I have never been a fan of Burger King, but this morning, I had to stop there for fries after McDonald's told me they don't serve fries at 10:40a on weekends. When I arrived at BK I noticed they also had the breakfast menu up still, and when I asked if they had fries, the lady said they did not currently, but they could make some fresh for me. After being at the ER with my 3 year old all night, the fact that this wonderful lady was happy to make us fries turned my whole day around! I did not catch her name, but she was very courteous and even apologetic for the wait when it was my request that made me wait. I will definitely be going back to this BK based solely on the experience this lady provided me. As for the food, I have no complaints! I received what I ordered and how I ordered it, and it tasted great!

Was very appreciative of the 2 young ladies that took great care to make sure there was no salt on the fry tray or scoop. As can't have. I see on line where McDonalds employees say they just dump salted fries in the basket and heat up. This is why I come to BK as the employees care about their customers. I always say I will never be hungry enough to eat at that other place. So kudos to the 2 young ladies. They deserve a gold star. I get my favorite the mozzarella sticks and 50-50 fries.

We went inside to pick up our app order. We were greeted cheerfully. It was a large order but they were efficient/quick about getting it together fresh while still getting other customers with smaller orders through. Efficient, friendly, professional. Great job for "a bunch of teenagers." Great job for ANY age! I had doubts because of BK quality decades ago. I'm very favorably impressed. I'll definitely be coming back. Especially to this store.

We had a Burger King breakfast here instead of McDonald's. Prices cheaper, quantities more, but I was feeling the taste had a lot of rooms to improve; for being warmer and fresher. Stronger for the coffee might be better with more charge.

Drive through was fast which was surprising due to the high amount of ppl inside having brunch. Only down side I was not given napkins and nor was I asked if I liked any condiments. Although my food was hot and tasty. 4 stars is a good rating this place has fast service which is great! I can't say that about all fast food chains.

I would say about 80% accurate on drive thru orders, 98% on orders when I walk into the restaurant. On the drive thru orders, mistakes are on the lines of if I order one burger different than the others, say with no pickles and extra onion, all of the burgers served have no onion and a bunch of pickles. This is why I park and go inside the restaurant now. Because sometimes I just have to have onions on my burger. As far as the employees, they are polite and know their menu, have never had any trouble there the order taking is fast, it's just my orders are correct most often as a walk in customer.

It's mine and my coworkers go to for a quick and affordable breakfast. Their coupons are great. Not so into the homeless around or inside but service is fast.

Every time I come to this store they are out of something The coupons just come out the mail they're out of their original chicken. The next time they have no French fries. How do you run out of fries? The manager there needs to get it together. How can you run a store that way? The only reason why this business is not failing is because it's only on one of the 4 corners of town. District manager And owner I would be really disappointed in the way that your manager is running your store Business.

One of the worst Burger Kings I've been to. It's bad enough the lack of hospitality and personality, but they care so little for their job they don't mind getting your order wrong nearly every single time. Few choices in town so I'll keep going back for more punishment.

The chicken sandwich with no spread and a few lettuce shreds on it was horrible. The chicken nuggets, thick and unseasoned fries and fiery chicken fries were nothing special. The cheeseburger was boring and tasteless. The pickles and spread was stacked in the center. Do robots make these? Anyway, I will order food elsewhere next time, if possible.

The reason why peeps have bad reviews here is not because of the same old fast food, but their atrocious service. While in the drive in, I was told by Jackie (supposed to be "store manager) to wait for my food in the front, but she had to take a break that she couldn't take for all day at the moment. I went in myself to get the food. I think I did a wonderful job for her.

Good lord! I asked myself why the drive thru was empty! Sausage was the only thing warm in my sandwiches ! I’ve been been to some bad BKs but this one takes the cake. Holy cow how could you be so bad at your job? Cold and terrible food. Never again.

The worst Burger King ever. Buns are stale, fries are always cold, the cheese on a burger looks weeks old. The burgers or chicken sandwichs taste like they were cooked the night before. The workers all have an attitude. And they are way over priced. Don't go to this Burger King in Phelan, you will be disappointed.

I've only been to this burger king about 5 times, and each time they have messed up the order drastically. The first time, I bought like 5 dollars worth of sauces through the drive through and they gave us one bag without any sauces. This last time, we ordered 5 meals, they only gave us 3 meals and a burger. And what's worse is they didn't even give us a receipt in order to go back and ask for the rest of our food.

It is ridiculous that a company as Burger King has two employees on Saturday night. The worst of the service. This is the second and last time we came here, today the advertising of 2x12 or 2x6 were not longer valid. paid $42.00, wait 20 min for them to bring my order to the car, an got cold hamburgers and stale fries. Please close.

I went here a few weeks ago, waited forever in the drive thru and I was the only car. I could understand waiting if my order was right, but it wasn't even to the slightest. I asked for no mustard on both my burgers, they both had mustard. My fries were scolding hot but not thoroughly cooked. The chicken fries were cold, and my buns on my burgers were cold and semi hard(thats not the first time). The worst part. The guy wearing the gloves at the window touching my card and the window a lot, I hope he wasn't making my food, thats all I could think about..

