Pretty quick service, friendly staff. The fild I order was delicious

Whether it's daytime night time, midday, late day or even breakfast time, Taco Bell is simply the comfort food your human body may crave and or desire. There are so many selections at Taco Bell. I'm not even going to begin down that road, except for to say Don't forget to get yourself some dessert. If you haven't already checked out the Taco Bell app surely do so. There are a couple locations locally that participate using the Taco Bell app. You're able to customize your order and have options that you didn't know possible. Don't get too crazy with it, realize someone still has to make your "Master Creation", simple is usually better for the sake of the person putting it together. When ordering food, don't hesitate to try something new once in awhile. Don't get stuck in a rut with your normal bean burrito setup. If Taco Bell ever advertises something that looks interesting to you. Don't hesitate to try it out! It may be the best thing Taco Bell has to offer, and you just don't know it yet. Taco Bell has continued to impress with its lifelong consistency keep it up! Thank you for dinner, see you next time.

Order was correct (I made a highly customized burrito and it was perfect), they didn't forget my drink (which is very common dining at Taco Bell), and the staff seemed surprisingly friendly and hardworking. I REALLLY hope this is how it is next time I come here, because this was a solid visit.

This is my local Taco Bell in my neighborhood so I go here often. Ill go here over other locations because the customer service is always amazing, and the foods always fresh. Its always clean and there doesnt seem like theres ever a long line or wait. One thing I have noticed lately is the menu has had new items about every month or so. Ive also noticed, the peices on the menu seem to have gone up. Unfortunately for Taco Bell, i feel the prices seem to be getting higher than i may want to spend if it goes up too much more.

I wouldn’t normally review a fast food place, but they do things different at this location. It’s extraordinarily good. I travel a little farther for this location because the quality is so consistent and fresh. Especially on weekdays! Keep it up guys!

I went through drive thru and I used to go to this same taco bell when I was homeless and truly struggling I was so cold , or it would be pouring rain and my tent had been stolen No matter what they never were mean to me they always just let me be I never made any trouble & 90 percent of time I had no money & they would at least give me water , I usually cleaned up in bathroom , not often but maybe a couple times they just truly best employees truly was almost only 1 of 2 places in area I knew I would be able to just rest a little bit but that was 5 yrs ago so I went in yesterday and still just best human ever but this time I wa driving my car and I'm 3 yrs sober & have my own apartment so felt good to go through drive thru they work so hard & still big hearts thank you Taco Bell

Clean store on the inside, fast and friendly service at the drive thru, and good quality on the food. Some locations skimp on ingredients or serve soggy tomatoes — not this one. I have never had them even mess up an order and I come here at least 3x/week over the past few months. I did mess up an order once or twice though, and the manager during the day is so kind and helpful, he let me come get my food almost 24 hours later because I put in the order at the wrong location on my way to work one night and wasn’t able to make it back until the next day. The app is technically a third-party that the stores have to deal with separately so it’s not as simple process to get a refund, as a customer you’re dealing with the app customer service (not the location you got the food from). It’s taken me *weeks* in the past to get a refund. His willingness to help was so much better than waiting for a refund.

Everything was great. I haven't eaten Taco Bell in 5 years it had gotten so gross. this time it was exceptionally good. They were out of my drink that I had ordered on my online order and the guy at the window was so nice and exchanged it for a different drink one larger value but didn't charge me. He was very nice. The inside atmosphere is fine however the outside is tweaker city. However the inside remains clean and the staff are very friendly and from my experience the food is hot and FRESH WHICH IS WHAT I CARE ABOUT MOST. I tend to go there around 9 a.m. so it is breakfast and lunch menus and it isn't that busy and they are fairly fast for considering how fresh the food is.

They were really nice her. The guy that took our order just had a pleasant nice attitude, and that's super refreshing for the part of town it is in. We liked our food, and the soft tacos were made bigger than my usual spot I go to in gresham so that was nice too.

Truth be told - this is my favorite Taco Bell, but I only use the drive through. I can't rate on "atmosphere". Nonetheless - It's a Taco Bell... Who goes to a Taco Bell looking for "atmosphere" anyway? I go there for tasty Doritos Locos Tacos and other delicious treats. I docked 1 star in service because I asked for UNSWEETENED tea & was given SWEETENED tea. Other than that they did a great job & my Taco Bell craving was satisfied once again!

