Food arrived quickly and was tasty. Restroom was clean as well as the restaurant. Great for a quick meal while traveling.

I only ordered fries for my boy while I was there, but they had them out quick.

Recently downloaded the app to order and discovered you can customize your sandwiches. Great idea, love it

Great food / good deals on sale products / friendly helpful workers . Some new products to try is always a nice change also.

Friendly and courteous service always a pleasure to go to Burger King love that Rodeo Burger I asked if they were hiring and they said they're not hiring because it's winter time but meanwhile they have a sign outside that says hiring all shifts now hiring all shifts so are you hiring or you not hiring because I need a job really bad yesterday I just visited Burger King for meal after the movies it was their night shift to find out a bunch of new faces are there so I guess they were hiring but they just weren't hiring me I've never even been able to fill out an application here what's up with that someone please contact me so I can hear the reasons why I can't have a job

I go to bk way to much with my kids lol the workers are great an have forgotten a few things before but was always somthing small and they where always understanding and nice when I had returned with my receipts the one manager Micheal is amazing I spelled her name wrong but still she is amazing the drive threw is fast and when we go in everyone is always talkative funny an respectful specaily in front of small children bath bk is prob thee best fast food restaurant we have in bath ny plus there food is way better than miccdonalds

Paige is THE best! When she is working, my food is always hot, and the customer service is on a much higher level all around, than when the morning crew is on. I don’t know what her position is, but she needs a promotion!!

My son bought me lrg onion rings which are my favorite. Only to discover that there was absolutely no onions in them. Just onion flavored soggy breadcrumbs. I was so disappointed. Will never stop there again.

LOVE their crispy chicken sandwiches!!! Onion rings is a plus!! 😋😋 grilled chicken sandwiches are good too..their new sourdough sandwhiches are pretty good too! They have bacon on them!! Yum!! Would like to try their frosty drinks too!! Like their smoothies!! They look DELICIOUS!!! 😋😋🥛🍦🍧

This fast food restaurant has been my go to food destination since like forever I have been going to this burger kind for the past 5 years and only select few times have they ever been under par ...there sandwiches are always fresh tasting and the Whoppers OMG!!! TO DIES FOR !!! I ALWAYS GET A WHOPPER FRIES ...then I go back for dinner and get there chicken sandwich SOOOOOO good ....they are also cheap a Whopper only cost $5.32 so winner winner I'm eating a Whopper for dinner !!!!!!

Nice and clean and good hot eats. Best location in the area. I always see people cleaning and they are always friendly and helpful.

Best option for quick bites, was never disappointed and wouldn't hesitate to visit again. The staff in this location were really sweet and friendly, it's service such as this makes a big difference.

Drive thru for bacon cheeseburgers!! Quick and tasty, but could have been warmer! How do I know??? The cheese wasn't even melted!!! Try again!!!

Coworkers were so nice and I feel welcome there. My strawberry shake was delectible and made with evident love.

My favorite BK :) VERY fast today in most cases pretty quick anytime. Also my common lunch spot, someone's learned how to cook the fries to a whole new level. Firstly they immediately look a crisp golden color, then I had one and was surprised to find they taste as good as they look too!! I mean it's fast food guys BUT dang, that's some good ****!

Friendly staff. The restaurant is pretty clean and spacious. Food tastes like your typical burger king food. Certainly not bad. Though I'd recommend Oreo Shake, as it's the best shake you'll ever have in a fast food restaurant. It has 1 male and 1 female restroom. They were clean but smelled of ground beef for some reason. Needs air freshener.

We're traveling through the area and found this BK and it's just off of I-86(RT 17 to me)and the food and speed was just great, if traveling throught the area we'll definitely stop again.

Clean, well lit lots of open space. Was present at a quiet time but staff were very friendly and went out of their way to get under 3 toy for our child. No water at fountain, but staff was happy to fill a cup with water. Service was quick and food good.

After having such bad experiences at Burger King in San Petersburg Florida, we arrived here and found good customer service, excellent staff today, very good service in the box, it was also fast and the best Burger King hamburgers, it had that flavor in my mouth long ago and until now again I taste that delight that characterized them before. I just ask: - if they train all their employees in the same way? because some like I repeat the one in St. Petersburg, Florida is the worst of this chain. thanks guys here , for returning the quality and the good service!

Would be better if the kitchen staff read the order and stopped putting ketchup on my double whopper when I order it without ketchup.

Same as every visit, which shouldn't be a surprise. Facility is old, but in surprisingly good condition. Clean, efficient staff, not a bad choice for fast food.

Good food, but the service was just OK. Had to wait out front of BK for fifteen minutes for an order for a family of four. Simple, simple stuff.

Sandwiches were good, hash browns tasted like the oil needed to be changed. Quick service, very pleasant.

Burger Kings in every state are favorites of mine because the service is normally fast and the food is usually nice and hot. They DO offer healthier choices such as salads, the non-meat whopper, etc. This location is nice and clean, well lit and plenty of parking.

You cannot refill your own water which is weird. You have to ask an employee to do it and it is weird but an employee named Jaidah was very easy to approach and willing to help.

