This is a nice place to go. You are greeted as you enter. They keep the food fresh and in stock the best they can. It's not always possible during a rush because cooking fresh food takes time! They are quick. I've ever only had 1 time that my order through the drive-through was not 100% correct. You have to ask for basic cutlery and sauces at the drive-through. I am currently disappointed the company discontinued the sweet-fire chicken. That's not the store's fault, though. There's been only one time the person behind the counter had been less than friendly, and I have not seen that person again. Today's trip has amazing people behind the counter!
Fast food.. It is difficult to keep the quality. Needs tables and chairs cleaned. Need the floor cleaned. Need to clean the front door. Let's discuss staff: teamwork is Best. Try to put the best face forward. Someone was having a trying day. Managers/Operator usually not there to set an example of leadership - but should.
Outstanding Place to eat. Great selection of food items. Fabulous customer service. Wait times are less than normal for other local food choices. Facility is always clean, meat, organized, and temperature appropriate for the season. Make sure you stop in and get the Wok fired shrimp and Black Angus beef and pepper. 👍👍 And ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Would be 5 stars, yet they were out of Dr. Pepper... Overall good place. Friendly team members and quick service. Very clean store, and team members were constantly in motion, cleaning, putting away deliveries, checking food quality (they were actively checking time/temperature and tracking for quality/safety) Dining room layout interesting, very spacious. Patio had a covered section for the cooler Texas days coming up.
We ate here today and usually the food is good and fresh. It was today. Sometimes you have to pull around and wait. No mistakes today and we were happy. Great location off the loop. The price was nice.

What's up with your locations. Now,.when visiting in Paris and upgrading from bowl to plate - the servers skim the servings. Like what the heck? Nothing looked fresh, and when it came to.chow mein Lord have mercy it was barely in the two spots . Chow mein is a serving they never hold back from, when I asked could you just add a little more. She was like only a little. Pfft It was just a little. Noone was in the store. I wonder why. Oh when we were leaving a guy parked next to us, and had his ro.go order in his hand .assuming he was psst off too What's up with your service?
I just can't with our local panda anymore. The last few times we have door dashed Panda Express, spending about 100 bucks a hit on food alone, they have messed up our orders and failed to include condiments like sweet and sour sauce despite $30.00 worth of food being appetizers that use it. And tonight the food was HORRIBLE! Three orders of honey walnut shrimp, the breading was mushy and greasy, there was no sauce in it, a single walnut between every order and the shrimp was chewy. The spring rolls were also mushy. I would say it was our dasher but the food arrived pretty quickly and we don't live far. Several orders were wrong, wrong sides on a few, wrong entrees on others. That seems to be the norm. Something is ALWAYS incorrect. I have attempted to take the issues up with the manager but never get to talk to one. I'm always given to a crew leader, a crew leader IS NOT a manager, they are the stores babysitter. Been crew leader plenty of times myself. Obviously they can't do anything because nothing has changed. It gets worse every time we order. This will most definitely be the last time. There is only 5 of us, for fast food mediocre Chinese that costs over 100 bucks only to be constantly messed up that's ridiculous. I used to love Panda Express, this one gives all other a bad name. Get your act together and hire management that understands quality control, listens to their customers and isn't scared to call back and deal with them. I was in management for 25 years and I can honestly say that this place is a disgrace.
The wait for someone to help us at the counter was a bit inconvenient and when we did finally get service the young lady that waited on us seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there. The piece of coffee cake was overpriced yet none the less good.
Had to wait on Beijing beef. Didn't have broccoli beef ready either. This was in drive thru. Seems like we have needed to wait for them to cook food fairly often
Tried calling but they kept saying they couldn’t hear anything. I ordered the bigger meal with two beef dishes and the almond shrimp they offered me, they gave me sesame chicken instead. The steak dish had more mushrooms than anything I am very disappointed in my food tonight. I know they serve better food than this. It doesn’t help their phone is not working!
Horrible experience in quality of food and with the manager Rob. I am a common customer and love Panda Express. I was so hungry for my go-to food of choice, so I had a promo and got a plate for lunch. Many hours afterwards I was nauseous and had some issues. After work I wanted to reach out and speak to the manager and relay the message and ask for another plate the next day or money back. (I had my receipt and I didn't even eat the meal) When calling to my surprise the manager "Rob" had no intention of making it right. He went to great extends to ask me what time, receipt information, and to tell me he would investigate the scenario... No offer of anything and straight up said No on any of the two options I preceived to be the Right thing to do. He would rather me blow up their reviews and call him out then to help the consumer (the paying consumer). When explaining to him I had no problems offering him the receipt, and I understood and could relate to his investigation because I too work in a similar industry - he had the audacity to ask me where I work. I told him I had my food handler certification and this was the worst - worst experience. Seriously, you hire a guy like this to be the image of your customer service and duty to your consumers? I'm highly disappointed on the work places I have entered recently who hire and approve this type of service. Note: He said he was training a new cook - do you think for one min it couldn't be possible for human error? The point here is you don't care to loose a great customer over a meal that cost $10. Pathetic. Shame on you Panda Express And to think I really loved this place.
They think you're not smart enough to figure out the way they served your food to go. Always ordered the Angus steak, which is 1.25 dollars extra, mushroom chicken, and teriyaki chicken, and they put that one the angus steak in the little red box, which limits the amount. So the item I'm paying extra money for, is the one I'm getting just a little bit of
