The food is the bom.....get the chicken burrito and chips. Place is some what clean after lunch hour. They charge extra for chicken so make sure you bring Plenty of cash.
This is my FAVORITE Chipotle location! They always have everything in stock. (Other locations won't have crunchy taco shells, steak (!) or Tractor Beverages later at night.) Mary and Joseph are literally THE BEST EVER! They always have the sweetest smiles and friendliest demeanor. AND they're competent!! We get Chipotle after late volleyball practices on school nights 2-3 times a week. Used to go to a location near practice but no more. This store is superior!
Chipotle food is very good but the prices are killing us. You guys should offer discounts for the students and senior citizens. Place was clean, and very well organized. The portion is starting to become like Subway....more rice, more cheese and Lettuce. Anyways, the staff was amazing and cheerful. See you soon, ~Harry Irvine
I personally want to say I don't go out of my way to write reviews for places, but this Chipotle had the nicest people working there. It was all three guys in the line-up. And my guy and the register with the hat; amazing customer service, he complimented my shirt literally made my day. And the guy in the section of like the lettuce and guacamole with the beard net on, amazing guy as-well. That whole three people line up is amazing and you guys are lucky to have them. Much love to you guys
It was lunch time and I needed something quick. Chipotle has been good at every location I’ve been to. I ordered a regular bowl with half chicken and half beef, with small salsa, little corn, little sour cream, little cheese and guac. It was delicious and a good meal for your protein fix. I’d definitely come back again to try their other menu items.
It's like it was near the end of the day, but they didn't restock the sauces., Bunch of empty bottles.
I really like this location it is always clean never too crowded. My only problem with the location is that it is too close to an In-Out so parking is scarce eventhough it is in a big plaza. Staff is good and polite.
Great place to eat you just have to watch you step when eating outside
This Chipotle location is not one of my favorites. Some of their people here are awesome, but there are others that don’t seem like they want to be there. They seem like they’re overworked at times and there have been instances where there’s a decent line of customers when we were there. They have also rang me up incorrectly, which I can understand as the times that has happened they were scrambling to get to the next client. Best to order ahead through their app. Just be sure to build in a buffer as their “promised time” seems more of a suggestion.
Ordered double chicken, and got one serving essentially (2 small spoonfuls). Person who served was new, and they probably teach their new people to go skimpy on the meat. When you're charging $17 for a bowl you shouldn't go skimpy on the meat. Disgraceful! EDIT: so I originally rated 1 star but then I updated to 3 because I made a second trip there and the portions were much better, there was a different server this time. Depends on who you get I guess.
I paid $21.27 for this meal. I specifically asked to wait for the fresh meat that was still cooking, but the employees decided to serve me what they wanted instead. When I told them again that I wanted to wait for the fresh meat, both insisted, “This is fresh,” and went ahead and served it anyway. I was also charged $7 extra for double meat, yet what I received was cold. This is what it looked like. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to this time. I will never go back here.
First of all I would like to say I love Chipotle as a whole. I love the food, the salsa, etc. But this location needs an adjustment of some kind as they were not on their game. The food: Pretty standard Chipotle grade awesomeness. I liked my burrito! You can build your own and I love the combo I get. The queso isnt great and the chips tend to be stale but I still get them sometimes. I like the Tractor brand teas too! The Service: One person on the line with 3-4 people in the back, a line of people waiting, and the manager/shift lead is having a conversation instead of hoping on the line to help, which is fine EXCEPT, when I got up to the line they were out of a few items, which is fine EXCEPT that when I got to my meats the meat was a bit low so the guy making my burrito gave me about half of what a standard serving was and I called him out about it to get closer to what the proper amount was. Not happy about that. The Atmosphere: Typically its about a 4 when its well maintained but this place was not at all. It was dirty….. like pretty bad. (Pics) I hope they just had an off day and I would love to review them again whenever I’m back at this location. I know things happen, but this was my experience.
This is my favorite fancy dine in. Their burritos are extremely tasteful and I just love how much they cost.
Went in at 3pm for an online order. Long line, about 15 people. I go to the pick up and there’s one person behind the counter filling up containers and nobody else in sight. Restaurant is packed and dirty. People in line are visibly frustrated, a few even calling out to ask where the workers are. A guy rounds the corner from the back on the phone having a conversation with a woman on speaker and it’s clearly not the manager. He proceeds to keep talking while he stands there. He asks me what my order name was and then disappears. A minute later he says “ok I’ve got to go and starts washing his hands. At this point a third employee comes out and is also on the phone, sees the line and hangs up and starts to help the original employee that is now trying to make food. This place needs a manager on duty at all times judging by this I regretted the tip I left
Good food, good service but couldn’t even find a place to sit down because of too dirty for every table. We needed to clean up one table and picked up the tissue surrounded that table before we can sit down. In fact, for the atmosphere I don’t even wanna give any star. We went for dinner at 6pm, we managed to get a Carnitas salad, however couldn’t get 1 Carnitas burrito because of not enough serving. Overall not a good experience here.
