This Store in particular is one of my favorite places to eat. Yes I go to the drive through as well. The staff is more than ok they are fantastic, friendly, fast!!!! Their food as with all of the Steak N Shakes hit the mark..this one may be better than most!!! You really need to try it to appreciate it!

Steak 'n Shakes $4 meals always hit the spot. I don't come here for gourmet high quality burgers, I come for a satisfying and comforting meal (and occasionally a nice milkshake). It's close to my college campus, and it's the perfect place for a late night snack.

Went here for the first time ever yesterday. OH. MY. GOD. They have better fries than Whataburger, McDonalds, 5 Guys, Braums, you name it this beats it. The Garlic Steak Burger was flat-out amazing. The shake was amazing. I got the M&M shake and I was surprised by how big the straw was. 10/10 coming back.

I tried Steak n Shake 1st time in Sept 2025, and I'm in my 40s 🤫😘😊 but I truly enjoyed it. I cnt eat alot of food anymore, but this was delicious and it stayed down. The only thing I didn't like is I don't like ketchup and mustard on my sandwich (mayo only), and my sandwich didn't have any mayo but did have ketchup and mustard. But other than that everything was wonderful. 💋 💋 😘

I always have the best experience with my orders when I come to this location. The food is always top tier fresh, I don’t wait too long, and the man working is so kind. I think it’s the best Steak ‘n Shake on the planet. I’ve lived in multiple states and this is my favorite one.

I had a great experience at Steak 'n Shake! The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor — exactly what you want from a classic burger joint. The steakburgers were juicy and cooked just right, and the fries were crispy and seasoned well. And you can't leave without trying one of their milkshakes — thick, creamy, and made to order. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and seemed to genuinely care about the customer experience. They kept the dining area clean and made sure orders were accurate and quick. It's refreshing to see a team that takes pride in their work. Definitely coming back for more!

Very efficient way of running the restaurant. You can order what you want. Customize it as much as you want through the kiosks. Customer service is 10 out of 10, The fine gentleman behind the counter made sure I understood where to get what and how things operated in order to eliminate confusion. They pay careful attention to make sure that the customers are well taken care of. There's no confusion of getting the wrong order or not getting what you wanted as well so I really love that little detail on how you always get what you want each time every time. The place is absolutely spotless. I could eat off of the floor. I'd eat here everyday if it wasn't fast food but yeah.

Came in and sat at the bar top, not much people for 3pm. Server that helped me out was very nice and attentive. Ordered a prime burger, perfectly cooked. Very fresh meat, seasoning is perfect. Checked this place out cause I got tired of WB and in-n-out. Comparable to in, but you get a full size burger and for a better price BY FAR. Honestly, I’ll be coming back whenever I’m close by and it’s lunch time. No complaints at all.

One of my favorite places to eat at. I usually find one location to eat at and stick with it, without trying different locations unless I have to.... I must say not bad. Although this location was a little slow on my order... It wasn't a big deal considering I ordered about 11 meals and shakes🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️...I thought the associate would've been upset about me ordering half the store, but the associate seemed extremely happy. My food was fresh, the establishment was clean and they didn't miss anything on my order👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 which made me extremely happy. Not to mention it was a great bang for the buck. Drive-through. Two hamburgers and one french fries. Kids soda. Food came out rapidly and was hot and fresh. The order was correct. Quality was as expected. Wasn’t terribly impressed or unimpressed. We enjoyed our meal. French fries are totally unimpressive, but they’re also not bad.they’re little stick fries. Catchup was plentiful.

It's been a while since we've been back to Steak 'n Shake. I think we laat were at this one in 2020 just before COVID. So we didn't know about the kiosks to order and using the barcode on your receipt to unlock the soda machine dispenser. (We actually ordered bottled water, but we learned of this when other customers were trying to get their sodas). Our food was tasty and fine, but they no longer have the burger with a fried egg on it which is why my daughter wanted to go there this time. It was a favorite when she was in college nearby. We did miss the interaction of wait staff that they had before. It's just, different. Many restaurant chains are adopting this style of kiosk and minimal interaction. We just didn't know it had happened there, too.

You just can't beat a good burger and shake. Steak n Shake doesn't disappoint. They have both! I grew up eating at Steak 'n Shake in the mid West. Back when they had car hops, waitresses and menu items of the past. My mouth still waters when I think of the little crocks of baked beans. It was better then. Your milkshake came in a glass and burger and fries on a glass plate. It was more restaurant and less fast food. But I digress today's experience was a delicious one. The store is clean and employees are friendly.

