Most everytime we got our order is correct and the staff is so friendly and QUICK! Also anytime the order is wrong they are fast to make it for you and apologize. Best McDonald's I've ever been to hands down. I dont even like McDonald's but I'll eat at this one! Thank you guys! My kids love yall!

Wife and I stop here when traveling to and from Paris TX to Denton TX. The staff is super friendly. The food is always fresh and hot. It's a good McDonald's surprisingly so.

I'd say tonight was spot on. Only giving a 4 because I'm a little bitter from previous experiences. We tried 2x before each time under cooked chicken! The Chicken! We swore we would never come back but you just got that gotta have quarter pounder and no others in site, hell why not. So glad we did, new management, new cooks I don't know and the employee who rang us out was just as sweet as could be. Keep it up!!!

It's OK but just like today..they handed my daughter the wrong food after she had to go over her order time and time again.she didn't notice it was the wrong food until she got home but was running late for an appointment so she couldn't go back to get the food she ordered...she got less food then she paid for. This happens so many times to me and I get so frustrated! I don't understand why they can't get orders right. I was the only customer... lobby and drive... and STILL had to pull up and wait on my order... Update; So far so good....orders are all there. Our order consisted of several special order items. All were prepared exactly as ordered and in a timely fashion. The food was hot and fresh and the staff was friendly. The dining room as a whole was very clean as were the bathrooms. The only improvement that could be made is the drink station was in need of a quick clean up. This location has offered consistently quick and accurate service on our visits which is why we stop when we need a quick bite.

Every time I go through the drive through. I never get napkins for some reason. My only complaint. Other than prices have gone way up. I get it. Employees need more $ bit dang

30 minutes in drive thru line. 2 lanes open and car in outside lane would not let us get out, even though it was our turn and we had been waiting 5 minutes to move. Food was good when we got it and employees were apologetic. Not worth the wait.

Went in side to get coffee. Big mistake?!!! The boy took my order 2 coffees and one water. When I ask for one cream in each, he said that was out there. I went get coffee, but no water, he didn't offer me holder. I went with one coffee to get water& creamer. I decided to put creamer in but managed to spill all over my hand, drink area and floor. This McDonald's is closer to where I live by several minutes, but I would rather drive the other direction than go here. I can't remember a time when I got a completely correct order, nor a time when I waited less than 10 minutes in the drive-through. Their customer service tends to be lacking, but when taken to the management level they tend to be able to fix their mistakes. Unfortunately, it just seems like a waste of time to go there when the goal is to order fast food.

I have gone here for years and it’s been an up and down on getting everything I order. Today I ordered four fries and only got three; ordered a 10pc nugget and didn’t get that. Had to go back to get them and didn’t get the fry only the nuggets. But they have friendly staff that were willing to help.

Half cold half fresh 20 pcs nuggets. Female that took our drive thru order didn't even say thank you, she sounded as if she just lost her dog. The other lady was friendly and burger was hot and tasty.

Drive thru lines and waits were ridiculous but our orders were 100%correct and seemed fresh aside from the fries which tasted like the grease was slightly dirty and in need of being drained, the fryer cleaned and fresh oil put in to fry the French fries. Though we do stop here frequently. This McDonald's typically misses ordered items and not very pleasant when pointed out. Typically a lot of younger people working here so a lot more socializing than helping customers. Food is good just check your order before leaving

Solid average rating for a solid average place, consistent with all the other better McDonald's I've been to. One of the few places around here that doesn't charge for their indoor kids play area and they even keep it relatively clean. All in all not bad.

The hamburger was pretty decent as far as taste, it's a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon but the size of it is what got me, looks like a toy, that's actually one of their ketchup packages on top of it in the picture. That tiny burger with french fries and a soda was right at $11 for what I would call a slider.

Got to be one of the worst Mc Donald's. During the day it is fast and moves fine. The night crew obviously doesn't like anyone coming through the drive through half an hour before they close. They sound completely annoyed and impatient and at times seem to ignore patrons at the drive through to the point people drive off and they loose the business completely, which seems to be what they want. If you choose here, go during the day and avoid the last hour they are open. The food is usually right but takes forever (worse than Whataburger now) and the people are about as rude as any one in retail or food service could be and still have a job.

