wonderful service, restaurant at the Hilton Hotel. I had the salmon with sautéed mushrooms and mashed potatoes was superb. Juan the server was very professional and knowledgeable.

Superior dining experience in Aruba. The service was first class. The atmosphere was exceptional. The food was amazing. Started with the wedge salad. Crunchy and lightly dressed. The lobster bisque was exquisite. The puff pastry on top was light and flaky. A well executed bisque in presentation and taste. The main course was the surf and turf. The filet and tiger shrimp were cook to order and PERFECT!! When you go here you will not be disappointed.

Excellent restaurant with great ocean view, got both indoor and outdoor seating. They have tremendous wine collection, delicious seafood, and amazing steaks. It's a bit expensive than usual. But a great place for romantic/intimate/relaxing dinner.

Top tier food great service and prices aren’t too bad but do not expect to walk in with 100$ and eat you’re looking at minimum 250-300$ pre tip - they also charge 18% service fee on the bill anything extra is for your waiter

We got there after sunset and still had a great view. Everyone enjoyed their dinners. Would have gotten 5 stars for service but had to ask for water refills. Cookie and ice cream was better than triple chocolate cake.

Absolutely perfect romantic dinner for Valentines Day. From the before dinner drinks at Hilton Mira Solo, to the incredible view of sundown through the palm trees (be sure to time your reservation right), to the delicious steaks (center cut sirloin and NY Prime 16oz), the focaccia bread, and topped off with Errol as our masterful server! I think we've found our new favorite restaurant in Aruba!

This restaurant really is a cut above, pardon the pun. I have eaten here on multiple occasions now and the food, wine list, and especially the service is first-class. Highly recommend you try it for yourself. Juan really is the star of the show here with his larger than life personality. 11 out of 10 for this establishment.

Had an opportunity to dine in with family. Sunset vibe, food and service was beyond excellent. We were wowed from start to end. Excellent

We had a romantic meal overlooking palm trees and the water. David was our server, he was attentive but not obtrusive. He made an excellent wine pairing with our steaks. The crab cakes and lobster bisque were really good as well.

This place was amazing! I got the lobster bisque soup which was delicious, filet mignon which melted in my mouth. And as sides my friends and I got asparagus, crab cakes, lobster mac & cheese. Everything was delicious! We also got a bottle of wine which was very good! No complaints, our server was great I definitely recommend!

Great fine food and atmosphere. Perfect if you can time your dinner reservation with the sunset. Service with our waiter Juan was the best. Steak was cooked how I wanted it. Happy Island!

One of the best steaks I had in Aruba!! Service was incredible a must if you are a steak lover when in Aruba. Get the ribeye.

Service was slow. Was there in a party bus. Entertainment was excellent! Bitterballens were not ny cup of tea.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with our family and 1-year-old daughter. Waitstaff was very attentive and food was delicious. Beautiful scenery and sunset was picturesque. We will be back this week!

Sunset Grille was by far the best restaurant we've been to in Aruba. The ribeye prime was cooked beautifully. The steak tartare was flavorful and the lobster mac and cheese was very creamy. The service was wonderful, our waitress Imelda was so sweet and provided quick service. She also made good recommendations. Absolutely loved this restaurant.

We love Aruba, and we always stay at the Hilton. This time, there was a lot of construction going on. If you go out on the balcony, you can hear the noise of hammers, etc. It all depended on where your room was located. We went to the beach every day and had lunch at the Sunset Grill a few times during the week. The casino was great. I won a Royal Flush. Yay!!

It was amazing, really fancy too I loved the food the steak was well done and clean!! You should definitely eat here 10/10!!!