This Steak ‘n Shake is an Interesting mix to me. The food is good. Fresh. Hot. Made to order. Burgers, fries, and shakes, of course. Their shakes are delicious and the food is really tasty. But, every time we eat here, the place is like a ghost town. The store has moved to an ordering system- you touch a screen to place your order. No human interaction. Maybe that’s why? It is less welcoming when you arrive and no one greets you… ahh, the modern world.

A decent spot to get some quick cheap food especially if you are a UTD student. Honestly the workers aren’t all that friendly but they don’t really need to be as long as they’re not mean, so at the end of the day it doesn’t matter. The food is alright, what really matters is how much food you are getting, which is a lot for what you pay for. Overall, good quick spot for good value.

I have not been to Steak n Shake for a long time due to none where I live. When I went today for lunch, I was disappointed. Steak n Shake has lost their way. They have changed their food which I feel was a mistake. The Steak burger was OK however they have changed their pickles, which are terrible. I also had the chili five way, which was made differently than their traditional way. There was no meat, and the signature ketchup on top has been changed to a brown sauce with everything mixed together.

Weirdly, my first time going to Steak 'n Shake was just after midnight after driving to Dallas. I didn't mind waiting longer for food since I understood that it was the middle of the night and the kitchen was understaffed. Yet, in my party of four, we waited nearly an hour and a half, only for a bowl of soup to come out. When I did go during a normal time however, I enjoyed it a lot! The food was tasty, and I could've gone for another round. The cheap price for the burger was well worth it too.

Steak & Shake used to be one my favorite low cost quick burger franchises, I believe they changed ownership and everything has gone downhill since then! The prices have gone and the food and shakes have got worse.. Not really a good option in the burger marketplace anymore, It’s a shame to say.

Steak 'n Shake is a mixed bag for me. The food is usually never great, and while some of the shakes can be good, it's a rare occurrence. The restaurant itself has the most foul odor, which is off-putting. However, the guy who works the drive-thru is super cool and definitely makes it worth coming here. Unfortunately, the drive-thru speaker is the worst I've ever encountered--so bad that it just makes you want to leave. The restaurant is kind of clean, but with all that being said, it's a solid 3-star experience.

It was pretty sparse in the building. My son saw the Labubu aign on the window and wanted one so he was excited, but it was for a drawing on a website. When we went in, I saw maybe 3 people working. We were barely acknowledged and placed our order on the kiosk. The food came out eventually and it was ok, the fries were the best part for him. We had alot of confusion about how to get his shake he ordered since they didnt talk to us unless I called out to the guy who was cooking. The last time I went in was before COVID and that store was booming so this was a stark contrast to the old experiences since the only thing booming was the slightly too loud radio. Kinda made it hard to convince my son that it was a good place to eat.

We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, shortly after four. The place seemed clean, maybe a little sticky around the table edges and condiments, but nothing terrible. We were seated right away, and our order was promptly taken. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. There were maybe three other tables occupied at the time, definitely not busy. We got our food maybe 40 minutes after we ordered it. The food was really good, and I would like to eat there again, but I don't know if it's worth the wait. Hopefully this was just a fluke.

Definitely not like it used to be. Staff did not greet us and other customers at all. Orders are done through a computer. Food came out quick though. The menu no longer includes options such as the chicken strips. The dining area looked very sad. My kids were huge fans of Steak N Shake and left disappointed as did I.

We decided to give them a shot again. They have kiosks now so we don't have to interact much with rude employees. Prices have gone up a lot. The food was ok, but both ketchup dispensers were empty and had gross clots of ketchup hanging from the nozzle - the whole condiment area was a mess and looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. The food took over twenty minutes from paying to when it was done.

I like Steak and Shake and was happy to see one as I drove by so stopped in for a tasty burger. Sorry to say, I will no longer eat at Steak and Shake. The kiosk only service is dumb. I refuse to touch the nasty things after watching someone at a different establishment put their hands down their pants to scratch profusely and then go right to a kiosk to order. I refuse to eat at a place that forces you to use these kiosks.

Went to the drive through this evening. Ordered three shakes and only got two. When it was pointed out to the staff member, the person said it was 3 minutes before closing and refused at 11:43pm ( more than 15 min before closing).

