Great coffee and even better service. The staff made good recommendations, and everything tasted fresh.
Excellent little coffee shop with espresso drinks, Krispy Kreme donuts, sandwiches and other things. Drinks were hot and strong, food was actually a great value.

Great location if you are staying in the hotel. The ice coffee was good and the breakfast sandwich was amazing. Friendly staff as well.

I use my comp to buy food here. Service is usually quick and friendly. The chicken wraps are delicious. The sandwiches are sometimes super dry or hardly any lettuce. But it is recommended if you're looking for a quick bite. The carrot cake is also very DELICIOUS every singe time I get it.

The prices are so expensive, I know you have to expect that at a casino food shop but 8 dollars for a milkshake is a bit much especially one that is prepackaged.

I asked for my stale cinnamon roll to be heated up…She stuck it under a heat lamp for 20 seconds…It was slightly warm on top and cold/stale in the middle… 3/4 times Chilli was room temp and has literally no flavor

Everything at the Hard Rock has been terrible. I just want to eat. Buffet and every other restaurant is not accepting any more customers. As a last resort I'm sitting at a coffee shop waiting on a sandwich. 50 minute wait and finally got it, after 20 other customers got their food who ordered after me. I asked the cook directly if he was making my food and he it was next and then didn't make it. It took asking for a refund to actually get something to eat in the ENTIRETY of Hard Rock. NEVER GOING BACK.
Bought a large cup of Cappuccino and all foam, only less than a 1/3c is coffee. Brought it back and told the male service worker but he said that’s what the served! I wonder how much coffee in a small cup! RiP OFF service! Never again!
