken tenders so I haven't really tried anything else. Fast and easy, and really good chicken tenders for a "fast food" restaurant.

First time trying the fast food version of Tullys, it wasn't bad. The dine in so much better though especially since you get free popcorn lol.

We have totally fallen in love with the tenders. Best anywhere. But.. we picked up a 10 pack the other day and they were tiny. Wth. We felt cheated. We usually share them ( my husband and i) and have 4 left over for next day. Not this time. I'm disappointed and wondering if they're gonna stay small for same price when they used to be huge.???

Super simplified menu so unless you're in the mood for chicken or chicken sandwiches there's not much reason to go. That being said, this Tully's smashes it out of the park with great food and its setup as a drive-thru plays well with its super simple menu. You go there because you know exactly what you're in the mood for.

This place is new and it is very clean. The selection seems to be chicken and sides but they do a great job with their food. They have a good selection of sauces and I really enjoyed the Ranch dressing. Tenders were hot and fresh and came out quickly. I personally felt they were a little too floury but that is my personal taste. I will be making frequent trips to this area in the near future and will definitely be visiting again.

Nice new fast food Tullly's near SUNY Oswego. I had Asian Chicken Rice Bowl and a lemonade. Tenders were good, but the sauce had a chemical flavor. Other than flavoring, there was nothing special about it. Cashier was kind, delivered my food, and checked on me. Restaurant and bathrooms very clean.

Easy place to stop for hearty chicken sandwich or tenders. Something a bit off as tenders aren't as good as ones at Tully's in Syracuse. Sandwich will fill you up and is okay. However, can't go wrong with crinkle cut fries.

I feel like this location isn’t as fresh as a full Tully’s is. The chicken every time I’ve gotten it, has been mushy. The flavor is also not the same as at a fully Tully’s. It’s not the worst food, but it’s very disappointing.

Lunch was good but a little pricey for what I received. My tenders were as good as they always are in the Syracuse Tully's locations. The fries were only acceptable. I am accustomed to the great experiences in the Syracuse and Watertown locations, and my experience here didn't match past experiences.

Ordered a catering order two days ahead of time for 1215. Arrive to the restaurant at 1220 and order wasn't ready yet. Took an additional ten minutes to receive my order.

It wasnt that good. The fries were but the bacon chickin ranch sandwich was so water an greese soked, it was yuck. I get that this place is somewhat new. But serriously when ur sandwich just falls apart cause its soked. Wont ever again better off driving to syracuse to the real tullys restraunt

We are LOYAL customers that love Tully's. However, this establishment cannot be bothered to add tomatoes to an all american bowl. I was even willing to pay an extra sauce fee of .60 cents for them. They cant even add a button for it on their register....lazy management and staff. You already have tomatoes....what does it matter if someone requests them. Thanks for showing you dont care about your patrons!

We ordered from here for the first time tonight. We kind of got what we ordered, but what we did get wasn't what we ordered (our chicken was there but different sizes then we ordered). And that's not counting the missing stuff. The chicken is alright, but cold when we got it and not worth the hassle. It was my first time having Tullys but I'm not going to give it another go. It was a waste of time and I'm disappointed.

If you enjoy breading with no flavor (more breading than chicken) and a little bit of chicken, also with no flavor then by all means disregard this review if you enjoy flavorless food. Staff was very nice but the food including the Mac and cheese and cole slaw was just not good.

I genuinely like Tullys as a place to get some take out, but the service has become pretty lousy. Out of the last 5 times we have come here we have had issues 4 of those times. Issues with the bill, getting the wrong items, order not even being made. The manager on duty took care of us on one of those visits which was appreciated, but at what point do these issues become unacceptable? Tonight we ordered two buffalo chicken meals and got all the way home to notice they were both ranch. These are the kind of things I expect from Popeyes not Tullys. Just overall a disappointing experience.