Their burgers are great, but the complete lack of support for ordering is a joke. You get a prompt to tip the folks in the back and never interact with them which is fine, I guess, but I'd rather they just be paid more by default. You have to scan an extra piece of your receipt to get the drink machine to work. That's not a particularly intuitive process and one I hope not to see elsewhere. The chili also has beans, making the chili fries kinda gross. I would eat another burger, those were good, but the rest of the experience and food was disappointing.

Unfortunately I have to update my original review. I went thru the drive thru today and started my order letting the woman know I had two separate orders. She then told me she could only do one order in the drive thru and I told her I had done this many times with no issue. Her response was silence. I finally said “fine I’ll pay for it all and started to order”. Mind you at that point I was a little frustrated by her laziness. She asked which way I wanted my item and me not realizing it came several different ways didn’t realize what she was saying decided to go in. Upon ordering I ordered my boyfriends meal incorrectly and decided to order it again the right way. (Mind you I had already paid and was not asking for a refund instead was just double ordering. And they were acting like it was a hassle to take my money. I asked someone that I’ve seen working drive thru before about this new one order thing and he confirmed no they can do up to two orders in the drive thru. He spoke with her about it and that was that while I waited for my food. While in there I observed her on her phone, goofing off (which is fine aside from the fact that she was just being lazy by not wanting to do multiple orders) and everyone seemed to be talking about me. I did not throw a fit or anything just asked about it so that I would know whether or no to go back in the future and it was completely awkward like I felt like they were all looking at me. Then I get home with what is now my three orders and check my burger cuz clearly I pissed them off and it wasn’t even what I ordered! I paid $9 to be treated with discontent and to not even get what I paid for! Original review: I ordered off their 2 for $3 menu and got two burgers. Added a small fry to make it just over $5. Was a good amount of food for the prices and the burgers were tasty. I went at 9pm so it wasn’t busy or anything and I was able to get in and out of the drive thru very quickly.

Steak n Shake used to be an inviting place to get a decently priced burger. The move to 100% kiosk ordering, along with the QR code you have to scan to fill your drink has made it a sterile, cold dining experience. The prices don't even really justify it anymore either, as you can go next door to Whataburger and get a much more filling meal for pretty much the same price. The beef tallow fries aren't bad, but not really a game changer for me, by any stretch. To each their own, I suppose, but don't see myself returning at this point.

I just went to the Steak n Shake in Frisco and it was lovely. Figured they'd all be the same, right? No. This location sucks. Burger & fries were good. But nothing compared to the overall experience and enjoyment that the Frisco location had.

I've been to this location many times but only in the drive through, which has always been fine. Today I decided to dine in and that was a mistake. The food took a long time to come out and my burger was crunchy. Also they have this really annoying system where you have to keep your receipt and scan it in order for the soda machine to work.but they dont tell you about this so you're standing there like an idiot trying to get the machine to work. What is the point of this? Is there some gang of soda-stealing criminals that only targets steak and shake restaurants? Cause no other restaurant seems to feel the need to lock up their sodas fountain. Lol

The shakes are pretty decent, but the other food options aren't particularly great for the price; the burgers we got were super greasy, and the fries are passable but nothing to write home about. This may be the fault of the electronic kiosks, but it felt like the employees wanted to avoid human interaction if at all possible, so it felt kind of awkward/standoffish when we came in. The good thing is the tallow fried French fries. The burgers are good, but perhaps not worth the dine in trouble, so I recommend the drive thru and you'll likely be happier. Inside is a different story. Quick note, its not for the nuerodivergent, not because it's hostile, just very odd and confusing. That's most of the reason for my review, because it was so odd and confusing. The restaurant was clean, and my food was correct, but very little else positive to say unfortunately, and Im not a difficult person by far. I am completely happy with getting reasonably correct food, not even perfect, and where reasonable, easy refills. I haven't been inside in a really long time, and my prior experience was great, but I went recently and was a little confused. It's kiosk checkout only (not a problem honestly, just sharing for those who don't like that), at least at the 7ish pm that I was there. You check out at the kiosk and get curious QR codes printed for your drinks with no instructions anywhere on what they are for. Walking to the drink machine you find it doesn't work. After a bit of confusion you find there is a rather odd device resembling a condiment dispenser a short distance away that has a small "Scan" sign on top but nothing else. There are only medium and kids cups, but I don't remember anything indicating the size, but it's pretty clear it's not the upgraded size you paid extra for. If you order a large drink you have to wait to flag down an employee and show them your receipt to get a cup. In my case the confused gentleman wasn't sure whether to give me my cups or not after stating he wasnt sure whether Id ordered a large or not, and after a brief conversation and showing my QR codes they were just placed on a counter away from me, for me to go get. Otherwise you are left to self downgrade to a medium. And no info on refills so I'm not sure if you get a window of time or have to buy more drinks. I didnt care to figure out whether the scanner wasnt working or if my codes expired. There isn't anyone to ask unless you want to stand around to wait. I didn't want to yell for someone. Your task is next to scan a barcode several times and get your ice and drink before the scanner times out. I had to scan multiple times to get my ice and drinks and it didn't work consistently so you just kinda slide/wave each paper around and retry the machine until it works. If you pause to let the foam settle it times out and you have to scan again. I'm not sure why it's so overly complicated. Maybe they had a horrible rash of soda theft by large cup? Very disappointing visit. I got my food and it was correct except for my sauce sides and I had to wait again for an employee to come back to the front to get those. I paid a good bit more than most fast food places for less service and drink availability than I'd happily get at Taco Bell. I don't expect a lot because I know fast food places are busy and try to keep overhead low, but this set the bar to a new low. But again, it was clean and the staff were not unfriendly at all, just too busy in the back to provide assistance in the front. I honestly would have given it 3-4 stars if it hadn't been so much work to get my food and drinks. I could have went next door and had good food, free refills, and easy access to someone if I needed assistance. Instead it was just odd.

