The food is always great. We love the insalata Della casa salad is amazing. I love the pork chops also. This time we had grilled salmon fresac and eggplant parmesan. The salmon was good but I missed the pork chops 😔.

This location is excellent! The staff, food and timing is so perfect delicious and quick!! We got the lobster bisque, shrimp Alfredo and a version of the chicken Alfredo that I substituted grilled chicken for breaded chicken on! Delicious, we also had the margarita and it was made very well. Will def be back <3

Pasta was amazing. We had the Bravo and the fettuccine alfredo. Ordered chopped salads with it. Great flavor! The provided bread with olive oil was delicious. My only complaint is the uncharge of $6.99 each salad as a side to our pasta. That's a little extravagant for the amount received on top of the price of pasta. We will return but will have a salad en route.

Went out for our anniversary on a Thursday evening. We were seated right away. The service was wonderful, friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. I got a margherita pizza, thin crust. I would order it again!

This is a really nice restaurant. It’s a little pricey, but the food is really good. There is a large bar as you enter the restaurant with tables to the right and behind it. It has some glass enclosure for sound deadening, but it doesn’t work very well. My only complaint is that for a restaurant, it is very loud. It’s a good location with easy access and off street parking. I would come here again. But if you have trouble hearing with background noise, you will struggle as I did.

First time , my husband loves Italian food and so I treated him on his birthday. Everything was delicious from start to the end. Quick polite and professional waitress. We will definitely be back. We had lobster bisque, wedding soup, Lasagna and Veal Parmesan. Excellent! Definitely will be back!!

I love Bravo Italian Kitchen! Great Italian red sauce, pasta, and our service was both friendly and quick. Very nice atmosphere too! It’s a favorite of mine in the Pittsburgh area.

Huge portions, friendly staff, delicious food. It was a dreary rainy night, here for a funeral…a city I never visit. Wonderful waitress Sarah recommended the chicken caprese. That with salad, bread, and some Italian wine made the day all better.

Me and my wife recently stopped here for dinner. Everything waz terrific. I had the Pasta Woozie which was very good. For dessert we both had creme bruele and it was perfect. Will go again..

Pasta Woozie- delecious alfredo pasta with spinach. The chocolate cake with ice cream was good. Bathrooms where nice and clean. Our server was very polite as well. Really nice ambiance would visit again. Like if this helped you 😁👍👍👍

The Margherita lunch pizza is a real delicacy here. It doesn't feel like you've eaten a whole pizza even after eating it unlike other chain pizza stores. Creme Brulee was very good too. Yummy!! I felt the eggplant parm was over fried and thought it made the lunch heavier than expected.

One of my favorite places to go for a good pasta, prosecco, and dessert pairing!!!!!! Staff is always lovely, food is always great. I do wish tables weren’t covered with paper overlay, but besides this small detail would recommend!!!!!!

Very good food. The portions were rather large and the bread with a garlic oil dip is delicious. Not our first or last time there.

Jocelyn, my wait staff, was outstanding in the delivery of service. I have been coming to bravo at several locations for more than 20 years. I love anchovies on my Caesar salad. When I ask if your salad contains them, I'm always told it does in the dressing. She is the first person in all these years who answered the question with you may purchase anchovies at an additional rate for your salad today at bravos I had an amazing Caesar salad. Judge is importantly, she was highly skilled and a wonderful ambassador for your menu. Obviously, she loves the food here and her remarks to me. We're very revealing about the extensive outstanding items that are on your menu. I come here often, but will come even more frequently, hoping that she or other others as excited as She is about Bravo Will serve me. Your lunch specials are amazing. Today I ate lunch and had a to go order for dinner! Wonderful!

Large party, about 100 people, most fit in private room. Served family style so I was able to try many dishes. Everything was excellent, eggplant 🍆 Parm was the best.

Food was very good. Service was quick. Only shock was the price. It is a spot to be saved for date night, in my opinion, just because it's so pricey.

We visited Pittsburgh, PA for just one day, coming all the way from New York City, and Bravo Italian Kitchen on Summit Park Drive ended up being the perfect place to eat — our kids absolutely loved it. Honestly, this meal was better than many restaurants we’ve tried in the Big Apple, which made the experience even more impressive. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant was spotless and very well maintained. The prices were great for the quality and portions, but what truly made our visit outstanding was our waitress, Kristen. She was an absolute star. Kristen handled our family of five with such patience, warmth, and genuine friendliness. She even gave our kids some pizza dough to play with while we waited for our food, which kept them entertained and happy. She talked to the kids, helped them decide what they wanted, and never made us feel rushed. Her kindness made the entire meal smooth and enjoyable — something every parent truly appreciates. The food came out quickly, everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the kids were happy from beginning to end — a rare win! If you’re in Pittsburgh and want a clean, family-friendly restaurant with great prices and exceptional service, Bravo Italian Kitchen is a must. And if you’re fortunate enough to have Kristen as your waitress, you’re guaranteed an amazing experience. Highly recommended!

