Absolute banger of a restaurant. A destination in it of itself. Perfect wine pairing suggestions and the Osso Rucco is perfection on a plate. Will definitely make this a part of every Vegas trip from here on out

Great classic Italian Restaurant just off the strip. Popped in for an early dinner and was lucky to be seated right away. The service was great. The garlic bread was loaded with fresh garlic. The ceasar salad was good, but slightly overdressed. Jumbo Shrimp cocktail was great with a nice kick of horseradish. Ordered thr Osso Bucco special and it was fall apart tender. By the time we left the restaurant was packed. Would dine here again.

My wonderful husband ordered lamb chops with a mint sauce, very tasty. The staff was very attentive. I failed to take a pic. of my ravioli that were so good. The carrot cake was such a large slice. It lasted 3 days and was still yummy. My favorite was the "Garbage salad".

Cool old school Italian place. Came here last night for our anniversary. It felt like a trip back in time in the best way. Sizable book of wine selections starting from $60/ bottle, we got the classico red which was a great budget option. The food was delicious, we got the penne and Sunday gravy, as well as burrata (I'm still thinking about the burrata, it was melt in your mouth good, get it!). The atmosphere and service was perfect, felt very taken care of. We sat in the bar to enjoy the music. There's a living history here, you can feel it. Don't miss this place if you are in Vegas.

Piero's Italian Cuisine is an experience that transports you straight to the golden era of classic, red-sauce Italian dining. This place is not trendy or modern Italian. It is old-school, with massive portions. ​The atmosphere is great. The waiters dressed in tuxedo shirts and bow ties, provided service that was very attentive. The ambiance was fantastic and included a lounge singer with a truly great voice, making the meal feel like a special night out. The staff mentioned that scenes from the movie Casino were filmed there, which just adds to the charm of the place. ​The food is the star, living up to the promise of hearty, delicious Italian-American fare. My veal chop was a masterpiece, perfectly cooked and so substantial I did not finish it. The crab cake appetizer was a flavorful starter, and I had order envy about how incredible the osso buco looked—truly fall-off-the-bone tender. Other standouts included the perfectly cooked filet, classic linguini and red clams, and massive portions of eggplant parm. Sides like the mashed potatoes and broccoli were great complements to the rich mains. ​Do not skip the cocktails. My Manhattan was expertly mixed and a perfect way to start the meal. ​If you are looking for an unforgettable night out with massive portions of classic Italian comfort food, stellar service, and an atmosphere that drips with vintage Las Vegas style, Piero's is the place. Come hungry!

I started making this a stop a few years ago. The staff service was on another level - from everyone I encountered. They also seemed to work very well with each other and really enjoyed their job. Everyone in the group had a delicious meal. The atmosphere was perfect as they also had a nice band to keep it lively.

50th birthday dinner celebration was perfect! Excellent service and classic Italian restaurant ambiance. Garlic bread, meatballs and fried mozzarella with a bottle of Chianti Classico = perfect. The veal Parmesan was the star of the entrees. Famous osso buco with side of pasta was just okay. Delicious sides. Thanks to the entire staff for making it such a special day for my husband and our family.

We found out this place was in the movie ‘Casino’ and we needed to check it out. Classic steakhouse not on the strip in Vegas exactly you expect from the old school restaurant. Staff is very friendly and on point the Wine list was robust by a great selection, and the food is spectacular. I ordered a filet with Gorgonzola, A few others in my party ordered the Oso Buco, and then somebody else ordered New York with Parmesan crust. We ordered a delicious Italian wine, several appetizers, salads and sides. I enjoyed the arts of Palm salad, spinach, mushrooms, and of course, the steak. I also had a marvelous carpaccio appetizer. The ambience was really cool and the artwork on the wall was interesting when we heard about the story of it. I recommend this place. Bravo Piero’s!

Opened in 1982, This was some of the best Italian cuisine I’ve had in my life hands down. It came via a recommendation from someone we met on a cruise ship. The veal Parmesan was to die for. The penne vodka was delicious and the cannoli for dessert were out of this world. My only comment is they need to turn the lights up a bit more as it’s really dark in the dining room, but oh my god, this was seriously the best Italian food we’ve ever had. This is a true gem with awesome, attentive service. They even shot a scene from the movie “Casino” here. Oh, one final note, the double espresso was DELICIOUS! You need to leave the strip and dine here. You will not regret it! We will be coming back here for dinner every time we visit Las Vegas! That good! Stop by!

We were in town for business and someone else recommended the restaurant. The BEST Italian I’ve ever had! It’s an OG type restaurant with amazing old school ambience, impeccable service and a genuine staff. The matre d went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and the chef made us special sides that we didn’t order. The owner and his son were dining at the same time & and it was so lovely to see the staff eagerly talking to him. Overall, a truly great experience! We will 100% be back on our next trip to town!

Place was great. Food was great and service was great. The ambience is awesome and a lot of the movie casino was filmed there for a restaurant scene. Being born or raised in Vegas, I was surprised never been there before, but with my wife and mother-in-law and her family. Definitely will be back more good for a drink or just eating.

Beyond grateful we were able to snag a spot at the bar on a Saturday night to enjoy Pieros Cuisine. The atmosphere, staff, and food were top-notch. Daniel and Jackie at the bar were perfectly attentive and fun to interact with. The bar manager Pat picked the best wine to pair with my meal not to mention was the sweetest. Our food was impeccably prepared, beautifully presented, and tasted delicious. We ordered Mussels, Garbage Ceaser, Maui onion salad, Crab cake and Meatballs. Everything exceeded our expectations. Our beverages were Grapefruit Kettle One Rose and Small Vines Chardonnay. The live band was wonderful too and not too loud. If you are looking for an amazing Italian meal with exceptional service and wonderful live entertainment, make a reservation today.

Definitely my favorite dining experience in Vegas. Every aspect of service and the quality of food exceeded expectations. It brought me back to memories of dining with family and friends years ago that I feel has been lost in the restaurant industry. I truly loved the non pretentious, genuinely friendly service from all the staff, especially our server John, who was above and beyond, that was relaxed never rushed, allowing time to enjoy every special moment and ordered menu items. It was definitely dining the way it should be, and was evident not only from our table, but with every table that I put eyes on, feeling like one big family holiday gathering. We shared the Frito Misto, Bone-In Veal Parmigiana and Linguine with Clams in a Red Sauce, which were very well prepared and portioned perfectly for sharing! Drink wise, definitely try a Negroni or Old-Fashioned! Only regret was not having enough room for dessert!! Cheers and thank you for a very memorable evening!!!!

I went there tonight we called ahead of time about my onion/garlic allergy and I made it clear to the waiter. When they brought out my filet it had a large half piece of fresh garlic on the plate touching the meat. I showed it to the waiter and he said sorry I’ll have them remove it. I said are they going to make a new steak he said no they just take it off. Really I have an epi pen for this allergy. I said then I’ll skip he said OK! wow. I had the manager come over he had a new steak made but at this point I had a hard time trusting the food was ok for me to eat. I had a couple bites and passed it on to others in the party. He did comp my meal so that was good but the waiter obviously doesn’t understand food allergies. I won’t go back and forth the record I didn’t find the steak to be that great. They also cooked it medium rare when it was supposed to be medium well I could have sent it back again but I was over it. Very unimpressed. Also there with a party of 8 first table my husband said no to it was basically in the kitchen. We took the one up front right when you walk in. You have everyone walking past you the entire meal. All around I’m not a fan! To many great places to eat in Vegas!
