Delishous fast food. Service is always excellent. Never mix up order. Just a really great place!!

I ordered something quick and simple to go.. like their egg rolls are wonderful.

They asked us to park, after we got our drinks and in the short time it took to park, they were already bringing out our food. Everything was nice and hot and fresh.

Typical JIB. Good food and service. This is my go to place when I want quick service and easy access to the freeway. Drive through is typically fast.

Was hungry and very thirsty, And then I saw Jack.. my savior and Thurston quencher. I'm a bit out of my area this week. I'm glad I found jack..lol

Very clean. We got tacos and burgers. Tacos were fresh and crunchy. Not like other places where the shell is kind of stale and mushy. My other half got a cheeseburger. Really good, fresh made. Ended up getting another one. Tables were clean. Bathrooms clean. Someone was always cleaning floors and bathrooms. Only negative: I really hate when I'm eating and floor is being cleaned right under me. Girl was mopping right under my chair and hitting the chair with the mop. Let me eat in peace and clean under me when I'm done. I love JITB tacos and this store was great

Their fully loaded breakfast sandwich was great, but not worth its hefty regular price. The coupon that we used made it barely affordable, though.

So nice. They forgot my chicken nuggets in my drive through order so I went in to grab them. They were so kind, apologetic and gave us free desert as well. Wonderful costumer service.

I live in PD Cahuilla Hills, and used to go to the location in La Quinta on Hwy 111, only a couple times at my sons request, but the service was so bad & the team very unprofessional, we stopped going to Jack altogether. Well my son really wanted some curly fries & tacos one evening. Jack in the Box on Cook St. exceeded any expectation I would have had. Clean, greeted with a friendly and smiling face, bathroom was clean, and I forgot how good the Southwest Chicken Salad (grilled) was, and actually very satisfying. Fast food is certainly just that….fast food, but just a kind friendly face can make all the difference. The young lady employee #TRNJP, was very helpful with menu questions & suggestions. I usually cook, but sometimes I just need a break!

It was my first time at Jacks. Very friendly staff, a tasty burger and fries! I was the only guest at that time in the restaurant and it looked very clean. No trash or dirty tables or floor.

Not bad, but not good. Fast food should not cost as much as fine dining.

I was really disappointed because they don’t have the cheesy fries I hate that they change their menu a lot today the person seemed to rushed and wasn’t listening I had to keep repeating everything very annoying

Tacos are always good on a cold night. The price isn't bad either.

Basic fast food / burger place nothing special except I wanted to try it as I don't have one in my home state.

Had a good meal here on drive to Phoenix from LA, but the service was slow. There was no one else inside, and maybe 4 cars went through the drive through while we were sitting and waiting, but it still took over 15 minutes to get our food. The restaurant was clean, and we saw at least 4 employees during our time there.

I've been going to jack in the box for years & only ever get an order of the 10 regular tacos because they're so delicious. I only recently found out they're made from soy? If that's the case than wow! I never knew that soy was this great, I love those tacos & will continue loving them.

Reasonably priced food, a good option if staying in the region. We enjoyed it and the staff was really nice!

Not a great burger, just average. Smallest order of fries l have ever been served. Not sure what mystery meat "substance" was in taco.

They get my order right 90%of the time. High school students work there which is good for the neighborhood

Our order got lost. Had to go back and ask. Then it came out pretty fast and was good and 🔥.

The fries in this place were absolutely fantastic! The triple Burger not so much... Hamburger patties were very very thin.

Service could be quicker / better But food was cooked to order, hot and tasty What more could you want

Worst experience ever:(- Takes more than 10 minutes to get order through drive-thru. Manager is rude and screams to own employees- i will never go in my life to Jack In the Box on washington in Bermuda Dunes. Staff is horrible/ Manager--VERY UNPROFESIONAL

It's a Jack In The Box so you know what you're going to get so what it boils down to customer service. Sad to say the customer service is horrible here prepare to wait forever for your food and always check your bag to make sure all your food is in there. Unfortunately I stopped there a lot because there's not a lot of places around in the area and I always check my bag about 90% of the time something is missing.

This store is a franchise and the does not offer military discounts. I asked the young lady that took my order that the order was for here to eat. And she gave me a to-go bag.

Everytime I come here there is a note on the door that the lobby is closed. When will it be opened? Every other fast food restaurant has dining in. Please update the internet as it shows "dine in" is an available option. Thank you. Love your breakfast food but prefer to dine in.

Ok sums up the experience. The staff did tbe task of taking my order. I was not hungry i bought a large drink. I was shocked and could have canceled to order. The large drink was 2.79. Think about 3 dollars for a soft drink. They may be paying for their new high technology drink dispenser. Tne experience dropped the enjoyability of being there.

I had went to the drive thru and it took over 15mi s for one car to move .....only reason why they get a 2 star is cause they apologized.

Not being a local, my group expected better from the fast food chain we've heard so much about. The shakes were decent but the burgers were lacking.

I used drive tru order the pull me over to wait for my order I didn't receive my recibe from cashier bad services.

Restrooms were horrible. Very dirty. Should have employees clean more often. There was only one young man that had very good customer service. The other employees looked like they didn't want to be there. Not very friendly. No smiles.

Sadly they ignore any special requests. Food is thrown together and many times missing ingredients. They ould do better.

I love their food! They have great food and service. But they play their music so loud everyone has to shout to be heard when they order food. Or when food is ready you have a hard time or impossible time hearing the server call out when your order is ready if you're sitting in the dining area. Talking while dining is also difficult to be heard in a normal voice. Nerve-wracking for me and my dining companions. I've asked them very politely to turn the music down a little bit but was ignored. Maybe they don't want customers to eat inside? Take out only?

