Great experience at Chicken Salad Chick in Stone Hill! The customer service was wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing: fresh, healthy, and delicious. Everything tasted great, and you can tell they care about quality. I’ll definitely be back!

This place was a pleasant surprise. Once you figure out the configuration options for their sandwiches it's easy. They also have various flavors of chicken salad if you don't want a sandwich. Next time we're bringing a cooler so we can take home one or two of their ready to go chicken salads. The seating area is really nice. They have a sense of humor with the men's room.

My husband and I ate lunch here today for the first time and loved it! There are several varieties of chicken salad, served as a scoop or sandwich. There are also delicious soups, salads, and desserts. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door and service was great the whole time we were there. I loved the decor in the restaurant, bright and airy. There was also outside seating. I am already planning to back.

I'm obsessed!!! We're trying to come up with some other errands we need to do in this shopping center so that we have a reason to come back! We really liked our sandwiches. I had the turkey sandwich and he had the Chicken salad croissant melt. I liked that my toddler could eat our sides of Mac and cheese and some cut fruit I cut up even more. This was actually really amazing nutritional and satisfying lower-calorie meals for us. It's so hard to find food that isn't fried around here. I'm really glad we decided to try this place!

Ok! I was not expecting to be impressed with just plain chicken salad. Because It’s not, they have several flavors a variety of chicken salad to choose from. The chicken salad seems freshly made not dry, filled with vibrant flavors and seasoning that brought everything together. I could taste the fresh basil and the flavors that added a combination that brought a balance between the basil and seasoning in the chicken salad. As a first time customer. We were greeted with friendly customer service once you went to order. We were asked if this was our first time for our visit and offered samples of each chicken salad of our choice before we chose to order. I really like the diversity of staff as they were all friendly and welcoming. They also check on the customers to make sure everything was good. Dessert! Guys the homemade red velvet cake was moist and homemade frosting was delicious. The slice was more than enough for two people. We will be back!

Was really good, Chicken salad was tasty and bread was fresh. Place is cute inside and price is good. It's a must try if you like Chicken Salad. They did mess up my order, but honestly, it was so good I didn't notice till I was almost done..Lol Update: I went back again the next day and honestly the girls at the register really could be a little nicer, yesterday the order was wrong today the girl taking my order seemed annoyed and rushed me through it. Food was good again today but please work on the girls at the register.

Tried with a friend for the first time today, definitely worth the 20 minute drive. We were welcomed by a staff member as soon as we entered and told we could sample anything we wanted to try. So many choices and options - we tried two different chicken salads, pimento cheese, pasta salad, egg salad and baked potato soup. Everything was obviously very fresh and delicious. We were impressed with the friendliness of all the staff members and were checked on a multiple times making certain all was well. We will definitely spread the word and return!

Everything was so delicious! The Fancy Nancy was my personal favorite but the Dill-icious Diva and Pimento Cheese were also amazing! The sweet tea and Cripsy Chocolate Marshmallow bar were the perfect amount of sweet!

First time ever having chicken salad and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly and let me try different options before ordering. The “Chic” came with plenty of food and was tasty. The quick and friendly service good food will have me coming back for sure.

Great food, very friendly and helpful staff. My favorite meal is a scoop of Lauryn’s Lemon Basil chicken salad, broccoli salad on the side, and the strawberry lemonade to drink. The menu can be a bit unclear, especially the kid’s meal. It should say something like, “choose 1 kid’s entree, a side, and a drink”

I absolutely adore this location! Their food is always so good and staff is so friendly! I recently ordered delivery, and wrote a joke about putting a little extra love, and they wrote me a little sticky note, and it was just so sweet and SO appreciated. They go above and beyond, and I'm so happy they're right down the street! ♡

I ordered this to my workplace because it sounded and looked good, but when it got here it exceeded my expectations! I got the Dixie Chick sandwich with croissants as the bread choice, the pasta salad and the macaroni. It even came with a little cookie! SO good and highly recommend. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place.

Sabrina is a ROCKSTAR!!! We had an issue with delivery (not their fault at all) and Sabrina was on top of it. She helped us figure things out with the third party and was able to get the order remade and sent to us since we weren’t sure about the first order. Great service with everyone involved but especially Sabrina. UPDATE: The third party could not figure things out so Sabrina drove the order to us herself. This is the best customer service I’ve ever had and it’s very refreshing!! Thank you Sabrina!

Delicious BLT with Olivia’s Old South chicken salad, loaded potato soup and pasta salad including buttercream frosted cookie and drink. Daughter had Bacon Cheddar Melt with Classic Carol chicken salad, mac and cheese and fruit salad with cookie and drink. Iced tea, lemonade and fountain drinks complete a tasty visit. Picked up some to take home for husband. Will definitely be back.

It had a Smokey flavor too. I wish the Mac and cheese was more creamier but it was still good. The staff was so sweet too! Very helpful and offered samples for first timers. We saw this place when going to another restaurant across the street on a Saturday night. Decided to pick up to go portions to make sandwiches at home on Monday night after work. Mixed the Fancy Nancy with the Dixie Chick and made the best chicken salad sandwiches!! 😋 And OMG the white cake with butter cream frosting!!! Portion size was enough for two sandwiches and two more sandwiches for lunch the next day. Great value for a tight budget these days.

The food is very good however it takes a really long time to get your order . I ordered online and got there after my target time and I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my food to go. The cashier was very nice but you could tell she was doing the most work whereas the food prep employee had no sense of urgency.

I’ve been to the one in College Station and it was incredible! This location gave us the smallest scoop of chicken salad for our sandwich I’ve ever see on. The “side” of pasta salad was just as small. If you’re struggling with portion control, they’ve got your back.
