At 5:00 on July 16 ,a supposed manager told me to leave ! Yesterday was a mad rush and they gave me single burgers in the bundle ! We used the app ! This manager had no name plate ,but had manager uniform ! Said he doesnt care how I get money back ! I gave this place a good rating ,now its corporate! For a private mcd's ! The food actually looks like the pictures at this McDonald's and the staff is polite. The drive-thru and curbside is a bit slow but at the time of this review there's apparently staffing shortages here and everywhere in the fast food industry. Typically it's faster to park and run in to get your McBurger.

I have been a regular customer of the Oyster Bay branch for a number of years now. I would say despite of this new normal of embracing the take out instead of dine in via drive thru, the customer service remains “Excellent”. The staff have been consistent being patient and accurate in taking the orders. Lastly, they are so courteous and would always say thank you to their customers.

I was surprised that this McDonald's was furnished so nicely. It was very modern! I could order off the touch screen, which always makes a happy feeling. We came to try the International Menu items. We found the cheesy bacon fries to be not so good, but the waffle-mcflurry, chicken-mozzerella burger, and the other burger were all good.

The manager and staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is fresh and served promptly. It's a McDonald's so there are no surprises but when you're dealing with a grandchild that's the best surprise. I would easily give the restaurant five stars except when the little one needed to be changed there is no changing table in the rest rooms. Overall a very nice place.

The male takes forever to answer in the morning. Sat when Google says they're open the male says they are closed and not open till 630am. People go to work at 6. This place is so inconsistent it's ridiculous. It's definitely a better atmosphere when the females are working in the morning

This McDonald's is OK, but could be better. When there is a line in drive thru, it usually takes longer than needed. Also, their dollar menu (1, 2, 3) items are more limited than other places. However, the friendliness of the staff is usually on point.

The food never changes, the staff aren’t that great. They constantly forget little things like napkins or even straws when buying a meal. I’m a regular, I come once a week and 85% of the time, they mess the order up. Even though the place has been renovated and that’s why I give it 3 stars if it wasn’t for the service it would be a 5 for me.

I visit this McDonald’s location 3 times per week with my son. Everyone is so nice sometimes my son ask them if they have a different toy they just check the next happy meal toys if there is different they just use the next box or just said sorry it’s the same one but the manager on Fridays night is the worst One day he said something about my son when he asked if there is a different toy. Next time I was the one who asked because my son was afraid about him and the Manager got so mad and started argument with the employee who was just looking the next happy meal box. Now my son everytime He seen him, he refused to order something and we just ending leaving without food. No more McDonald’s for us on Fridays that’s for sure.

The manager wouldn't take my order at the counter. He just said kiosk and pointed. Now I'm waiting to pick up my order. He says, "asks" to stay. I say kiosk says to go. Sad that they don't want to talk to their customers. Another place that I'll not be going back to.

I waited a long time before finally writing a review because I understand it's a fast food place and not a 5 star restaurant but after last night I think it's time. The service is horible. The burgers are always raw in the middle and even after asking them to please make sure it's not they just hand me the bag and say it's fine. I get home and it was so pink my boyfriend could not eat it. After that my brother ordered a quarter pounder and they gave him a cheese burger but charged for the quarter pounder and again was extremely pink in the middle. The snack wraps they dont even put the shreded cheese like other places do but they just put half a slice of cheese in it. Everytime I go to order they never understand what I'm saying and I always have to repeat my self about 5 times before they finally get it right. They have messed up my order or forgot something that I paid for at lest 3 times. It is the only thing open late in oysterbay in terms of food and thats the only reason why I keep going back but everytime I do I'm more and more dissatisfied. After last nights raw burgers and chewy chicken tenders we all woke up with horible stomach pains. They really need to start making changes. If it wasnt for nothing els being open late I dont think they would even have business at this point.

Oyster Bay's Mcdonalds is by the far the WORST Mickey Ds you will ever has the misfortune of visiting. From the over priced items by the greedy, malicious and rude owners, to the fact that almost NONE of the incompetent workers there, speak any English what so ever. They constantly screw up food order, the foods never fresh, the managers are inept and the workers are trash. If you can take the ride out to Glen Coves rennovated store, then do yourself a favor and do so, this establishment is a greedy disaster and an absolute mess. No refills, barely any napkins, if you're given any at all. No self service stations and the head honchos are such babies, sycophants, and morons. Not worth your money. Your time. Or business of any sort. If I could give this store 0 STARS as a review, I would. Total garbage.

