Super nice guy running the bar. Wings were affordable and very, very good. Fried not baked. Cool little place. I would come back for sure. Service was great!

Stopped by J & Bubbas Bar & Grill when we were vacationing on the island, went there during lunch and we were very satisfied with the service and food , 5 stars.... we missed meeting the owner Ms. Garza but you have our business on our next visit and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Fairly empty for a Friday, it became quality family time. Ate good wings and enjoyed a quiet game of pool. Music wasn't too loud. So lax that I kicked back with my eyes closed listening to my son's and wife's laughter as they shot pool with country music playing and not having to worry about looking over your shoulder. Okay if you're going in for a fine glass of wine forget about it. You will be lucky if they even have a glass of wine. But having said that I had some great wings for a good price and in odd sort of way I enjoyed the dumpy place.

Don't believe the reviews are real. Has to be a joke on tourists. Open sign was on and they told us they were closed. Bathroom had no handle to flush the toilet. Don't waste your time. Really rough shape and kind of scary vibe.

I loved this place but I had heard they are a little shady when you get your tab. So here's what I saw, if youre from Mexico and they feel you beers are a good 3 bucks. I on the other speak Spanish understand spanish so I'm listening at the bar and no one could tell me how much a beer was but they could serve them. Same guy giving beers after I asked how much they were, was also the guy giving out the tab/check. ??? Anyway, when I got my tab they couldn't show me my taxes how much it cost it was just them saying $27 dollars. Im like what, I know what I ordered. Prices kept changing he was moving numbers around trying to make it fit. I don't care if it's 50 cents. He would have gotten a huge tip more than half the check. I don't like being lied to or robbed even a penny. They need to get it together and I'll go back. I still tipped 10%.
