Food is always fresh and very generous portions. I had an item missing in my order, and it took a little while to hear back from them so I’d left a bad review but they contacted me and made it right so I really appreciated that, they work so hard and it’s healthy great food, it was an honest mistake and I’m so grateful they took the time to get back to me and fix everything so I can still give them lots of business because they really deserve it. They value their customers and it shows. Sweetest employees ever, also great location and clean store. Thank you for taking care of me panda 🐼 express!!! I love you guys!

I like the green beans n chicken. But generally the green beans are undercooked. These were decent, very decent. I recommend this particular Panda Express.

Ordered on the app and food was ready just as I ordered it at exactly the time it was supposed to be. My brother-in-law and sister-in-law ordered inside the restaurant and were able to get their food quickly also. Everybody’s food was good. We ate outside on the little tables and appreciate the opportunity to be able to eat without being inside.

Make sure you download the app take advantage of their Rewards program which is pretty nice the Panda Express awards program the Panda Express rewards program give you points for every dollar you spend you can use your points to upgrade your plate size of a bowl to a plate you can use it for entrees side dishes egg rolls etc your points add a pretty quickly It's really the people that this place they're nice they remember you and greet you with a smile The food is very consistent and taste they are very consistent my impressions are thet happy they have some long-term employees when you walk in there they greet you most of the time

It's Panda. It's not authentic Chinese and you'll be disappointed if you expect that, but I like it. The food at this location is exactly like it is at all of them, so you know what you're getting. It definitely gets crowded during lunch hours, so when I go I always make an effort to get there by 11 or wait until after 2. I've never had any issues with service or long lines by avoiding peak hours. Four stars because the food is yummy, but there's nothing exceptional about this location that would warrant 5 stars.

Latest REVIEW: recently visited the store, I was glad to see that they actually acted in my previous comment and replaced thermocol food box with paper ones which is good for our health. Their food taste even much better now. Thank you Panda Express for taking the steps in positive direction. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Please it’s a request not to give food on thermocol food box... it’s not good for anyone and can cause cancer. I have checked at other location and they give the paper ones which is good. Portion is less as compare price. I am ok with everything but not with the quality of food box.

As good as all the other Panda Expresses I've eaten at. The food was tasty and hot and the staff were friendly. The facilities could've used some cleaning and supplies could've been stocked. It truly wasn't very busy so, in my personal opinion, should've been attended to. Otherwise it would've been a five star rating.

Great food BUT. I feel like the portion sizes are to small. I eat at Panda several times a month. I pay extra for Walnut shrimp and get 5 shrimp. I think 2 spoon fills is more appropriate. Also I am asked every time to donate or round up. Love charity but would like to know month & year to date how much is donated visible at register so it doesn't feel like a scam and not sure if money is actually getting donated. Thanks

I came here today after work around like 2:30 , the staff was nice well , They don’t say to much but ask what you want right? Well I ordered my food & when I got to the register the manger Caroline was there & when I paid for my food i walked off but they forgot to give me soy sauce so , I waited till she was done with the customer , she walks off when she see’s me coming back to ask for sauce , I just thought that was rude & I heard her asked the lady before me if they wanted to make at donation or offer them sauce & the couple that payed after me.

This place has it's good days and we got one tonight. Veggies were not over cooked and there were many dishes with lots of veggies. New shrimp dish is awesome and lo mein noodles were great!

Why do the employees at this location act like the teriyaki sauce is going to come out of their pay? Every time I order teriyaki sauce through the app they never include it. When I ask for it in person they look like I am asking for an extra portion of orange chicken for free or for a 1/4 of their pay check. Its not that serious but here I am writing a review about it because it happens EVERY TIME I ORDER ANYTHING AND ASK FOR TERIYAKI SAUCE. It's literally a condiment you offer on the app, website, whatever. Stop acting like its a hassle to include the sauce.

Have been a couple of times only at this location. On today's visit the counter person gave a lot more than usual portion of firecracker shrimp to the guest ahead of me as they chatted away in Spanish. This happens always. When it was my turn she just gave me the remainder 3 shrimps and some veggies. She didn't even offer me to wait while a fresh set would be made. Well, at this location, if you speak Spanish you get a larger portion and a big smile.

Rip off. I could get two bigger platters for the price they charged me. $24.47 Their platters as they call them are half the size they used to be. And extra is outrageously high. A couple miles away is China Wall. From now on I get Chinese, I'm going to China Wall for, with tax $17.22, all you can eat. I eat 6 plates easily. Panda Express is a rip off. I read a lot of the reviews. A lot complain about portion sizes compared to other Panda Express. And you have more negative reviews than positive yet Google has you that high. That's a lie.