Jack-in-the-box should eighter increase their staffs customer service quality or decrease their prices. I don't believe they have ever filled my order correctly but I end up paying way to much. Unfortunately I have a couple of family members who are in love with their curly fries & chicken strips. So whether I'm satisfied with their service or not as long as they have those 2 items they will continue to receive my patronage. But not by choice.

The service was not good at all in this location. Took 15 minutes for the kid to finally give me my 2 ice coffee's. And that was my only order.

Very slow drive thru service. No cars 5 mins to order 10 to drive thru..

Went through drive thru for breakfast and 2 milks, got to work and one milk was already openned and half gone. Eww

The manager was rude when I called to have them explained why they didn't give me my order complete .. I don't recommend this place

I understand places run out of items. However, most of our order was incorrectly made or just not the right items.

Took 10min to order, received my large fry half full, no taco hot sauce or napkins. They were out of soda drinks.

The burger I order suppose to have diced grilled onions instead I got regular and the cheeses looked old and the curly fries were all stall , I'm at work right delivering so I couldn't go back.

The cashier was nice, but employees were super slow. It took about 50 minutes to get my order.

The location says “OPEN” doors and drive-thru are closed April 04, at 6:44pm. This is the third time this happens. Is the manager not planning shifts out well?

A good law training would be beneficial for your team, since a woman tried to kick is out from public property by yelling from the drive thru. Mind your business, learn the law, then argue .

Randomly closes early. Drove out of my way to go here because the drive through was open. Signs all listed say it should be open. Employees refused service.

Opens when they feel like it. Got there at 630 no one answered the drive thru. Someone was in there, saw me but they ignored me.

This was my first time eating at Jack in the Box. I am from Florida, but was in California for work. We don't have them where I'm from. I had the homestyle chicken tenders. They were terrible, just terrible. I took two bites and threw them away. Garbage food.

They ALWAYS OVER cook their burgers and they're like black hockey pucks. They cook them on a timer and need to decrease the time they cook them. When you ask them to cook it NOT well done they can't do it. NOT sure how they stay in business. So much for the customer is always right.

I went yesterday night at 11:10pm (they close at 12:00am) trying to use the drive thru and a girl over the speaker said: "We're unable to take your order because we all are going to our breaks" which I replied back asking how long was that going to take and she said 15min so I said I didn't mind waiting but she said that I had to move but I already had other 2 cars behind so I wanted to be the first again but she said "Do whatever you want"...So I did stayed but after 7mins or so I just decided to leave because I was afraid they would spit or do something to my food. Sorry if you guys had a rough day/night, or maybe a bad manager, idk, anything. But you gotta take care of your costumers too.

Every time I order in the drive thru I never get all my food then I have to drive back to tell them they didn't give me fries or my drink. This time my burger, by the time I reached work is when I noticed. I feel I shouldn't have to check if everything I ordered is in the bag.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and they did not even get my order right.Evertime i come they never get my order right.

Stopped by the drive-through in the early evening. The sign stated open 24 hours. Voice in the drive-through let me know they were closed for 30 minutes for employee break.

I asked for a breakfast burrito with just bacon cheese and eggs and and the woman says they don't do that. They only have the meat lovers and the sausage burritos. I told her i understand. Can I sub bacon for sausage on the sausage menu item? I just want bacon cheese and eggs & she said no we don't do that. So I told her nevermind. Waited to get thru rest of cars ahead of me & went to Starbucks. They were out of what I wanted but the customer service was excellent & that can make all the difference.

Not good. Got a mix of things from the menu the burger was fine (not as nice as Carl’s JR across the road) tacos were confused outside half was stale inside half was soaked through with oil. Chicken fajita pitta wasn’t nice at all. Children’s chicken combo tasted like fish. I’d give it a miss.

They took almost 10 minutes to answer at the drive through, then our food was not ready so they made us pull to the front for another 10 minutes and did not give us any condiments for our food and when we went inside to get them they charged us. Do better jack in the box.

Horrible service. Order 2 combos. The guy tells me to pull up to the closed window and when he is ready he would let me know so I can pull up. 15mins later we had to remind them that we were waiting for them. They charge my card and give me one drink and no fries. I let them know that I was missing food and the gal tells the guy that we wanted combos. HORRIBLE.

Their drive-thru line isn't as fast as it use to be. I had a 30 minute lunch. Had two cars ahead of me and it took me 15 minutes to get a cheese burger and a small French fries. Then they play this game where they don't allow you to pull up to the window to pay, until they wave for you to pull forward. Once they wave to you to pull forward to pay, you then wait for your food. That's a waste of time. I don't like playing their game. It's a shame, it use to be a fast.

Before they made me a vegetarian burrito and it was great. This time they complained and said it was against the rules and they don't serve any vegetarian food but finally made one for me. Cheese, eggs and hash brown burrito. Most expensive thing was the hash browns and they forgot it and barely wrapped up the burrito. Falling apart in bag but I did return later and got a refund.. horrible service and nasty attitude. Stay away!!

Closest location to our house and we absolutely love jack in the box but wish this wasn’t the one closest to us. We come around 8:30 a lot and they have the shake machines already shut off almost every night that early. Our order is wrong a lot of things forgot and normally the same person running from window to window to help us out. Now we’ve been driving about 2 miles further just to avoid this location

I never got a paper receipt either so i had to look for the number in the store. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but I don’t appreciate the encounter and it was frustrating enough to not go back again.

When I asking the workers for my mom I asked them for a Jumbo cheese and then my order arrived they asked if the order was right and I said yah but they gave me a small cheese burger and when I called them to make sure they just hang up every time.
