Had an amazing time here with my friends! The place was beautiful and the food they served was top notch! You should definitely try their biryani and chicken platter. Loved their mocktail selection. Ice cream was an added bonus! All in all a great place to visit for any kind of occasion. Will definitely visit again.
From the moment you walk in, the cozy ambiance, warm lighting, and welcoming decor make you feel instantly at ease. The food is nothing short of exceptional — every dish bursts with flavor, freshness, and that special homemade touch that’s hard to find these days. Whether it’s their savory bites, comforting meals, or beautifully presented plates, everything tastes like it’s made with love. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, making the entire experience feel personal and memorable. This place isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a full sensory treat that feeds both your heart and your stomach! Lovedddd it so much
It is on Legacy East at Dallas. The place is major commercial area. There is free parking just besides. It is a place which is a cafe, bar and restaurant with menus including Indian food. One can get free WiFi. It’s very quiet place.
Absolutely loved the vibe at Main Street Eateries in Dallas! The food was fresh, flavorful, and full of heart — just like homemade. Their menu has the perfect mix of comfort and creativity. The service was friendly and made us feel right at home. A must-visit spot if you’re in Dallas and craving something truly satisfying!
Delicious food, great atmosphere. Place looked brand new. Which we later learned that it was just completely remodeled. I’ll be back here for sure
I tried mushroom Swiss burger and it was amazing. They made fresh patty right there and everything was so fresh

Spent the perfect day with friends at this amazing place! The vibe was so aesthetic, and the food —so good!! You’ve got to try their French toast and chicken biryani . The mocktails were super refreshing, and the 10+ ice cream flavors were the cherry on top. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place to hangout with friends and family. We tried everything: drinks, food and the desserts. All stood out. Service and ambience made it even more good experience for us.
"Truly an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff's remarkable service and incredible food made for a truly unforgettable evening. The authentic menu offerings, inspired by global cuisines Mexican to Italian,American, and little India, were expertly prepared and presented. The atmosphere was beautifully decorated and super inviting, with plenty of parking options nearby. And don't miss their specialty cocktails - they're a must-try! This place is a true gem, offering something for everyone. Highly recommended!"
The ceviche was hands down the best I ever had ... including a 3-week trip to Peru. It's not too sour like some. Fresh ingredients freshly made. My wife's shrimp fajitas were outstanding. This place has such a cool vibe in a chill part of town. Leidy provided excellent, friendly service. She knows and takes great care of her customers. Such a great experience all around. Highly recommend! Honestly one of my favorite places to eat. Did I mention the great value for that kind of quality? Again, the Guatemalan chef nailed the ceviche!
Dining here was such a delightful experience. The food? Simply outstanding. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and the presentation was top-notch. The chicken platter truly stole the show — rich in taste and cooked to perfection. If you’re searching for a place that combines great vibes with even better food, this spot checks all the boxes. Can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu!
New Main Street Eatery is one of those place that makes you feel comfortable the second you walk in. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient which made the experience 10 times better. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed, making it great for families or casual meals. The food was very well-made, I ordered the chipotle wrap and it was the perfect balance of savory and flavorful, without being too spicy. As someone who's stomach gets upset easily, the food is very cleanly made and felt light. Overall, this is a restaurant that truly cares about the connections they make with food and families, and I would definitely recommend that you check it out!

I went in for brunch and had a lovely time. There wasn’t much staff and one person seemed to be attending the whole thing on her own but she was very lovely. The only issue with that is food wasn’t dropped off fully before my first bite and then was surprised that there was more to it

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Main Street Eatery has a great atmosphere and the food is consistently delicious—definitely one of the better spots in town for a casual bite or weekend brunch. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the service can be a little slow at times. The servers are friendly, but they don’t check in as often as I’d like, especially when it gets busy. Still, the quality of the food and the overall experience make it worth the visit. Just be prepared to flag someone down if you need a refill or the check. Will definitely be back!

New Main Street Eatery offers a comfortable, stylish diner experience with plenty of seating, but the food itself didn’t quite match the inviting décor. Service was steady and kind, especially considering one staff member seemed to be managing most of the restaurant. We ordered a croissant sandwich, a skillet, and kids’ pancakes. The overall flavors were mild and generally unremarkable, though the potatoes were genuinely excellent and stood out as the highlight of the meal. The menu is extremely broad — almost resort-style — which may contribute to the dishes feeling more average than memorable. Nothing was bad, but nothing truly impressed either. The atmosphere, on the other hand, was clean, modern, and comfortably elevated, even if the quality of the food didn’t fully match the visual appeal. Worth a visit if you value a nice space and reliable basics, but the food may feel more middle-of-the-road than standout.

Service is kind of bla... been here twice and during busy hours it's really bad service. During slow hours not much better... food both times I was here very average if not all that great. It's almost as if they take an amazing described dish and then forget to add any seasonings at all.. sure this is a great place if you're not a foodie, or someone who doesn't enjoy the pleasure of food. . Skinny person, you might enjoy this place because the prices are good. But it's not any better than IHOP

I remember this place years ago feeling like a nice French-American Bistro. Maybe I am remembering wrong. Now it has a run down sanitation-violation vibe. Terrible smell as soon as I walked in. It has so much potential, just needs a facelift.

Took Haleem which tasted so bad, the worst haleem I had tasted in Dallas till date for which I had to wait for 45 mins.
I came on Friday during the week you guys advertised that you were doing every single day. I drove over 30 minutes to come and do the challenge, and the gentleman said that because the owners were not there that you guys were not doing the challenge on that Friday, even though the flyer and you guys have been advertising it on Instagram that you were doing it the whole week if you guys are going to be doing these things then you guys need to at least let the public know when the days that you guys aren't because I drove and wasted my whole hour of my time on a Friday evening to come do that you guys said that you would do it this week I called today to confirm that you guys were doing it this week and the lady was very rude and was yelling at me on the phone. I was I was just concerned and I was asking she said the only day you're doing it this week was Thursday and which still again goes against what you guys have been advertising I told her I wouldn't be able to do it Thursday and I was trying to see if there was another day and she hung up after yelling at me so whoever you have working there, she's very rude and I highly suggest nobody to go to this restaurant. This is not how customer services and if you guys are advertising something that you guys need to uphold your advertisement so your Publicity is in accurate and your customer service is very rude and I was just asking a question about times, and when you guys were doing it, and if it was available on Friday because one day of the whole entire week, you guys advertising and it just completely unfair

Extremely disappointing experience. The food lacked flavor entirely, and the waiting time was unacceptable — over an hour (closer to 1.5 hours) just to get our order. To make things worse, the meal caused immediate stomach issues afterward. Definitely not worth the time, money, or risk. Never going back. Service was only the best part!
I usually only write reviews for places I like, but I couldn’t ignore this experience. As someone who creates content about cities, food, and culture around the world, I can tell you—this place was a terrible representation of Plano, Texas, USA. You never know who’s walking into your establishment, and on this day it was me—ready to highlight the city in a positive light. Instead, I left disappointed. I came in on a Saturday morning after a run, sat at the bar hoping to refuel. The place wasn’t busy—just about four tables being served. Several staff members were walking around, yet not one greeted me at the door. A guy even came behind the bar, looked at me, grabbed a bottle, and walked away without a word. I raised my hand for a menu—no one came. I sat for a few minutes, giving them the benefit of the doubt, trying to see things from their perspective, and avoiding labeling them bias. But eventually, I walked out quietly. Still, no one stopped me or asked if I had been helped. Hospitality is basic. Being acknowledged is basic. I’d rather spend my money at a place that values its customers, and I hope others looking for good service choose differently.
