Excellent steakhouse. Staff was super friendly and Patrick was the best as our server. Made great recommendations and took care of us.

First time dining at Morton's and it didn't disappoint. Everything we ordered was savory and simply delicious and the service was phenomenal! From the moment we walked in the door and until the valet put us back in our car, the customer service team was on point, indeed. The best part of the experience for me was the key lime pie finale! OMG I've never had better!

Our first Thanksgiving at Morton's, and certainly did not disappoint. The food was excellent and our waiter, Ben took very good care of Colleen and I, answering questions and offering suggestions. Outstanding food and service.

Last night my wife and I dined at the Morton’s in Pittsburgh. There is a reason we continue to come back time and time again, consistency. We started at the bar where Paul took great care of us. We then were seated in a booth as I requested when I called and made the reservation. We were served by RJ and Shawn two long time staples of the restaurant 20 years plus. Perfectly paced meal with impeccable table maintenance. Meals were cooked to perfection. Great music and lighting in the dining room for a romantic evening. When you run a restaurant like myself, you become quite the critic and all I can say is Lisa the General Manager runs a great operation. Bravo and thank you for a memorable Wednesday night date night!

I can’t express enough how wonderful it was to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary here! Each member of their staff is so genuine and sweet. It really felt like they were happy for us & celebrating with us, especially with personal touches like the photo card. The food was out of this world - we each had a filet, the parm truffle fries, and prosciutto wrapped mozzarella. Drinks & dessert were the cherry on top! The restaurant itself is beautiful inside and out. It really is an experience and not just a dinner. We can’t wait to come back!

Came here after a Steelers game. Staff was amazing, welcoming, and attentive. The complimentary bread is different than any I have had and loved it! We got Caesar salad, chicken Christopher, filet mignon and cheesey potato’s . For desert we got the Carmel apple cheese cake. Highly recommend and I’m glad there is another Morton’s in Cleveland that is closer to home!

We really enjoyed our dinner at Morton's. Everything tasted great. We recommend to Tomahawk steak, lobster mac & cheese, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, oysters, smoked gouda au graten potatoes and add a side of lobster tail! Be careful not to get full on the delicious bread that's served before your dinner arrives, Yum!

Went here for our anniversary! Incredible service, waitstaff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Food was incredible. Pictured: bacon wrapped scallops, 16oz prime ribeye, lobster mac and cheese and the creme brûlée! Phenomenal experience!

Delicious. Wonderful dining experience. The meal was delicious. Steak cooked to perfection. Chicken Christopher was tasty also. That bacon steak though… if you are a lover of bacon I highly recommend it as an appetizer. Delicious.

Went there last night for Valentine’s special deal. It is amazing, especially the steak and lobster. We really appreciate our waiter Scott, professional and warmhearted!

My husband and I ate at Morton's before going to a show at Heinz Hall. We were early so we sat at the bar and had an appetizer while we waited for our table. We really enjoyed talking to the bartenders there. The filet mignon sandwiches were so good! Heather was our server for dinner. Great server! Very accommodating. Loved the lobster tail and the cheesecake dessert. Great experience overall!

Everyone was so kind and we had such a good time with our son. Our server mentioned this was her first fine dining job and as a server, I'd be none the wiser if we weren't just talking shop. The SAs were on point, the hostess with red hair was a rockstar setting tables, both managers were doing their absolute thing and I adore seeing mgmt help running food. The fish was gorgeous and delicate, steak obviously superb. Kitchen did an amazing job with everything with a full house and PDRs.

Had a wonderful steak dinner with my son. Salads were very tasty and a nice size. Steaks were cooked to perfection and the onion rings were great. James and Shawn took exceptional care of us. 10/10

My friends and I ate there last night and it was a great experience. The food was fantastic and came out quickly. Erin was our server and she was amazing. She extremely attentive to our table, made great recommendations and her personality was genuine and fun. Overall great night.