This place is the worst! They had to hand me off to someone that could understand me. The mobile order we placed 1 hour ago was not ready. I had to go in and cancel order and reorder. They clearly had no idea about the mobile app and pick up.... big waste of time. Go somewhere else and save frustration.

I have over 42 million views on Google maps and I write very few negative reviews because people do make mistakes and that's OK. However, this was way too many mistakes to overlook. They did not give me what I ordered. - I gave me the wrong sandwich the wrong size drink and the hash Brown was undercooked and cold. - On top of this they charged me the wrong amount and then gave me the wrong change. Staff was not paying attention to me the customer at all they were talking to each other and barely even made eye contact with me. I think some training would go along way at this busy McDonald's.

McD's ability to hire incompetent employees; in every state, that screw up only a drink order is amazing. I mean if someone says they want a sprite or a tea or a coke; how hard is it to fill the stupid cup up with the proper beverage. Just got back from visiting to see my 2 drinks (which are the same) where in fact a completely different drink than I ordered. I'm not going to drive back and waste my time. I wish McD's would either go all robot or just shutdown.

Their upgrades did nothing for their attitudes or food or drinks. If you want the flavor of sweetened iced tea, go somewhere else. There is absolutely no flavor to their drinks whatsoever. Maybe an upgrade to their drink fountains would be a plus.

Your hours of operation states your open 24hrs on Fri and open at 5am every other day, so why am I sitting at the drive thru for 10 mins with no response. Then I leave and the teller is sitting there looking at me. Work with no breakfast.

Do Not order a hot cafe mocha! I thought I would give them another chance on getting the order right, but after the third time they get one star and that too much. I got a hot coffee with extra milk. I went thru the drive thru on my way to work- didn't have time go inside to complain.

I visited the drive through just a few minutes ago and the girl taking the order start off with a bad attitude since the beginning and calling my friends and me "stupids" in Spanish just at the beginning of the order. Why is the shake machine not working ? I have stopped by there after work three times in the past few weeks the machine has been mysteriously out of order after 8pm. Hymmm Could it be that they are shutting it off early to clean up before closing. I will stop at the Hicksville or Syosset location from now on .

Issue ) A lot of Coffee grinds in my coffee. Asked for a med coffee nevere said iced coffee or hot coffee. Mgr handed name an iced coffee . I said I wanted a hot coffee. Wonder if that caused grinds in my coffee. Still coughing up grinds.

I wasn’t the only customer he was yelling at over ordering at the table infront of tablet and he also is no help and ignored you when you ask for help he was a short Latino man and spoke very little English and was just outright disrespectful.

The ownership and management are by far the worst on Long Island. They won't upgrade the drink in the McChicken meal deal and they sometimes put the wrong chicken patty on it. Check the cameras for my past orders and you can see I'm a regular and you can see it'll be two different chicken patties occasionally and it's annoying.

Went at 1:30pm on 3/5/22. No one inside ordering, 7 cars in drive through. No less than 5 workers standing around and I was ignored for 2 minutes. They are not only lazy but rude and no welcoming attitude. Placed my order and stood back waiting for it to be put together. After 5 minutes of looking at the monitor saying my order was being processed, a bag that was sitting on the counter for 2 minutes I checked. It was my order getting cold and no one told me it was done. Unprofessional, rude and lazy. This McDonalds need a reboot. All these reviews and not one response from management.??

Unfortunately this is the closest McDonald's to Oyster Bay village. Years a go the service and quality was great! For the last 3+ years the staff has been below mediocre. They don't upstand what you are ordering, miss items on your order, even if you review the order screen, and they give you a very bad attitude if you ask for the correction to be made. All of the managers seem not to care, and will give you the same disrespectful attitude. That is true for anytime of day. We live here in OB and go to McDonald's regularly for breakfast, lunch, and dinner when we are in a rush for a quick bite. We don't have any other fast food options for a quick bite to eat in OB so we are stuck going through the nightmare for going here. Service is slow and rude Orders are about 95% incorrect Management dismissive and will ignore you Corrections are taken like you are bothering them Basically, if you don't have to go here, just don't go. We have other places we will go if we are going further out.

This is the worst McDonald's ever. Not once have they gotten my order correct. I'm a diabetic, I asked for an iced coffee with 3 equal. They gave me 3 tablespoons of sugar!!! When I complained to the manager, she didn't understand English, for one, and didn't care and was closing the window as I was telling her the situation. I would recommend to go to another location unless you don't mind mistakes with your order.