Update: no one greets or even acknowledges customers. There are 2, maybe 3 staff total working the kitchen. It's hard to get their attention if you need anything, and orders take a while. Tables are not clean. Food and milkshakes taste good, though. Service has gone downhill. Fully automated ordering system nowadays, no server at your table or counter service at all. Came in on a weekday at 5:30, I saw one employee in the whole place working the grill. I had not been to Steak 'n Shake since 2019, so I was not aware of the new system in place. Employee was rude when I stood there wondering where my server was, then explained the kiosk in an exasperated tone. The garlic steakburger and fries were very good and all the tables were clean, though I did not like that I had to ask where my shake was that I ordered, as it did not come out with my food. Ice cream tasted a bit weird. Doesn't feel like much of a restaurant when you have to get everything yourself and try to catch the one employee's attention when you need something. Great location for students, near UT Dallas, but terrible service.

my family and i came here tuesday july 30th. after dining in i realized i misplaced my wallet. i stopped another group that was there and they stated they had turned it in. when i asked the manager gustavo for the wallet they turned in (a bright pink wallet with over $700 & several debit/credit cards, my id and a contact card containing my phone number, email & home address) he stated he gave it to the girl. (?) i asked if he had bothered to check the ID of who he was giving it to or even check the ID inside the wallet. he basically shrugged his shoulders and didn’t have much else to say. his cook was more inclined to help while i was filing the report with the police officer. i have worked in the service industry for 8+ years and anyone knows, especially if you’re a manager, you should verify who you’re handing over personal items such as cards & wallets etc. had anyone bothered to take the simple step of verifying any information or even bothered to look at the ID and look around the store that had 3 different customers you would’ve been able to easily identify that it belonged to me. now 3 hours later and we have had several fraudulent charges for over several hundred dollars & have spent 2 hours filing a police report. the manager of the location also couldn’t provide camera footage to the officer that was taking a report. so not only did they aide someone to steal from me, he did not show one ounce of remorse or empathy for the situation. finally to top it all off, while trying to locate a phone number for corporate the number states it is no longer in service & to use the website to submit feedback so i’m not even able to voice my concerns to an actual person.

The "milkshake" had ice in it. Ice. It's the culinary equivalent of watering the wine. And the flavor reflects it. It tastes *watered down*. Flavorless fries. They were logs of potato scented texture with no content. Adding salt didn't even help. Ketchup didn't help. Not a single person spoke to me. When I reached out to them to ask a question, they still didn't speak to me. Just nodded. No smile or light or spark in their eyes. Nothing. Burgers were bad. Just bad. Even if you broke the ingredients down to piece by piece, it was bad. The tables were dirty and slightly sticky. I didn't go to the restroom, but the vibe I got did not encourage me to even take a look. I just wanted to leave.

Went there to have a quick lunch. Our waiter had to stop taking our order to go to the front and check out a big line of customers. We did not have time to wait. We noticed lots of people that were there much before us not yet having their food as well. So, told our waiter still up at the cash register to cancel our partial order and walked out. This has happened before at Steak and Shake in Frisco when gone for lunch. They need to have a dedicated host to seat people and check them out. Also, read now that food is not very good, so glad we didn't waste more of our time. Also, when we left the door closed very fast and hit my grandson in the forehead. Totally horrible experience.

