Best chick-fil-a I've been to. They host events. We attended their last event where there was complementary snow comes, jump house, foam machine and throwing game. We love enjoying their events and wrapping it up with dinner inside!
ABBY IS SUCH A BLESSING. I believe she is a manager at this location, and today while I was ordering, I mentioned having a bad day. She immediately brightened my day with kindness, generosity, and joy. I so needed it and am so thankful. THANK YOU ABBY!!! I love this chic fil a!
My first visit to a Chick-fil-A and I really enjoyed it. The food is cooked to order so it was hot and delicious and brought to your table.

Wow I'm so mad at my self for not trying chick-fil-A sooner. This was my first time trying it and my oh my I was blown away. I almost went somewhere else because I was intimidated by the long line of people but they where super fast and super organized. I got my food in 14 minutes witch I think 💬 was not that bad because there was a long line inside and at the drive thru. The price is fair . I got my meal for 16 buck. Thanks chick-fi-A
Chick-fil-A always seems to do a great job. This place in Palm springs hit it out of the park. Great counter service. Weather was perfect for sitting outside at the dining tables.
Food is quality. Establishment is clean. The only complaint i have is the dining area feels abit cramped. I can overhear anyone's conversation without trying as a direct result. Id give it a 9/10.

Other than that, Great food, great service, always clean. Walking in here is always a great experience. And don't forget to get the App, its not about the offers, it's about earning free food. Some times I'm low on change so then I look at my app and see that I have enough points for a free meal. So yeah I recommend this spot to anyone.
I think the Chick-fil-A app is the best and you skip the long drive thru line. Their food is always good and fresh and they have the friendliest staff.
Chick-fil-A is the best fast food chicken sandwich you can get. Not the best regular chicken sandwich, that title goes to someone else. The chicken is good, the sauce makes it great, and the waffle fries are yummy. I knocked the service down on this location because it took an abnormally long time from ordering to the time we got our food. The restaurant wasn't THAT busy but the wait was longer than it normally is. Anyways, CFA is definitely at the top of their game and you cant go wrong. I appreciate they are closed on Sundays but I wish they were open on Sundays.
Always enjoyable food, clean, quality. Sure the odd thing may get forgotten but I probably forgot to check before leaving... I recommend trying the Grilled Chicken Club w/ Colby Jack, I've been enjoying it wrapped in lettuce, the lettuce leafs are large and cover the entire tasty grilled chicken patty. The honey roasted BBQ sauce it comes with is excellent. Also, the salad options rock.... wouldn't it be amazing if they offered rotisserie chicken addons for their salads? maybe offer it by the ounce? It wouldn't be fair not to mention the staff. Numerous visits and can't recall any negative interactions, only positive interactions of someone going above and beyond.
The food is always top tier, as i would expect from any chick fil a. The thing is the service is extremely slow. I can expect to be waiting for my food for a minimum of 15 minutes every time. If the service wasn't so extremely slow i would have given a 5 star review.
It is a really busy place, with a long line but we ordered our food through a mobile order so that we wouldn’t have to wait in the long line and it didn’t take too long for them to bring us all of our food. All of it was really delicious and fresh, as well as their famous Chick-fil-A sauce that goes well and compliments everything. The only thing was that it was a little troubling finding a table for us and one other family with us because the inside is packed with people, and sitting outside wouldn’t have been ideal because of the heat and humidity. The staff there is also super friendly and welcoming. Their food options are also very good, as they have a variety, including vegetarian options for those who are interested in that. Their sauce option is also very wide, as it was fun trying every sauce and seeing which was the best; the zesty buffalo was my personal favorite. Overall, it was a good experience with good food and good people around, would highly recommend it.
Chicken fil a has a lot of hype and business for sure. Super busy place, but the drive thru goes fairly fast. Ordering on the app is the way to go. There is a shorter line in the drive thru if you order off of the app. Chicken was a little smaller than I remember. Tender and tasty. Waffle fries were really good. Iced tea was nice and fresh. Friendly service.
I usually have such a good experience here which pains me to leave such low stars. I placed my order via the app like I always do so that I wouldn't have any issues but at times I need items bagged separately due to my autistic daughters needs. I called ahead and informed the person that picked up the call that I was pulling into the drive tru and had a small request. I asked if 3 items could be bagged separately due to my daughter's needs I was told no problem and dont worry about checking in I gave them all the needed information may name the vehicle and the order. Needless to say I checked the app to see if it was checked in and it was still pending the scan so I scanned the app as I pulled in because I didn't want to run into any issues. I pulled up and waited in line and the young lady handing out orders finally came to give me mine. I asked if they bagged the items separately as I looked through the bags and of course they didn't. I then asked for an extra bag to do it myself and I only thank God that my child wasn't with me because she would've flipped her xxxt. I called back and asked if team members or manager are the only ones that pick up calls and the response was only management.
