I haven’t never stopped by this smoothie King until today. You know what you’re gonna get for shakes and food but the restaurant so so clean and order and the staff (Ashely) was so great and helpful and kind! She helped us figure out all the macros for the smoothie and even suggested we download the app for a discount. A great place and it’ll be come our chosen SK moving forward!

Oh my gosh, I recently went here and LET me tell you about my amazing experience. I was having a horrible day and thought “why not get a smoothie?” This Hispanic girl with highlights had the most friendliest tone of voice and BIGGEST smile ever! She even recommended a smoothie to me!!! I think the Hispanic girl with highlights name is Taylor? And oh my gosh can I just say is that the quickest smoothie maker or what???? Literally in five minutes!!! Then this red haired girl with an eyebrow piercing complemented my outfit and was soooo thoughtful! She was also really efficient in her work and stayed on task!! When I asked for her name she said Addison! And because I had such an amazing experience that day I had to go back!! Duh??? This emo guy was sooo extremely nice to me and made me feel so welcomed!!! He had my smoothie out in no time while also being on task with his job! His name was Dayton! And the girl he was working with was just the most sweetest angel in the whole world!!! It wasn’t busy so she kept me company while I was waiting on my smoothie while also being efficient with her job! Her name was Ashley!!I’m telling you these teenagers are not slackers at all!! They’re definitely getting somewhere in life!

GET YOUR STORE CLEAN! I frequent Smoothie Kings in various locations quite often. Next to being health conscious is to be CLEAN. This location needs to spruce it up when it comes to cleaning. I arrive upon the store opening and The front door is dirty, the mat looks nasty, the entire place smelled like old mop water, the glass is stain and dirty around the food prep station, dust is pilling around the ceiling vents, mold is growing in the wood of the chairs legs and the bottom of the trash receptacle. And why this location is always out of ingredients so early in the morning? The young lady had the makeshift me some granola from the retail section. Anyway, there was only one young lady working the store by herself. She was fast and her customer service was amazing. It was refreshing to get my smoothie bowl in less than 10 minutes VERSUS 20-30min on most days. Kudos to her. Today is 7/24/24 so the store manager should know who she is and praise her. And don’t chastise her for a dirty store because she can’t do it all alone. GET YOUR STORE CLEAN!!!!!

We walked in and there were several teenagers at the counter blocking the way gossiping with the staff which were also teenagers. All high school age and should know better. There were three staff, two girls and one boy. Soon after we arrived the boy disappeared to the back. Then only girls started making drinks and we finally made our way to the front counter. Had to wait several minutes for one of them to finally take our order. No greetings or anything when arriving. We ordered and she printed the order slip and sat them on the counter and then made one drink (for her friends). She then disappeared to the back and left one girl to make all the remaining orders (about six more) Another customer came in in the meantime and stood at the counter. No staff addressed him at all and after about 5 minutes he left. We still waited for our order to be made. The girl made her friends’ order and finally got to ours. The drinks should be simple and easy to make since they have the exact ingredients printed in the slip. The process took way too long. We waited over 15 minutes for our drinks. Horrible customer service experience. Two of the three staff disappeared when they got busy but we could hear them gossiping in the back. The drinks tasted good but the experience overall will not have me returning. Staff completely neglects customers. Only gave two stars from the nice tasting drinks.

I used to come here all the time for smoothies but I noticed things started getting bad recently. The drinks are extremely sugary. So much sugar that you can literally chew on the sugar crystals after every sip of the smoothie. And the prices on the board are wrong. You get charged a dollar extra compared to what it says on the board. So it feels like you're getting robbed everytime you buys something from here. Also the place looks pretty dirty. Only good thing about this location is that the workers are polite. Overall avoid this place until things hopefully get better one day.