Every time we go to this burger king they mess up our order, or the food is cold, or freshly reheated in the microwave. We come back because the next nearest burger king to us is 25 minutes away! Not exactly convenient for a quick bite. But with as long as the Phelan burger king makes you wait for your food, by the time food arrives you instantly regret not making the drive.

I had a chicken sandwich that was so dry I couldn’t finish it, and made me sick after eating the portion that I ate. My son had the impossible whopper and he vomited after eating just a few bites. One star cause the girl at the drive thru window was so nice and did an excellent job.

This visit it took forever for anyone to come to the counter to take my order. Wait was a tad long for 2 double cheeseburgers however I know new manager is trying to improve it. Think they should close shop till they get their act together.

I can't believe I spent $46.58 and didn't get half of my order. This is just a rip off. The drive-thru server never gave me a receipt so of course I'm just out the money. I highly advise anybody who goes to drive through to check and double-check their order before they leave.

Had two bad experiences, not one but two. The first time I was inside Burger King and had the worst customer service, I was with my son and mother in law, we waited 10 mins just to have our order taken and we were the only ones in line. Horrible food. The second time, I went into the drive through for there chicken nuggets (10⭐️ Chicken nuggets) during my 30 min lunch break. Waited 15-20 mins in the drive through without any movement, had to ask the person behind me to back out so I could get out or else I would be late for work, and I didn’t get any lunch. I called them to ask why this happened, no answer the 3 times I called. They need to get a whole new manager and crew or just shut this place down.

Been coming here for years always hoping for the best. Prices are reasonable but service is awful and food is hit or miss (lately it's been especially miss). Watched them take my sandwiches OUT OF THE MICROWAVE! Took 15 minutes to get food and we were the only ones in the restaurant. The soda machines looks like they havent been cleaned in ages. A person that ordered a simple meal after us also had to wait 20(!) minutes for his food and threatened to walk out. Also, ordered a coupon special from the app and it was still rung up wrong. Need to break down and not come here any longer. Highly recommend nobody comes here until they change their act.

Just went there today and half of my food was missing, everything was cooked poorly and my daughter's nuggets and cinnamon rolls were cold. The boy at the drive through (I think he's new)he's been rude every single time, kind of a darker skinned boy. I've absolutely over this place. Don't go here if you are looking for a satisfying meal.

When I go there it's extremely dirty and sticky as if those tables haven't been cleaned in decades not kidding. Apparently they charge extra for cheese which no other place usually does. Other than missing items from your burger (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.) the food is fine. But the customer service is something else, everytime I go there something goes wrong. They're rude, get annoyed by simple requests from customers, and look act like they don't care about they're job. This place needs to get their stuff together, and remodel OR ATLEAST CLEAN!!

Mediocre compared to the ones down the hill. Went for dinner at 5pm and they were out of beef!!!! Let me say that again... "Burger" king was out of beef??????? Serious, their chicken products were all that was available. I opted for the chicken sandwich and the lettuce was brown and soggy. At least i could add some ketchup onto my sandwich... Oh wait... They were out of ketchup too. 🤦

I paid with my bank card. The drive thru employee didn't give me my receipt. I had to ask for it twice. Then I noticed she charged me for a small drink and a value drink, both 16 oz drinks, but the value is $1.59 and the small is $2.59. I asked for 2 value drinks. My son went in and was given a dollar bill for the difference. He said she just opened the drawer and grabbed it. I was taxed on that drink, wheres my change? Then one of the drinks was just soda water, had to go back in and get that fixed also. Sketchy place, very unsatisfied.

Worst service ever. They are rude and lazy. They turn off the light so they can lie and say they are close. They close too early like 1 to 3 hours before closing time. The close depending on how lazy the employees feel. We complain to the manager many time but it seems like he doesn't care enough since he still keeps the same employees. Guess he doesn't seem to care since no matter what he's getting paid and it's not his money that are paying the lazy employees to do nothing. Recommend not coming at night.

I mean putting jalapeños on my kids hamburgers. Then when I went in to speak to the manager and complain she just stood there laughing as her manager had her back to her . Both were cold, cheese wasn't even melted slightly, the bun was old and flaking apart and the burger was quite dry. We wont be visiting this location again.

Sat in the drive thru for 45 min. We only ordered burgers and fries, nothing complicated. Several employees didn't even know which order was ours. Now I know why every other fast food place in town has customers and Burger is always empty.

Apparently they don't care if your allergic to some vegetables we asked nice not to add them cause my sister would get really sick if she accidentally ate them we asked no sauce cause we didnt know what it had in the ingredients, we asked to add bacon and cheese .....they did not do anything I asked..they gave my sister chicken with sauce, tomatoes,and veggies. Im highly offended they would be careless to someone who has conditions .