I has been a couple of years since our last visit and we were very pleased. Sat at a high top @ the bar. Very comfortable, service was good ( bartender ) food was excellent. Only knock was side plates already on table were dirty but quickly switched out.

I think this was my third time here. Not sure if I've written a previous review but this place is solid..they have a lot of promotions to get ya in the door which I strongly suggest you take advantage of. Food is tasty and consistent. I've had pizza, spaghetti meatballs, salads..all were good.

What Olive Garden thinks it is. Good authentic Italian cuisine. Decent selection of wines. Moderate prices by today's standards. Good wait staff. Open and well lit dining area. No checkered tablecloths. Has a suburban mall vibe, but not bad.

Our server would have done a backflip to make our experience better if he could have. He was a hard-working amazing young man. The food was what I've come to expect from Bravo's. No matter what I have ordered, I have never been disappointed. I can't say I noticed the atmosphere as I was dining with a dear friend. I do believe she enjoyed it

Ordered though Uber Eats. Food was very tasty with large portions. Was able to eat dinner and saved the rest for lunch.

We dined here today with my wife and brother, and we all had a pleasant experience. I ordered the shrimp scampi, my wife chose the lasagna, and my brother went with the grilled salmon salad. My wife described the lasagna as delicious—especially the Bolognese sauce, which was rich and flavorful with a clear presence of fresh basil. The béchamel sauce was perfectly done: creamy, smooth, and well-balanced. My brother enjoyed his salad; the grilled salmon was cooked medium-rare. He mentioned he would have preferred it well-done if asked, but still found it flavorful. As for my shrimp scampi—it was fresh and nicely prepared. The diced tomatoes were cooked just right: soft but not soggy, and not overly crisp. The seasoning was subtle and well-judged. Personally, I would’ve liked a touch more garlic, but that’s just my taste. For dessert, we tried the chocolate pudim, which had a very good flavor—rich and satisfying. However, it was served a bit colder than expected, which slightly muted the taste. Service was excellent: prompt, courteous, and sincere. Being served by Mr. Mark was a real pleasure—he was attentive and professional throughout. All in all, a great dining experience. I definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to visiting again.

Excellent Italian food close to Robinson Town Center mall. Stopped here after a day of shopping. Started my meal with a bowl of wedding soup- very good. They also serve you with fresh baked bread with a side of their rosemary olive oil for dipping. This is complementary which is rare nowadays. For my main meal I had the Pasta Bravo- which is pasta with grilled chicken and mushrooms in a red pepper cream sauce which was amazing!! I would recommend this over Olive Garden.

Dec 2025 - Service from Jocelyn was absolutely perfect. She recommended going for the Fra Diavolo sauce with the Shrimp because I was looking for something spicy. Loved having my dinner here. The pizza was good but not as good as I had it here last year. Ambience is always amazing. Awesome service as well. Dec 2024 - Liked the food here!! The Cheese pizza is tasty!! It not only has mozzarella in it but there are definitely more cheeses mixed and it is tasty! The Bravo pasta here is absolutely recommended. And the service from Hannah when I dined in here was absolutely perfect. Can't ask for more. The ambience here is amazing as well. Very relaxing experience. 5 stars for the atmosphere and service. Dine in experience is way way better than getting home delivery from this place.

The ambience and place was good. Their waitress provided information needed and was helpful. Our food arrived soon enough. I order their Chicken Parmesan and really liked it. The chicken was cooked well, nice and crispy. The pasta became dry with time but the quantity was a lot for a normal meal eating person. I'd go to this place again.

We had the pepperoni flatbread as well as the margherita flatbread which were pretty good. Also had the chicken Romano salad and wedding soup which was pretty good. Also had the chicken caprese which was pretty good. WE WERE THE PARTY OF 10 THAT HAD A PRETTY BIG PROBLEM

Dined early and had a Flatbread, wedding soup, and Pasta Woozie. Very good as usual. Took advantage of the $20 off 40 offer which was texted earlier today.

