The food was excellent and our host, Ian, was friendly and helpful with the menu. We will return the next time we are staying on Singer Island.

Logan was a fantastic server - explaining the dishes in detail and answering our questions. We would absolutely come back and be happy to have Logan again!

We had a wonderful dinner at Ona. From the beginning Kathy our hostess greeted us with a smile. Then, our server Aggie was incredible, going above and beyond for us. So accommodating to both kids and adults. We will definitely be back!

Chris was great. We dined with our younglings, they had their fill of Roy Roger's and upleveled the youngest to bridge the gap between the kids menu and the adult. Chris met all of our expectations. Food was great, renovated space is awesome, location on the beach is top notch.

We ordered room service and Jose Garcia delivered our dinner. He was extremely polite and respectful while being in our room. I ordered a gluten-free pizza for my daughter and he brought up some gluten bread for her as well. He definitely provided exceptional service.

I love ONA Cuisine! Anytime I go there I always stop at the bar and pray my favorite bartender, Alex Stone, is there. That man needs a raise with how he is able to deal with my indecisiveness. He always makes my drinks to perfection! The food is amazing but the service is top tier.

We ate at the restaurant many times during our stay for different meals. 3 days in a row we had the pleasure of having Karina care for us. She had a beautiful, welcoming, contagious smile! She was so caring, remembering what we liked to drink and anticipating our needs before we had them! Hands down best server!!

I ordered the snapper. My wife ordered the grouper. Both dishes were beyond delicious. The waitress was not only professional but genuinely friendly and helpful. She made our dinner a great experience

The dining experience has always been too notch however, what really sets it apart is their amazing staff, most notably Ruby! The whole family absolutely loves her. Someone did a good job when they decided to hire her.

We love coming to Ona, special shout out to Karina she is a always a delight and goes above and beyond. View is great. Food is amazing (I got the falafel wrap. It was absolutely amazing.).

The staff was super friendly and was great regarding customer service. A special thanks to Jasmine at the front desk and Larry and Sylvia at the coffee shop. They were really great and accommodating. The valley parking people were great too

Raul was my server this morning he went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely taken care of and had everything I needed. Restaurants like these and hotels are amazing but what it makes them so special is having servers like Raul who go above and beyond to make that experience everything you want it to be he was right there every time I needed him he was punctual with bringing out my food. I wasn’t feeling good so he actually did more for me than was required. Let me sit down and he would go pick my food up for me instead of making me go up and get it! When I come again, I wanna make sure he is the only one I get as a server!

Chris the server and Terry the manager were absolutely wonderful. The food was also delicious, lots of great European options and the oysters were fantastic. The atmosphere was also comfortable and inviting while also being very tasteful. Good job with the renovations 😄.

Teresa Cardile is amazing! She works in the coffee shop. She is always smiling and friendly! She suggested different drinks and food if I am unsure ! I live a few buildings over and walk to see her smiling face every day. What an asset to the Marriott ! Teresa is the reason I am there every day!

Delicious meal with a beautiful view! We had the Shrimp cocktail, MahiMahi and Hot Honey sandwiches for lunch. Virgin Blueberry mojito refreshing too! Thanks Karina for excellent service!

Our waitress Karina is lovely and anticipated all of our dining needs. The atmosphere is beautiful - ocean views, the noise level was low and easy to have a conversation. The food is very good. Highly recommend!

Grabbed a few snacks here at the little coffee market and Silvia was just so delightful with my children. Alex at the bar was just amazing and always makes a perfect drink! This place never disappoints!

I ordered room service for dinner and Jose Garcia was so kind and thorough. I have celiac and ordered a gluten free pizza. He realized my pizza was not gluten free, apologized profusely and said he would make it right ASAP. Which he did. SO appreciative of him!

Aggie was so friendly and attentive! Thank you for a lovely meal. She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down, checked on us just the right amount, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The food was great too!!. We’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I are here for vacation from Massachusetts and decided to pass by the beach Jose took great care of us, checking in at the right moments! Definitely will be back for longer! the customer service at the beach was amazing and truly made our stay so much more enjoyable. Also definitely recommend getting a painkiller ! So delicious

We arrived last night and decided to stay in and do room room service. What a great first impression of the resort, thanks to Logan. We thought we found the menu online but when calling to place our orders she informed us that it was an old menu. She was so kind and patient giving us some recommendations based on what we tried to order, all while texting us pictures of the updated menu. Her kindness continued in the delivery process placing our food in the living room for us, she brought condiments we didn't even think to ask for but absolutely wanted and used. The food came fast, was hot and tasted delicious. 11/10. We can't wait to try dinner in the restaurant tonight, however the service provided by Logan may be hard to beat!

We stayed at the Marriott and ate at Ona 3 times…twice for dinner and once for lunch. All meals were delicious and service was excellent. Will give a shout out to Raul who went over and beyond to make lunch extra special for my daughter that had an ankle injury from a soccer game. He went and got her ice for her foot and made our lunch an experience that we will never forget.

We had the most wonderful dinner and the service was outstanding . Gustavo was our waiter. Such a fun spot and the food was amazing.

Aggie was THE BEST waitress - so funny, super personable, and made sure we were well taken care of. We would come back just to see her! Oysters Rockefeller were good, salmon with beurre blanc was excellent, and the grouper with capers was also great. Very beautiful hotel and a lovely area outside to hang out in after dinner.

My boyfriend and I went for a late lunch. We had Aggie as our server who was excellent. Very kind and knowledgeable with spot on recommendations. Great views with cozy atmosphere.

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday night for a celebratory birthday dinner . Our server Aggie was wonderful and very friendly . We ordered the stuffed oysters that were delicious and the beef carpaccio was okay . We then ordered the ribeye and this was the biggest let down . The steak which we asked for medium rare came out grey and was not seared or seasoned what so ever . The steak also tasted off and has a breakfast sausage taste . The manager approached to inquire about the meal but was dismissive and didn’t really seem genuinely concerned about our experience. He talked over us and just kept going on about where the steak was from which to us was irrelevant considering the very disappointing taste for a $65 entree. The lemon garlic whipped potatoes that we ordered as an addition side was delicious . Over all Aggie was the star of the show and the views were great .

Our waitress ignored us. It seemed to be a passive aggressive reaction to adding another table to her section. After 10 minutes the manager came over to make sure we got water and different wait staff. Our new waiter was perfectly accommodating but the food was only modestly good and didn’t overcome the poor service experience.

I ordered a Caesar salad WITH OUT Anchovies and they put it on. It took about one hour and forty minutes to get our food. They put two things wrong on the check. Flower Knocked down so there is dirt everywhere. The flatbread was soggy. People that came in 30 minutes after us got their food before. Also we asked for refills and they forgot.

Incredible location with an awesome view, but the customer service is absolutely horrible and the food is just OK. This morning, when I came downstairs for breakfast, I asked for a table by the window. Maria told me they were not available, and I said no problem—I’d wait. At this moment, there were four open tables at the window. However, moments later, two parties without reservations were seated at the window. When I pointed this out, Maria backpedaled and claimed that the window tables were reserved for parties of four. Interestingly, two of the window tables were occupied by parties of two, and none of the people who entered after me had reservations. I requested a manager, and Mr. Terry arrived and quickly solved the problem by seating me at an open table by the window. He explained the reservation policy, but it was clear that this was not the issue. Unfortunately, it was evident that Maria was discriminating against me. My server was Brandon was incredible.
