I’ve only lived here 4 yrs. But my kids love McDonalds. Although it can be frustrating with the wait I also understand the understaff issues. But only a few times did I have something missing or wrong . 90% of the time the attitudes were good considering the amount of rude customers they probably deal with on a daily. They are doing a great job & no way I would be as calm or nice with some people that come thru the lines.

Ordered a 10 piece nuggets just to get home and only have 8. The employees asked us at the window what size our fries were and to see our receipt. I dont know what's going on with this location because during the day I dont have any issues. Won't be going here after 5pm anymore

We placed our order thru drive through. Very sad when something so simple can be messed up. You place and order, they repeat it to you and its still wrong... whether its the people prepping not caring or the person taking the order Not noting the details... I honestly can't say where the order was messed up. But when three of the four meals asked for ketchup and ketchup is still left out of the bag given... seriously. No other condiment was asked for. The forth meal was a plain sanwhich. Plain... how is that messed up. Honestly I thought our meal was simple easy. "Hard to mess up" I thought. Yet the only two things we asked for they were completely ignored. Don't know where the failure was. It's just sad to know our request were ignored. Next time (if ever) I will make sure to dine in at this location. At least that way I can ask them to correct the wrong.

It was terrible! They left out over half of my order when I picked up for family. I ordered 2 $5 meals and the forgot the nuggets AND the sauce. They even forgot my chicken sandwich. But what makes it even worse is that when we got home we called to tell them that we didn’t receive the full order and they said that we had to bring the food back, but the kids were hungry and we gave them the McDoubles in their meals. The service is absolutely terrible they didn’t even read me back my order for me to check it or nothing! Avoid this place.

I don’t know why I keep wanting to give them another chance! I guess because it’s the ONLY McDonald’s in our town! But they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS get my order WRONG!!! I paid for what I ordered and I only got half of my order! And what sucks is that I live 20 minutes from town. And I can’t just turn around and go back. I saw 2 hash browns so I figured the order was correct.

I love to go to McDonalds for the kids but I almost dread it coming to this McDonalds every time I go they don’t pay attention and mess up or order or just completely don’t put food in the bag we ordered . Went the other day and our fry’s were cold and brought them in to be made fresh and I was presented with additude and told I must ask for fresh food ! I thought our food was always supposed to come fresh highly disappointed and to make matters worse my daughters chicken nuggets where old and didn’t get done all the way the most recent time we went .

Everytime I come here they always forget the things I pay for I’ve been coming here for about a year now and they always forget something. It’s tire some I should have to drive to a whole other city just because the service could be better.

Multiple people there and it took SOOO long just to give me my order even tho i ordered thru drive thru 20 mins ago and yet order was still not ready. Seen this old guy in the back go to the fries multiple times and just stood there while there was one girl doing all the work the others sat there buts down i appreciate that one lady awesome work. Someone used their bare hands to scoop fries into the bag.

I sat at the drive through window for 10 minutes. One other car was there before me in the next lane. I never was asked what my order was. I pulled around and parked. I went inside. No one came to the counter or even acknowledged I was there. There were two customers sitting inside. Worst service EVER!

Trash service. They keep getting my order wrong. I've had to turn around multiple times. They wanted me to go through the drive thru lane again for a drink I paid for. Ridiculous.
