Dinner with the hubs. Service from Santiago was impeccable!! The lemon garlic shrimp from the Skinny menu was flavorful AND plentiful. The chicken salad sandwich was beyond wonderful… fresh ingredients, butter grilled bread!!! Great food, service & atmosphere!!! Unfortunately, no room for dessert.

It was my first time. Loved it. It was a Saturday around four, got seated right away. Great start. We had a fantastic waitress Joyce! I would recommend you ask for her if you go. She was on the ball! EXCELLENT service. Appetizers great. Main course great and dessert of course delicious. Would definitely recommend this place.

The menu is huge (as always at Cheesecake Factory), so there’s something for everyone, whether you’re in the mood for a fresh salad, a juicy burger, or one of their signature pasta dishes. The drinks were also well-prepared—refreshing and perfectly balanced. The service was equally impressive. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout the meal. She checked in with us multiple times but never felt intrusive—just genuinely attentive and welcoming. You could tell she cared about our experience and wanted us to enjoy ourselves. Overall, this visit reminded me why I love coming to The Cheesecake Factory. The variety of their menu is incredible. You can literally find anything in their menu. And everything is delicious. I know they’re famous for the cheesecakes which are good, but overall the whole menu is worth it!

I just love this place! I know it’s known for their yummy cheesecake, but the food is just the absolute BEST. I honestly get overwhelmed by how many delicious options there are. You can’t ever make a bad choice. I always get something new and they never disappoint. The cabbage salad entree is top notch! For the cheesecakes, it’s just as good as you imagine, if not better. My favorite is the banana cheesecake. Especially if your a banana lover, you will not be disappointed by this one😍🍌 I even made my own at home:). I recommend coming at night for that outgoing late night vibe and grabbing some good rich food followed by the best banana cheesecake YUM.

The selection of food is outstanding! Sort of like reading a book though lol. The service was excellent very attentive, but not pushy. The cheesecakes, of course were such an excellent way to top off a delicious meal. I would personally suggest the mango Keylime cheesecake. The atmosphere was loud and noisy, but the Decor was appealing.

The food is great, whatever we had was delicious. Kids options are also so great, still hefty portions nonetheless. I had Asian wrap and the sauces make all the difference, I could opt for a healthier meal and still was full. And the brown bread with butter is probably one of my favorites ever, wish I could pack it to go over the Atlantic! Our son had the steak and loved it! The only trouble is-how to taste all those cheesecakes! Wish they had some tiny bites selection of each!:) Our go to place for a happy and relaxed family time when we are tired or not up for cooking. Love from us to you, even though we get to visit you once every couple of years :(

5 stars for service at a chain restaurant- yes really. I had a reward that my husband and I wanted to use. I didn't see it on the check and asked. The manager tried and SHOWED me that the computer wasn't allowing her to take the $10 off the receipt - even though there wasn't a minimum dollar amount listed in the fine print. She didn't need to do that. I wanted to make sure that she knew I wasn't trying to get her server in trouble - and her response was "no, of course not." The whole team was helpful, kind and accommodating. They felt bad that the rewards certificate wasn't working and apologized, even though, it clearly was a system issue and not a them issue. The service the entire meal was spectacular as well - the kind treatment we received at the end just put a cherry on top. (We did end up getting a comped slice of cake - the value of our rewards certificate)

The food here is very good. I recommend going with appetizers and hand helds rather than entrees. That is where the magic is, and of course the cheesecake. Staff is friendly, once in awhile there is a wait but that's how you know it's good.

When we are in town, cheesecake is a must. And it seems we always settle for the exact same choices - Chocolate Godiva & Red Velvet. We get it to go. And Nik was a jewel. Always gracious.

Just met friends for lunch at CF Palm Beach Gardens, as we have several times. Thankfully I made a reservation, they were very busy. We requested and sat in a booth in the round room overlooking the terrace. While our service was prompt, our server couldn't have been more curt. She didn't greet us,as we had her. When I asked for separate checks,she responded with, "i was already told that'. The bread & butter and soft drinks came quickly. Her demeanor was miserable. Our food came soon after. My lunch size Asian Salad was terrific, my boyfriends berger was cooked perfectly. Our friends shared Chicken Madera. All outstanding.. Additional bread and butter was delivered without a word or smile. We all discussed her miserable demeanor but decided we didn't want to affect the promptness. When requesting the check I told her I was a rewards member. She told me there is no benefit to giving her my number, rewards are given periodically regardless. I looked surprised, so then she said in an annoyed, sarcastic manner, "If it will make you feel better, I'll take your number". A very strange encounter. This was Nov.11th @ 1:00 round room.

