Wow what a difference with the new renovation this taco bell feels more like its made for dining instead of that commercial look most fast food places will have. I recommend it!

I like the fact you can request " green sauce" instead of traditional red sauce on your burritos. My fave is regular bean and cheese burrito with green sauce, add extra sauce and extra cheese ! Nachos are good too.

This is the most consistently accurate taco bell I have ever been to. The night crew is always on the ball and very friendly--they give the impression that they enjoy their job. I don't come here during the day so I cannot rate the experience, but I'm sure it is excellent as well. A good experience starts with good management. (I wish someone would tell the taco bell in nipomo and the Carl's Jr at Kmart, as they suck)

Taco Bell is doing better with my orders. Most of the time my order is wrong.

It’s not often that you feel the need to leave a 5-star review for Taco Bell but Thomas’s service sealed the deal. I originally ordered my food to go and am so glad I stayed. I overheard Thomas quickly, efficiently, and courteously helping guests with their orders, making them feel welcome and informed. As a former food service worker, I had to stop him to get his name before I left because this man deserves the recognition! Until the next time, Taco Bell. Keep it real ✌️❤️

I went through the drive-through in the morning & ordered the shredded beef tacos with dipping sauces. Because it was still during bfast, they weren't anticipating an order for 4 tacos, but the kind & helpful lady at the window offered to make the 2 extra shells needed and asked if I'd be willing to wait. The drive-through service has drastically improved at this location, from my 2 experiences (a YEAR ago)with young, rude male employees working the drive-through window. It took a while before I wanted to go back & I'm glad I did! KUDOS for great customer service 👏 👍🏻

Oh my God. The taco supreme actually had sour cream. The food was fresh the staff was friendly. Thank you for the free taco on Taco Tuesday. Best Taco Bell I've eaten at in a long time. Grandkids love the dollar happy hour slushie.

This Taco bell has excellent employees! My order was taken by Killian F. who was quite nice over the microphone. I prefer the drive through over dine in because you typically get your food faster there.

Unlike many fast food places these days, he didn’t make us use the self-service kiosk — instead, he took the time to assist us in person, which made the experience feel much more personal and enjoyable. It did take a few extra minutes to prepare our order, but Kiki made sure everything was correct before we left. His attention to detail and positive attitude really made a difference. Thanks, Kiki, for making our visit so pleasant — we’ll definitely be back!

Its a typical taco bell. They served us amerixanized Mexican food quickly and the menu is consistent with what is expected from Taco Bell. No problems.

I used to be a manager for taco 🔔 bell and I make sure my order is correct and if not I have them make it again and get a taco coupon Love the Mexican pizza 🍕 so sad it's gone 😢

This place never has whatever is in special. Either its that busy, or the our chasing person doesn't know how to order food. Better than the taco bell in SLO though. As always the cashiers were awesome in the Drive-Thru. I tried the naked chicken chalupa not a big fan of it pretty dry but that was my fault for ordering something that I hadn't tried before

I got my food like 20 min late, but the only reason they get 3 stars because I did get 3 free tacos for the wait.

For fast food it is really good compared to other places. It might not seem good but in the long run it will benefit you when it comes to taste. but again it is fast food and it is not my favorite thing to eat.

First time back at Taco Bell, Oak Park Road, Pismo Beach since they re-opened. Impressed with the new build/renovation. No complaints and so so glad so many of the former employees are gone. Wishing them success. Let's hope standards and cleanliness are kept us.

I always find it hard to review fast food places because the seem pretty much the same. This location has always been pretty standard the service is good, and they are pretty fast even during lunch rush. Quality of the food is consistent with what you would expect from taco bell.🙂

The staff is usually very nice here. And the food...fairly typical of Taco Bell offerings. Today's chicken rolls with guac were actually very good. I just wish the place was a bit cleaner.

They got out food out to us pretty quick but messed up our order of Cinnabon delight bites instead of 2 large orders they gave us 2 orders with 2 measly Cinnabons in each. However the young man that was working doing the dishes was coming out for his break kindly let me interrupt him after telling him the issue he without hesitation went in and came back out shortly after with the correct order needles to say I was very happy and ever so appreciative of him I was also thoroughly impressed by his kinda and helpful attitude. I wish I would have got his name but whoever you are your awesome and you deserve a raise!!! He 100% without a doubt is what made our entire Taco Bell experience enjoyable.

Excellent taco bell location. Very friendly and quick staff. Two employees were talking when I walked in, once I got near the register they stopped and immediately helped us. They made the food very quick and accurate. An employee brought our food out to us and before I could get up, he grabbed some utensils and brought em to our table.