Placed an order at drive thru. Paid at first window. Pulled up to other window and was told to pull around to slot 1. It took an extended period of time to get my order. I asked if there was salt and ketchup in the bag. The person that brought it out said that I was supposed to order that when I placed my order. I have been going to McDonald's for over 30 years and every time I have gone through the drive thru they ask if you need anything like salt or ketchup. The person delivering the food was not helpful at all. Will not be back to this location.

He shut the window and walked away. The screen at the drive through showed what we ordered but when we pulled around to pay for it, it was different.

Attendant at drive thru was plain ridiculous. She got the order wrong when I ordered. I asked her to repeat it and it was wrong. I corrected her on the order and she laughed it off but refused to show us the order on the screen. Get up to the window to pay and get handed the wrong order that's I've already corrected. Ask for the receipt and the girl ignored me until I asked again, twice, at which point she acted like it was a problem to give it to me. I try to correct the order again and she ignores us. If she hated her job that much maybe she should find another one. Nobody has time to keep coming back to get food corrected. It should've been corrected while we were sitting there in the drive thru instead of us being ignored.

The male manager wouldn't make tea for us with it being 30 minutes until closing. He allowed the crew to serve us cold fries and burgers. A man at his age should be better or get a real career!

Literally the nastiest hamburger I've ever had. Bun? Like a hockey puck, smashed, and rock hard. Meat? Burnt and black pieces on the ends. Cheese? Not melted. Pickles? Hanging off the bun. Took two bites... couldn't stomach a third. I really just think people don't care anymore. Gross.

Walked in to use restroom, 2 workers at closest table to bathrooms with 3rd approaching. After using restroom all 3 missing and something majorly spilled on floor, big mess and no one trying to clean it up. One worker came out of other restroom and said to step over it. Went to stand in line to order a snack, 2 people had walked in ahead as I was negotiating through the mess. Some one said "please use the kiosk". The kiosk I saw said it was closed. The people in front found the other one open. As they seemed new to using the kiosk I was getting frustrated. With the lack of care or responsibility I did not feel valued as a customer and left.

Ordered a cheese burger today. Just the simple kind that comes in a happy meal. No special requests. Just wanted it as it comes. Yeah. They left off the freakin hamburger patty. Cheese, mustard, ketchup, onions and pickles. No meat. Seriously. It's really NOT that hard to be sure to include the hamburger patty on a hamburger. Worst experience about 20 mins ago at Mcdonald drive thru girl that was the manager based on her uniform being different. this is inWhitesboro tx. Everytime I ordered anything I was being cut off before I could finish saying it. No chance to add or take off anything. Then she cuts me off Halfway through my order and gives me a total. I go up to the window just to try and fix what part of the order she took. The nice guy at the window went and got the girl that took my order so she could fix it. she was snappy and unprofessional I didn't even finish my order. Keep in mind I was never rude. I wasn't taking along time or anything.

My complete order was messed up, I called several time just to have someone to hang up and now the phone is off the hook. I emailed the email on the receipt just to find out it’s no good smh this is the worst McDonalds yet I have been to I see why the rating is extremely low lesson learned.

The fries were completely coated in salt. The crewmember that took one of my orders didn't ask me if that was all, I had to put in the other order via kiosk. The iced lattes that they gave me were each a size smaller than they should have been. I went back to get the right size only to be told that I couldn't read the size of the cup correctly. I can tell you that one of them had 12 ounces and the other had 16 ounces. For coffee drinks I will be going to 7-11 where it will be bigger, better and cheaper.

Absolutely worst visit I have ever had at a McDonald's!!! The person that took my order didn't listen to my request (placed at the counter) for no salt on the Double cheeseburger for my son and created a ticket for a Double cheeseburger with no meat patties at all......WTH??? Did a mobile order was charged 2 times. Would not let me enter curbside number and the store manager made me order and pay again to get food. So charged three times got food once. Manager gave me a card and told me to contact app support..app support said tell store to refund. Store won't answer the phone....very upsetting.

This is the second time my husband has went to get food here and they have forgot part of our order both times(yes I know if they don't do it right dont go right? well i like to give places a chance). While there tonight he had to go through the line again because they forgot our fries, they told him to wait at the next window, he pulled forward and his car slid. Drive through screen does not work. Employees do not listen when you are ordering and you have repeat yourself three to four times before they will get your order then just repeat it back wrong.