Business trip so was just myself. Service was great and food came fast. Ceasar salad for appatizer was fresh and crisp. Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was also good. At first the Alfredo sauce was very runny but once I let it cool it thickened up and was great.

Make sure you make a reservation. We did a walk in and had to wait 45 minutes. Food was great. Service was spot on. As busy as they were my waitress did not miss a beat. First time being at Bravo. Catching a plane out of Pittsburgh.

This might be our last time dining here at Bravo. My daughter and I chose to celebrate Valentine's day with a late lunch. Once seated, our waiter arrived right away and took our drink order. We both got the peach bellini. (The first 2 times in the past 4 years, one of your locations restaurant has made this drink perfect. We have had to return it probably 4 to 5 times as the bartenders don't know how to make it). We would give a "0" for drinks/cocktails. Our waiter went and had it remade, it was worse. At that point, we should have just told our waiter to take it back. That was by far, the worst one we have ever received. On top of that, the price has gone up to $13.00 each. I would not have paid more than $3.00, as the drink was filled with crushed ice, barely blended as it should be. Hardly any prosecco or peach schnapps. What a disappointment! Our waiter was attentive and returned promptly with our food items. Sometimes too fast as we barely touched our salad when we were served our main course. We had the lobster and shrimp fettuccine which was delicious. For dessert, we had a caramel mascarpone cheesecake. Very good!

My wife and I stopped here for an early dinner. The highlight of our meals was the reusable container they put her chicken in. It’s been a few years since we dined at a Bravo. The main reason we stopped was the $25 discount I had on an app. First of all this isn’t a fine dining Italian restaurant but their prices said it was. My wife ordered the Italian classic Chicken Marsala. I don’t what they put on it but it looked and tasted like gravy and not Marsala sauce. Her chicken was dry and overcooked. Her side were bland garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. I ordered the Romano Crusted Chicken Salad. The chicken was at most as thick as a quarter. Grossly overcooked and dry. I couldn’t cut it with my knife it would tear apart. The salad of my meal was ok not great. A little too wet for my liking. Our fried ravioli appetizer was good. Cooked great and nice amount of cheese inside. The service was horrible. We had to ask another server to tell our server we needed more coffee and water. And no excuses as it was not busy. It seemed like they had plenty of staff. Maybe we caught them on an off day. But good luck if you dine here.

We went for an early lunch right as they opened on a Sunday afternoon. The hostess was a thin young lady with dark hair. Do you look like she didn’t really want to be there and wasn’t the most friendly when we got to the table. Our server was very prompt, very upbeat, smiling and friendly. She did a good job, the server that brought our food was not our main server and could’ve cared less whether we choked on the food not friendly at all in my experience here the food is either hit or miss if it’s good it’s really good and if it’s bad you don’t really want to eat it. we got the salad Insalata, the calamari, a child’s pizza, which was enormous, and could feed at least one adult, possibly two, and the Parmesan crusted chicken salad, which was excellent! The portion sizes are very big, so you get plenty to eat salmon salad it was very good came on a chill plate. Plenty of dressing. Again, the child’s pizza was cooked perfectly in a stone pizza oven, but was huge which I’m not saying that’s a bad thing but no child credit the calamari was drastically overcooked and taste like rubber. The garlic aïoli was very good however. Atmosphere is nice. The bread and dipping oil is always good, if you want some quick slightly better than average Italian, give it a shot

I stopped in by myself for dinner on a Monday night and sat at the bar… they were moderately busy. Inside is nicely decorated, like other Bravo restaurants. I hadn’t been to a Bravo in a while, as chain Italian isn’t really a fav of mine, but I was in the mood for soup and salad and figured I’d try them out. The service was friendly, but otherwise non-existent… the bar tender was bust doing so many other things, she was hardly at the bar. Also, oddly enough, there was a guy (I think an employee?) selling shoes and some other stuff to a guest in the bar, so I sat there listening to this sales pitch and exchange – Odd! As for the food, the soup was good. The chopped Italian chicken salad was just OK. The lettuce didn’t appear very fresh and the entire dish needed a lot of salt and pepper added to it, as there wasn’t much flavor the way it came. The texture was spot-on though, with the crunchy stuff in it. Overall, this visit about met my expectations… One of the reasons I rarely visit these joints.

