My family and I had such a great experience here at Turvino’s. The pizza was absolutely delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made everything quick and easy, we were pleasantly surprised. You can really tell they care about the quality of what they serve you, and also take pride in their fantastic customer service. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing pizza!
I must say, I was very satisfied the pizza was actually crunchy and my wife flipped over the chicken parm. our daughter whose not easy to please snapped a picture and posted on Instagram well done TURVINO’S !!!!

I love coming here for pizza, this place is always so warm and welcoming especially the staff member Tara. She always makes sure the customers expectations are lived up to and her customer service is top notch! Would recommend!

I used to come here as a kid all the time. I think its under new ownership but not 100% sure. Either way the slices are as good or better than I remember. Staff is friendly. Really a great spot.
It's one of the places I really want to recommend. Not to mention its kindness, the pizza is also crispy and rich toppings that further upgrade the taste!!! I recommend it again, it will be an excellent choice!!!

I went with my family and we felt like we were at home. Everyone was so friendly which created a warm environment. And the food? EVEN better. We had the penne vodka and the blackened chicken panini and they were both absolutely amazing and tasty. Will definitely be visiting them again real soon!

This place has the best pizza. I always get the same exact pizza and spagetti, and some others, and it never ever disappoint me at all. The food is always fresh and hot, and takes an average time to cook for the pizza. The food is nice and fresh, never any burnt parts. Without this restaurant, I would never had this amazing experience.
This is by far the best pizza place I’ve been to. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They have so many options and every single one is delicious. Since I first tried it I’ve been coming back and will continue to do so. 10/10 would recommend this place. I make the drive and it is worth it everytime. This place is a MUST TRY!!! You will fall in love.
Great service and very good food! Mom and pop restaurant, a hidden gem in a small strip. I seldom give 5 stars but this place is worth every star! Garlic knots were good. Fried calamari was excellent, absolutely recommended, fresh and lightly battered, cooked just enough so it's not chewy. Meat Lovers pizza was tasty and loaded.
If you're looking for excellent, old time, comfort pizzeria -restaurant food in Northern Bergen County you'll find it and then some at this long-time town staple in Glenn Rock. Turvino's is a great no frills local spot with delicious pizza, among the best I've had in New Jersey. They start with making sure the basics are covered and that starts with their delicious sauce which makes their pasta and parm dishes top notch. The fried calamari my family and I shared last night was wonderfully tender and terrific. The establishment appears to be under new management and there are some additions to the menu which are very good as well. We were able to sample the gorgonzola walnut salad last night which was delightfully tangy and very generous with the cheese. And as a wonderful surprise for dessert there were pillowy, freshly made, beignet-like Zeppoles. They are a little smaller and lighter than classic Zeppoles tend to be. Much less greasy, but equally satisfying. I like that they were a little smaller as they are a perfect way to end the meal without being overly full. Although they seem to do mostly takeout (and apparently a lot of it) the dining room has a very welcoming family feel and staff is very friendly.
Was in the area and needed to grab something to eat and also take an online meeting. Walked in, they were friendly, helpful, and allowed me to take the meeting. Now their food could have been terrible and their service alone would have gotten them a good rating, but the chicken Caesar salad I got was phenomenal. Great serving size of perfectly seasoned chicken, along with a a salad not soaked in dressing. All around a great experience. Next time I am up and even close to Glen Rock, I will make it a point to come back.
The pizza is delicious. The owners and workers are so welcoming as well. I ordered a meatball slice and a plain slice and the meatball slice was so full of flavor (probably best meatballs I’ve ever had) and the crust was crispy and perfect. Other pizza places pale in comparison to these guys which is why they deserve 5 stars.
Hands down, best pizza in the Fair Lawn/Bergen County area!! I don't understand how they aren't on an internet search top 10 ten list, but do yourself a favor- forget the self proclaimed Roy's (or whoever) and go check out Turvino's. Their pizza is the whole package- delicious dough/crust, great sauce, and tasty cheese all cooked to perfection. The Cesar dressing is also the tastiest.
Came here with friends a couple months ago and I loved it. It was so good. Made me a forever customer!!! ❤❤❤💚💚💚 I order from here at least once every week. I like everything I've tried. And I intend on trying many more things. Everything on the menu sounds so appetizing. Ordered cheese pie for tonight. Came out just the way I like it.
Great place for take out or dining in. The staff is really nice and delivery is usually fast. The plain is a nice slice with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Crust is not too thick or thin but not consistent in each pie.
Stopped in on a Thursday at around 3:30 for a super late lunch. We ordered the Turvino’s Special pie, which was basically a supreme pie with mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage, peppers, and onions. It reminded me of a better version of Sbarro’s. The pie was loaded with ingredients. I especially liked the crumbled sausage (as opposed to large random chunks) and the dollops of tomato sauce throughout the pie. It does have a thicker crust than your typical pizzeria but the crust was crunchy, while still remaining soft and airy. This may be the best pie I’ve eaten in a while, especially since the structure had the integrity to hold up all those toppings - it wasn’t soggy at all, like a lot of pies with that many toppings tend to be. We did eat it at the pizzeria though, fresh out of the oven, so that probably helped. Prices are reasonable too. A regular slice is only $3. I’m just sad that we don’t live closer. We just happened to be in the neighborhood running errands and we found Turvino’s. If I’m ever in the area again, I’m definitely going to check out some of their other pies. Note - there’s a 3% processing fee if you use a credit card.
The pizza is great, the delivery person you have however is a salty entitled liar. This complaint is exclusively for the delivery person that waited 5 mins, didn't call until after leaving my pizza on the floor and blatantly lied about waiting ten minutes after he had left and I asked ne leave it at my front door and I apologized. He hung up right after my apology so I called him back and said this directly to him. Touch grass, dont worry I'll get my pizza elsewhere. Ring cams dont lie, but YOU do.
Ordered delivery for a thin crust well done plain pie, an order of Cavatelli & Broccoli, and an order of Penne Alla Vodka. The pizza arrived was thin crust, but was no where near well done. The pizza was floppy and on the undercooked side. The Penne Alla Vodka was undercooked and came with only a bit of sauce on the bottom, the past looked almost plain until mixed. Instead of Cavatelli & Broccoli, they gave us plain spaghetti with what looked like steamed broccoli on top. They didnt even use Cavatelli pasta..there was no oil or anything either..just plain spaghetti and broccoli..
My mom ordered rigatoni with vodka sauce and specifically requested NO CHEESE ON TOP. We brought it home, and there was cheese. Unacceptable.
Don't know what happened to TurvinosPizza. It's definitely not the same. I was told it was sold last year, definitely will not b going back. They charge you 350 for a slice that's humongous. The pizza has absolutely no taste
