The ramen was served fresh and made to order. The broth is chose was not what I expected and I wouldn't get that flavor again (sorry, I don't remember which one it was). The presentation was nice, but I had to go back for missing ingredient (green onions). The chicken was soggy and gross. That's done better at other places. The teddy bear mouse dessert was to die for however. I would buy that a million times over.
Black Garlic Tonkotsu ramen was amazing and so was the Taro tea! Dinah is very hospitable and will make sure you get what you came first! Would recommend!
I had a great time at this anime-themed ramen spot! The chicken ramen was super flavorful and comforting — definitely one of the best I’ve had. The whole place is decorated with fun anime touches, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also got to try their new bear-shaped chocolate mousse — it was adorable and delicious! Highly recommend for both anime fans and food lovers.
This was so good I want to remember the ingredients for when we're back home. We are in town from California and were completely exhausted after a long and ill-advised day at Sea World. I got the "Buddha" bowl and it was everything I've been missing during this trip -- fresh vegetables (even the cilantro was 🤌), great tofu, savory sauce, crispy shallots, sweet corn, mild seaweed. Shockingly perfect for mall food. Staff was very attentive and friendly.

We've always passed by Zuru in the Florida Mall but finally got a chance to try it. Ordered a Black Garlic Tonkatsu & Chicken Ramen. There are a variety of things to choose from, easy menu to read, but we went simple to try things out. The service members were a bit too soft spoken for the busy mall, but friendly. Ordering took no time; food was ready in about 10 minutes. We ate in the food court right by the stall. The aroma of the food was divine, especially the black garlic. Our ramen was ridiculously hot which I love so that was nice. The noodles were cooked well and both broths were nice. Also they were generous with the chicken, but my Tonkatsu had ONE piece of meat in it. My quarrels are with the stinginess of the "topinngs/veggies". With how little they gave for the 'extras' I personally don't think it's worth the hype/price. It's nice for a one time visit, especially aesthetically as if you are one who love Anime like we do it was nice to see. At the end of the day I suggest having ramen at a different establishment.
The food was great, but alot of rice. I also ordered the P1 Spicy tuna with what I thought came with...spice and salmon, not krab and plain tuna. It wasn't bad though and I would've paid more for less rice to be honest. I also think the chopsticks should either be reusable for sanitizing or individually packaged, or in a dispenser. The daily fruit tea was passionfruit green tea. I added strawberry boba. It was really good. In reviewing the photos, I am sure I received the wrong order or something.
I had an urge to try poke bowl in Florida! We went to the Florida Mall and I decided to have one. I ordered a two-protein with half brown rice and greens, spicy salmon and shrimp and veggies. What I didn’t like was that I only got three shrimp. It seems they give you more of one of the proteins! The second order was a one-protein and they got five. This ain’t right! That’s why my favorite poke will always be Poke Bowl Wall Street!

Service and atmosphere I can not rate I had this delivered. Keep in mind it could Taste better in the restaurant. I ordered the classic Tonkotsu Ramen. The egg is not soft boiled it was a hard boiled egg cut in half and added . Pork belly? Suspect The broth was ok noodles Mediocre. Overall the Ramen was okay nothing great tasted like a microwave ramen would. The fried Gyoza ..Still crispy even being delivered !
The seaweed salad is deceiving, it's green salad with a little of seaweed on top,for some reason this bowl wasn't has tasty has it looked , the drink was good . Service was not so good, the person attending seemed like if she didn't want to be bothered not helpful with doubts I had from the menu.
I wanted to rate this higher but there were too many issues. I ordered the Ohana Time Poke Bowl. It was initially going to be presented with half an avocado, but was black and obviously not appropriate for serving. I had to ask to have it replaced, then I got a quarter of an avocado but at least it was still good. There was a hair in my food. The face touching reported in another review also occurred. Before I noticed the hair the flavors were good. It's a shame, if we'll executed this would be a favorite.
It was my first time visiting the mall and I saw that they had a poke spot so I had to try it out. I did the build your own bowl. For my protein I chose spicy tuna and shrimp. The spicy tuna recipe needs to be worked on. It didn’t taste like spicy tuna at all. The shrimp needs to be sliced into bite size pieces or in half. The cucumbers also should either be thinly sliced or made into smaller bite size pieces. It was a nice portion and other than the spicy tuna it wasn’t that bad. It could be better though.
I personally would not recommend this place to anyone even if it’s to just get a quick bit in the mall. The food isn’t quality for the price if you’re looking for ramen in specific I highly recommend Soupa Saiyan. I paid 16.50 for a ramen bowl. I was handed the bowl steaming hot with no utensils/napkins or bag. The cashier ended up pointing at the utensils It’s just not worth the money. Food tasted okay. I was looking for a google review on wether to spend my money here but I decided to and was disappointed.

