My mom came to get a large order for our family, it was one of those days where no one wanted to cook supper, so we landed on Taco Casa. When she brought it home, nothing was right (usually NOT the case at this location) on a $50 tab, but we weren’t taking it back up there since we were all so tired and figured we’d settle for the mistakes. I decided to reach out to their manager in hopes that the whole night wouldn’t be resulted in mess ups for others. She was so kind and gave our money back and made the meal correct the next time we came. Kody was the managers name, she went above and beyond and took care of us! We never would’ve asked for any of that, but she insisted. We were blown away at her response and efforts to make it right. Of course, we’ll be back and always enjoy our meal!

I love taco casa, and used to eat here frequently, they really loaded you down with ingredients, especially cheese, but unfortunately it's gotten so high just like everything else, but it's very good Mexican food for fast food

Omg. My new favorite on-the-go restaurant. First off, Julie was fantastic. Second, the portion to price ratio, you can't beat. Third, sooo good, done simply, and done right. We got ours to go, and I highly recommend the nachos, the super burrito, and if you like a nice, smooth refried bean burrito, they hook it up! Sorry Bell and Bueno, Casa got you beat!!!!

This is by far the best Taco Cass location I've been to over the years. I go for the super tacos and they are so good. Every time I try one of the taco casas in the DFW area, just not as good and more expensive. 3.49 a super taco as opposed to 4.49. love this place

This is the best Taco casa in Texas. FIGHT ME. They actually put cheese on their tacos and burritos. I frequent others and they tend to be skimpy. I always stop in on the way to MegaStar. Thanks!!

I absolutely love this location. The staff here is always friendly and smiling. The food is always fresh and perfect. My only gripe is the NO Refills on beverages. I always have to order two. As a cancer survivor I don't make any saliva and I need plenty of liquids to keep myself from choking. The refreshments are almost all ice and little liquid. The Staff, The Food and the easy parking make up for the extra drink. I will keep returning

Pictures and descriptions don't do this gem enough credit!! If you grew up in the 80's eating Taco Bell when it was good....this place is even better than that! This gets my highest recommendation. Somebody teased me if I would trade In-N-Out for this......almost! It is THAT good. The "Chilada" is even better than old school Enchiritos! If they opened more of these in other states Taco Bell would be hurting! Please franchise some out!! Update: Another amazing visit to Taco Casa! Please come to Florida and California!!! 😉

Always great food tons of cheese compared to the stingy competitors, everyone is always very polite and friendly. I always recommend the Super Burrito best deal on the menu very filling and always fresh and juicy and plenty of meat!! But then again everything is pretty darned good @ TC

I had never eaten at a Taco Casa before, so I figured I would try it. I was expecting a Taco Bell dining experience, but this Taco Casa far superseded that. The food is awesome! The Super Nachos, Super Taco's, and the chilada's are absolutely fantastic. I found myself going there about four times in the week. The employees were professional and friendly on every single visit. My work takes me to many different states, cities, towns etc. so I'm used to eating bland, ordinary fast food. Taco Casa was a very pleasant surprise. Whenever I am close or even relatively close to this Taco Casa, I'll be hitting it up again and again. The restaurant itself along with the restroom are very well maintained; to me, that obviously shows that the employees care about their customers and respect the place they work at. All of the staff should be proud of themselves. I can't speak for other Taco Casa's, but this one in Whitesboro, TX has a new fan! I would HIGHLY recommend this Taco Casa to anyone that wants great tasting food and friendly staff taking care of you. A+ Service!!!

We drive a long way because this Taco Casa is the Best anywhere in our area,Best food,it has to be the manager,I'm sure the other locations like Calera ok,Durant ok have same food,their just no where close to this one. Manager there should run the area,maybe we could go to a closer one,until then we will make the drive,it's worth it! I’m not going to lie, I come here when I’ve had a terrible day because it makes me feel slightly better. Like I’m not tryna have a good meal at the end of a terrible day. I want a good meal at the end of a fantastic day. Anyway, I came here expecting a normal, fast food burrito. I got a meat, bean, cheese, and sour cream burrito... and it’s 90% cheese. 3-2-26. Went thru drive thru and ordered two combo burrito's, Chilada and crispy taco. I got home in Denison and opened the Chilada and it looked like a little enchilada, it was dry hardly any meat or sauce. I called them and told them about it. The young man said that yeah they do get smaller tortillas at times. I said.....I paid almost five dollars for this and all I got was a small enchilada. I asked him to credit my card for that one item. Remember check your Chilada before you leave.

it was horrible..the cashier that was working the drive thru didn't know anything regarding the menu items .. how could he not tell me anything about what came on the nachos such as meat or toppings let alone if they were regular with just cheese and chips or did they find with other toppings.. I will never go there again and u might want to weigh your options as well .. no customer service DON'T GO ..

They are ridiculously stingy with their meat. For $10 the salad doesn’t come with guacamole and the meat was maybe 2 tablespoons worth. We complained and they said “oh well that’s how it comes”. Would not add any meat for us. So screw them. We won’t be back. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Tender BBQ. Heck, just go to McDonalds. At least you don’t expect to get meat there.

Took 20 mins to get 2 bean burritos a Dr. pepper and chips & cheese. Burritos were cold. Chips and cheese were fine. Lady that took our order was nice. Whoever wraps the burritos needs some help… They looked like they were struggling inside or I would’ve asked for fresh burritos. Just didn’t want to wait another 20 mins. At the end of the day, at least it was cheap.

Poor excuse for a bean burrito. Mostly just hard cheese and a hard tortilla. If you come here during the day food is fine. Evenings food is made poorly and not worth the money or it’s made incorrectly.