This is my favorite taco Bell and the reasons for this fact are simple : It's a good clean taco Bell , the dinning room is always tidy and picked up :The crew is always seemingly more than pleasant even though they get some real adverse clientele :The food is always prepared to exacting standards always the same and tastes the same every time so there are no surprises : And it seems like the crew that works here are pleased to be working here. Again not really nice people here they don't say Hi how are you doing but again you're working for a fast food restaurant and you have a lot of people yelling at you all day I don't know I go to other Taco bells in this one every time I eat at it I get sick so I don't know like what are you doing to the food it doesn't taste right all other ones taste fine but this one does not

It's taco bell what the hell do you expect? You win some and you lose some. Sometimes it's good, others bad. Just avoid the drive through though regardless of what time it is. ALL taco bells are notorious for always f***ing up your order in the drive through.

I have mixed feelings. The staff is so friendly... and although the wait still takes a long time, it has gotten way better. My hang up is that they are still disorganized and forget something in the order almost every time I come. This place will mess up your order. This place will take forever to get your order at random times in the day. And whatever you do don't have an allergy as they will still add whatever you don't want to your order and then just halfway through stop adding that ingredient. That all being said. It's still taco Bell and when it's good it's really really good.

Breakfast crunch wraps are awesome! However, gal in the window kept getting our order wrong, and when we eventually got up to the window after trying to correct the order, she still gave us the wrong thing. We asked nicely for the correct thing, and she literally chastised us and told us that we agreed with the order screen. We didn't. She fought us and was incredibly rude for a solid 5 minutes to the point where we had to stay until it was corrected simply because she was so awful and should not have gotten away with it. She made us something different... But it still wasn't right. I legitimately had to tell her "ma'am, I'm not sure what the disconnect is, but we aren't trying to order. We simply want the correct item, and I'm happy to pay for it." She slammed the window on me. Honestly, worst customer service I've ever received, and if she worked for me, she would have been written up immediately. I'd still recommend this. I won't be back to this location. I wrote a lot of reviews, and 80% of them are very positive. This is not.

Drive thru service has improved slightly but if you're gonna close the dining area you need to have an option for people who ordered in the app to SAVE TIME, because then the drive thru takes 20 damn minutes. Getting a refund with the app is impossible, so it's either lose money and be hungry or be late to work. This is a terrible model.

Yes I know this is fast food. But the service I received here was amazing. I had just gotten back to Portland from Eugene and it was starting to snow/ freezing rain. I stopped at the Taco Bell on Stark st. The guy that took our order was so upbeat and friendly and so was the one who gave us our food. I’m sure they were eager to get home too to beat the snow, but they didn’t let that effect their attitude. Truly some of the best customer service I have ever received! Taco Bell only gets three stars because I think it is stupid I have to order the build your own $5 box on the app and pick it up. I can’t go through the drive thru and order it. They can’t do it. It is one of the dumbest things I have encountered with a fast food restaurant.

The food was, well, Taco Bell. The pop was super syrupy. Staff was pleasant. It was very clean. Tables were wiped and floor was swept.

I just got off my late shift and went to get food before I headed home. I arrived at 1242. As I pulled up a lady spoke over the intercom. She stated they were closed and that I could leave. She refused to talk to me. I was going to order a couple of soft tacos and a drink. I dont think that constitutes rude behavior. Plus they hadn't closed yet.

Besides the price of tacos at Taco Bell going up and the quality of food going down this was an exceptionally bad experience we were charged wrong twice they could not understand what we were saying and I was overcharged mind you was just half a dollar but it was my half a dollar things are going to start to get real ugly in the coming days when they're hungry and broke and all they have to go to is this Taco Bell and it's s***** I was going to call the corporate but of course I didn't so I suppose this review will service give it another shot if you want I love certain stuff at Taco Bell especially the taco salad. But I don't frequent much since I own a gold Chihuahua that goes everywhere with me and it'd be too much of a cliche if I was there all the time you Taco Bell

Long line as always n drive thru the guy taking cash was pretty slow and our meal and our friend that was in ft. Of us both had an item missing from our orders! The taco had so little meat I just felt like I was biting into a lettuce taco shell. That's all the norm. though most the times I've been to this location.

The only reason I am granting two stars to The taco bell on stark is because they didn't drop the ball this time but the time before when I went, the night manager had an all-out yelling match with my partner cussing in everything and then refused to give us our order or a refund and it took me over a month to get any response from taco bell themselves. As a past manager for one of the busiest taco bells in Washington, I never would condone this kind of behavior from any of my staff. I have had people yell at me and cuss me out as a customer well I was working the drive through but never once would you have caught me yelling back at them. Service with a smile is usually the best way to handle a difficult customer. They may have seen us as difficult customers at the time but I waited thirty minutes for my meal when I did curbside pick up and the drive-through was moving swimmingly. They completely forgot my order and then they gave me the wrong order and then they had an issue because they said somebody else was claiming to be me. I just want someone to reach out and make this right b

I enjoy Taco Bell as a guilty pleasure once in awhile. However, this particular location is SO SLOW it’s painful. Even though they were recently renovated, the waits can still easily be 20 minutes or more, and it doesn’t matter if you are inside or in the drive through. Seriously, most of the menu items use the same ingredients on different configurations, so I can’t figure out why it takes so long to order and get food.