We were staying at the Hilton so decided to have dinner there one night. It was a bit pricy but well worth it. When we walked in we were immediately asked about food allergies by the host. When the waiter came over he confirmed them. Every one was super knowledgeable about gluten free. Lots of options or things that can be made gluten free. Even gave me my own basket of gluten free bread. Our original table was wobbly after a failed attempt to make it not wobble the waiter moved our table without any issue. Super cozy place to eat. The staff made you feel like family.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sunset Grill Aruba celebrating my mother’s birthday, and I cannot say enough good things about the evening. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special, but what truly made the night unforgettable was the incredible service from our servers, Juan and Kayleigh. They went above and beyond to make sure my mom felt celebrated and cared for. They were attentive without being overbearing, friendly, professional, and genuinely warm. You can tell they take pride in what they do. They handled every detail perfectly, checked on us at just the right times, and helped create such a relaxed, happy atmosphere for our family. Because of them, my mom’s birthday dinner felt personal and memorable, not just another night out. The food, the ambiance, and the service all came together beautifully, but Juan and Kayleigh truly made the whole experience amazing. We left feeling so grateful and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend Sunset Grill if you want great food and service that makes you feel truly taken care of!

We had a reservation and asked to sit outside. As soon as we arrived we were seated outside and had a great evening. Our server was very good and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered the grilled octopus and it was cooked perfectly. This restaurant has made our list of regular locations.

Very nice setting. Outside was nice overlooking the pool. We had the crab cakes for an app, nothing special, and wouldn't order again. For dinner, I had the sirloin steak, which was very tender and had a nice char. Coupled that with the asparagus, which was great. My wife had the grouper, and it was done perfectly. Service was good. We skipped dessert, not much that was tempting there.

Tired from traveling I decided to have dinner here since it was apart of the hotel grounds. I was completely impressed with the food, staff and views our seating offered. I had the seafood risotto and it was the best I have tasted in 20 years. Definitely one of my favorite places on this trip so far.

Husband and I both had the filet there last night. I ordered it med and it was dry! No extra juice on plate and I personally needed salt and pepper. The waiter even offered steak sauce when he delivered our steaks. I said "if I need steak sauce, that's a bad sign". For the price we paid, I was quite dissappointed in the food. The mashed potatoes tasted like box potatoes. We split a salad. No dessert. Had a bootle of wine. Bill was 235.00 usd.

Mixed review. Food: Ordered the NY Prime steak medium rare. Was delicious! Lean and yet not dry with perfect grill marks. Not indicative of anything but they sure look nice. Got side of ratatouille which has nice large chunks of mixed vegetables in a wonderful sauce. That may have been my favorite part! Warning to small children. This was a traditional preparation, not like the movie with the same name. Don’t be disappointed, just eat it and smile like the Linguini falling in love with Colette. What a nice movie. I DIGRESS Service: I was on business solo and was dressed appropriately for the restaurant. I was sat at the rear of the restaurant pretty much alone with a big pole in front of me. I noticed multiple other open tables and asked to move which was granted but still out of the way. Service started abruptly and I had three waiters/servers in 30 seconds. After declining the alcohol menu, it was clear I was going to be pumped out as quickly as possible. That’s fine. I noticed wonderful interactions all around me from the same and other waiters so it was pretty clear, they wanted to move my table. Overall: Wonderful food and neat ambiance. Just make sure you look the part and aren’t alone. I kinda want to come back and ‘Pretty Woman’ them with my family. Dang I am in a movie quote mood tonight.

Yes, this is a restaurant directly located in the Hilton but don’t let this fool you! The food was very delicious and the service attentive. Although on the pricier side, the quality and taste justified it. The only thing we didn’t understand was that this restaurant charged tax on the final bill which was a first for us in tax-free Aruba. Maybe because it’s located in a hotel? In any case, this should have been better disclosed.

We visited again and it was another great experience, great service from Joel, food was excellent as expected, thanks as always!

We had a lovely dinner on the patio with a fantastic sunset view. Our steaks were both slightly over cooked and the twice baked potato was smaller than we anticipated for the price, but we both said we would definitely give it another shot if we are ever back in Aruba.