I usually like coming here, but today was not very enjoyable. It was made difficult to place an order. If I hadn't already promised my co-workers I was picking up Chick-fil-A I would have just left because I was very discouraged to order. First, I was unable to place an online order. I'm not sure if that was due to it being temporarily shut off or an issue with the app on their side, because I could order to other locations just not theirs. I read that sometimes it can be temporarily shut off during peak times due to high amount of orders, but I don't see how that could be the case as there was only 2 other cars in the drive-thru and a few people inside at 8:30am. That was disappointing though, as I could not redeem any rewards for my order. I decided to just place an order in the drive-thru. I pull up to the speaker after 2 other cars before me and they greet me and tell me to go ahead with my order. I give out my order and hear no response. I wait a couple of minutes and ask "hello?". After a couple of minutes of silence and asking hello a few times, they tell me to go ahead with my order when I'm ready. I proceed to ask them if they could not hear me as I just told them my order. No response. I just left the drive-thru at that point. I'm very certain this was not due to a technical issue with the mic as the 2 other cars ahead of me had placed their orders and received them in the drive-thru and I saw more do the same when I went inside, so it just seems it was either a team coordination issue or just incompetence. I was really fed up at this point. Thank goodness the nice cashier inisde at the counter was helpful. He was the only reason the experience wasn't completely horrid or the trip wasted and the only reason I left 2 stars instead of 1. I have been going to Chick-fil-A's since I was little and I have never seen this happen ever, so I know this is NOT to standard at all. They should look into fixing this, because if this continues I won't be coming back anymore as I'm sure others customers that experience this won't be either.
I have never been to a chik filet where they just ignore you at the counter. I’m talking kids older folks and dashers. Usually every location you visit has just the best service. On this day at this hour I’m standing in the location writing this the guy in the blue colored shirt is the one responsible.
I asked if everything was in the bag, My sons sandwich was missing. The part I hate is, the automated call service to report issues with our order... closes at 7pm EST. This issue happen at 9pm PST. I went hungry this evening, because I gave my food to my children. I paid $50 plus... I couldn't exactly drive the hour back to restaurant, just to spend more money i didn't have. Happy Thanksgiving I guess.
Ordered online for employees working in the rain and did not get all of the items. When I called To get a refund for the item I was told they couldn’t refund the one item and I’d have to call their national number - got a person from the national number and they said all they can do is make a report to give feedback. Absolutely unacceptable- one of my employees did not get to eat and they couldn’t even make it right. This is why I don’t normally go to this establishment.
The employee at the cashier assured me I would be able to order waffle fries if I wait 5 minutes. (10:00am) so I waiting 5 minutes before ordering again. I come back to the register and is another cashier named Hayden and he ask someone if I would be able to order waffle fries now and they tell him no. I told him that other cashier who was working in another area now told me if I wait 5 minutes I would be able to order waffle fries . He remind me I can’t. I was never rude or mean to anyone I’m not sure why that first cashier would lie to me and not keep his word. And I’m not sure why the second cashier Hayden would not ask the first cashier who talked to me, if it was true he told me that….
Got two breakfast scramble bowls for breakfast here last Monday, both were filled about to about 1/4 of the container, barely covering anything the bottom. I would write if off as an accident if it were one, but both bowls were like this. Paid $6 something each, completely outrageous.
This has to be the saddest looking sandwich I have ever gotten at any drive through. I have seen more stuff on a sandwich at McDonald’s. It was supposed to be the spicy pimento honey sandwich and the patty wasn’t even spicy either. The fries were cold and our other sandwich wasn’t even cooked all the way through.
The food is good and quality has been great. This is a new location so expect long lines. I did remove a start because some of the staff seem overwhelmed and in my experience have been somewhat rude. Other than that, I would recommend. Edit: as other reviews have mentioned , do not use online ordering and go through the App line. If you're going to go through the drive through , use the regular line. They make it seem like if you order ahead, you'll go trough the App line faster. The regular line always goes faster. I ordered ahead and had to wait 1 hour. If you cancel anywhere in the line you're forced to order as they have chains to prevent you from leaving.
