Just left there now the two young gentleman behind the counter were friendly and the service was great. Coffee was made well.
Ariel is great! She always keep a smile on her face. I can tell she really likes her job & she makes my coffee just the way I like it!
My favorite Dunkin. Staff is always pleasant, and the coffee is always fresh.
I only visit this location occasionally on my way home from work late at night but every visit is positive. The employees are nice/helpful and my food and drinks are always correct.
Every time I go there they do the coffee proper way and the crew very polite and very fast good place to go for quick food to pick up
The guy working the night of halloween... Is a person with great spirit and made the visit great! Was quick and friendly, definitely a preferred dunkin because of him.

At this Dunkin everyone is pleasant, friendly and very efficient. It always runs smoothly. In and out quick. Coffee is the best here. Beth, Alicia, Bobby, Alma, Maria, Jorge, Frank and anyone I forgot to mention are the best team. Can't be beat.
It is a superb, suberb Dunkin that keeps up with the city pace. It is spacious inside and they have a few tables inside. There are nice bathrooms and the parking lot is big enough to handle the volume of people that frequent the establishment.

Best dunkin in all of jersey, drinks always hit. Staff is cool, miss when they were 24 hours. But if you gotta choose a dunkin this one is the best.

My new local Dunkin Donuts and it's one of the best! I'm so happy it's close by. The staff are friendly and the freshness and quality is always on point. All of the staff are awesome ! Sarah - one of the crew members there - has helped me a few times with troubles with the On the Go Orders app and has continuously been wonderful. I recently picked up an order 30 minutes late and she even offered to warm it up for me! The people and quality at this location are what keep me coming back - thank you!

It's a typical Dunkin. Go when it's slow and you'll get your order fast, go when it's busy and you might have to wait a little bit. The seating area is decently sized for a store of its size, if you wish to sit and relax.
Dunkin donuts is one place that never disappoints me.. Located right by road makes it easy access for everyone. Really fast response and serves great food No stale food always fresh food .. I drive 15 mins to go to this place for their service ...
Clean Dunkin’ Donuts with a polite and well trained staff, some drinks take a little longer to make but still come out worth it.
The workers were very polite and give good professional service. The coffee is good as usual. The only real disappointing thing is that this Dunkin location is one of the only ones which still doesn't allow any indoor seating at all. And, most all Dunkins I patronize from Boonton NJ Town to Hawthorne, NJ allow some degree of seating for some time now.

Definitely way better in comparison to before. Store has better lighting, cleaner environment and appears to be bigger inside. Staff are a lot friendlier too.

Plain old Dunkin Donuts. The cashier and service was pleasant and quick. Coffee was done right but the corn muffin wasn't as good as it used to be. Small and dry.
The staff is great and I've never had a problem here. It usually seems like there are a lot of people working so things move along fairly fast. The only downside is that it is the town hang out. If you go at night it's impossible to park, surrounded by riff raff and high school kids. Can definitely be uncomfortable for some.
Coffee was hot and decent for a quick cup on the go. I haven't been to Dunkin Donuts in some time and was disappointed when I got a paper cup of hot coffee without a sleeve. DD definitely needs to provide a sleeve on their cups for hot drinks.

i live close by so on my way to work i would stop by and get coffee unfortunately the line was slow which I can understand but I get a coffee and a sandwich they would mess up my coffee the simple thing to get so I stop going there once in a while I stop in but stop going there
Dude sold me a different coffee than the one I ordered. Instead of telling me they were out of the one I ordered, he assumed the alternative was good enough, and because they look similar I paid for it before I realized. He sold me a more expensive coffee that I don't enjoy the taste of.
Seriously can you make the donuts any smaller . Any smaller and they will be one bite size . They charge more and make them smaller what a scam . Not to mention coffee is also over priced . I M done with DD
Overall this is an okay Dunkin, but there’s one woman here who messes up my order every single time. This is a taller woman with brown hair. It’s to the point where if I see her I will wait for someone else to help me because she makes my drinks literally undrinkable.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Every time I’ve been in there there’s always flies on the donuts and food. The staff always have an attitude and could care less. This facility is dirty inside. I will never go there again.
Place is horrible and there’s no other close by! My order has been incorrect 3 x. How hard is it to make a plain bagel with cheese. I get in car and it’s totally wrong. People get to work n find out there stuff is wrong. It’s not hard to read!!
This place is pathetic! My blind son needed to call the police while there today because they would not let him in because he had a seeing eye dog. The police informed them they had to let me in, so as soon as the officers were not in ear shot they told my son never to come back. My family has been going there for over 46 years but we'll never go there again.
The store IS open 24 hours, but they didn't have ANY doughnuts at 11:30 at night, so what's the point of being open?
I never get my orders right. These people just don't know what they are doing. I always try to give them chances but it's useless.
They NEVER get my order right the first time. I have to stand there and give explicit instructions on how to make the drink. I didn't even customize the thing!! Not sure if the workers are to blame for ineptness, or the franchise managers for not training them on how to MAKE A CUP OF COFFEE. I have to pass this store on my way to the office, but I will now go 3 miles the other way to the Dunkin on Wagaraw. They never get it wrong.