The food was good but the service was really bad. And i ordered with the self order machine. They didnt give me my drink and when i asked them for it they ignored me and i waited like 5 minutes for my cup.

Standard Taco Bell. The reason they are getting a 3 stars is they left an item out of my order that I payed for and gave me something I didn't order. I went through the drive thru so I wasn't able to check my order til I had time to eat it. Its not that hard to get an order right guys.

This taco bell is a hit or miss in quality and speed. It is also a bit dated and the bathrooms are always dirty and dindgy.

Was there about 3:00 on a Tuesday afternoon. None of the tables were clean, floor had not been swept. The front counter was piled with serving trays. I don't know.... perhaps they just had a huge rush after lunch. Food was good, just the lack of attention to the interior made me eat in my vehicle.

Unfortunately I had to wait too long for 3 tacos, but the employees were very nice! The tacos tasted delicious!

Always tasty, but $16+ dollars for 2 taco's that doesn't even look like the pictures, and 2 Burrito Supremes that are mostly tortilla. The Taco Bell Experience TRULY is not what it use to be..... I personally will think twice about returning any time soon.

Food is usually standard Taco Bell food. However every time I come here the lobby has a strange smell. Not appealing for a restaurant. Also, I wish entry level employers such has fast food places would teach cashier's to properly count back change. It's very annoying when the cashier hands you the receipt and cash in a pile then drops the change on top of it....

Go here, not the one on Grand Avenue. Thank you for cleaning it up! A little slow for walk-ins, but seems to be that way for all TB and McDonald's. Only drive-thru gets priority and attention.

Standard taco bell with quick service and consistent food. Was a bit awkward because I needed to use the restroom but none of the employees seemed to want to talk to anyone waiting at the counter so I had to really quickly get the attention of the person who brought up our food we ordered on the kiosk in order to get the code.

Typical fast food Taco Bell. You get what you pay for. Customer service at this location is hit or miss, and my order is right about 80% of the time. They always forget my drink though, I have to remind them almost every time! (The Nipomo location gives you a coupon for a free taco when they mess up) It’s funny, this location seems to be great until it’s not, then it’s absolutely horrible. There’s about 5 times I’ve had to throw away food either due to it being made incorrectly (I can’t have sour cream) or it either smells bad or has had hair in it. The last time it smelled rancid and I haven’t been back to this location since. They’re lucky they get 3 stars based on that one incident, but hey, they were good before that. It’s fast food, can’t expect too much.

I had to wait 20 minutes for a very simple order. There was only us 3 and another group of 2. When the order finally came it was missing part of it. When I told them about it they brought it right out. I wonder why they couldn't bring the order out that quickly to begin with. The remodel is nice though and the place looked pretty clean. The two guys working there were also friendly. They just need to be faster.

Yep, not crispy like normal. I get that there's no way for them to know unless they eat it themselves. And let's be honest, most of the folks going to Taco Bell aren't fine food connoisseurs. But for this middle age man coming home from a long day at the podiatrist and bending over to tie down 🧑‍🦽, I want decent quality in my fake Mexican 🌮 fast food! There were only a couple of other customers and they managed top screw up the order. When we got the right order it wasn't the quality that I usually get from a Taco Bell.

Super Slow service. Food was ok. My kids love Taco Bell and this one isn't one to visit.

Dont swap ground beef for anything else cuz they skimp on other meets. The nacho bell grande literally had 6 peices of chicken. The crunchwrap didn't even have anything on more than half of it.food was cold too.

Recently noticed my orders are 'lighter than usual', not alot of meat/cheese/etc in my crunchwraps and burritos. Hope this is not a trend because I'll take my business to the other TB.

Remodeled but no improvement in service. Lunch hour today and they have 2 people making food! Every customer there was complaining of how long it took to get their food. Definitely not fast food when it takes 14 minutes to get it. Somehow the drive thru customers all got their food before 1 person inside did.

I get things are getting more expensive, but when the quality and service go down and the price goes up, that gap is too large for me to accept. Order is usually wrong, AI intercom NEVER understands me. Just a frustrating process and I’m done giving them my business.

Manager Kathy G doesn't know her own menu and will upcharge. Incredibly rude and inept staff. Grand location is far superior.

Toco bell has been slacing off some the food might be fast food but it was a little too fast. food felt like it was rushed and there was no meat in my toco.

This place had the most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever seen in my life , there was poop on floor and toilet along with used toilet paper on floor, and around toilet , looked like the manager never had any of her employees clean it.

Came in at opening, placed order for 2 items and drink at kiosk and paid, waited 10 minutes and was told order would take an additional 30 minutes. Was only customer in restaurant. Employees seemed confused as how to void transaction left with neither food nor refund.