Visited Zuru Ramen & Poke recently and was really let down by the experience. I ordered the following: • Takoyaki (5 pcs) – $7.95 • Classic Tonkotsu Ramen – $12.95 • Diet Coke (2) – $4.00 Total came out to $26.52. Unfortunately, the food lacked flavor across the board. The takoyaki was mushy inside and had no depth in taste. The tonkotsu ramen, which I had high hopes for, was bland and underwhelming. It was missing the rich, savory broth that makes a good bowl of ramen stand out. To make matters worse, they charge extra if you ask for sauces or seasoning to try and salvage the flavor. That just felt greedy. Overall, a major disappointment. Not planning on coming back here again
I was originally drawn here because it was decorated very cute but that’s really all it has going for itself, I know this is a mall food court kiosk but I expect a little more effort and flavor. I have paid ten dollars for ramen from a food truck and gotten better than this watered down and overcooked mess. The service was quick but as soon as I saw our Chicken Ramen and Tonkotsu (that we paid $30 total for, again, in a food court) I knew it was not going to be good. Our eggs were overcooked and overall the flavor profile was non-existent. I asked for some teriyaki sauce to add SOMETHING to it but they wanted me to pay $2 for a side container of it. I wouldn’t have needed the teriyaki if it actually tasted good. I would rather eat at the Taco Bell.

I ordered the Shoyu Ramen and it was average at best. The noodles tasted fresh, but the boiled egg was hard instead of soft boiled and it wasn’t runny. Also, corn in ramen? That’s weird. Pork was tender but I think it’s been in a crock pot or something for a long time. Not the freshest experience for ramen. On top of that, my wife recently ate here just a few days after I did and she found mold on her chopsticks. When we told the staff they told us that someone else earlier told them the same thing. The next question out of my mouth was “why are you still giving these out if you know it’s a problem?” And their response was “we didn’t make these and the supplier is sending us new ones and they don’t know which ones are bad and which ones are not.” So I said so throw them all away and get new ones. I preceded to open another one and again I found mold in another package right in front of them and showed them again…they still didn’t remove the chopsticks. I should have taken all of them and thrown them away myself. We got an email from the staff and their response was very generic and had so solution. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
I hope no one goes to this place if you want to stay healthy. I ordered ramen. I had already finished eating. When I finished eating, I noticed mold on my chopsticks. Yellow mold and black mold all over. And it was fuzzy. When I told the restaurant about it, there was no response, and I repeatedly urged them to throw away those chopsticks so that others would not be hurt, except me, but they did not. They wouldn't throw them away, and I told them that over and over again, but they never did. Then they told us this. I know because other customers told me today. Then why did they leave the chopsticks where they were? Then why leave those chopsticks where they are? How is this business possible? I am going to the hospital now because I am very afraid of getting sick. Don't ever go to this store. We went on 8/25/2025 at 6pm. This rude staff (Asian woman and a young man with glasses) was very rude to deal with. There is no way I would pay money to feel this way. And a review to the staff over the fact that the chopsticks had mold on them. I have never experienced anything like this before. I am Japanese and if something like this happened in Japan, it would make the news and the store would go out of business. I was really surprised by this response.
food is bland, ramen looks good but is truly disappointing. if your undecided about eating here, don’t. big ol onions in the poke, big pieces of cilantro,
Very bad staff employee. So sad expensive quality food is being treated in such way. Really disgusting, inmature and disos honest. I will come back and test you Employe in keep roasting everything single anecdote i aquire there. My favorite place to enjoy a meal.those two girls and that guy cant handle a cuisine. The mallnaint even busy at that time and their mistaking orders. I have to throw awayy the protein and eat the rise. Because employee were being lazy, and rude. Always on the phone. Next time i get servedninnsuch maner im going to toss it back at them

This is the worst take on "Japanese" food I have ever had. The chicken ramen tasted sub par at best and served with chicken that was overly fried. The fish (both tuna & salmon) was disgusting even with sauce. I ended up throwing it away and ordering from a fast food spot within the food court.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The rice was completely mushy, the beans were undercooked, and to make things worse, there was a hair in my food. When I went back to the restaurant to ask for a refund, the manager accused me of lying and said there was nothing they could do. Instead of offering to fix the issue or remake my food, she actually threw away the food I had paid for meaning I got neither my meal nor my money. I left disappointed, hungry, and frustrated. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they fix their food quality and customer service.

Ramon is one of my favorite meals, unfortunately, the spicy Ramon bowl I had here was bad. The actual broth was tasteless with some hot pepper in it. The 2 pieces of pork were thinner than deli slices and a third of the size. The advertised fish cake was missing (I assumed they meant Naruto), but it didn't have any. The egg was overcooked and flavorless and the only ingredient that actually had a decent flavor was the 3 small pieces of bamboo shoot. I'm sorry, give this Ramon place a miss. It gets one star for some decent 'One Piece' anime art.
