Took about 30 mins to get our food, we were just honestly excited to FINALLY see them allowing dine in at this location. It's really hard to eat certain foods in the vehicle while driving, and the drive thru line here takes FOREVER! Food came out hot and fresh, and correct. Hopefully they are doing something at this location to better serve customers! Thank you!

The food was really good but it took 20 min to get our food, but other than that it was good.

The Burger tasted odd but i ate it. It did seem to cause stomach issues initially but I got better. The fries were hot and crispy and tasted good. The server was polite.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich the tomato had no flavor the bun was 2x the size of the chicken no sauce very bland and top of it all they put it in a big box u open the box it's half the size u open the bun more than half the size no spice service was very curtious food not worth it

This was a terrible experience traveling on Christmas. First burgers were cold. Not what I asked for. Drinks were flat. And fries were old. Stay away from that Jack in the box.

I've never been to a Jack in the box restaurant. It was around 8 pm and my girlfriend was sick, didn't feel like cooking and she was craving some jack in the box. We drove about 25 minutes to get some. We ordered about $45 worth of food. I used my credit card. Never was given a receipt, didn't get a couple of things we ordered, didn't realize until halfway home. (I know I should have checked, but I was trying to get home because of my sick girlfriend.) Got home, food was cold, fries were dumped all inside the bag, it was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

Rude, don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. Too busy talking to each other. You could stand in the lobby for 20 mins an still wouldn't say anything to you. An if you try to get there attention your ignored

I ordered the bonus jack combo at the drive thru. I had to give the order 3 times at the speaker and 3 more times at the window! No special requests ... just as it was shown. The lady who I'm guessing was the manager was curd and rude! The burger was cold and the bun was stale and stiff!. Absolutely the worst jack in the box that I have ever visited! Never Again!

Only got a 1 star because couldnt give 0!! Understand busy football night and busy so no issue. Yet was placing a order and they couldn't give me the right food. Was given a chicken sandwich instead of a jumbo jack. The girl doing the drive thru didnt let me finish my order. So I pulled up and got what we did order. Manager came to the window had a bad attitude and slammed the window on me. Will never return again. Worst customer service!! Went back to get the correct burger and he would not answer me at the window.

We will no longer be giving our money to this restaurant. Twice now we have had extremely rude experiences in the drive thru. Most recently "Michael" (no name tag) was so rude and aggressive that it nearly caused an altercation. There are better places in town that deserve your hard earned money.

I visited this location via drive thru on Sunday 4/18/2021 at 4:00 pm with my family . We had a pretty large order and the kid working the drive thru didn’t seem to enjoy his job or act like he wanted to be there at all , aside from that he told us to wait and we sat there for about 5 minutes before placing our order with 2 cars ahead of us who were already getting their orders and leaving . After finally ordering we drove up to the window , no smile , no greeting just took the money closed the window and I asked for 6 ranches which I offered to pay for , no response , for our drinks food and said thank you , just a blank look no smile and said nothing . We pulled around to make sure all of our order was there and the curly fry for one of our meals was missing , we parked and got out and were greeted at the door by another kid who my husband told we were missing one order of fries and he told us to go back around to the drive thru and ask for it . What !?! Now the drive thru is full and we just need a fry that was forgotten and have to drive thru all over again just to get it rather than them just apologize and hand us the order of fries . By the time we would have drove thru for more rude service and waited for our fries all of our food would have been cold , so I reparked and went back to the door with my husband and said we just needed a fry at which point they rudely told us to go outside and wait . We were finally brought the order of fries not even in a bag but handed to us by the employee no apology no nothing just more rudeness and walked away . All of them seemed to have a bad attitude that day and didn’t care about giving any kind of customer service much less good customer service . You’re employees need more training on how to treat their customers and maybe not have a bunch of teenagers running and managing the place because this makes me not want to return to Jack In the Box Gilmer .