There wasn't a table that was clean. This was at 10:30 a.m. in the morning. And there was only one other customer in the place. Poor review. I asked them to clean their tables when I left!

Extremely slow service, soda station was filthy, every table but one was dirty, the floor under the tables was dirty. Three employees were washing windows, one person was taking orders and several customers were waiting for their orders while the manager was fat mouthing with a friend of hers in the dining area. She finally went back to help prepare some of the orders. Very disappointed.

BEWARE! In the drive-thru I ordered the Mex Pizza Combo meal today. Killian F-order # 380381 @ 11:35 am. I handed my credit card and $3.00 cash towards my order. Killian charged my card $9.90. Killian kept the $3.00? First of all TB $9.90 is a CRAZY total for this combo meal! Secondly TB is going to lose money if employees steal and aren't honest! Thank goodness I asked for a receipt, because I wouldn't have been able to prove the DISHONESTY! I had to back up in the drive thru?The $3.00 was returned. This employee need to be reprimanded!

One the worst meals I've had from Taco Bell. Nachos with mostly broken pieces of chips. When I showed it to the guy behind the counter he said "Oh, don't worry about it." WTF? I'm not worried YOU should be worried. He rolled his eyes and said "You're right that's too many broken chips. I mean, I'm sorry , but." I gave him a couple suggestions and left.

Why are these people getting paid over 20 an hour when they cant even put cheese with my chips.... every time i order. They constantly forget something with my order. A legit question here.

Personally i love taco bell but when i went today they forgot my straw which is fine i just went inside i was ignored for 5 mins i had at least 2 people look at me and did nothing a also saw a worker kick a box in the back and leave it on the ground.

Terrible service here. The staff was too busy taking orders and making food to help me and two other customers who had already paid. I was ignored while I tried to get their attention, and the prices are higher than they are in SLO.

Very inconsistent and unreliable when it's comes to the quality of the food. Just another trashy fast food chain. But what's more annoying is that their trash is pricey.

I had taco bell this morning and the customer service was average at best. After eating my meal I ended up getting sick and vommitng. Had me throwing up man. Won't answer the store phone. I need corporate or some body to come check these folks. I will send an email along with my receipt as proof. I feel discriminated against and I will never eat at that location in my life.

This review is purely based on how slow this place is when you go there. The drive thru line was huge, the walk in line was tiny. I opted for walk in. If you're in a hurry and stopping in to grab a snack for your teen, do not walk in. 10 mins to make 2 cheesy roll ups? Ridiculous. Watching the amount of cars get their food quickly shows drive thru is their priority. My bad. No more walk ins when on a time crunch.

Upon entering taco bell I noticed that the location was not well lit. Immediately the guy asked for out order. He said, there is no Pico, beef , steak or queso. I thought this was odd since I often order from taco bell. I decided to order chicken items which later I found out had no chicken at all. Upon checking out the guy asks for money and I asked him for his store number, his name and his regional managers name. He then said hold on and went off the ask for his manager. I asked the manager the same questions and she refused to give me his name. I asked for her name and she replied, Jasmine. I explained my frustration with his customer service and their lack of meal items. She's reacted with a shrug and didn't care. Stay away from this place. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Wish I could give them No stars! This was the worst Tacobell location I have ever been to, EVER.!! The wait just to order was long however there was no one ahead of us, nor was there anyone else waiting to get their food. There was no apology for the long wait nor was there a hello how may I help you. The Cashier just stood at the register and said nothing. The wait to get our food was just as long if not worse and the food was horrible. The burritos were horribly wrapped, the messiest burritos I have ever seen!!! It was falling apart with the ingredients all over the tortilla on the outside even before I took a bite. The food was soooo bland and I have had my share of tacobell food all over California. Sadly that was not the worst part the beef in my tacos tasted so horrible & I was starving, you couldn't even pay me enough to eat it. The place was dirty, the tables had trash and food smeared all over them and yet there was noone in the dinning area. The restrooms were just as bad. This place lacked friendly service to the max. After eating here my husband and sons butt almost exploded (no lie) just from eating here, stomach aches and all. Date of Visit January 6, 2018 between 6-9pm your service was lacking, I hope my review helps change things because noone wants explosive diarrhea or yucky food when they are hungry to the Maxx and enjoy Tacobells food. PS.... this place also needs a makeover it needs a MODERN day look ASAP because it looks like a tacobell from the 90's!!!

They completely botched our order. We caught the major things by checking our bag b4 we pulled away fron the drive thru window, such as no hot sauce in bag even though they asked at order placement and we asked for hot sauce, and we ordered nachos that is just chips and cheese sauce and they didn't give us any cheese sauce. But when we got home and unwrapped our 5 layer burritos that were ordered with no sour cream and it was displayed on the screen, they were all covered in sour cream. Why do they ask us if our order looks correct on the screen when they don't know how to place those correct contents in the bag?