Okay so I'll get right to the point...I stopped by here for lunch with my family and unfortunately life has dealt me the hand of annoying food allergies. Trust me, I hate it too. And I hate going out to eat because waiters always get so annoyed and I never know if I'll go home sick. Well my worst nightmare came true on a recent visit to Bravo and despite having an allergy card that I carry with me to help staff with my food allergies (one of which means I eat gluten free pasta) and the friendly waitress.... They served me a dish with regular pasta. I took one bite and was sure of it. I asked the waitress, who sent over a manager, and sure enough they sent the dish out with egg noodles... Which use wheat flour as a combining agent (as most pasta do). I went from starving to terrified. I had to cancel my plans for the rest of the day and take Benadryl immediately. They comped my meal and sent me home with a replacement since i was no longer hungry (my appetite was fully gone at this point). And unfortunately when I decided to eat the replacement pasta (which i honestly considered skipping) there wasn't any sauce in it. I was so confused. Needless to say i won't be back here again, which is fine. But at this point I can't tolerate when restaurants make an error like this and say "we're human we make mistakes" or "it was an accident"....because my life is on the line and i am also a human. Food allergies should be taken seriously.

Very unimpressive. It was about what I expected from a chain Italian place. About the level of the other main cheap Italian chain. The wedding soup was decent, though they didn't use the correct pasta. The pesto was not very good at all. It tasted like a cross between good pesto and what I'd imagine sawdust would taste like. It was also COLD. It may have been heated at some point, but it wasn't even left under a heat lamp. If we hadn't been with another couple, I'd have sent it back. (I thought this was the reason it tasted really bland, but when I heated up the leftovers at home it was still very bad pesto.) I'd definitely get something else if we ever go back there, but I hadn't been to that Bravo ever and I hadn't been to any Bravo in years, so I doubt we'll go back in the near future. The service was decent, the bread was great (seemed very fresh), and the wedding soup was okay, but I would definitely not recommend it. There are so many NON chain Italian restaurants and if you have to go with a chain, there are better chains, too.

Food is excellent but don't order any drinks. $22 for one glass of red wine??

It's been years since we've been to Bravo... And the place hasn't changed at all. Same decor, same menu, same everything. The food was ok. The service was not. I think at one point we had appetizers salads and entrees on our table at the same time. All within a matter of 5 minutes. Maybe in another 10 years I'll come back and it'll still be the same. Like a time machine

Ordered pickup for 1 pm i arrived @ 12:48pm they forgot that I was waiting for my order. Didn't get my food until 1:20pm. Food was cold dessert was hot. No utensils or napkins with my order. Ate my spaghetti with 2 coffee stirs. Over $50 wasted

Requested a drink from the bar and there was a piece of hair in my drink. Didn't make a big deal about it and requested a regular drink. Strike one. Waiter was not very attentive. Should not have to flag you down to get your attention for a refill. After serval attempts I just stopped trying. Place was pretty empty that night. So like what are you doing?? Strike two. For the food the portion sizes were poor. I ordered something based off what I saw another customer have. Just for mine to come out with a small amount as if they didnt have patience to make more noodles or something. It didnt even fill up the inside bowl rim they had and the noodles were over cooked. Strike three. Been to other Bravo locations, this one would be my least favorite.

Visiting from Houston, TX. From Bayou City and I’ve never been as disappointed as I was when I dined here for the “lobster” pasta. Not sure if someone ate it in the kitchen before it was brought out, but I only received two overpriced bites of lobster.

I’ve visited this location twice, both times with Anya R. as our server. During my first visit, our experience felt unusually slow. Our meal took nearly two hours. I was with my best friend and my 3-year-old, so it felt especially challenging, and it seemed like our needs weren’t being prioritized. I wanted to give another chance, hoping perhaps it was an off day. Unfortunately, my second experience was similar. Service was slow, and our drinks arrived after our salad and entrée. When we requested extra bread, it took so long that by the time it arrived, we were ready to settle the bill. Additionally, some interactions felt unnecessarily tense, such as when plates were handled roughly. The food, however, is excellent, and that is why we will continue to return. Going forward, we plan to request a different server to ensure a smoother experience. I hope this is an isolated incident and not reflective of the overall culture at this location.