The workers were friendly and helpful, but it took a long time to get my order, even though it didn't seem that busy. And I think they gave me a bean burrito instead of a soft taco. I didn't discover it until I got home.

The experience thru drive thru was farely quick and there was a local homeless person asking for change. When we got the food it was all in 1 bag so it was all smashed and by the time we got home it was leaking thru the bottom of bag causing half the smashed items to fall out.The order was slightly wrong and the sauce requested was not what we had in bag. Reported this to store and 7 days later and still waiting for the return phone call from management.

This may be one of the worst Taco bells I've ever been to. I went inside to make an order and placed it. Then everyone behind the counter just ignored that my order even existed. They went ahead and made other orders prioritized the drive-thru instead of the dining room even though they have the dining room open. There was a line of people waiting for food and I was getting agitated because I was on my lunch break and I had to spend it waiting for my food which I never received because they never decided to make it in the time that would allow me to get back to work. This place sucks. They don't hire workers that have any sort of competency whatsoever and what's not like. We're talking about a job here that's getting paid minimum wage. Let's call it what it is. This is a lazy environment for lazy people that don't want to do their job. Change my mind if this is a problem.

This taco bell has a very "I want to like you" feel for me. The staff is mostly nice and understanding, the area is not as threatening as some of the other fast food joints in this neighborhood get, but... The food and service of it is pretty hit-or-miss and haphazard. Special orders get forgotten, I have gotten entire items missing or literally someone else's order, communicating with the staff to correct orders is difficult and needs extra time, etc. And they have a worse form of the usual taco bell problem of things like the shredded cheese and lettuce blending in so even items that don't /have/ lettuce get lettuce (important, because I have a food intolerance that makes me start to retch eating lettuce). If you're not as sensitive and more patient, it's fast food, whatever. A better Taco Bell can be had in this area (I recommend the one on 82nd a bit south of Powell).

Very sad for fast-food to be so close but so bad in every way. Food is rarely correct to order, it's very poor food presentation with the lobby being closed. Unfortunately people who are houseless and or presenting aggressive behavior are making the business closed or something. Either way, it's 💯 awful as a representation of tacobell and its name and workers. FAIL 😟😵‍💫👎

I went in to this establishment to grab a quick bite. There was 2 patrons ahead of me in the line. I figured out what I wanted and waited for my turn, but the cashier decided to start a personal conversation with the customer ahead of me and make me wait. I waited while 3 different orders were served up and my order still wasn't taken. Finally I had enough and left. I will never go back to this taco bell again. The staff is not professional and seems not to care about their customers or the business they they will fail to get by their actions. I would have given zero stars if it had been an option.

All is well until you bite into an item that you ordered without specific condiments then you almost puke from sour cream while going 60mph down the highway on your way to work for the night. I made my order my order was spoken back to me correctly and I pulled up to the window. Payed for my food, was never asked if or even given a receipt. And for the cherry on top I was #2 of 3 people in the drive through.. there is way to much disappointment in my visit just to finally eat some food for the first time in 24 hours.

Rude in the drive thru once again. If don’t want to work, don’t show up. They honestly should just wipe this locations employees and start fresh. Every week they are out of stuff and if they do have the items they don’t have the packaging and refuse to sell the food to you. If they have the food and the packaging then they probably don’t have the ability to take accept your payment anyways. If you do make it out of there with food somehow then good luck on having it made properly. Just go to the next one. It’s not worth it.

Really disappointed that they don't offer free senior drinks anymore, especially when ordering $10+ of food. Would've appreciated a heads up they charge for it before finding out at the window. I ended up paying for the drink anyway since I found out last minute and I don't know why but the Dr pepper was flat and flavorless. Will never visit this location again.

I have been to a lot of taco bell locations over the years and I can say with certainty this is by far the slowest location with the worst attitude in their employees. We waited in the drive thru for close to 25 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us and when we mentioned it to the worker at the window he complained and cut us off by saying he had to move the line along, which would have been possible if we had received our food. Avoid this location and go absolutely anywhere else, you are definitely not that hungry!

