This store was not only clean and beautiful BUT I was there at 7:30 Sunday morning and the two people working were probably the sweetest two Starbucks employees I’ve ever encountered!!!! And the little things like they wrote the cutest message on my cup that made me giggle and smile the whole time I was drinking it and it was DELICIOUS!!!! I would recommend anyone making the village of pittsford Starbucks their go-to store !!!!! Thanx for making my morning ! 😍😍😍

The Pittsford location is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. It's spacious, has cozy chairs and I love sitting by the windows. Great outdoor sitting area on warm days and it attracts a nice crowd. The staff is friendly and they provide fast service even during the busiest hours.

Went here for a light breakfast on a Friday in August. I was pleasantly surprised that they could make a pumpkin spice latte with decaf. I also got the bacon gruyere egg bites. My companion got an Americano and a plain croissant, which was warmed without asking us. It would have been nice to be asked. The area to pick up food and drinks was well managed, which was impressive. We sat at a communal table, which was fine for a quick breakfast. We also appreciated the location next to the library. I still miss being able to order a gluten-free wrap. Nice local option overall.

Seconding the other 2/5 star review someone left yesterday: I'm here in Pittsford for the second time for another multiple day trip, this time my mother came along who also had work to do with her laptop. On my previous trip all the power outlets seemed to be working - this trip none of them are. I returned in the evening with a charged laptop, that dies quickly because it's an old laptop-battery, and enjoyed the warm sun on the patio until it died. Then I went inside to just think, write on my phone, and people watch a bit. During the hour or so I was inside there - where it was fairly empty compared to capacity, there was no less than 3 people who were looking for/needing power for their laptops, not all of them who had ordered yet - but none of them stayed once they learned there was no power; presumably they had something important and urgent to prepare for so they wanted to get their laptop setup and ready for that. If anything it'd be courteous to put a sign at the registers to let people know the outlets are no longer working/not currently turned on, so if patrons are expecting them to work as they used to be reliable, then you're not causing them problems. I realize in the short term it will may free up some seats during peak hours, if that's a conscious goal, though over the long-term it's going to teach/train people it's not a reliable stop/option; I guess Starbucks can look at their balance sheet and see how that's working out, though it's difficult to factor in externalized qualitative factors. If I stay longer with my laptop I usually buy a few drinks, and when life's rougher and I'm getting my "treat" drinks they're usually $9+ and where I try to remember to tip staff $1; I live with severe chronic pain and so moving around a lot isn't great for me either - where routine is critical to the potential of my having less bad days.

Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. Lots of space to work. My biggest complaint is that many of the outlets do not work frequently as if a breaker trips. I have tested many and it makes it difficult to work since a laptop is required for most tasks and it means your stay will be cut short.

Watched a barista spend a few hours getting his friends free drinks and coffee by giving them other peoples’ orders and remaking them apologizing for a faulty label machine. I guess if you mind waiting a bit longer, be friends with that guy.