We had ordered food and just as midnight hit they ignored the food we already ordered when we rolled up to the window after ordering we waited another Hour till around 112 drunk in the back chilling thinking okay why isn't my food here, turns out even though they have on google open till 2 am they actually close at 12 and won't even bother to prep any orders prior, glad we didnt pay, we did ride 34 minutes prior because this location said open till 2 am on google then when we called them and waiting 10 minutes cause we saw them inside they stated we closed at 12 and that friscos open till 2 am not us. but yet we called frisco they closed at 12 am on the dot what sucks is their attitude and then stating complain to corprate so gues what we will and your district managers as well no more sponsoring your company at our marketing events thank you or buying food from your company for our meetings happily go back to Chick-fil-A

This was the worse experience I have ever had from Steak and Shake. The location is 9 minutes away from my house and the food was ice cold when I got home. The restaurant is not striving as it once did. Unfortunately this was my last meal from this restaurant. Restaurants that comes to Texas from the Midwest are not the same even though it is a simple formula to complete the orders. It should close down like the rest of them.

Was extremely excited when we came across this location. (There are no more in our area) First we were not greeted the lady just pointed at the order screen. I told her no, we would like a table and menu. She said no, and just pointed to the screen. Didn't matter that we were planning on paying cash. I have a food allergy so needed a detailed ingredients list, she again just pointed to the screen.. after myself and my husband both checked, nope what we needed was not there. at this point she went and got the MOD. The Mod definitely was not pleasant about coming to assist. who again just pointed to the same screen. I explained that no, I have an allergy and need a detailed ingredient info, she stomps off and comes back even more unpleasant with a red binder, "here"! Yes this was finely what I needed, to see that it was 4 years old. With the explosion of use of Rosemary (often even as a preservative) over the last 2 years that old of a list very well could have landed me in the hospital. So thank you horrible staff for preventing me and my family from giving your establishment any of our business.

Everyone has a bad day now and then, but I’ve been to this location twice, and each time, I’ve experienced some of the rudest and most discriminatory behavior from the lady at the drive-thru. I love Steak ’n Shake, but her attitude is exactly why I won’t be spending another dollar here. The Whataburger next door is more than happy to help with a smile on their face

Drive thru closed. Asked to come inside. Entire staff was a manager and 1 young female. 1 out of 4 kiosks were working. No greeting from staff just 3 feet away. Manager and female working on large UberEats order. 2 guests leave because of payment situations. Waited 15 mins. No food. Went back to counter, manager ignored me. Receipts do not print QR codes for access to the automatic drink fountain. Manager asked for my order number. 103. Manager delivered the wrong burger. I have a bite and realize it was wrong order. He corrects it but gives me raw onion instead of sautéed onion. $13 burger. I tell him the onions were ordered sautéed. He angrily puts a cash refund of my order on the counter with no other explanation. This place is a train wreck, avoid it.

This used to be one of my fav fast-food burger joints. The quality + fresheness of the food have gone down tremendously! I literally ordered my food right before I walked in to ensure freshness, and I still received it lukewarm. I did not enjoy it at all. That's what I get for trying to use up some old reward money that had been sitting for well over a yr. For a good fast-food burger, I'll stick with Wulf Burger.

No free refills cause they have the qr code crap you gotta scan and you better hope you fill your cup up or else that's it you don't get another chance. Just go to Culver's or Freddy's

Absolutely horrible, Google says they close at 2am, but when you arrive to pick up your food they are closed. Their website and UberEats lets you order food despite them being closed. Night time management are extremely rude wouldn’t even open the door when you try to explain you had an online order and need a refund.

This place is not steak n shake anymore. Its like some sort of futuristic void. No waiters. You just pay at a digital kiosk. You even have to scan a QR code to get your drink. The entire human experience is gone here.

I drove to another location, but it was closed down, so I drove 20 minutes to get to this location. I got there by 3:45. They don't let you place an order with a person, so I downloaded their app. I looked all through the menu to try and find their 444 Deal... that's still big as day on their sign. I asked an employee, and he told me they no longer offer that special. So I figured I'd order a Shake for 1/2 off during their Happy Hour that's said from 2-5 online; the order wouldn't register the discount no matter how Many Times I tried... So I asked another employee, and she said that Happy Hour is now only from 2-4. It was 4:02, and so they wouldn't honor the deal, so I left without ordering anything to write this review. It makes sense why they are going out of business. Terrible customer service and marketing.