Great location right off of 86. Staff was very friendly and didn't seem to mind us coming in close to closing time. Could use some updating or at least a deep cleaning. But didn't have any issues with the food was just what you would expect.

Order the past few times has been incorrect. My fault for not checking before driving off. The one time I do bring the wrong item to their attention, the girl working the window responds, “that’s what you ordered” and slammed the window closed.

Terrible service...drive thru wait was 20 mins. There were 2 vehicles in front of us, and when we got to the window finally, we were asked to pull around front and wait. Our order consisted of 2 chicken nugget kids' meals and an 8pc nugget with fries. So what should have taken 10 mins tops from ordering to receiving actually took 35.

Had to clean off seat before sitting down, ketchup runny in dispenser. Had to ask for packets

If you're going to eat fast food, I suggest Burger King out of the rest. Even though it's all frozen food and high in carbs and sodium, it tastes better than the others

What happened to the customer being right? Asked for fresh onion rings got old ones, then when they brought us fresh ones they were soggy.

Everything was cold and they never give out a receipt. And at the drive thru the lady was rude because we asked her for ketchup and salt.

Gave me way to much ice and didn't even fill cup to the top there was still about an inch left of space, asked for extra sweet and sour and got a bunch if honey mustard instead

Unfortunately at this time their supply is limited. Not a whole lot on the menu. But the employees try to do their best. At some point things will get back to normal.

Just about EVERY time I go, and order my food, I ask for certain things, like no onions on a burger for someone with an allergy. Or no mayo on one for someone with an intolerance... do they listen? Just long enough to put it on your order and charge you for the change in the order. Got home today to find that ONCE AGAIN they just don't care... while the staff is super friendly, they are also very negligent. And it's not like a one time thing, it's every time, which is at least 3 times a month for the last 6 months.

Cold onion rings and for some reason the coupons that were loaded into my app literally changed the moment I walked in and my phone connected to WiFi. The change was not a good one either. They also still are requiring masks on everyone in order to be served, as is their right. Just letting people know.

Customer service right to the point looks like they dont want to be here tables and chairs are dirty to where you have to walk around to find a clean table while employees sit around and talk

I suggest going to this place if you aren't looking for fresh fast food. Maybe old slow slug sandwich and poor customer service my suggestion is stay away from the paiges!

An employee was in training, but no one from her team wanted to help her. She kept messing up my order. It was ok, I just felt bad for the poor woman.

I called an hour out to prepare them for a bus. Only 27 people. Did they fill the ice cream machine? No. Half hour wait for my sundae and an exasperated look from the manager while giving it to me as if to say that I shouldn't have ordered it. Not only that. No fries ready either.

The jalapeño poppers are half the size that used to be and have almost no cheese in them..(they think we did not notice.). Same price. Are the grill marks fake? Convection oven‘s do not leave grill marks,... especially when they are on the side of the wrong side. Fries always cold.

I just left there from drivethrew got down the road and opened my samdwhich to find a pile of mush. The buns were all mushy and falling apart because they were loaded with grease. The burger tasted disgusting. It was my first time trying the new bacon burger and i should have known this would happen. The last couple times I have gone there my burgers have been messy and disgusting. This whole store team needs to be fired and new ones brought in. have know ibwould

Horrible breakfast today. The hashbrowns were cooked in rancid oil. I can't even eat them and the croissant is hard as heck it must be from last week. This Burger King is horrible.

Do not!! Get the bacon king from here a buddy got one few days ago and got food poisoning from it. Now after that unknowing of that situation I had one yesterday and I’m currently dealing with food poisoning myself!

7PM, ordered #7 no onions with onion rings, 8 piece with barbeque sauce and a large onion ring. Burger was cold, had the end rind of the tomato and an overload off the sides in mayonaise and also missing the lettuce. The onion rings were old and cold. No straws and no large onion ring due to a misunderstanding at the speaker. The girl was nice enough and it didn't take forever but the quality of the food was barely edible.

Omg my husband and I ate there this morning and the food was disgusting made both of us sick we are thinking that the sausage on the sausage egg cheese croissant was spoiled and there was no sense of complaining it wouldn't of got us anywhere and we were the only ones in there and it took 10 minutes to get the nasty meal so whoever was cooking don't know what the hell there doing we will never eat there again

This is the dirtiest, rudest location of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Didn’t even receive my food. They will take your order and stare at you for 20 minutes before claiming that it’s your fault as the customer for not checking on the status of the order, that supposedly did not go through even though placed at the restaurant itself. Avoid wasting your money and time dealing with spiteful idiots.

Extremely disappointed. I used to order breakfast here regularly for my husband, but the service has gone downhill. Orders are often wrong or we're missing items, and when my husband tries to get help, the staff ignores him and stands around talking. We even contacted corporate but nothing changed—in fact, it’s worse now. The workers aren’t just lazy, they’re completely unprofessional. Do better

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a lot of food for my whole family well one burger was missing so i went into the store and was accused of lying and obnoxiously mocked by two employees. Then when spoken to management was also mocked obnoxiously. The employees were very rude and unprofessional when it was a simple fix situation i was not rude or anything when i went into the store.