Service all depends on who u get but there are only a couple employees here that do a good job... The rest could not care less about the customer. I've started tipping based on YESTERDAYS service because nothing enrages me more than tipping them, driving away and THEN finding out my order was wrong, missing something or cold... Truly wish there was another option in town
At this point I am so exhausted of going to Dunkin’ Donuts and then getting something so simple wrong then on top of that the employees wanna argue with customers when the customer is telling them that the order is not right that is not okay. Three times they messed up my order...the first was they had the toppings on each(which were only two bagels) switched up. Ok, it happens. So when I asked to fix, I was observing the person make it. She didn't toast(either one) like asked. Then when I asked to toast, she looked at me and said she did - when clearly she didn't. And then it was only one bagel she toasted when had given them back to us. The person I was with didn't say anything about theirs not being toasted and just ate as is. Pay more attention to the tickets and just make/serve it up correctly. TY
Rushing customers to place order, being racist " brother we have a timer" It is extremely unprofessional to tell your customer you have a timer when they haven't even been there for one minute. To call someone " brother" because of their skin tone and push people out of the drive thru while the food is WRONG. Yall are disgusting and should not be in customer service.
I went yesterday with my mother and we ordered two 6 dollar meals, which the girl gave us the bagel with the egg all rotten it had a green and weird look I asked her to change me for another or give me my money back and she only took it from my hand and gave me two that they already had done in the back, I asked her to give me my money back because the food was still with an inedible green color and she only proceeded to close the door of the drive thru and not attend, I thought they made the orders instantly and served quality things that this Dunkin disgust
This Dunkin’ consistently skimps on ingredients, especially with espresso-based drinks. Unlike other locations, they never add the correct amount of espresso to my order. I initially thought too much milk was the issue, but even after asking for extra ice, the problem persisted. Today was the third time I had to watch them remake my drink to get it right. As someone with food service experience, I usually let mistakes slide, but at nearly $8 for a latte, it’s unacceptable. I’ll be heading to the Midland Park location from now on—this one just isn’t worth the hassle.
One of the nicer DDs around. Edit: Changing my (previous) 5-star review... My wife ordered donuts on the app one evening. I went in to pickup only to find they did not have the donuts we chose. Not only that, they did not have any donuts. They were unable to refund me because I did not have the my wife's phone. They said I would have to go home, get my wife's phone and bring it in for a refund over the app. I suggest going to a different location if you want anything other than coffee.

This review is for the new location at 1063 Google road hawthorn. Its in the location where they have the 7-11 nearby. I was exited when i heard this new location would have drive thru, however I think I my have to find a new location. Idk if the workers are not trained or they cannot hear out of the ear piece, but everytime I go through the drive thru my order end up being wrong. Normally I would just take whatever they give me and leave however the last time I went my drink was wrong again! I was so frustrated I refuse to pay and left the drink. Please train the staff on making the orders correctly.
I would like to bring to your attention an ongoing concern at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 1063 Goffle Road, Hawthorne, NJ (previously at 84 Goffle Road). Since the move to the new building, the quality of the coffee I receive has not been consistent. I usually order a caramel hot coffee, light and sweet, but more often than not I cannot taste any caramel at all. At times, the coffee tastes burnt, almost like the bottom of the pot, and I frequently have to ask the staff to stir it properly. This has become frustrating, especially first thing in the morning when a simple order should not be an aggravation. My question is: are employees trained on how to properly prepare flavored coffees? It seems like the quality has gone down since the relocation. The only positive note I can give is that mobile orders are always ready when I arrive, which I appreciate. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency at this location.