Was a regular, but now I’m never coming back. Placed an order for burgers and shake. I noticed they forgot my shake, so I politely asked if they had it. They told me was in process and it’s fine, until I drank it and noticed a saliva-textured thing in it. I immediately threw it out and threw up. Very immature guys.

The coke was watery. They give you a coupon when you pay, and you scan it to turn the drink machine on. - They do not have wait staff. They don’t even take your order. You have to order at a kiosk at the front desk. - You get a receipt with first name and number, but there is no way to know when your food is done. You don’t know if you are supposed to pick it up, or how - Most people there do not speak English - Why are they asking me if I want to tip? I placed my own order. - It was so cold in the dining area - This used to be so nice, but that is over ☹️ - $$ It was $9 for a burger. I plan to go to Whataburger next time I want a burger. It is right by steak and shake. I went to steak and shake to try the fries they were touting as using beef fat, instead of hydrogenated fat. They were not good.

No one even announced the food they just dropped it on the counter and walked off. To top it off, the food wasn’t even as good as I remembered. The beef tasted lower quality like they’ve cut corners since the last time I was there. Between the Fort Knox secure soda machine, the pay-upfront model, and the lack of basic customer service, it really feels like they don’t trust or value their customers. If I’m going to be treated like a problem just for showing up and paying, I’ll take my money somewhere else.

Google says this Steak ’n Shake on Coit Rd & George Bush is open until 3 a.m., and the business even confirmed that two weeks ago. I pulled up tonight with the lights on, cars parked, and someone answering the drive-thru… only to be told “we’re closed” and that I had the wrong info. Please update your clock properly (if the clock actually shows the incorrect time) or update your hours to reflect when your employees will refuse service because something clearly is inaccurate. Ordered a combo meal of a buttery double burger and chili cheese fries with a shake. I was number 106. About 12 minutes after I placed the order, I hear the guy call out "107," which I don't immediately think much of cause he has called a couple numbers out of order while I was there already. Well, no one claims #107 and it just sits there. After about ten minutes, I thought it might be mine but decided it probably wasn't cause there was no shake with it. I give it another ten minutes and decide to ask the manager who originally called out the order if mine was accidentally skipped or something. Of course, he says, "oh, I think that one's yours but it's definitely cold now, I put it out about 15 minutes ago." I express that he called out #107 when he placed that down and no shake had come at any time still. He insists that order was mine but then says, "I mean, I guess I could remake it but it'll be another five minutes." I say okay and ask if the shake could also be made this time and he says it should have come out on the other side. I explain it hadn't and he just says okay. So, about five minutes later, my shake is made and maybe another two or three minutes after that my food was remade. I thanked him and left. I get to my car, pop open my chili cheese fries, and there's a thick and extremely immediately obvious black hair in them. Gave up entirely on the whole meal and just left cause I figured the dude would not be willing to refund me since I definitely didn't want it remade again. Would not recommend this location 😩

I rarely give negative reviews. I work in customer service and I’m empathetic to anyone working in hospitality. However, my nearly 70 year old mother dined here yesterday. She brought to the attention of a worker that there was a hair in her food. (She pulled her to the side and whispered so it wouldn’t attract guest). The worker immediately yelled “manager! This is lady is complaining to get her money back!!!” My mother had no intention of getting money back just to get clean fries. The manager came over annoyed and asked what my mom’s problem was. My mom explained the situation and that she was not looking to get money just replace the fries. The manger looks my mother dead in her eyes and with a loud tone states, “ this is black people hair! I’m not black and my workers aren’t black. It’s obviously not ours. “ the shock that came across my mother (who had greyish straight hair and my sister had blonde hair) The manager seemed annoyed. Avoided her after that and eventually just gave my mom her money without replacing the food. Horrible experience and unnecessary.

Today, I spent $7.66 to get a kid burger with fries which included the drink. I didn't get the drink. I ordered a kids chocolate shake instead. They charged me $3.29 for less than 6 oz of liquid. The burger was small and tasted horrible. The fries were cold and the shake had no flavor. I will never spend my money at this place again. I should have know to go some other place because at 12:20 pm I was the only person in the drive through line. I'm so tired of getting ripped off. I hope places that offer no value and who rip people off close down permanently. Root Cause - Greed