The place was poorly cleaned on the inside. Trash everywhere..old food and nasty leftovers on every table.. food and trash spilling out the side of the trash.. worst dining experience at any taco bell ive ever had. Will refuse to dine inside there again.. it wasnt even busy.. me and 1 other customer. Could have easily cleaned up

Unfortunately the young women that work here have little patience for customers and lack the care and ability to give adequate customer service. Simple requests upset them and cause them to become frustrated in front of customers. They are clearly very young and immature as they intentionally remake food incorrectly when asked to correct it after doing so the first time. Their manager is likely disappointed in them already, seeing as they work the closing shift every night. Dear Taco Bell manager, your employees are unpleasant and have poor judgement and self control.

Came from the casa grande Best Western motel staying for the weekend went up to this Taco Bell. When I went to the drive-thru and tried to get my order the employee on the other end kept making it impossible to make the order kept blowing farts out of his mouth and spitting in the making screeching noises. So when me and my husband finally got enough and decided to drive on through all you could see was the two boys in there laughing about the whole situation. Very rude and disgusting. And not a very good example on how to show my children how to be an employee in the future at any place of business.This was on a Thursday night add approximately 8:00 on the 4th of April. Whoever these employees are are two immature to take orders let alone have a job. I will definitely leave reviews and let people know that if you're going to the motel and want to go to the nearest Taco Bell to not go to that one it's worth going down to Grand avenue.

Decided to take advantage of a discount coupon we received in the mail, only to find this Taco Bell didn't accept them. Since we were already in line we decided to try their "Crunch Wrap" anyway. Huge mistake. Appeared to be pre prepared. Soggy tortillas with wilted lettuce with a smattering of hamburger. Truly one of the worst "dining experience" ever. An additional down side the staff was anything but friendly. If this is the best Taco Bell can offer it will definitely help us swear off fast food.

This place is useless workers ignored us several times were no help at all drinks machine was "contaminated" food portion was horrible orders nachos with chicken and got 9 chips with beans. , cheese and 2 pieces of 50 cent extra chicken got another 3 orders of nachos those were the same and not to mention the restrooms were filthy

Waiting in line writing this. They gave my order to someone else. Thrn handed me a taco. Told them it wasn't my order. Hey mistakes happen no big deal. But the lady told me to get to the back of the line and was ridiculously rude and acted like it was my fault. Terrible service from the manager

Was the last time I tried Taco Bell. After ordering we waited 20 minutes, numerous cars from Drive through were served and a few people inside (who came after us). After asking about our order the answer was: sorry, it got lost..... And it was not the first time for us.... And by the way, cleaning tables is not rocket science... You just have to do it.!!!

AI at the drive thru needs to go! Had to repeat the order several times before an employee stepped in to do it manually. And it was still wrong even after that.

I would leave no stars if I could. They tried to get me to use the kiosk so they didn’t have to take my order. Then we tried to find a clean table but there is none in this place, I had to wipe our table down and the sauce table had no spoons or forks. When I went to the counter to ask for one got told several times by worker ( oh someone will be right with you) after several minutes I just said out loud I need a fork and worker came out all irritated and gave me one. Last time I go to this Taco Bell.

I travel often. This is by far the worst Taco Bell restaurant I have been in. The service is the worst; definitely needs an attitude adjustment here. Rude as if you’re bothering them, lol. Inefficient, disrespectful. Restaurant had a non working soda and showed no concern in fixing it. Half the tables weren’t clean and the floor wasn’t clean either. I ordered food with extra ingredients and that was totally ignored as if their mindset wasn’t even on preparing the food according to specs. Health Department needs to pay this place a visit. As I write this, I hear the laughter because I complained. Health Department will wipe that smile off their face.

WRONG ITEMS! This happened 12/6 at about 11:30 pm. I spent $20 and only received $7 worth of food. I really, really wanted those cinnamon twists, too. That's the only reason I agreed to pick up TB after my long shift. No other customers in the drive thru!! I was the only customer. So there was no one to mix me up with. You just randomly gave me the wrong food and robbed me.

Unfortunately the young women that work here have little patience for customers and lack the care and ability to give adequate customer service. Simple requests upset them and cause them to become frustrated in front of customers. They are clearly very young and immature as they intentionally remake food incorrectly when asked to correct it after doing so the first time. Their manager is likely disappointed in them already, seeing as they work the closing shift every night. Dear Taco Bell manager, your employees are unpleasant and have poor judgement and self control.