I bought it again from the food I always bought, while I always paid 20 dollars, they bought 25 dollars today, and what is only trying to do for meat avocado and kina, this restaurant is trying to steal people's money, I can't get an answer when I ask why such a price, what a disgusting place
I ordered here from post mates. As shown in pictures I ordered an "Steak Burrito Bowl" I received a scoop of meet. Pic 1 order adress. Pic 2. Order details Pic.3 what I order Pic.4 what I receivied Called and ask for manager. Was asked what I needed it instead of being told who am.I talking to and tittle. Well I asked them what to do about they first say on your next order you'll get 2 free sides. Herr I lost my temper and tune my tone a lil up. And advise the manager reason why I order food now is because I'm hungry now not until my next order and I don't want to spend money for what I don't deserved. I deserve what I paid for. Then she said that in the order there is only steak I told her I can send her screenshots of my order as it doesn't shows jat steak. She was giving me the arounds. When she had no excuse to give them I offered to go and have my refunds since they can't do refund through postmates. When I told her what time I was going to arrange. The refund she told.they they can't tho refunds in person and that I need to send an email. BIG ERNING COMPANIES SOMETIMES DONT DESERVE THE RIGHT TO SERVE OUR PEOPLE. that's stealing money in very low way having plenty of money and not caring the last cents people uses to help to provide for their business. I told them I was going not anymore as you see the address is far. That will be a waste of gas time and energy they already ruin my day anyways.
Had a poor dinning experience several months ago, decided to give them another try. It was worse. 2 hours before closing and they are out of fajita mix, guacamole, bottom of the barrel on chicken, with no evidence of fresh being made. Staff seemed put out to be serving food. Poorly ran restaurant in my opinion. Shared my experience with corporate, no response. Done with Chipotle.
There was two employees one short chubby guy with glasses and another shorter older woman I believe her name was Mary tried to charge my son extra queso on his burrito when he never order or asked for it. He had to tell them twice that he never ordered and they never even apologized infact they got defensive and said "its just a prank calm down". Unprofessional service great food though . Will be ordering online or delivery from now on .
They gave me so little food and it wasn't the first time they did that. None of the employees at night had any customer service skills at all.
I needed to reach out to someone at the restaurant regarding my order that was placed on Uber eats and all you receive is AI you are not able to speak to anyone at the restaurant and I needed to speak to them regarding my dietary need on my order as it did not allow me to customize it on the app. The text message application would not connect me either. Very disappointing

The last time I visited this place, the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, when I returned last night at 10 pm, the staff was different, and my experience was disappointing. The customer service was lacking, particularly at the cash register. The cashier had a rude and rushed attitude. They were out of items I usually order, so I had to scramble to find alternatives. I usually leave a tip, but the cashier rushed me so much that I forgot to do it at the register. Maybe it's for the best since I prefer to spend my money where I feel appreciated. Overall, the service was below my expectations. I used to enjoy this location. However, the attitude here will always give this place a negative rating. I‘m not sure what it was. But disapprove of this location or just the people that was there last night
I am writing to express my disappointment following my visit to your Torrance Crossroads location on February 3, 2025, around 9:35 PM. Despite arriving well before your posted closing time of 11:00 PM, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed that nearly the entire dining area had been cleaned and closed, which wasn't concerning for a slow evening. When I approached the counter to place my order, the employee informed me that all food would be cooked to order and that the chicken would take approximately 30 minutes. This seemed unusual for a location that was still open for business. I then requested to speak with a manager for clarification. The manager confirmed that the grill had already been cleaned for the night and that the employee in charge would be clocking out soon. This lack of preparation was surprising, especially considering that there was still over an hour until closing. It became apparent that not only was the information provided by the employee misleading, but management was also aware that they were running low on food. Additionally, the quality of the available food was subpar. The meat and toppings appeared old and dried out, with the queso being particularly unappetizing — a different color than usual and hard from sitting out for too long. Overall, this experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards I have come to expect from your establishment. I have decided to avoid this location in the future and will opt for a further location that provided a much better experience just about 20 minutes later, where my fiancé and I were served promptly and received higher quality food at a better price. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the service and food quality for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
i love chipotle but this was the worst experience i’ve ever had. i went there to get a bowl and the worker there was digging around in it to fish out a bell pepper that had mistakenly mixed in with the steak. we asked the other worker to make a new bowl after witnessing that and he did, which was good. i ate half of my bowl at home and developed food poisoning. i had thrown up 6 times back to back and was not able to keep any food or liquids down, which led to me having to go to the hospital and fainting. it has been 3 days and i am still feeling sick. do better i am appalled at how my chipotle experience went.
very disappointed with this chipotle, i usually always go to the one on hawthorne next to the mall but i work near this chipotle and i had went in to order a brisket burrito at around 8:30pm and the employees stated that they ran out of guac and white rice and they’re not making anymore even though they close in another 2 and a half hours. the brown rice they had was under cooked and stiff, and the half scoop of the brisket that is very expensive on its own turned me off from even eating my food. the employee which looked like a girl in her teenage years said they’d have to charge me for extra portions. very disappointed overall and won’t come back after the many bad experiences i’ve had here and will stick to the one by my home.