First of all my frys were cold I had to go in side because we ordered at the window. I ordered the chicken roll up Taco 2 they were dryed out. The did not give me my hole order. I had to wait 3mins for fresh frys by time we got home all the food was cold.

We live near this Taco Bell and it's our go to for that reason. But the most recent trips have been horrible. They always miss items, and the food is substandard. We ordered a cheesy roll up for my son, got home and the thing wasn't even rolled, the tortilla was just folded over. How lazy do you have to be to not roll up the roll up? We're not going here again.

I walked fairly far to get here in pouring rain to find that their lobby was not open to customers at 5:45 PM and I was supposed to go order online and through the drive thru on foot? In cold rain? Not okay Taco Bell, seems like you don't want my business so you'll never have it again.

Slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. Seriously. It's a joke. Literally takes 15-20min to move from the menu board to the check out window. I've been stopping here for fast food for several years. Worst customer service I've experienced at any Taco Bell. Lobby was closed. Drive thru refused to take our order because each passenger has and individual order. Each had expense cards and could only pay individually. Manager was beyond rude and expressed her title of manager. Obviously a manager with zero customer service skills. Horrible location. Taco Bell is notoriously slow but this location is worse than most. You could have 2 cars in front of you and end up waiting 20 minutes in the drive through. Every time. They also regularly mess up orders. We stopped by today because it was on the way home and knew we’d regret it and guess what? We regretted it. They were out of beans and didn’t have any sign saying that so we had cars behind us and no way to leave. Ended up ordering something without beans and of course my chicken chalupas ended up being beef instead. Don’t waste your time or money.

These guys are all high, I ordered food and not a single item matched my orders. I spend $28.00 and threw it all in the garbage. I paid for 4 chicken chalupa supreme and got beef, instead of cheesy been and rice burrito it was just cheese burritos….. the list goes on.

As I go in to get my order , two employees leave on break and I wait again before someone finally comes to the counter with an attitude. I would like to give customer service Zero Stars because I stood at the front counter because items were missing from my order. Multiple employees stared at me and continued working. No acknowledgment what so ever. I stood for over 5mins and nothing. I left and went through the drive through a second time to actually fix the issue.

This is the sorriest Taco bell I've been to on a while. I'd give a 0 if I could. If you can't open the lobby just shut it down. The employees are rude and seem to lack compression. I ordered through grub hub,, came to pick up my order and was told to exit the drive through and park When the associate brought my food, they apologized and advised they are not supposed to have the cars park.

I love taco bell. It is my favorite fast food, so coming back from the doctor my husband and I ordered through the app to pick up at the drive thru on our long way home. We went to the drive thru and said we had our order listed under his name. They then directed us to the window. When we got there they asked for his name again, upon which they said they didn't have our order. I showed my phone to show the placed order for that exact establishment. They then said again they didn't have it. We were confused as to why they had us come to the window, but we understand the app has problems of this nature. However, instead of asking for what we ordered and have it put in at the window they then had us go back through the drive thru line a second time. They rushed us to order when we got to the order screen despite us saying we needed a few minutes to figure out what we wanted (we had to change some of what we were ordering because we were previously ordering digital exclusives). When my husband went to order the new grilled cheese burrito deluxe box they said they didn't have it. We asked if they somehow were out but they insisted they didn't have it. This is despite the advertisement for this product is the entire top third of their menu. They then tried to say that we could get a number 10, the grilled cheese burrito soft taco combo was essentially the same just without chips (it really isn't given the totals for each item in the combo). The only saving grace was the food was decent and the service was somewhat speedy (the second time). I would not wish to ever come back to this taco bell.

If I could I would give the service a zero or a negative 1. The older Hispanic lady in the morning today 11/13/23 around 8:35 is very rude! I can’t used her name because when I asked her for the name she shut the window and went to the kitchen and didn’t come out. First I rarely get Taco Bell, and when I was ordering I asked the person what comes with the breakfast meal and her response was “I can’t see the menu” I was thinking okay she’s having a rough morning, but when I get to the window I asked her for extra cream and she said there would be a charge I told her that was fine. Then she wanted to dump some of my coffee, I explained I just wanted extra cream on the side and she said we can’t do that because it’s in a dispenser. Honestly I get it I’ve worked fast food and I told her usually they will put it in a small cup I don’t mind paying for the cup. She refused and when she gave my food I asked for her name and she said “for what” I explained she had bad customer service but she didn’t let me finish and shut the window, and went to the kitchen and never came back out! Honestly you need staff that can communicate in a friendly way specially in the beginning of someone’s day.

was getting my birthday baja blast. but watched a staff member give my drink to a friend who came in them argued with me until i showed her on my app not once but twice. i had ordered and then confirm i was indeed in the correct Taco Bell!