The general manager had no idea how to utilize the app for discounts and wasted my redeemed earned points. So I had two orders go to waste at this location and the manager had no idea how to fix the problem. So I waited in line for 15 minutes and got no drinks.

I mean, there must be 8 to 10 people working, and you may wait to be served 3 to 5 minutes. Usually person on the counter is also the runner to take orders to people waiting. Actually heard someone from the crowd behind the counter say, "I'm not running her counter anymore ", with customers standing there.. Also, , my wife got a "burger" without meat and fries and was charged nearly $10. And you ask why no meat? Because they did away with the Mcplant after what, 2 weeks. Never again.

Waited an unusually long time for someone to take our order. We were the only ones in the restaurant. There were several employees behind the counter talking. Only one appeared to be working. Another was sitting at the table near the register. I asked her if we needed to go through the drive through to order. She looked at me and said in “kind of Spanish” that she didn’t speak English. She had been talking to other employees when we walked in and was reading an English manual. Then she laughed. We decided to leave since no one ever offered to take our order. As we were leaving, the non-English speaking girl said “have a good day”.

I ordered a 6 piece happy meal for my son and received a box that says 6 on it but there were only 4 in the box. I called the store and let it ring for over 3.5 minutes with no answer. I hung up and called back. This time it rang for 2.5 minutes before I hung up and came here. It’s a simple fix but I’m not loading my kid back up and driving back into town for it.

Order was wrong. Fries were bland and old. Waited at the window for someone to acknowledge the wrong order, never did. Couldn't take it in the lobby because it was closed (3pm). Got back in line, told them what was wrong, had to explain what was on it (not that it mattered since it was WRONG) and it was so slow moving I never moved from the order box, by then all the other food was cold. I just left.

Wasn't good, barley warm hamburger. It was midday, lunchtime, and the burger tasted like it had been sitting under a lamp for awhile, as was the apple pie. Fries were hot and fresh and the only reason for 1 star. They were out of ketchup at the condiment stand so I went to the counter and asked. The young lady pointed to a bin on the counter that was nearly empty. The inside of that bin appeared as though it had not been cleaned in weeks, it was nasty. I was not about to stick my hand in there to retrieve the few remaining packets of ketchup much less use them. I told the young lady it was dirty and not about to use anything out of the bin. She reacted with indifference. I suddenly felt uneasy about the quality of the food I I just ordered. Reluctantly I ate anyway, I was on the road and could not afford any further delay. Pretty sure I will not go back to this location.

My 30 year old daughter and a mother of 3 works nights as a nurse in Gainesville TX.. she was driving home from working all night and got so sleepy she had to pull over. This McDonald's ran her out of the parking lot for sleeping in her car. She said apologetic and the employee was rude and told her she'd been there all night, my daughter said she wasn't and that she had just gotten off her shift. Employee called her a liar. I am beyond upset. You don't treat people this way.

Yes ordered frappes online through app paid for my order. When I got to drive through and gave my code the girl was very nice. Orders are hardly ever right, rude customer service, especially at the drive thru window and they never answer their phones...water down coffee full of coffee grounds on bottom. What happened to this place, it used to be great. Headquarters needs to check this place and get it back to good food, good customer service...maybe wrong people working there, you have to care of what you do if not it's giving McDonald's a bad reputation.

Today I tried to be thoughtful and order ahead and do a drive thru pickup instead of a curbside since it's raining. The kids and I usually get breakfast on Fridays. I get into line, usher me right up to the window, doesn't give me my receipt and they give me our food but not our 3 large iced coffees... Pull ahead to reserved. Ok.... Everyone else gets theirs and then an employee comes out and asks for my receipt (which I didn't get). When the same girl brought us our coffees. We didn't even get an Apology... In the past I've had issues with the mobile ordering not going through. They made it right. Is it all McDonald's that can't get there act together with the iced coffees in the morning? Or is it just this location?

