This is a nice location with super friendly staff. They are super precious and I want to adopt all of them. I was put in charge of "Subway duty" while we were on the island. This consisted of frequent visits, sometimes 4 per day! The employees were all super friendly and didn't make me feel bad for essentially wasting their air conditioner by opening the door 400 times a day. Overall would highly recommend if you are looking for a healthy option on the island. This is about as good as you can get without spending $1000 on seafood everyday.

This is the CLEANEST location I have ever been to. The freshest ingredients I've ever seen at a subway (and I used to work at one) and the nicest employees. They were pretty slammed when we came in, but they still looked up and greeted us with a smile. They answered all our questions and had us in and out very quickly all while being attentive to us and to the other customers and making sure the sandwiches were made neatly. They had more options to choose from than some other locations which was really nice. The whole team was just very lively and upbeat, cracking jokes, and made the experience albeit short, very fun and enjoyable.

When we arrived, there was a line. We figured that we would have to wait somewhere so we stayed. There were four "sandwich artists" working. I was amazed on how quickly they got everyone through the line! The food was great, but that was expected. Great job, Sandwich Artists! Great job, Subway!

Ate here today for dinner and had to be short staff there was alot of ppl in the dining room. There was a lady name Donna there that was by herself. Soon as I walked in she addresses me how are you doing sir I will be with you when I can . Seeing as I was in no rush and there was so many people I said no problem. It was hot inside I guess the a/c needs fixing not sire how anyone could work in there . Donna though was pushing out sandwiches customer after customer though and was so welcoming to everyone she served. This lady deserves recognition and a raise hope she gets it .

This is the best subway that we have been too in a LONG time. We ordered via the app and when we arrives, our sandwiches were on the stand and ready to go. When we ordered 'extra' of something we got EXTRA!! This was truely a pleasant surprise after a string of bad subway experiences. Keep up the good work guys!!

This place restored our expectations of a good Subway sandwich. Got the Italian foot long so me and the Mrs. could have a picnic at the bird center next to the ship channel. Thx

I went to this Subway recently in the morning and had Nina make a sandwich for me. She was incredibly kind and we had a nice conversation that made my visit even more enjoyable. My sandwich was tasty and everything was nice and tidy inside.

Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I forget their names it's a young girl and young guy they were very welcoming and it's great to see good customer service cause usually it's been horrible lately. They made my day better just by being kind

I had an amazing experience at the subway my son has been wanting churros and they had them and they were fresh and they gave us extra cinnamon on Arturo's and everything was great they experience was great we will be back thank you so much for your service

Typical chain restaurant, clean and friendly staff. They were busy when I arrived to pick up our online order. Our sandwiches were correct and made fresh. We ordered online and picked it up while our main group stayed at the beach. Definitely an option while you're at the beach.

An employee named Traci was so efficient and despite being super busy was friendly and very efficient getting our sandwiches made very quickly with minimal wait. This location is also very clean and the quality of the fresh veggies was a nice surprise. We definitely anticipate being regulars here.

Donna and Chris were amazing! Sandwich was made perfect.. and they were super pleasant! The subways near our house are awful.. this was an amazing experience! Cheers to them and the franchise!

Left my glasses there and they kept them safe until I was able to remember where I left them and pick them up the next day. Always wonderful service and the best and cleanest Subway around.

Ate from Subway in Port Aransas, TX recently. I have to say this might have been the freshest Subway Club sandwich I’ve ever had from a Subway.. This location was busy & had a short line, but staff greeted us politely & quickly worked their way through the line. Sandwiches were toasted perfectly & the meat, cheese & veggies were fresh & crisp. A club, together with a bag of jalapeño potato chips, was a perfect refreshing, filling lunch on the beach! Thanks for great service & fast food, that’s actually good for you, Subway!

Stayed at the hotel over a girls weekend. Rooms still smelled a little moldy after the hurricane. But to be expected. Beds were new and super comfy. Lighting in bathroom was very poor for ladies to put on make-up need another mirror in Room. Towels were wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We loved salty Sylvia the most. Kim was awesome too. Absolutely fantastic food. But don't eat on the back deck if you don't want to slide off your chair. The floor is uneven but what do expect after a major hurricane. Would love to go back after they do something about the strong mold smell and even the deck out. Thanks Beach Lodge for a great weekend. I recommend.

Selling day old bread is not cool. It’s a freaking mess and just sucks.

Sandwiches are OK if the bread is fresh. Music is too loud, place is usually dirty & it's cold with the fans always on high & the AC on. People who work outdoors probably love that part.

This place is the only subway for miles. The price on some of the sandwiches change for tourist prices. The servers back there have bad days alot. I'm all for second chances but come on. Anyways the subs are as good as any subway.

My wife & I arrived to order sandwiches to go. We looked inside & there were 2 young men with NO MASKS on & we left. I called to let the employee know & his response was "yeah yeah sorry we told them & they didn't care...yeah yeah sorry". Worst customer service ever in my 56 years. Subway you should be ashamed as you hire people that truly don't care if the store loses business or presents itself as risk in today's environment. We will never be back. Simply horrible..

3 of us have food poisoning for eating here yesterday. It had to be from here because it was the only restaurant we ate at together. Called to complain and let them know they need to check their products but didn’t get anyone to answer. Don’t know if they have a manager but they have a serious quality control.

The lady that runs this place is obviously overwhelmed but that doesn't constitute for how absolutely rude she is. She obviously doesn't care about customer service whatsoever. Will not return because of her poor attitude

Watched an employee knock 4 small metal bins filled with vegetables upside down into the trash. He then picked them out of the trash cans put the stuff back in placed the lids back on then put the back on the table. The manager saw him do it and did nothing until i said something!!!! Seriously gross! This happened. June 23rd 2019 at 5:45!

Bad experience. Placed online order but the manager on duty (Tracy) decides to process walk in orders on priority . So we waited 20 minutes while walk-ins were getting their orders done. On asking for ETA, we were told to get in line since she were overwhelmed with the orders and nobody to assist her. Her solution - cancel your order or get in line. Pathetic. Not to mention zero focus on doing things the right way.

Consistently bad food and food and bad attitudes from the employees, I love subway and it's usually what I eat for lunch but I've gone a few times to this one and bad in almost every aspect. It's also way more expensive then other subways.

I have ordered from this particular subway several times always had a good experience today I went and ordered. The bread was stale, hard and stale. The sandwich was terrible. What’s going on?????

Man and woman behind the counter were so unfriendly and only doing mobile orders, the man kept picking his pants up over and over with and without the gloves, the woman laid the receipt paper for online orders directly on top of the sandwiches she was making, so people are definitely eating ink and paper bits, the line was almost out the door and they kept accepting only online orders more than 5 customers walked out while we were waiting after 25 mins and never being greeted or even apologizing for the wait we left and went to Cancun down the same small strip, don’t let them waste your time.
