I love going to the spot to Great spot to hang out. We go there often but today the bartender was very rude and was raising her voice for no reason.

Jeff the bartender made me wait out back in the staff area when I asked for a beer. I obliged because I was thirsty. He then asked if I was comfortable dressing up like Mr. Rogers, I obliged because I was thirsty. He then brought me my beer and told me to clean myself up and look presentable to the regulars, he was so kind and made me feel welcome that I welcomed everyone to the neighborhood,and I just hope this becomes one of his shirts.

Thank you Texas Ref’s Riviera for allowing THE FOOD HUT to open next door. All the locals we met recommended this sweet little spot . Mr. & Mrs. Jones your food is amazing. So glad we stopped in during our Port A trip🌴

Nice local dive bar. One of my favorite stops when in Port A. Friendly staff and customers. Little smoky but isn't a deterrent for me.

Fun bar with darts, pool, and shuffle board. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual with awesome bartenders and locals who are very welcoming to tourists. A nice place to have a drink and wind down after a day at the beach and wandering around.

Chill locals hangout with shuffleboard, pool tables, foosball, golden tee and lit dart boards. Happy hour 11-6pm daily. Open 12pm on Sundays.

Texas Red's Riviera is a fun little local tavern where you can find the true local spirit of Port Aransas. They have a great staff of friendly familiar faces that anyone who has spent any amount of time in Port A will easily recognize. The beer is cold, the cocktails are afforable, they have a foosball table, shuffleboard, Golden Tee, a pool table, an AMI jukebox that you can play from your phone and many large TV's to keep anyone from ever getting bored. Dogs are allowed on leash. The AC works well in the summer and it is cozy in the winter. Easily this is one of the local favorite hangouts. People have an easy smile and a story to share. Occasionally on weekends there is live music, and on any day there could be an impromptu jam session with any of the many local musicians. Definitely a good time!

If you like dive bars then this one is for you. They have one pool table, 2 dart boards and a shuffle board. The bartender will make you a mystery cocktail when you can't figure out what you want.

Small bar seemed to be frequented by locals. Not the best collection of talent. We just wrapped up our fishing day and wanted to hit a watering hole without leaving the island. This bar served that purpose but next time we'll look for a livelier place.....