The ambiance is always great here. Our waitress was attentive without being annoying, worth every penny of a tip. The drinks (margaritas and frozen peach Bellinis) were awesome. The bread is addictive as was the Parmesan crusted asparagus and spinach & artichoke dip. Got 3 different cheesecakes to try... Vanilla bean, s'mores, and Godiva chocolate - all delicious.I would give 5 stars, but my shrimp "scampi" dish was a disappointment. It had an odd fried flavor on the shrimp, there was only a handful of them, they had the tails on, and it was just plated so weird... Like a splattered big. Made me feel some type of way. Not a good way.

The food was good, but not hot enough. The lady servicing us was friendly and attentive. For the time of day it wasn't too busy, nice time to enjoy a meal or slice of cheesecake with friends. Has a inside and outside seating area. A good amount of options for food and cheesecakes. Bread was served fresh, warm and with butter.

Hubby and I enjoyed our breakfast at The Cheesecake Factory. My favorite part were the crispy potatoes! I ordered the French toast with a side of eggs. Appetizers were very good, same with cocktails but the main dish was not that good..they put ingredients that we requested to not add, burnt bread, rice tasted funny and we saw 2 different tables complain about their food to staff. Our waitress (tall man in his 30s with short black hair) was phenomenal. Kitchen staff has something to work on or maybe they are just overworked/understaffed because it was very busy. 4 stars is generous but it’s a special place for my family.

Food took a while to come out, but that is to be expected on a Satueday night as it was pretty busy. Jason was great. Just the food came out at room temperature. My company sent their plate back to rectify the issue. I didnt bother as I had waited long enough and was hungry. Outside of the that, I also ordered a slice of cheesecake. Slices seemed a bit small. I've never ordered a slice while dining or to go, but from what I was told, the slices used to be a little bigger? Please feel free to let me know lol.

There were long waits for drinks and order taking in a restaurant that was half empty and staff were having extensive conversations. But our food was really good, and so was the cheesecake and cappuccino we had. And the service was decent at other times.

It arrived promptly and was absolutely perfect. I ordered the fish tacos as my entree and my daughter ordered a chef salad. Both were excellent and perfectly prepared. The restaurant was very busy but the staff was very professional and kept things flowing smoothly. No room for cheesecake this visit!

Please management work on that, as you see i still give 4 star, i didnt want to be bad person and give all 1 star.

Good service and beautiful decor but the food is mediocre. The namesake is what this place does best, can’t fault the desserts in any way. The menu is huge so it seems like they don’t master the other many, many dishes.

We got two dishes "To Go". The wait wasn't too bad for a Sunday afternoon 20-30mins, but we didn't want to wait any longer. The two dishes we had were great tasting but the portions were disappointing, the shrimp dish was definitely much smaller than expected and the chicken pasta dish barely had a whole chicken breast.

This Cheesecake Factory was interesting 🤔 Not like other locations I've been to. They say they close at 10:00PM and we entered at 9:30PM and way after we sat down people were still being seated. The bread 🥖 of course was absolutely delicious, but the thing I was most disappointed about were these Ahi Tuna Nachos (see picture 🖼️ below) They look pretty appetizing, but when you're actually picking through it, you see that there is the smallest spoonful of Ahi Tuna, Avocado, and Edamame 🫛 that they actually put atop. It was ALL tempura chip. I was very disappointed and I had to ask Peter, our Waiter to take it back. (I never send things back but this was such a waste of $19.95) Peter was amazing. He was such a kind and 'happy-go-lucky' gentleman and honestly when I sent back my dish, it killed his mood. So sad. He's the reason I'm giving this location a better rating, than it deserves. We didn't want any dessert this night, and I finished the evening off with my favorite Avocado 🥑 Egg rolls. Peter handed us the bill and we left. I might not come back to this Cheesecake Factory location, but I will come back to this plaza. Apparently they're building a Van Lewen Ice Cream 🍦 Shop and I can't wait to try it out!

Service was friendly, but extremely slow. Ratio of rice to food in the salmon bowl was a bit high, not too surprised and given that rice is the cheapest ingredient. Ordered sweet potato fries, but got regular ones. After asking for them to be swapped out, still no sweet potato fries. Had to ask a second time. I don’t think it was because they were too busy, because they really weren’t.

Got a ahi tuna salad and the salad was decent, but definitely nothing special and not worth $30 Tuna was Sysco grade tuna with little to no flavor, the tomatoes were sliced, and unlike the other salads there was just a handful of baby greens, either cheesecake factory is cutting portions big time or I just remembered the salads being much bigger especially at a $25.95+ tax tip price. Bread was luke warm, and the place had 6 tables on a Wednesday lunch. Service was ok. Won't be back!

