Today was our first time & it was highly recommended by some people we met that said it was amazing… which it was! The atmosphere was great, well lit(lots of windows) with beautiful decorations! It's my first time eating here and everything was outstanding. The food was so delicious. I recommend the mango shrimp ceviche appetizer. So delicious 😋 The service was great, and our server did an awesome job. Will definitely be coming back.

We went with a group of 40+ people. The service was very efficient and friendly. The staff made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The food was great. I had the blackened red snapper. Great meal. Before they started passing out the checks they very clearly explained that the gratuity for a large group was already added in and that no addl tips were expected. I was highly impressed by how they did that. We had a great time there.

My brother and I had a fabulous dinner here. The waiter was very helpful and attentive in helping us order and the food did not disappoint. The bar area, where we were seated, had comfortable seating and lovely decor. Value for money was good and I would say is midrange in price.

Our server Raymond was attentive and courteous with our group of six. The appetizers and meals we had were great. Those of us who wanted substitutions were accommodated without additional fees. The restaurants view of the SPI bridge is really pretty.

We had a good experience at Dirty Al’s. The $5 frozen margaritas are solid! The appetizer sampler is huge, the fried zucchini was my favorite. We tried a little of everything, fried shrimp and fish, shrimp pasta and red fish Rockefeller. Exactly what we expected for a small town seafood restaurant.

The food was good. I liked my boiled shrimp and my husband thought his sandwich was great. Nice atmosphere and a really good happy hour from 3 to 6. Wednesday is half off bottles of wine. Lunch specials everyday too, so can can eat and drink for a reasonable price and an awesome view. We will go back before we leave

Stellar experience. Had lunch end of October. Place was mainly empty and we got the best view by the window without wait. Server was intelligent and polite. Food tasted amazing.

If you’re ever in Port Isabella area or near South Padre Island, go ahead and check this place out. Don’t judge this restaurant by the Humble exterior, go in and experience the amazing view of the bay. It’s bigger inside than what it seems on the outside. The cool and relaxed ambiance was perfect for our family and the decor exemplified the true meaning of a seafood restaurant. The service was what I desire; attention, smiles, and willing to give me a great experience. From the lady that greeted us to our waitress…attentive and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Our waitress was a perfect balance of attention giving and allowing us to enjoy our meal without so many disruptions. She did a great job! I ordered the dish that comes with grilled redfish and crab cake topped with shrimps, mashed potatoes and green beans. My food was delicioso but we didn’t care much for the texture of the greens but, you get your money’s worth. My plate was enough for two meals so yes, I’m taking the other half home for dinner 😊. If I’m ever in the area again, I will most definitely return to Dirty Al’s at Pelican Station.

We waited 10-15 min for our drink order to be taken and and then another 5 to receive them. They were short staffed though you could tell, the waitress was extremely nice, you could tell she was just stretched thin. The food for the price was high conpared to how poorly it was made and of poor quality, we both got the surf and turf, the steak was $10 quality and the lobster was overcooked and rubbery unfortunately.. Great view, poor food, won't return

Kevin was our server and he was great. Food: I ordered a popcorn shrimp and salad -the salad itself was good but the shrimp was VERY fishy to the point where it tasted expired. My husband got the M fish platter and the fish was ok and fries were not cooked all the way. The margaritas gave us heartburn sadly but at least they were on happy hour. They tried to make it right when we brought it up and gave us extra plate of fries and took the shrimp off. I appreciate that but I dont think i would be coming back. (On a Tuesday at least lol)

This restaurant is conveniently located within walking distance of the lighthouse. We enjoyed spending the morning there and browsing the nearby shops, and their Tuesday shrimp taco special intrigued us. Unfortunately, they don't have any beer on tap, which was a bit of a letdown. I ordered a Mango Margarita, hoping to enjoy their drink menu, but it was overly sweet and not particularly impressive. For our meals, we chose The Veracruz, The Islander, and the chicken alfredo. We requested broccoli and bell peppers for the pasta, which was a good call because the chicken in the original dish was chewy, flavorless, and inedible. While the seafood dishes were decent, the chicken was a major disappointment. We asked for a replacement, which they did provide, but the second serving was no better. To our surprise, they added a $5 charge for the extra vegetables in the pasta without informing us beforehand. Overall, we were not impressed with our dining experience.

I had dinner based on reviews and recommendations. The wings were ok, the shrimp/ scallops combo was a big disappointment due to the fact that they were very small and overcooked. The side of fries were a very small portion and lots of little pieces and ends. This was definitely way overpriced for the small portions and the quality of food. I won't be going back for a second visit.
