My husband, our son and myself went here last night and we had the best time! We were sat in the trolley car, which was such a fun experience. We were blown away by the 3 course dinner and how delicious the food was and how inexpensive it was. We look forward to going back!

The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. Food is delicious! Pasta was fresh and yummy. I had one of the specials and it was spot on. Great recommendation. The service was fantastic as well. Definitely recommend a visit to the Old Spaghetti Factory, you will not be disappointed!

Lunch specials are a great price 15.99-19.99 . Regular menu items you receive a free ice cream . Appetizer were hot and fresh . Spinach & Artichoke dip was really fresh and large portion . Sicilian Garlic Cheese bread had enough sauce for dipping . Cesar Salad had a great dressing on it . Lettuce was crisp and croutons were tasty. I ordered the regular portion lasagna which came out piping hot , sauce was robust , plenty of meat and cheese .' Many great meals and great Atmosphere.

Overall, Old Spaghetti Factory Rancho Mirage offers a reliably satisfying dining experience that stands out compared to many other locations in the chain. Their well-executed classics, generous portions, and unique trolley seating create a family-friendly atmosphere that adds fun to the meal. While not extraordinary, the complete experience delivers good value and quality which keeps us coming back time and time again. On this visit, the Chicken Piccata was particularly delicious, striking the right balance of flavors with a properly prepared sauce that complemented the chicken perfectly. The kids' meals deserve special mention for their generous portions, providing excellent value while satisfying even picky younger eaters. Parents will appreciate both the quantity and quality of the children's menu options. For dessert, the ice cream with chocolate drizzle was a sweet treat to end this meal. Also, the unique trolley seating arrangement adds a memorable element to the dining experience, creating excitement for families with children while offering a distinctive atmosphere that sets this restaurant apart from typical eateries. Should you choose to dine at this Old Spaghetti Factory in Rancho Mirage, I hope you enjoy the experience as much as I did!

I was very surprised with the service on a team dinner we had. Within an hour, we all get served with entry, main plate, and desert on a party of 80+ people. The plates 🍽 were really tasty, and kids and adults got really satisfied. Plenty of parking spaces and very friendly staff here. Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯. Enjoy your visit

I was so excited to find this restaurant while on a business trip in Palm Springs. They had closed the one near me. Visited with my husband for lunch the week of Labor Day. They did not have a hostess, so it did take about 8-10 minutes for staff to notice we were waiting. Once we were seated, service was flawless. The food was fresh and delicious, just like I remember. Your meal is served with a soup or salad, fresh bread, and wither vanilla ice cream or spumoni. Great value. There is plenty of free parking.

Had a great family dinner. Jessie was our server and was very accommodating. This historic place has been beautifully kept and is a great place to bring large parties to dine. Is located in the Gaslamp Quarter and you need to prepare for parking in a nearby area then walking to get to the restaurant. The likelihood of finding a parking spot in front of the restaurant is slim. Made a reservation for our party on the website. This is a child & family friendly place.

We visited in the late afternoon and made a reservation prior to arriving. We were seated promptly and welcomed by an extremely friendly server. Rosie. We were a party of 8 and she was FANTASTIC! She was so attentive, constantly refilling our drinks and clearing plates. The salads were fresh and the bread warm out of the oven. All menu items were hearty portions and full of flavor. The spumoni at the end of the meal is always delightful. Highly recommend this location!

We’re in the Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage area on vacation and decided to go the nostalgia route after my husband mentioned he’d eaten at an Old Spaghetti Factory decades ago. We both love Italian food, so it felt like a fun throwback. We had a 6:30 pm reservation on a Saturday night and only waited about 5–6 minutes to be seated, which wasn’t bad at all. The staff was very friendly, and our order and drinks were taken promptly. We are from the East Coast, though, so 6:30 local time felt more like 9:30 for us. To start, I had the salad with blue cheese, and my husband had the minestrone. The hot sourdough bread and butter were a nice touch. My salad was pretty standard—typical bagged greens and average blue cheese—nothing memorable. My husband did enjoy the minestrone. One thing we noticed was that the timing of the courses felt off. Even though we ordered everything at once, it was about 30–35 minutes after finishing our soup and salad before our entrees arrived. For mains, I ordered the chicken parmesan with spaghetti, and my husband had the chicken piccata with a pasta side featuring cheese and a brown butter sauce. We also ordered two meatballs. The standout of the entire meal was definitely the meatballs—very flavorful, nicely dense without being tough, and paired with a really good tomato sauce. Overall, I liked the tomato sauce across the dishes. My chicken parmesan had good flavor but was a bit dry and tough, and I was surprised there was only one piece of chicken for a ~$20 entrée. My husband really enjoyed the chicken piccata and found it flavorful, though he thought the brown butter pasta was a little too heavy on the butter. The atmosphere was interesting and charming—very vintage, old-school Italian with velvet, chandeliers, and classic décor. At the same time, the paper placemats give it a casual, family-friendly feel. All meals are three courses, which is a nice value: soup or salad and bread, the entrée, and ice cream for dessert. Overall, we’re glad we went. Would we seek it out again? Maybe, maybe not—but it was a fun trip down memory lane. It’s very reasonably priced: for two people with non-alcoholic drinks and tip, our total was $62, which is hard to beat. While some dishes were stronger than others, it was a good meal and an enjoyable experience.

This place has a lovely atmosphere in Rancho Mirage and the food was very good. We were the only people in the restaurant when it opened and they sat us by the kitchen doorway, I’m sure for the ease of the staff. Unfortunately, we could hear all the conversations going on in the kitchen. If we had been seated anywhere else in the place, this would be a 5 star review.

I have seen some improvement with staff regarding take out and delivery orders. There is plenty of time for the kitchen to prepare food orders if they get the order from the front of the house. Forgetting orders and telling drivers that it will only take 5 minutes benefits no one. Move your tablet to the back of the house, and please don't put ice cream next to hot spaghetti in the delivery bag.

Super disappointed in my experience with a to go order at this location. We picked up the order and realized that they forgot to include the ice cream once we got home. When I called the store and spoke with a manager, she refused to offer any sort of refund or compensation despite the clear misstep on their team, telling me my only option was to return to the store. On top of it all, this food was for a birthday celebration, which will now unfortunately go dessertless. Very frustrating that the team unable to complete the bare minimum of checking all items are included. Be sure to check your takeout orders because these folks clearly are incapable of doing so.

Usually we have awesome service here. Not sure what happened. We ordered drinks. They came to our table 3 different times saying they were making the drink. We finally had to ask for it. We had to ask for the bread and butter. Mind you, we had been sitting there for a good 20 minutes. They were not busy. My friend got her meal, they used the wrong noodles. We sent it back. It came to the table, they did not drain the noodles. The bottom of the plate was full of water. We sent it back. When the waitress came back, she very sarcastically says, we bring a side of melted butter so the noodles weren't watery. She accused the watery noodles from the melted butter. I ordered the exact same thing. There is a difference between water and butter, color, thickness, etc.. when it came time to pay, the waitress, says loudly, you can put the card on the tray. We never asked for her meal to be compensated or anything. We were not trying to be rude or a smart ass, We just wanted a good meal. We never asked for the manager, we just accepted the waitress with an attitude problem. We did not tip. Sorry, not sorry.