Came in at around 11:00PM on a Saturday. Rude staff. Cold food. Half-filled drinks. Closed their restrooms early while lobby was still open. There was also a long wait, but I usually don’t rate based on that, especially if they’re busy, but my order was in by 11:05 and I didn’t get my 3 simple tacos until 11:45. I’ve worked customer service before and I’m usually extremely understanding since not every day is a good day and again they were quite busy, but it was the absolute rudeness and dismissal of numerous customers besides myself that made me write this, along with the fact there was no urgency or care with the food prep. I hope they do better cause I won’t be going back.

They somehow find new ways to mess up my order everytime. This was what happened when I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch. Only crunch, no gordita or cheesy. Also, don’t say you’re open till 1am if you’re not. This Taco Bell is not open till 1am.

COUNT ITEMS BEFORE YOU BAG! Family member now has no meal because they forgot our chalupas! Not one, not two, but THREE are missing from my delivery order! That's money that you are stealing from the customer! Night shifters deserve better service!! Please REMEMBER ITEMS!!

Having hours, that say open at 7 and still having the door locked at 7:10. Not a really good business standard.

Drive thru. Didn't put the cravings box in the bag. Had to come back. Pretended not to understand me when I politely explained and showed the order on my phone. Spent several minutes waiting for the guy to figure out I wasn't lying. He couldn't figure it out. I tried to guide him into the right thought process by saying "Do you have anything that still needs to go out?" I was looking at the box on the shelf behind him, which was unlabeled, unlike another box on the shelf. He still didn't figure it out. Eventually I said, "Is that box right there for someone or not?" The guy looks inside the box. He hands the box to me begrudgingly. No apology. No humility. Just a dirty look and a walk away of "I'm mad that I was wrong so I'm going to go pout like a little boy." Don't understand why this taco bell has high ratings. It's the closest to my home so I tried it a few times. This is ID-10T error number 3. Never again.

Placed an online order on my way to work. The dive thru was barricaded with a cone and the front doors locked. Walked around to the drive thru window and the cashier said they had 1 employee working. I asked for a refund he said he didn't know how to do one and that I could move the cone and get in line but it would be at least a 30 minute.... Said he didn't know how to make the food. A manager should have been called in or they should have closed their online ordering

Never accepting an order for this location again. I’m a DoorDash driver, I came to pick up an order assigned to me showed up right as there lobby was closing they directed me to the drive thru. Waited in line while my wife ran to the 7/11 and grabbed water. On her way back to me one of the cooks newly clocking off or just on break saw her heading to our car and told her nasty remarks and threats. I was on the phone and could hear her. When we finally made it to the order box and gave the customers name the employee on window was rude and said that they don’t have it and that we shouldn’t have clicked arrived til we got to the order box. We only pressed it because we were in the lobby when they decided to close it and ask us to leave. I’m honestly disappointed in this locations customer service skills. It poorly reflects on the managers capabilities of training. If I could I’d give zero stars this was the most outrageous situation. An hour long line isn’t acceptable for anyone. And it’s gonna be longer as we’re stuck in the line.

It takes a college degree to use the order computer so I order at the counter. Good food. Expensive. Skow service due to short staff. Left with order & got home missing 3 taco supreme. I get shorted on my orders at all fast food places. Also, if you don't want sugar then don't order the fries & suspect the other food too.

They decided to close for 30 minutes but didn't turn off online ordering. I had already paid and made an order. There were multiple people waiting outside. Ridiculous

Everytime we come to this taco bell they mess up our order....tonight was no different. When I called the store to get my missing food the mgr treated me like I was lying....it was literally the chips to the nacho bowl.....I took my receipt and had them replaced but didn't appreciate the way I was treated

Slow, horrible service from a lady with a shower cap on. They do that thing here where they tell you to wait in the parking lot for your food to make it look like they have fast drive thru times. In reality, they take forever to give you your food once they get you through the drive thru.

Forgot my grilled cheese burrito. Didn't really care about getting a refund. Just really wanted my food. Everything else was made well. It was just very disappointing to eat my chips and cheese for dinner.

Here on Google Maps and at the location it says they close at 3 A.M., but since 2:30 A.M. the staff already stops serving customers.

Don't know who it was because he had no name tag but was expediting the orders via the drive, though. But he had a black sweater and, or hoodie, a bit over weight as well. He didn't even know what drink he was handing me. When asked to verify the order, he just quoted me the price and snatched mcreditit card to pay for food. The order was a mess. Hope you get what you order because I didn't. Never go here.... better yet make sure the big guy is not in drive through.