Went in today and was overcharged for a smoothie by nearly $3. The Hispanic girl with blonde highlights was very rude (Saturday July 5th). She was raising her voice and lying about the smoothie and management. I just got this exact smoothie 1 week ago! - Food Safety Concerns: Serving wrong orders When the Hispanic girl went on to make a smoothie and left it out for 5+ minutes and tried to give it to me even though it was not my order. I had to order online to show the girl that Smoothie Price that was rung up in store was incorrect. When I requested they make my actual order instead of whatever was left out, the Hispanic girl disrespectfully said "it is like the same thing" and "it is fresh." One of her coworkers warned me that the smoothie the Hispanic girl was trying to give was already made for an earlier order. Thank you for the warning. Instead of apologizing the Hispanic girl with the highlights was very rude. Rolling her eyes and cut me off when I spoke gently to inform that my order is different. And I will not be taking an old smoothie from a previous order. -- Fraudulent Markups The girl with the braids was kind and immediately went to correct the order, but the Hispanic girl came in pretending to represent "management" and say that it is now "store policy" to charge for simple fruit substitutions for other fruit. This is not true, since ordering online did NOT markup for switching out 1 fruit for another. I go to Smoothie King every week! At least getting 1-2 smoothies a week. I know the exact price because my order is the same. I will NOT be coming back to this Smoothie King. BELIEVE the Low Reviews. The customer service here and the quality (trying to serve customers old smoothies with leftovers) is horrendous.

I come to the counter and the rep is talking to the manager via phone and they say they can’t honor my mobile order cause of the owner. I have mistakenly ordered at other locations before and the other locations honor my order. This location expects me to repay and reorder my items and or drive an hour south to pick up my order. They must not want service from me again cause I sure am not coming back here. Anna Karen the manager would rather lose a customer than lose a $10 item? Makes no sense. It’s food it’s not gonna hurt them to lose one smoothie bowl. She took my mobile information but I’m sure not gonna get a follow back from them. Who ever the owner is should have better customer service.

As I was picking up a starbucks order for my wife and daughter, I placed a smoothie king order from the app. Once confirmed it said it would be ready within 15 mins. I arrived about 15 mins later and saw that my order was not available yet. I waited a few minutes, and then asked one of the young ladies if my order was ready. She asked what I had, and I said it was for Mike, and the drink was a medium Angel food. She said, I think someone already picked that up, or took it. She then proceeded to the back to let her manager know. A hispanic lady comes out the back, wearing a tennis skirt and jacket, assuming shes the owner and tells me, sorry sir but you've already picked up the drink, its gone. I said, ma'am I just arrived, someone else took my drink. She proceeds to look through the receipts and finds my order, and again says, sorry sir, but you've already picked up your drink. Im confused and start to get a little irritated. I said, idk what to tell you but I did not pick up my drink. She then says, well I need to check the cameras. She proceeds to the back, and after about 4 minutes, I ask the young girl, are you not going to make me another one? Is she really going to have me wait until she checks the camera? She says, she does not like us to waste or do more if it's not paid for. I ask her to bring her manager out, and she comes back out. She now claims someone came in and said that their name was Mike and they were there to pick up a medium angel food. Now I'm thrown off and confused. She says, sorry sir, but we cannot make you another one because its already been picked up by a Mike. I bring out the app directly from my phone, my debit card with my name, and even show her the transaction from my bank account with the smoothie king charge. I asked her if she was implying that I sent someone in there earlier to grab my drink, and if she assumes im just coming back to grab a second free drink? She states no, but that a mike already came in and grabbed my drink. Another customer was in the store, and was also in disbelief of the situation and how it was being handled by the owner. She then proceeds to ask the girls, to confirm that someone came in claiming they were Mike, and the girls looked scared, I told them not to be afraid of her and to be truthful. The young girl then responds and says, hes someone named Mike came in and said they were there for an angel food smoothie. At this point, im thinking the young girl made a mistake, and was afraid to own the mistake because of this penny pinching owner. She finally agrees and approves the young girl to make my smoothie. As I am standing there, waiting for my drink, I just ask her if she doesn't think this situation is completely ridiculous, and if she really thinks that I would try to get away with taking an 8 dollar smoothie. She is adamant that someone claiming they were me someone had my name and drink order and picked it up. So, if you order from here, I advise anyone DO NOT place an online order, because apparently there are HACKERS out there stealing other peoples orders, and walking into the store taking their drinks. They will not refund you or make you another if someone takes your drink. Before I left the store, I advised her to put the TO-GO cart behind the counter and ask customers to show proof of purchase before handing a drink off. BTW - I showed her my app with my order, my debit card and pulled up the transaction from my bank account. I ended up just throwing it away, I was so pissed I couldnt even enjoy it.

I recently visited the Smoothie King location on Limestone in Pflugerville, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, and the service was slow and inefficient. I ordered a smoothie, but it took an unreasonable amount of time to get it right, and the staff didn't even ask me if I wanted any additional ingredients or modifications. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming, and I felt like my time was not valued. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.