Staff is incompetent, rang me up for one meal when we had two then rang me up a second time and forgot the chips and guac, rang me up a third time and didn't put it in the bag. I call ahead to get the guac ready for when I drive all the way back. Then the manager who refused to give me her name "ummm Melissa, no umm Melody" hangs up and then yells at me in the store laughing about hanging up on me. All the time playing music with a ton of cursing loudly while my child and other children are standing right there. Chipotle has raised prices, lowered quality and has absolutely no customer service. No wonder stock prices are down 25% in the last 6 months and sales continue to decline. I'll enjoy the last cold meal I'll ever order from Chipotle.
We decided to give this location another try after a terrible experience last time waiting for food to be made (we waited thirty minutes and were the only people in there last time). This time, the young man making our food could have cared less. He put three slivers of lettuce on my burrito bowl when I asked for lettuce. Barely a scoop of meat, no care for how the food was put together. Really frustrating for the cost to have such poor food and service.
I have to start this by saying that I’m a fan of chipotle who eats chipotle almost every week and have stocks in it. But this particular location has gone haywire. This has happened almost 5th time that whenever you go, they don’t have chicken. They don’t have veggies, and nobody is even trying to show a sense of urgency. Please save this location.
They have this new system where they keep to go orders behind the counter and no one to help pass them to customers waiting. I asked one of the employees to help pass the order and she just walked off saying hold on. They need help please with customer service!!!!!!!’ If you don’t have enough staff to pass orders from the back then put the rack back to where customers can get they own orders when they arrive
Horrible experience. The employee preparing my order was clearly in a bad mood and barely added food to my bowl. When I politely said, “You can do better than that,” regarding the amount of lettuce, he responded by grabbing a full spoon of sour cream and dumping it on my bowl in a rude, passive-aggressive way. I informed the cashier about what happened, but it was like talking to a wall—no apology, no concern. To make it worse, I didn’t even receive my receipt. Very unprofessional service. I won’t be returning. but can look at the camera 9:30 pm today .
I’m updating my review because of a horrible experience recently. Used to get great service here but last time we had a server who was an absolute jerk to my child who was trying her best to be kind and polite to him. You need to be really messed up to be unkind to a child who is being kind to you. I complained to Chipotle and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. Hope this was a one time deal and not the norm. Please keep my experience in mind if you are thinking of going here.
I came an hour before close on 10/19/2025 and the chipotle was already almost completely closed. The chairs were up and the light for the sign outside was off. I walked in and was ignored initially. I was treated absolutely terribly, and it seemed that the servers were disgusted by me even coming. They handled the food horribly and treated me rudely. I noticed rolled eyes and many sighs. I highly recommend going to another place where the service is probably nicer and your food is treated better.
Terrible experience at this Chipotle. Went in to order a bowl and a burrito after my workout at 10:02PM. I ordered my bowl just fine however when trying to order a Carne Asada burrito, the worker said “I wouldn’t recommend that” and proceeded to ask me if i’d like chicken or steak… I wasn’t sure if this was his personal preference or if the staff at this location just didn’t want to make more as they didn’t have too much left. In addition to this I wanted to get queso but the queso was completely dried out and gross.
This restaurant has a serious cleaning and hygiene problem. I wrote to them privately sending them this photo of the mold that the air vents have and they never answered... I went again a week later and they are still the same... where the product is food and they do nothing. They play with the health of customers!!
Took 15 minutes to get my food. There’s a broken machine creating insane noise. This customer has apparently never been to chipotle and caused the build up. I get double meat and guacamole every time I visit. The worker on the line gave me maybe 1 and a half scoops of chicken. When I asked for a little more, I got 3 more pieces. When I asked if there were any fajita veggies, he just said no. I started writing this review in line because of how bad the service was. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. If you don’t enjoy what you do, get a different job.
Went in at 930pm all meat that they did have was dry and old ... went in for brisket then steak had to settle for chicken cause all they were making anyway. No chips all out again if ur open til 11 manage better or start giving discounts cause tell you what did not get anything that was wanted. What a waste of money tonite