I come here usually every other week and my food has always been good and hot. Today my fries weren’t hot they seem really old I can’t even bite into them. They are hard and gross. I don’t think my chicken is cooked all the way through it’s really slimy in the middle when I broke it apart

Not sure how/why this place exists. I ordered the 10 piece tender and the three available sauces (honey mustard, buffalo, asian) to try with it. Honey mustard was ok, but just a standard honey mustard. Nothing different or unique. The buffalo was laughable and you could tell the cups of sauce are not fresh made because upon opening you see that it has separated into a thin liquid and a mushy, lumpy paste. No good buffalo flavor either. The asian was very thin and drippy. It doesn't stick to the tender too well at all. Also not sure why they call it asian flavor. It wasn't too good, but what is asian flavor anyway? What does that mean? I will assume the non freshness goes for all of it, but you can tell for sure with the buffalo. Now for the big draw. The tenders. Why people love these Tully's tenders so much I will not understand. Upon opening the box I see tenders of varying sizes. I know due to being 'natural' they could never be exact. That would be like McDonald's or something. But they should all be close to the same size. I had a couple OK sized tenders, mostly smaller, and a couple the size of small chicken nuggets. Those should be thrown into random orders as extra, not as actual tenders. Now I have my first bite. A thin crunchy layer of fried 'batter' turns into a thick layer of soft cake encasing the tender. Yes these are tenders coated in cake. Pretty nasty too. So most of the tender is just fried cake. The small nuggets are a joke and pointless. The mostly mid sized ones aren't much better. Mostly cake. The larger ones are the only ones that should be used and even those were not that big if you take the cake off. Dining room is now open, but is pointless. There is one bar counter to eat at that seats/stands five people. There are booths that have no tables, just the stands for them. There is one table covered in what looks like someone's messy office. I know I mentioned McDonald's above. That is because it's the first thing that came to my mind as I looked at the place. It looks like a McDonald's. Don't bother. Go elsewhere.

We’ve been a customer since open. We get drive thru and the orders have been screwed 3 times. We live out of town and we call and you have a meal with our name on it to replace it next week. Which is great service to remedie the mistakes. Tonight the same thing happens and I call and a whole different attitude by the female manager. She says” I can’t replace the tenders because there’s nothing wrong with them” Well there is something wrong with them. You gave me the wrong sauce and I don’t like that sauce! My wife likes them plain and I put the buffalo sauce on mine, not teriyaki sauce. So you lost another customer and I know there’s quite a few others your pissing off. Small town and you can’t afford to lose customers!!! Good by!!!

To say the experience at Tully's in Oswego was bad would be insulting to the others reading this review as the time I spent to get here was essentially wasted. Slow service and a taste that left my pallet tarnished beyond human comprehension. The food would have been better made by a child. Truly an awful experience, would not recommend to my worst enemy.

the pricing on the take out menu is way off . They offer a tender salad for 10.99 on the menu . When I went to pick two of them up they charged me 14.99 each . Common Tullys get your act together.

Been waiting for 20 minutes so far. Haven't even gotten my food yet. Ordered tenders. No fries. No drink. No acknowledgement that I've been waiting for 20 minutes. If you're looking for fast food, go somewhere else. This is not fast.

Had an online order pickup for 6:20. Gave the name for the order in the drive through and pulled forward. I was told to drive to the pickup area. I then sat in my vehicle for 25 minutes because they never actually had the order. No apologies, no my bad. Employees barely spoke to me

Drove by this place a few times. Always wanted to stop. I tried it today for the first time was severely let down. We sat their waiting for our to go just 7 peice and fries for over 20 minutes. People that came in 10 minutes after us got their food. Finally they realized that we were still waiting. The manager was nice and gave us extra cookies and extra tenders for the inconvenience. When we walked out to our vehicle it was the completely wrong order. What a let down.

Ordered two milkshakes in the drive through a cookies & cream and a regular chocolate shake. The cookies & cream shake was perfectly fine but the chocolate shake was totally melted it looked like chocolate milk. I went inside to ask for a new shake where the manager and another worker denied me a new one. The manager said “there’s nothing wrong with that shake, my guy. That’s how it’s supposed to look”. So apparently a milkshake is supposed to be melted. If I wanted to pay six dollars for chocolate milk I’d go to the store and buy a jug of Fairlife. Thanks for wasting my time.

My husband had a tender meal from this location and has been sick ever since. He's been coughing and sneezing and getting little sleep due to whatever bug he has, he was perfectly fine until he ate at Tully's. Honestly this is upsetting that you can catch a cold from somebody who works with food, coughing and not covering their mouths which transfers over to whomever is eating the food and then end up getting sick due to not covering their mouths or sneezing away from the food. We're not going to be eating here again, ever.
