Great as always. 15cm sandwich without combo, from 60 to 75 aprox. You can get the sandwich of the day for 50 pesos. If you plan to eat on the beach this is a safe bet. Get subway and cold drinks in an oxxo.

Un subway común y corriente. Buen servicio no me puedo quejar.

El lugar es tranquilo y acogedor, pedí el boneless sub y estuvo muy bien, los combos no exceden los 200 pesos aún de 30 cm, y el servicio es muy bueno siempre limpios.

La comida y el precio están bien. En lo que deberían de mejorar yo soy de Guatemala y no aplican las promociones de acumulación de puntos fuera de mi país. Por todo lo demás tan muy bien

Its a good Subway. Drop by, get a cheap sub for 45 pesos and use free wifi. The A.C. Is always great here. Good , cheap spot to cool down at.

The service is good, what I don't like is that they have times that they don't have either oil and Vinegar or Olives or something etc is not for a day or so cause they don't have supplies no is because they just don't. The owner says NO more and that's it, at least that is what the employees claims. Then I have to drive elsewhere to get my Sub.The one that I just mentioned is the one on Federal and Xcalacoco by Coca Cola. Playa del Carmen. QR.

Nicely located and quiet Subway away from the crowdy 5th ave. Lots of young people eat here but, it is less popular in Playa then in North America. Same great subs like any other Subway restaurants. Up to now, I have not seen soups being offered at this location...too bad ;( Fresh bread and vegerables every day and very clean, a bathroom is offered inside. The place is not dog friendly. Service is mainly in Spanish and some employees speak or understand English.

In a place like Cancun on a vacation, you do crave familiar foods. Thanks Subway for satisfying that cravings. Nothing exciting but a great relief for the kids while away from home.

I mean it's Subway 🤷🏾‍♂️. This one follows expected standards, the staff is friendly and follows safety protocols, the ingredients always look fresh, and the value is good. When one is craving Subway whilst in Mexico, I would recommend.

We went to this Subway and it was a little different. First time we go to a Subway and they tell you that you can't change or substitute anything from the menu. Is not like the sandwich are pre-made so I didn't understood that or they just didn't want to do it. Definitely won't be visiting that Subway again. Being to plenty other Subway's in Mexico but that one was definitely a first. Good that they have seating area but not even ice is offer so hope you like warm sodas and sandwich the way they want to make it. 👎

Fake, very forced smiles. They put a straight face 0.5 seconds after the awkward greeting, employees speak under their breaths when they're taking your order (you can hardly hear them). The ingredients look fresh, yet they manage to toss them into the bread the sloppiest way possible. The sandwich falls apart as soon as you take the first bite. The place in general seems clean.

Si bien los sandwiches estaban deliciosos pedimos unas papas fritas rejillas y estaban feas, le dijimos a la chica que nos devuelva el dinero pero hizo caso omiso y nos dijo que el paladar era delicado, su compañero también acoto lo mismo. Siendo turistas y que nos traten mal me parece fuera de lugar. Seguramente sea la última vez que visite el local.

Todos voy a demandar si no hacen algo

Pésimo, un pedazo de pan con vegetales de no más de 10cm a casi 5 dólares, un completo robo y una basura absoluta, si quieres que te roben el dinero y te traten pésimo este es el mejor lugar posible

La empleada no abre a la hora que indica el horario. Tiene muy mala actitud. Cómo no es su negocio no le importa tener cerrado y tener muy mala actitud.

No cumplen con el horario de cierre establecido. Uno llega mucho antes y ya no lo atienden.

Casi nula la cordialidad y empatía hacia el cliente, por parte de las señoras que ahí atienden, argumentan es por traer cubrebocas, razón por la cual tampoco le sonrien a la gente..

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Refused to take our order in English and refused to make the sandwich without mayo after requesting in Spanish. A complete trash human being! AVOID THIS LOCATION, EXTREMELY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE SERVICE!

What a terrible experience I just had at Subway on Constituyentes. Everything seemed fine until i asked the young lady for more ranch on my sandwich. The first time i asked she seemed reluctant but she added a little bit more. It wasn’t enough so I asked her again… this third time she rolled her eyes at me and instantly got an attitude like i was inconveniencing her by asking for more ranch. All of a sudden she had a really bad attitude. She then tried to embarrass me by exclaiming that she already put Ranch on my sandwich 3 times. Yall she seemed so frustrated by this request, almost as if the amount of ranch she was putting on my sandwich was directly affecting her pay check. I told her the attitude wasn’t necessary but instead of apologizing she continued to be rude and wrapped the paper into my sandwich and walked off. There were no other customers behind me so she just walked to the back. I’ve never heard of Subway not giving extra veggies or dressings in the meals or salads. But for this young lady, the request seriously pissed her off. I come here all the time and have never experienced such terrible service. I wont spend my money here again. If you’re a stickler for good customer service i wouldn’t recommend you come here either.

Rude, ignorant employees behind the counter. I didn't want BBQ on my steak sandwich. I wanted mayonnaise instead. The girl and her not so nice co-worker kept pointing at the description of the sandwich and refusing to not put BBQ on it in lieu of mayonnaise. I was going to order a second sandwich for my daughter but I left disappointed. Sometime employees here in Mexico can be so short sighted and NOT customer service oriented. I am sure the BBQ sauce costs more to make then mayo. Not only did they loose out on another sandwich I was going to buy, but I'll never go back. I'll go somewhere that values the customer.
