⭐ One star is being generous. I ordered a Pistachio Cream Cold Brew and waited for 30 minutes. No update, no heads-up, no one bothered to say, “Hey, by the way, we’re out of it.” Only when I asked did I find out… it wasn’t even available. If it’s out of stock, say it from the beginning. Don’t let people stand there like decorations for half an hour. This isn’t just about coffee — it’s about basic communication. People’s time isn’t free. I came for a coffee, left with a patience test. No stock control, no communication, no apology. Interesting business model: act like you have it, then let customers figure it out themselves. Couldn’t get my coffee, but at least I got a free lesson in how not to handle customer service. You’re welcome. ☕️👏

I’m writing out of sheer frustration and disappointment. The staff at your local Starbucks café have shown some of the most disgustingly rude and dismissive behavior I’ve ever perienced. They are unprofessional, lazy, and treat customers based on favoritism rather than fairness. As someone who values respect and basic decency, someone who is not entitled, I was shocked by how little effort they put into service, how quickly they snap at customers, and how openly they prioritize their “regulars” while ignoring or belittling others. This is not the Starbucks standard as they pretend to show it. It’s hurtful, disrespectful, and unacceptable. This is STRABUCKS CULTURE PROBLEM and how you as company threat your employees, big picture! Hope you guys know we are paying you to have job! Sincerely, #MYWAY

This is second Starbucks, where I ordered a White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew where they didn’t add the toasted cookie crumble on top. I know it’s a small thing, but these drinks are expensive. Not to mention, I’ve never been in a clean Starbucks. They’re always dirty! What the heck! And more importantly, why do I still keep going back? Oh, I had gift cards that’s why.

All went well the first time I went in and I was happy with the service and this Starbucks had a restroom which some don't have. Went in today and it looked like extra managerial type staff had been sent in due to Easter parade. The service was slow in spite of the number of staff there. Not well organised. My biggest issue was when the staff are leaving out the drinks for people to take they have their hands all over the top of the drink where people drink from. This is soooo UNHYGIENIC and it is unbelievable that this seems to be the norm.

Today I ordered a Pistachio Cream Cold Brew and waited for 30 minutes. During that time, no one informed me about any issue. When I finally asked, they told me they were out of it. If the item is not available, customers should be informed at the beginning. I lost my time and felt completely disappointed. This level of communication is not acceptable. I expected much better service.

A few years ago this was such a well-run store, especially considering the heavy tourist traffic it had to deal with. I went there every morning and it was consistently great. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill badly. There’s an entirely new staff now, and the service is poor. The manager isn’t much better. I actually go out of my way to patron the Setauket store instead.

Working down port our staff at the salon orders from THIS Starbucks multiple times a day. Drinks&food. I just went in for an order and asked for 4 venti waters (which I said I would happily pay for) where the man working told me and a 6 month pregnant woman no, they cant just use their venti cups for water???? Needless to say we were sent on our way with no water.

Barista extremely rude during not busy time. Ordered large got a small. As I explained it politely she just walked away. Also the bathroom was absolutely gross. Person who rung me up was very nice though.

I told the large girl with glasses that the bathroom was disgusting, and she gave me this angry look and did nothing and said nothing. Her Customer service sure is top notch! Other then that, the Starbucks is awesome and the rest of the staff are cool.
