After a long day of work Whataburger in Los Fresnos never fails!! Andres and Clara are awesome!! They ALWAYS get the order right!! They ALWAYS HAVE A SMILE AND TREAT ME AS A WELCOMED GUEST!!! THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS HARD TO GET THESE DAYS!! HOWEVER ANDRES AND CLARA GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE GIVING THE BEST SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMER!! THANK YOU!!!

Very quick, friendly and accurate! We arrived around 8:30am on a Saturday. We were helped immediately upon entering. Order was taken correctly and staff member was very friendly. Within less than 10 minutes, our order was ready and the employee that brought our food was also very friendly. All in all, a great experience!

I was traveling on my way back to San Antonio from Padre. I stopped at this location for a bite to eat. I will say, the place is clean, the staff is very friendly and efficient. The food was hot and fresh <specifically the amazing warm fries, because in San Antonio the Whataburgers serve cold food> . I was impressed. To whomever is running this location, YOU DESERVE A RAISE ALSO PLEASE COME FIX ALL OF THE WHATABURGERS in SanAntonio so they can get back to serving fresh delicious food like you serve at yr location. Big shout out to yr staff, they were so polite and courteous, give them a raise too!

Love this location. The food was hot, yummy, and came out quickly. Clara was amazing! She was kind and very helpful in the drive thru. Thank you Clara. 😊 The honey butter flavor was yummy.

What can I say—food was great as always, service was wonderful, and there's always a pleasant and homely atmosphere. The employees are super kind and friendly, and they always manage to bring your order fresh and warm. In my experience, the Whataburger in Los Fresnos is better than the one in Brownsville and Harlingen combined.

This was our first time to visit a Whataburger. It was a real treat as we were hungry for some Texan meat. The service was great, the food was perfectly prepared and the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend people to come and sink in their teeth into some juicy American burgers.

Whataburger never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and made just the way I like it. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, and the spicy ketchup is a must. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours, and the restaurant is clean and well-kept every time I visit. It’s clear they take pride in both their food and service. Whether it’s a late-night run or a quick lunch stop, Whataburger consistently delivers. Highly recommend!

McD fries are good but cool and half of the W amount. Table service always has a great addition even in a fast food setting. Way to go Whataburger!!

I walked in to buy 3 gift cards. Was at counter about 15 seconds. Got a basic hello. This Whataburger is always quiet. You never hear a leader speaking in the BOH. Unfortunately, nothing special at this Whataburger. Might get huge smiles at Stars compared to here.

Don’t get me wrong the food is delicious but damn the prices now is outrageous we spent 30something for a burger for my husband and tenders for me before that amount would be enough to feed me, my husband and my two kids I get if it used eggs but these items didn’t use eggs with the shortage of eggs 🤦‍♀️horrible

The staff taking orders needs better training in listening skills. Every single time, 4 in a row, my order was taken wrong and I overpaid for things I didn't want. After waiting 40 minutes in line I just want to get out. Asking for a sausage biscuit or a plain sausage biscuit does not mean sausage egg and cheese. I don't get what's so hard to understand. We got a burger thinking that it was going to be less than $10 for the meal but it was $11.57 because when they asked us if we wanted cheese on the burger they charged us a dollar extra without saying that it was an extra charge. It was the manager who did this. Beware of what you get and double check before saying yes. BTW the burger sucked, our sprite tasted like bubbly water, and the fries were average.

BAD SERVICE, I ordered, food never came, I inquired 20 minutes later and they told me they will try to get it fast, 5 mins later they have a bag, I checked and realized they tried to scam with a totally different meal, I ask for my money back, they even did not apologize. Bad service Los Fresnos.

Had. Been waiting so long for this to finally happen and they have horrible management. I have gone in 4 different occasions and orders are wrong coffee is always tasteless and cold. Same person handling money is the same person giving out food and taking out to customers outside, not having enough workers is understanding but they need to be careful how they manage the customers. Also the young lady in the window needs to greet you with a welcoming tone, she also forgot to return credit card and had to walk in to get it back . They don’t even fill up to the top of the box when we pay for a large. The burger looks fine from the outside, but tastes like it’s been sitting out for hours. The other Burger had soggy buns. they also no longer offer fruit punch When ordering a meal. Their iced tea taste like soap. Paid $46 for two Dr Pepper‘s and 2 inedible burger meals. This is outrageous, hope the owner responds with a contact email or fires everyone.

As far as I am concerned, Whataburger has been in steady decline since the sale. The only redeeming moment was the introduction of the Hatch Green Chili Cheeseburger and, of course, in their infinite wisdom, it was discontinued never to return.
