Waited excessively too long. They said 30-35 mins we waited over an hour. They were rude and got our order wrong. And the food was mediocre at best. Save yourself a bad experience and go somewhere else.

We want to love this place but this is the 2nd time we ordered via the website, went to pick up during the scheduled pick up and walk in and get told they just got the order online. This is after notification that the order was received and in progress. We ordered 45-50 minutes ago and now told to give her 10-15 more minutes. We could have gone elsewhere for an hour 20 wait.

If you are in a hurry or hungry now I would suggest finding somewhere else to eat, Although the pizza is usually amazing, the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I placed an order and was put on hold 3 Different times with a total of 10 minutes just on hold! Then I was told it would be an hour an a half before I get my pizza! Good pizza, but shitty service...

I just cannot believe how bad the customer service is here. I absolutely love the pizza and that's the one reason I come back. Every single time it's something different. I'm told 50 minutes to an hour wait for pickup. I show up at 50 minutes and they say 20 more minutes. I wait 20 minutes and go ask if it's ready and they are just putting the pizza in the oven. Not to mention they act like I'm an inconvenience for asking. Took an hour and a half to get one large pizza. Was my pizza good? Yes. Is the service awful. Yes. This isn't the first time I've had this experience. That's the only reason I'm writing a review.

Looked forward to trying their santorini wrap, unfortunately one bite was enough. Nothing but cheese and tasteless canned vegetables. No flavor whatsoever. Not sure what we paid for.. pizza was better, generous size. Flavor overall lacking.

The delivery driver was rude. Said the hour and a half lateness was beyond him and we live down the street, like 4 blocks. He went to say it's our funky addresses and too much traffic and so busy. This young guy doesn't know good customer service. We never had a problem before.

$55 and we still had to cook dinner at home. Bummed because I like pizza Athena, but the chicken gyros are a waste of money if they’re not made into a meal right. We ordered 3 (because we know they’re small) tonight we opened our boxes after ordering their delicious potato salad and we got bagged chips.. our gyros were so dry they fell apart while eating, the chicken was so dry I could hardly chew it (each gyro barely came with 3 small pieces of chicken) and they were stone cold. Heated mine up a bit. $16/ea and you get a small fall apart gyro and a bag of chips.. To add, other times they’ve forgotten our soda, extra sauces. People need to understand we aren’t just another customer to get over with, our dinner matters and so does our hard earned income. So we’re cooking dinner. Im not posting this to detour people, I want the owner to see the disappointment and maybe fix a few things they might not be aware of.

Probably the worst Margarita pizza I ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and order from another restaurant.. Ordered the pizzas 2 hours in advance and it was still an hour late..

It is cold I started ordering here February 2022 had it delivered it was pretty good several times. Talk to Joe a couple of times they have new cooks. Danny gave me to the person that takes the orders I ordered a large I believe Supreme and a order of wings sauce on the side . Delivery not very many toppings on the pizza and the wings had sauce on them . Call the week later with delivery ordered four orders of wings the sauce on the side. Get the wings they were really overcooked well done. you can see a lot of the bone and very tough can't even eat them throw them away very very small. Called to ask for the manager the girl that answered the phone said that they were very busy and told me to call back in two two and a half hours. Call back she was not available. Very disappointed. I gave this place a five-star from the beginning and spent good money there. Hopefully they will make this right.