We had two waiters waiting on our table which, at times it appeared they were confused on who took what orders. Nonetheless always friendly to the party's requests. My issue was that the actual plates getting to the table took forever, unsure if the kitchen was short handed however we waited a lengthy time. The dish I originally wanted I could not order, they ran out of ahí tuna so I had to select an alternate. When my plate was received, my meal was cold, nothing was warm about it, which was disappointing and lacked in taste. It also was missing a side, incomplete dish. I did get the side upon asking the waitress. Although the wait was long it felt my dish was rushed and lost in detail. The beans had no flavor, seemed as if they were dumped right out of a can and the rice was clumpy. The 3 tiny chicken tenders cold and hard to cut through with my knife. The portions on plate were so off balance. The plate was mainly a large bowl of clumpy rice and bland beans. The chicken you had to search for in the plate, overtaken by the other items mentioned. For the price I expected a visible portion of well cooked protein. The restaurant lighting is very dim. I'm all for the ambiance however that lighting provides about as much light as some table candles, maybe even less. That's actually a liability to the restaurant, hazard for foot traffic in general. Is that a deterrent so you don't see your dish? I don't know... however, the overall experience was underwhelming.I was invited as part of a party but I don't think I would personally select this place to eat at again.

This Cheesecake Factory was interesting 🤔 Not like other locations I've been to. They say they close at 10:00PM and we entered at 9:30PM and way after we sat down people were still being seated. The bread 🥖 of course was absolutely delicious, but the thing I was most disappointed about were these Ahi Tuna Nachos (see picture 🖼️ below) They look pretty appetizing, but when you're actually picking through it, you see that there is the smallest spoonful of Ahi Tuna, Avocado, and Edamame 🫛 that they actually put atop. It was ALL tempura chip. I was very disappointed and I had to ask Peter, our Waiter to take it back. (I never send things back but this was such a waste of $19.95) Peter was amazing. He was such a kind and 'happy-go-lucky' gentleman and honestly when I sent back my dish, it killed his mood. So sad. He's the reason I'm giving this location a better rating, than it deserves. We didn't want any dessert this night, and I finished the evening off with my favorite Avocado 🥑 Egg rolls. Peter handed us the bill and we left. I might not come back to this Cheesecake Factory location, but I will come back to this plaza. Apparently they're building a Van Lewen Ice Cream 🍦 Shop and I can't wait to try it out!

Service was friendly, but extremely slow. Ratio of rice to food in the salmon bowl was a bit high, not too surprised and given that rice is the cheapest ingredient. Ordered sweet potato fries, but got regular ones. After asking for them to be swapped out, still no sweet potato fries. Had to ask a second time. I don’t think it was because they were too busy, because they really weren’t.

The service was more or less good. Considering the portions the food was very expensive. It wasn't worth it 😕, for example, we bought a pice of cheesecake and it was very small considering the price of $12. You can find that whole cheesecake with better quality and flavor in other place for the same price.

Service was terrible from the start. The waiter clearly did not want to be there and made it obvious through their attitude and lack of attention. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. On top of that, the restroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Dirty, unpleasant, and unacceptable for any place serving food. Overall, very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend this place based on the service and cleanliness alone.

Would rate this 0 stars if I could, the manager “Audi” completely lied and mistreated us. We ordered a pick up order for curbside and checked in via the app, after waiting 30 minutes after it said it would be ready, we called to check in they said someone would be out shortly. Another 15 minutes went by with no food and we finally went in to check what was going on. Upon talking to the manager Audi he said they gave our food to someone else, obviously we were a little upset as we just waited 45 minutes. He said they were remaking our food and that it would be another 20 minutes, he offered us free cheesecake but we had already paid for cheesecake on our order, I asked for a refund instead and he told me that because it was an online order he can’t refund it. After going back and forth he agreed to fully refund it and told us it would take 5-7 business days. After waiting over an hour for our to go food we were upset but okay. 14 days go by and no refund - we called the store and spoke to the manager Krystal (who was lovely) and she connected us to Audi who said he never agreed for a refund and treated us as if we were lying. His employees witnessed the entire interaction. The way he spoke to us on the phone was disgusting and I am appalled by the lack of hospitality shown at this location. We will never be back.

When I got there I told the hostess Natalie that we had a party of 11. She said ‘no problem’. I said they would all be there in about 20 minutes. Again, ‘no problem’. I kept her updated about how many in our party. When everyone got there I told her we were ready to sit. She then tells me that it will be another hour. What????? She said there was a wait and she never put us on the list! Unbelievable!! I told the manager and he said he would see what he could do. Natalie was then extremely rude when she should have been apologetic instead. I told her that I was going to do a review on her and she very rudely said “oh I can’t wait!!”. She literally should be fired.

The level of incompetence in the management here is unrivaled. I fully understand corporate policy dictates that "reservations" are limited to parties of 6, but when you have a family birthday party for 19 and give 4 hours notice...there might be ways to prepare/accomodate. Apparently not; which tells you all need you to know about how family-focused this business is, whether by corporate design or local management. Shame on you Cheesecake Factory. I won't darken your doorstep again...ever.