This was our first time there. We were seated immediately. Our waiter was Scott… he was very friendly, informative, and attentive. We would definately go back. The food was delicious!!

I had a terrible, horrible, very bad day but Steve the manager made my day look brighter after telling him my story. Steve made accomodations for me and my friend in a quiet, relaxing environment in the dining area. We were so grateful for his hospitality. I will visit Morton's restaurant again to enjoy a delicious meal and hope to see Steve. Thank you Steve, you are an amazing manager!

Instead of cooking for Thanksgiving, we booked online with Morton’s and thoroughly enjoyed their 4-course Thanksgiving menu (you can still order off of the main menu if you’d like). Everything was great and James (waiter) was exceptionally knowledgeable about the restaurant and the evenings special menu. While it is unfortunate that many of the Morton’s staff worked the entire day, they did so with exceptional professionalism and fabulous service.

This experience was incredible. It was for a celebration of our 32nd wedding anniversary. We received a call from someone early in the day asking the name of my wife, as I had indicated we were in celebration, and they were planning to customize the table for us. I am totally into customer experience, and this was off the hook. Everyone knew when we arrived. Phenomenal food, experience, interaction, and memory. Thank you!

My friend and I recently came to Morton's without a reservation. I was nervous about parking downtown, but was very impressed by the valet service. Nathan from valet was extremely kind and so helpful. He also kept the car close by, which I greatly appreciated. Big thank you to Nathan and Morton's for a great evening!

My husband and I went here for our anniversary before a comedy show and we absolutely loved it. The steak is great but the lobster Mac and cheese is a must. Our server, Patrick, was so kind and helpful when it came to what to order.

The food was great, oyster Rockefeller, Jump crab, Sour cream mash, and a Caesar salad was Perfect!!! Our server Scott was as so prompt, friendly, and Welcoming!!! I’ll be back just because his service was so great!!!

I gave my husband a small dinner party in one of the private rooms. It was beyond amazing. From the start making arrangements with Nicole K. to the amazing staff James and Leland who took care of all our needs. We left completely satisfied. We will definitely come back for more occasions.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Morton's tonight and it was phenomenal from start to finish! Everything this place does, from valet, to the hosts, to the food and service is top notch. We started with the crab and lobster cocktail (Amazing!). The house wedge salad, my husband's heritage cut pork chop and my filet oscar were all incredible as well. As a non drinker, I absolutely loved their Lavander cocktail. I wish I had gotten my servers name, I believe it was brian, I wanted to mention him for the fantastic job he did. They took our picture at the table and presented us with a framed photo when we left. We enjoyed our visit immensely and look forward to returning.

Shawn was our waiter and provided the most amazing first time experience for us! We had the best steak, sides, salad and house warm bread! They made our first valentines experience 10/10 and would come back! Thank you Shawn and your colleagues!

Erin was our server on Valentine’s day rush. She was very kind and attentive even with a full dining room. Food was very good and brought out in a timely manner. Will definitely be returning.

I just called to get some further guidance in regard to making my upcoming dinner reservation special and had the best experience! I talked to Nicole and she was super positive, helpful and determined to ensure I have a great valentines dinner! She expressed she was the sales/special event coordinator and she was a true delight. I have been to many restaurants in Pittsburgh but Morton’s is the gold standard, the king. Second place is not close. The way you can expect to be treated by staff, the quality of the food itself, their ability to make a special occasion even more special.. truly spectacular. The fact Morton’s has less than a perfect 5 star rating here on Google is a farce. If you haven’t been here you are sorely missing out.

Erin was an amazing waitress. She was fast and quick with our meals and drinks and was so nice with conversation!! Would love her as my waitress everytime I come :)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicole at Morton's, and I can't express enough how fantastic my experience was! From the moment we arrived, the setting was absolutely breathtaking, creating the perfect ambiance for our gathering. The room was stunning, and it provided a wonderful backdrop for our dinner. Speaking of dinner, every dish was prepared to perfection, making it a true culinary delight for everyone at the table. Nicole went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was memorable. Her personal touches made all the difference, and she made the entire planning process incredibly simple and stress-free. She was attentive to our needs, and her warm personality added a special charm to the evening. I can't recommend Morton's and Nicole enough! My family and friends all had a wonderful time, and I will definitely be returning for another remarkable experience. Thank you, Nicole, for making our night so special!

