4 by 4 Animal Style extra chopped chilis chocolate shake and well done fries. You know what you're in for every time you go into one of these excellent establishments. Fresh everything. Swift accurate friendly service. Slammed or stable it's all good you're getting your food in a timely manner and piping hot never warmed over. Lobby is always clean. Always at least one team member cleaning. I dunno why people go elsewhere for a fast burger option.
Wonderful customer service! We were visiting from out of town, and Andrea went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She took the time to walk us through the menu--including the “secret menu” options--and made sure we knew all our choices. Her service was friendly, helpful, and truly made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

Went to go get the veterans free meal today at the In-N-Out and I will tell you they were first rate in staff, service and food. I was not expecting them to offer a milkshake but they did and of course I got a strawberry one. Places like In-N-Out make veterans like me extremely happy to have served our country and now to have them serve us. Fantastic job to the team. Had to come again this year for Veterans Day this time I got animal style double double and animal style french fries. Loved both of them and my daughter liked her a simple cheeseburger as well.
Best In and Out location I have ever been to! I come here at least once a week because it’s clean, fast, and the food is always fresh! I always have positive experiences with the staff, but today was the best! I had been running errands all day, and hadn’t eaten. So I was not thing straight. Pulled through the drive thru in under 10 minutes. I had ordered a shake for my son… at least thought I did. They repeated the order back when I paid, but I hadn’t noticed it was missing. Not until I received my food. I asked for my shake, while checking my receipt I noticed it wasn’t included. The young man at the drive thru window was kind and polite about it. Gave me a shake for my son, and told me not to worry about the cost. That little act of kindness made my very long day so much better. This will be the only location I come to going forward!
My favorite burger place of all time! I always stop in here multiple times when I travel. Even the workers have a great attitude and spirit about them. And I love that they’re a Christian organization.
It is such a very nice place to dine! Everything is perfect. I really like the food they served here. The waiting time was a really quick. I was served in time. Great service at an affordable price.
I came all the way from North Carolina and knew I had to stop at In-N-Out. It’s just one of those places you have to hit when you’re out west. I absolutely love the food and this location did not disappoint. The place was clean inside. Every table was wiped down, the floors were swept, and everything just looked kept up. There was plenty of parking and it was easy to find. I also liked the outdoor seating area. They had misters going which felt amazing on a hot day. Even outside, everything was clean. No bird droppings on tables like I’ve seen at some other spots. They got my order mostly right. One thing was off but that happens sometimes, especially at a busy place like this. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and out of all the In-N-Out locations I’ve been to, this is one of the better ones. Five stars from me.
When we flew into Palm Springs AirPort my buddy wanted to stop for a quick In-N-Out. I do not eat beef because my stomach doesn’t like it, but I had a few bites of a well done single burger and some fries. I also can’t resist a chocolate shake. Love I N Out since I was a kid and will always stop in and support. Bathrooms were clean and staff was great supply arrival. Service always takes a bit but it’s fresh food.

This is the best In & Out in the US. The associates are very professional and attentive. I asked for a rag to wipe down my table and the associate cleaned the table and swept the floor for us. The burgers were delicious and prepared really quickly even tho that they were very busy. Another young guy cleaned tables and took the trays away from other customers showing his very attentive skills. We will comeback to eat at this location because of the great customer service. this happened in November 17th at 3:30 pm, thank you all!
Delicious burgers served exactly like you want them. Great size and great value. Reasonable prices. Delicious and non-greasy fries. Everything is maintained well here and very clean. Staff are very friendly, upbeat and kind. If you are aching for a totally awesome burger, this is your place to go. The best, bar none. The staff who take your orders are just so super friendly! In Rancho Mirage this In-N-Out is top quality in food & in Services provided. Anticipate the wait time if in drive thru approximately anywhere from 10-20min due to nothing more than it's high demand. My experience with the staff employees at the drive thru is always 10 out of 10 they are Attentive, Happy, & Highly Hospitable. When under high wait times they will have a staff member taking your order with a tablet at the drive through to speed up the ordering process to get the traffic lane in & out faster. When paying you pay at the first window & one of the staff members will provide a paper liner for your lap (if it's for eating in the car of course). At the second window you will be handed you food & may ask for extra utensils, napkins, ketchup or pepperoncinis, inclusively a cup of water, staff members will always be very graceful (never have I had a bad experience). Drive thru is overall fast, efficient and highly accessible for any size vehicle. Prices are very accessible, probably the best over any burger,Fries,& shake fast food restaurants in the Valley. Quality is just there, from the grilled beef paddy to the fresh cut fries & shakes. They have an outdoor seating area with misters for the winter time. Parking is vast, in the front & sides of the restaurant.