After working all afternoon without breakfast OR lunch, my husband and I ordered 2 fish filet sandwiches for an early dinner. I requested they be dropped fresh and was told it would take 6 minutes. I confirmed that would be fine. THREE minutes later they were ready. I should have checked them but failed to open the bag until we arrived home whereupon I found the filets had been cooked almost to non existence! We ate them anyway. Did I mention we had not yet eaten AT ALL for the day? A few minutes later, feeling a little unwell and a whole lot dissatisfied, I called and spoke with the manager who informed me that in order to obtain any replacement I would have to return the sandwiches. Needless to say, we would not be returning them unless we managed to regurge! What has happened to the quality and pride in one’s job, even if it IS just fast food? What has happened to customer service? What’s happened to simply doing the right thing?

Didn't give us any of our sauces/monopoly pieces. Walked away when we tried getting their attention

Every time I come through the drive through I get an iced vanilla latte with whip cream. Today, I go and ask for the same thing and they’re telling me they can’t do that when I got it the day before. When I finally got up to the window I get nothing but a dirty look and a rude tone. On top of all of that I asked for extra bbq sauce to go with my nuggets there is not one in there.

Stood at counter to order and no one came. All attention was on drive through. A nice employee placed our order at the kiosk. Got the drink and fries. There were no napkins in the holder. Asked at counter and got some. Went to car, discovered our fries were not salted and not hot!! Worst experience we have had at a McDonalds.

I guess even though they say they are open till midnight, that must be when the workers want to leave. Pulled up 5 or 10 before midnigh at the drive through First they said no 1/4 pounders. Ok ordered double cheeseburgers. Then they send someo e out tk inform us the workers already started cleaning the grills and would not make our food. Was not even the manager! Bad enough it was still open hours but the manager did not handle it at all. This place has no customer service

Something is wrong with this location. It’s not busy, my order is simple yet there are cars parked and they parked me as well. This seems to be the case every time. They need help here.

This McDonalds advertises that they serve breakfast through 10:30 in the morning. I have been told on multiple occasions that my breakfast order couldn’t be fulfilled even though it was in by 10:15. “They say, sorry we aren’t serving breakfast now” False advertising or managing incompetence!

Food is inconsistent at best. And never pull to one of the spare lanes or 3rd window. They forget about you for 5-10 minutes and expect you to be grateful for the wait.

This was the 3rd time I have been to this location. I always place a mobile order and have to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes after I check in at the window. I am always asked to pull around and wait. Terrible coffee and Lattes. Taste like they are using drip coffee for lattes. Save your money and head on over to Casa Taco down the street.

We had our dasher told the order would be started after the floor was cleaned. It’s going to take a while. It was a little while between the dasher stopping at store and leaving . About 13 minutes.she said the girls/girl was mouthing off. Don’t forget the customers paying for you to have a job!! I’m going to let my friends and coworkers know!!! Management it on you for friendly service for Mc Donald’s corporation.. reading some of the reviews before me ,someone needs refreshing/ replacing!!!! We the people!!!! Up date your web phone number please .

I ordered in the drive through and it took forever. After I waited 10 minutes for 2 10 piece nuggets (not even meals), we proceeded to not get our food. I went inside with the receipt and proceeded to explain how I didn't receive what i paid for. The employees were extremely rude and no help at all except for the only one that was IN TRAINING. They gave me a bag and I looked in it and the order was still wrong. At this point i was annoyed and said there's no way that i should have to explain this again over a simple order of 2 10 piece nuggets. After I explain my frustration, the manager of all people was sitting in the corner on her phone and started to tell her employees that I'm crazy. After 20 minutes I eventually got my food and left. The disrespect of not only the employees but the manager as well is insane and uncalled for. The incompetence of these workers is ridiculous especially the fact that a trainee is better at the job than the long time employees.

THIS IS IN SHERMAN, NOT WHITESBORO.....So I'm in lane2, I pay and pull up to sign that says "LANE2", THEN, Checker has odacity to have me back to "LANE1" , SAYING I WAS TO P.U. IN LANE 1??? UM NO...IF Your ORDER IN 2. YOU PIC UP IN 2..IF YOUR THAT LAZY TO DO YOUR JOB, FIND ANOTHER ONE , CAUSE A CHECKER IS NOT FOR YOU. FYI, YOUR NOT A PEOPLE PERSON.. DON'T SCOLD ME, BECAUSE I WAS FOLLOWING YOUR STORES POSTED SIGN!!!! 😱..... P.S. A BIG MAC, HAS TONS OF SHREDDED LETTUCE, SO WHERE IS THA LETTUCE??????????
