I revisited this place after not coming here in years, and I’m still very satisfied with the yogurt here. A great healthier alternative to ice cream (excluding toppings) with some great flavors available that change from time to time. There is also a great variety of toppings available as well. It’s also not that expensive either, as you pay based on how much your bowl weights with yogurt and toppings combined (mine was about $4). A good alternative to ice cream, and certainly a great place to cool off on a hot day.

Excellent place to get frozen yogurt, whether stopping in or staying to sit and eat. The frozen yogurt menu is diverse and mostly ever-changing, but with returning familiar flavors. The building is quite clean, well-lit, usually very quiet, and not often very busy. The staff are not that friendly but are nice, mostly taking their job somewhat or quite seriously, depending on who is at the register or around the store when visiting.

If you're in New York, You're in for a real treat. Yotality is an awesome frozen yogurt place ever. While they do serve sweet toppings, frozen yogurt beats ice-cream any day. Inside is perfectly cooled environment on a hot day. An alacarte fashion of self serve with all the best options ever. Every mom could approve their kids having Yotality goodness. Watch their sweets though, that aside, This is the best alternative to ice-cream for the whole family. Even singles too. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Very clean shop, the price is quite affordable. I guarantee, that you will get the best for your money and experience here. come on down, have some laughs, good times.

pricey. You are partially paying for the experience which is an awesome one, and the rest is for that delicious custard, frozen yogurt, and gelato.

Yogurt was good. Service was eh. The person working there wasn’t as pleasant as the froyo but I guess we weren’t there for the hospitality. Though they don’t have the normal tart froyo-and whats a froyo place without the original froyo?? Maybe that’s just me though

First time here. Says they open at 1 and it’s 1:30 and still no one. Very bad advertising

Good froyo when the machines are actually working. However, if they are not working, then you are SOL because the employee working there truly could not care less that there is no froyo. Needs better employees. No fresh fruit toppings, by the way, which is also a letdown. They are lucky there is no Pinkberry in Rochester, or else they'd be out of business.

Then, as we’re eating, the workers friends got up to leave and were eating toppings with their hands while laughing, the worker at the time was as well.