Excellent food & atmosphere. The service was very nice but it was busy the day we visited so our food took a long time. We had a show to go to afterwards so dessert was rushed but props to the staff for being accommodating. The 4 of us spent about 2 hours there total. Reservation recommended.

I popped in one evening for a glass of wine at the bar and ended up getting decent service and seeing good food, so I stayed for some small bites. I sat at the bar on a weeknight and they were about half full. I tried their onion rings for my appetizer and they were really good, nicely battered, and came with a tasty sauce. Next up was to get their chop salad and it was decent, but it had a little too much wilted lettuce in it. The wine list is pretty decent… They have some nice by-the-glass selections for decent prices too.

The service was lovely, the food was good and was larger portions than I was expecting. We got the lava cake dessert it was very good but the chocolate didn't run out like it should have. I ordered a drink and it was not good at all so I returned it. The chicken I ordered was good and tender. My sister ordered the lobster ravioli and she loved it. We also ordered the Oysters and was really good. The staff was great and welcoming.

Fantastic meal after a long drive. Family of 4, kids shared meal approx $360.00 with tip. Steak was phenomenol, and lobster was cooked perfectly paired with a filet mignon. Caesar salad was dynamite, probably would have added a little more anchovies for my liking. The only thing I would say is they need a proper salad fork on the table as well as a butter knife and small bread knife for the bread. They need creme Brulee on their dessert menu. But really no complaints at all.

We were there as part of a small group to celebrate a birthday. I was at the same Morton's many years ago and I had a great experience so my expectations were high. The servers were efficient and very friendly. The appetizers (crab cakes, pigs in a blanket and a skewer of tomatoes and cheese) were very good. The drinks were expensive as expected for a restaurant of this caliber. The salads were good but not great. There was a very long break waiting for the meals (probably 45 minutes). I ordered the New York strip and was able to sample my wife's fillet. The strip was good but would have benefitted from steak butter or a mushroom reduction. The NY strip had a very good beef flavor and was a little less tender than I expected for that cut of meat. It was trimmed perfectly and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The fillet was very tender but it had less flavor than I am used to at other good restaurants. The biggest downside was that it was very dry (cooked to medium). It would also have benefitted from additional seasoning. A good steak of any expensive cut should be able to stand on it's own. The dessert was a mixture of cheesecake, mousse and fruit. Again it was good but not great. I am not a chef but I always purchase prime steaks and mine come out better. That should never be the case. All in all I would say the meal was very good but it didn't live up to the prices being charged.

Have been here many times, it’s hit or miss. This visit was for the restaurant week special, filet was cooked to temp( med rare) but had no char and was soggy. Seems as though they used a lower cut of meat for this promotion. French fries were cold. Most likely won’t return.

Ordered a $70 filet mignon that was so dry, tough, and overseasoned that I could not even eat half of it. Another person in our group tried it and was shocked but agreed. Made me wonder if it really was a filet. When the waitress took my plate I was surprised that she didn't ask if I was unhappy with the food, but then again she had been unpleasant most of the night. The garlic green beans and wedge salad were delicious. Also, if it's cold outside, bring a sweater - the double doors at the entrance let in lots of air. The valet service was excellent.

Visited 2/14/26 Reservations @9.45 got seated within 15-20 min not bad . Ordered starters and drinks came out quickly i took a look around i didn't see any large groups etc we didn't get our main dish until 11.45 can u say pissed on top of that our Server spent 15 min talking to another table instead of checking on our food. The 🦞 mac n cheese terrible . Definitely changed the Recipe. So disappointed