The most awful lunch experience my daughter and I have had. We arrived around 3pm and was seated in an nearly empty section next to a table of 8 schreeching ladies. We waited 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order. I ordered the salmon salad, my daughter order a shrimp pasta. Instead of the grilled salmon salad, I received an awful chicken salad with 2 slabs of fried chicken so dry, tough and wafer thin it could not be cut. I sat there frozen in disbelief. The waitress wasn't any better than the salad. She reached across my plate nearly knocking the glass of water over to refill. What waitress does this!!! Her demeanor was terrible. What a disappointment. Although we have eaten at Bravos in the past, never again. The food and service is sub-par. It's a far stretch from fine dining. 😔

P

We were excited to eat as a family at Bravo. However, when we received our food, it was a different story. The first thing that happened is there was hair in one of our salads. Then the food came the chicken parmesan was chicken tenders with cheese on it in a little bit of sauce and not even noodles. It was the worst thing I do believe that we've ever had. I had the eggplant Parmesan, which probably was the worst food I've ever had. All of our meals were terrible. I feel bad because the waitress was wonderful. I could not believe I paid over $200 for probably the worst food I've ever had in my life we were at the waterfront in Pittsburgh. The worst of it was the bathrooms were disgusting. Two stalls were out of order. Water was dripping, and there was a fan. I could not believe that that was our experience. I contacted Bravo and all they did was apologize. We went to eat later at another place because we were still hungry and again the bill was $210.

I mean we should’ve turned right back around at the start so I guess it’s on me- Started with a rude passive greeting like we were annoying the “hostess”. Asked for a booth she said that wasn’t possible walked away to “see” but just turned around and said no— Mind you restaurant was half empty and there were visibly many booths and half booths available. Did we get bread like everyone else? No. Did we even get straws like every other table? No. Didn’t even get my tea until I nagged about it. Ordered an app. It never came. Lazy waitress (who also seemed bothered she had to work) blamed the “computer system” for all of the above. At one point when we had to ask for the straws and try to say “excuse me…” she snipped and said “in a minute!” Not even busy… Food came. “Pasta woozy” fettuccine was horrid. How do you mess that up? Beats me. Chewy terrible pasta that was either uncooked or reheated leftovers from the microwave. Hard to say. Uncooked spinach. Fatty weird chicken. Inedible. Only solution offered was to take the food that was never delivered off the bill. Oh how generous. Will absolutely never be back.

W
William Morrow

Service was okay other than our server said she'd get us more water after our food came out and never saw her again only until after we were done eating. Let me tell you about the food. First of all, my brothers shrimp alfredo had barely any sauce on it and looked like it was very dry. The flavor wasnt anything spectacular either because i tried it. They gave him this tiny portion of food to where you could see the inside circle of the plate and THEN some with barely any sauce. Yolandas, eat n park, and literally anywhere that sells chicken alfredo gives you a generous portion with actual decent amount of sauce on it wether it has been good or not and this place is just awful in that entire aspect. I was honestly mad FOR him. Ive never felt that way about anywhere that ive been to feel like i wouldve sent that back, because i definitely would have! My veal parm was the thinnest pieces of meat you could possibly find. A few chunks of tomatoes and some cheese was what was on top. Absolutely no sauce instead their menu calls for some uncultured herb and garlic sauce instead of marinara for the pasta for whatever reason. That's essentially the same concept as a pizza shop selling all their pizzas with white sauce instead of red even though they know that's the traditional thing most everybody puts on their pizza. My plate was the ONLY one that looked like a reasonable portion and Im only able to say that because the pasta portion of my meal alone was bigger than my brothers entire meal which add that to the plethora of things that make zero sense. My girlfriend got the chicken parm which was good but again, no sauce instead it also came with the garlic and herb sauce for whatever reason instead of traditional marinara like %99 of other restaurants that serve stuff like that. My brothers girlfriends bolognese looked like a handful of church spaghetti left out overnight in an uncovered bowl, it looked dry just like the alfredo and not much more of a serving. Only hers actually came out to the inside circle of the plate. Thats like one good thing at least, i think... Things like that should have a generous helping on top but it was all mixed around like yesterdays dried out spaghetti dinner. And then my girlfriend's chicken Parm wasn't even served on a plate it came in a little oval shaped boat over a bed of pasta, again, with the garlic and herb sauce. Literally nobody serves it like that not even Olive Garden so i dont know why they feel the need to do it like that. We honestly wanted to give this place a try but its way overpriced for some mediocre food that you could've had better just about anywhere else and actually get a decent portion for what youre paying. For what me and my girlfriend had gotten, it was not worth the $60-70 dollars we spent there between the two of us. I honestly don't even want a response from the owner or anything on here, there's nothing anyone can say to make any of us come back and personally i don't want to. Ive had better at places reputably worse than this so thats saying alot coming from someone like myself. Save your money and go somewhere else that isnt stingy with food portions and thinks theyre serving the white house overpriced 5 course meals while your server disappears for 25 minutes.