Too expensive. OK Hilton, so what. Apparently freshly renovated. But more construction ongoing, blocking the view to the ocean, aside from being super far wit a huge amount of beautiful palm trees. Couldn't see the sunset at Sunset Grille ! Ironic ! Music from bar right next to outside seating competing with the restaurant was atrocious. Spoke to manager and he was nice, not his fault. But at least play/ sync the same music. Summary: too expensive for value, no view, cacophony, no sunset. Elements was much better in all respects.

The atmosphere was wonderful. Beach breeze with low ambient lighting. Sea bass was lacking flavor and the baked Alaska tasted of cheap grain alcohol. They completely forgot it was my mother's birthday even though we told the receptionist and server.

Food was ok, had the king scallops, baked provoletta and sea bass plate. For desert we had the baked Alaska. Food was ok, provoletta being the highlight. Service was passive aggressive and nowhere to be found… total bill with drinks was about $300 … had a better dinner and experience at other restaurants.

Okay at best. Very overpriced for medium quality, but they hooked us in with a coupon at check in to use only that day, which made it less terrible. We went there with children, which I don’t recommend. It was a 2 hour ordeal. Table side beverage service was entertaining, but a bit much for a couple mocktails. A few highlights: my child said it was the best mac and cheese he ever had, and his scoop of ice cream for dessert came with the cutest topping options.

The atmosphere is fantastic. The food is horrible at best. Dry tasteless chicken. Steak frites were less than edible. No concessions for Hilton Diamond members. Overpriced drinks. Bad wine list too. Try harder, Hilton.

Service was a highlight. Or waitress was thoughtful and kind. We started with the crab cakes and while they had good flavor they were served lukewarm not a pleasant temp. Then came the entrees they the risotto was not cooked properly and there was almost no seafood on it. We had a side of asparagus and it was swimming in oil. I ordered the grouper and was horrified by the lack of seasoning and again it was not hot. I didn't send the dish back but after the waitress spotted me not eating she took it back to the kitchen and removed it from the bill. VERY expensive. Not vegetarian friendly.

Short…./ expensive super average food, average service but beautiful setting. Long/ visited here few years ago and was great. Was very excited to come again. Place is nice and renovated and beautiful setting. Food is super average. Tuna had too much pepper, crab cakes were fishy, lobster was over cooked and 40$ for one small piece. Cesar salad was the one of the worst I ever had (too much bread not cut and dressing was horrible. Chicken was dry, steak was super fat and not cooked well. Wine was marked up 10x and the service was super average. This place is way too expensive to quality of food and service. Stay away.

My husband and I shared 4 things from the menu so we could taste different foods. The crispy cauliflower appetizer was fine, the king scallops appetizer was not what we expected; we got 3 med-sized and rubbery scallops...nothing special (for $29), we ordered the $70 ribeye to share, and although it was cooked med-rare as we suggested, it was very bland and boring. We ordered a twice-baked potato to go with the steak and it was very dry...the cheese on the top looked like it was shriveled up... there was supposed to be bacon in it, but it was chunks of ham, we concluded it was probably leftover ham from breakfast....and we each had one bottle of beer! The bill was $178..and we still left a 20%tip for the waitress because it wasn't her fault!! This place presents themselves as a fancy restaurant, but don't be fooled...the food is extremely bland and unappetizing!!! I was so surprised with cost compared to what we got, that I was lost for words when I left the restaurant!

There were 10 of us. Great welcome. Good service. Food was okay. When the bill arrived, they overcharged for the children's meals… they gave us some ridiculous excuse. To top it all off, the 18% service charge is already included, and they have the nerve to ask for another tip on top of everything else. This has to stop! There are limits to how easily you can treat customers like they're naive. Enough is enough.

Service was a 10 out of 5. However this was our worse dinning experience on the water in Aruba. The food is below average however the prices reflect a much higher quality then you will receive. We would not recommend the beach sunset dinner.