I was really surprised. Usually in and out has great food, and fast and efficient service. But neither of those things were true this time. I got animal style fries, and they were completely cold. And it actually took a really long time to get to my food. They were busy, but not anymore than normal. I was a little disappointed this time. My Double-Double was great, as usual but everything else was lagging.
Staff here are very cordial. Kudos to the team. Like other In-N-Out, the drive thru was packed at dinner time. We had a bit of time so we went indoor. Inside was clean and great to watch the staff serve each customer with a smile. We waited approximately 10 minutes.
In the world of fast food burgers, In-N-Out is a good option. The quality of the food is good. The place is clean. The staff is numerous and highly attentive. The down side is that it is mobbed. While the place is crawling with customers, they have enough capacity to handle it, in terms of seating, kitchen production, and staffing. There is a lot of outdoor seating in the back. So if you want a good burger and don’t mind a crowd, this is a good option. The burgers are better than the fries. My kids got the animal fries and they are a worthy option. We all got shakes and while the quality is good the size is adequate.
Stopped by In-N-Out Burger for lunch on Father’s Day. First time trying this. Burgers are freshly made in store. Very nice burger. Tasted fresh like a real burger. Fries are a bit dry for my liking. Great and friendly services. Will come back again.
I’ve heard about this place from friends. Being from FL we don’t have them so I was excited to try something new. The visit started by walking into a VERY crowded dining room. I thought I would be there forever before placing my order, but there there three people at the registers and they were FAST! The menu is very basic. There about 5 main items on the menu so ordering was easy. I got a burger, fry, and soda. It took about 10 minutes for them to call my number. The only issue I had which was a bid one is the meat was not cooked all the way through. I noticed when I got half way through eating. The taste was good and everything else was good. Personally I enjoyed the visit except meat issue, however I’m a Wendy’s fan and so far they steal the meat when it comes to burgers.

I was shocked how fast I got my food. I usually expect to wait a while for my food to be ready then when I got home my patty was a bit undercooked
Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the quality of food and the state of restaurant. For starters it was the dinner rush on a Saturday evening, and I'm sympathetic to a certain degree. There was a full entrance area and they didn't manage the back up at all, which meant people had a difficult time entering, leaving and passing through the line to use restrooms. As always the staff is very friendly and engaging and do their jobs very well. This trip was no different the cashiers were quick accurate and friendly. My real complaint is that the self-service drink area was a mess and on top of that two of the soft drink selections were out of syrup and just spitting out carbonated water. One of them was Dr pepper which I like and I walked up to the counter where they were placing orders for pickup and I spoke to a staff member told them of the problem and they thanked me and said they would get on it. The food came out normal like normally does but the fries were not very good they were cold, and my double double cheese was hastily put together with lettuce and tomatoes smashed together and pushed out the side. I waited till after I finished my burger and fries to go fill up my drink hoping that they would have fixed the problem by then which was about 20 minutes and unfortunately they hadn't. The self-serve drink area was even more messy with piles of ice overflowing off the counter bits of paper and trash everywhere and the lids were in complete disarray, so I filled my cup with water and left.
