The chicken is stellar. We order bbq strips. The sauce is flavorful but does have a kick to it. My 6 year old couldn’t handle it. The day we visited we dined in and noticed there are no trash cans. Only behind the counter. The floors were also incredibly slipper due to rain/and greasiness. However, food was great.

I'm always disappointed with Wingstop bone in chicken wings. Hard, dry, and tiny. But it always smells good.

First time I've actually had Wingstop. There were a lot of options for flavor so I tried to do a few. The voodoo fries was different , I started eating them on the drive home after I picked up order. I probably won't order those again. It was more soggy then anything, my niece finished the rest. Hickory Smoked BBQ wings, my son normally eat BBQ on everything but he took 1 bite out these and didn't want it. So that was a waste of 10 wings. Hot honey rub was good, it had a nice crispy outside. Great flavor, not too sweet or spicy. Perfect combo between the 2. Cajun wings was great, nice spice and season. Would definitely recommend. Original hot was ok. The 30pc came with Lg fries but it looks the exact same as the 6pc fries combo. 🤔 Same size bowl.

Missing food in our order. When I called the manager lady was so rude. She offered $10 refund but we just wanted the items. Food was cold and they forgot our ranch which is the main reason for going. Won’t go back.

This location is an absolute joke. The online order tells you one time, yet you get there and it’s never ready or even remotely close to being ready. You get an extra 30 minutes some times over 60 minutes added to your wait. If you want a refund because you don’t have the time to wait, get ready to wait 20-30 minutes to get your refund, if your lucky your food might just make it before your refund does. If you can’t keep up with demand, then you should turn off the option to order online rather than hold people hostage for their food/refund.

Their wings are really good. The last time i went tho their wings had shrunk in size which kinda sucks and hope it doesn't stay that way. Also one time i called to make an order and i couldn't understand them at the end so they hung up on me. I went in and the front person acted like she didn't know what i was talking about. But from what i could see is she was the phone lady and there was only one other female there it could have been. So it had to be one of them. And i didn't get an apology or anything. update: When ever i go i request seasoning and they tried to give me a liquid form. a small tiny container last time they wanted to charge $2 for a tiny little thing of seasoning. Like make up ur mind. Only once did i get a good amount of seasoning for my money. If they sold the same one at store id just do that but the flavor is different. lately ive just had to hope they had enough seasoning on the wings. Update 11/17/24 wings too small asked they said thats normal. Pictures below is supposed to be $20 worth looks smaller in person.

I bought 40 pieces of family pack on 07/14/2024 @ 11:05, and all of the foods were salty including chicken fries….. Kids were not able to eat them because of too much salt . Every thing is leftover.

My wings were supposed to be hot lemon pepper with seasoning on my fries. Make sure u check ur order well. They told me they would fix it when I come back. Well I guess not they said I should have came back the next day we can't help u after that. Well this location won't get my money again, check ur order, I go to this location all the time got to comfortably my fault.

I just Doordashed wings from here and there are FEATHERS on my wings. I called the store directly, and they were unhelpful, saying that if I wanted the ordered delivered again that I would need to contact Doordash. I asked for the name of the owner of this franchise, and they would only tell me his first name: Willy. So, Willy, if you are reading this: your employees are making wings with FEATHERS still on them and then are unwilling to redeliver a correct order. If my employees had sent out wings with feathers on them, I would personally drive a corrected order to their home, Doordash or not.

I'm just a goof

How the hell are you gonna pack 100 wings and not put any ranch in the bags, really? And then all the wings are dry and overcooked. Fries overcooked and nothing but crumbles. Extremely disappointed food tasted old ended up throwing most of the fries away as they were gross and wings were so tough to eat. I would suggest going up there first and see if an actual adult is working, cause the kid crew does a terrible job cooking.