Whoever is managing this panda express location needs to get better management skills or get fired!!! I've came in to get food at 8:30p.m, 1:30 hours before they close. They're half of the menu isn't available, food isn't fresh, and they tell me they can't make more fresh food. Crazy!! 1:30 hours before they close

Foods getting way too expensive they don’t put enough of me in the bowls anymore, and if I asked for Them to actually fill the bowl then I’m already paying for it’s considered extra and a bowl was $14 which is supposed to be cheaper than a plate. The manager was no help.

FLY EGGS ON MY FOOD! I’ve eaten at this place plenty of times & each time it gets worse, today was my last time eating at the monument location specifically, i opened my honey walnut shrimp & a fly flew out of the container, upon further inspection i noticed one of the shrimp right on top had actual fly eggs on the shrimp. Maybe just a one time mishap, personally not worth the risk to me. Won’t be dining there again. Absolutely disgusting.

The place isn't bad itself but the staff is so lazy that it takes 20-30min to even get our food and the lines are long enough already and the staff spends so much time talking only with each other that you would think they'd be friendly with the costomers but it isn't like that I mean the staff should be fast in taking your order and friendly. And the portions of food seem small. I've been to a better restaurant than this and the line would be all the way outside but they are so fast they will have you food ready in 10min or so .

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for fried rice after already waiting over 10 minutes for my teriyaki chicken. It doesn’t make sense—these items should have been prepped in advance, or at the very least, they could have let us know there would be a delay before we got in line. Waiting like that is frustrating, and it really messed with the flow of things. Poor planning and communication all around.

As per others comments this place cheaps out on the expensive dishes. Several dishes were barely over half full. These guys are scam artists. Don't eat here

Changing my review this place is very slow the bathroom is never operational and there is always homeless people hanging around. I would recommend not coming to this place avoiding it unless you want to wait a very long time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Packed my food and my fiances food and left it sitting on the counter while they bagged other people's food and rang other people up while we waited 15 minutes and they kept walking past us if oring the fact we were trying to pay and our food was already sitting on the counter getting cold. This is the worst out of all the panda expresses I have ever been to. They give the smallest portions out of any Panda Express I have ever been to. And this time I got four pieces of orange chicken on top of a half filled bowl of fried rice. And this is not the only issue I have had here. Last time I came, I ordered orange chicken and fried rice and got a little bit of orange chicken, a little bit of fried rice, mixed in with a bunch of random stuff leftover probably from old food. Overall, horrible experience and would not recommend anyone going to this one. I have started driving an extra 10 minutes just to go to a panda express that actually gives good service

Jessica just waited on me at panda express and I said I don’t want any carbs I’m on a diet so can you give me something else besides rice and chow mein so she gave me something and it said premium whatever the dish was SheI said OK u can I get two other items And I said as a matter fact, can you put a little vegetable with the premium cause you didn’t give me that much so she dumps half of the premium item back into the big bowl and then throws up some broccoli & cabbage in my plate and tell me now you only get one item I was so confused I wanted 3 items A young lady said just give her half-and-half like you do Everyone else half noodle half rice just give her half premium and some vegetables she just doesn’t want carbs.!!!! This lady was a customer and then they said no she cant have that and I and another girl name Karolina stepped in because Jessica turned the container with my food in it to her like “I’m not dealing with this she had a weird look on her face she gave me no iContact, and went straight to the next customer like I didn’t even matter You can only get one more. I’m gonna charge you full a price if you get more I said I don’t want carbs but I want everything else everyone else is getting at the same price It was a whole line of people they embarrass me, and I said I’m confuse I just don’t want carbs. she said yeah I can’t force you to have carbs but I’m going to Chargie a higher price and she ended up charging me 13$ instead of 9$ something … I will never ever come back to this panda express they were rude. I told her I’d do reviews for Google and she was like “yeah OK “ ! in a rude voice.. This is unacceptable especially to a person that brings business here weekly, definitely won’t be coming back at this location again!!!

Today I went into panda express in Concord, California right next-door to a mattress store and across from wing stop in a strip mall on Concord Avenue,.. Expecting a clean environment inside and out. Instead, what I found was quite disturbing. The young man using the blower to blow leaves outside near and around park cars caught my attention when I discovered particles from the ground were on the hood of my car being that I had just pulled in and stepped into the Resturant. This was after I had discovered he took the dustpan that he was sweeping the outside grounds with and shook it off where you place the trays and dump your food when you’re done eating. I spoke to a young lady behind the counter. She told me I would have to speak to him. When I got outside, some little vigilante’s were out there telling me he’s just trying to do his job and did not have an idea of why I were trying to draw the attention of management that is not clean practice. You don’t mix outside dirt with peoples purchase of food Not a happy camper will not go back. Teresa M.
