I go to the Chili's Holbrook location quite often. Love the Southwest eggrolls. The Fagitas are delicious. The staff is Fantastic. I wish I could give more stars.

I had called this location to confirm if they had the National Margarita Day cups and the young lady at the to go was so nice and accommodating! She answered my questions and was very polite! It is my Grandma’s Birthday today and we wanted to surprise her. This made our day! The food and customer service is always great! This is by far the best Chilis I have been too! Shoutout to the to go girl that answered the phone!!!

Never do I give a 5 star review without meaning it……. The manager being actively apart and on top of this team is what makes this location the best one I’ve visited out of many. I absolutely love this chili's. The staff is so sweet and kind. They recently took off my favorite salad from the menu and my waitress recommended one of the new salads with a small change and it tasted even better than my old usual. Highly recommend coming here ❤

Place has been remodeled. Food was hot, delicious, and reasonably priced. Staff was really attentive and friendly. Manager made a point to stop by table and see if all was well. We were celebrating daughter's achievement and he sincerely congratulated her. It's the little things like that that make dinner out enjoyable.

I haven't been to a Chili's in a number of years so say the least it was okay. The food was decent and it wasn't terribly crowded. After we saw our movie we stopped in for dinner and the bill wasn't too bad either.

After a day with the family for a drive out, we decided to opt for Chili's instead of Applebee's before heading back to the city for a bite and to relax. Our server Angela was very attentive and was always within an earshot of our table. The food came quickly, and it was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The fries were exceptional and well seasoned. My wife's quesadillas were spicy, I believe it was the salsa. My sons had their version of the tenders, and it was good, but the Piece de Resistance was the rancho burger. It has double patties, well seasoned. That burger is the best burger I've had in a longtime omg this thing was excellent, extremely flavorful. I've been craving it all week, but I have to hold out until the weekend for my cheat meal. Chili's has changed a lot from past years or maybe it's this location. Thank you I'll be back soon

AnnMarie is probably one of the best servers I’ve had in my life! She creates an environment that is friendly and special. Very unique personality, makes you feel like you’ve know her forever. My wife and I had a blast!

My boyfriend and I went to Chili’s tonight. It was absolutely amazing! Our servers name was Amanda and she was so attentive and was literally the best server I’ve ever had. She’s such a hard worker and it could definitely show! This was our first time trying the Nashville hot mozzarella and it was literally so good. Best experience at Chili’s and if you go, I would definitely ask for Amanda as your server! Most definitely will be back:)

The food was good and tasty. Service was ok. The food runner didn't feel like walking around the table to drop each person's food to them and instead made every person at the table pass hot plates down the table. Keep in mind we had children sitting at the table, and there were 8 of us. Not the best move but we all made it work. The atmosphere was nice and festive for the holidays. Overall it was a good experience.

From the hostess to the servers, everyone is so nice. The hostess always goes above and beyond opening doors and offering words of congratulations for special events. Great apps and burgers. Very clean. Fun vibe but not too noisy despite how busy it can get.

Went here last night with my husband for a date and the place was packed. They apologized and said it'd be a 15 min wait but we only waited 2 mins. Somehow the server told another server about our drinks and we received them before we were even done placing our order. Despite it being super busywe got our food within 15-20 mins, hot and no mistakes. Even the manager was helping out bringing stuff and bussing tables and still had time to ask all the guests how their meal was. I was extremely impressed with how smooth everything flowed with it being standing room only on a busy Sunday night. Our server Jason was great (will never forget that name as that's my son's name) and that manager deserves a raise and/ or an extra paid vacation!

I stopped going to Chilis a few years ago because food was just not great anymore. Our friends told us to give it another bcs they were dping really good again. Well, we just went back, and to my surprise, it was great. Service was really good, the food was great. They have really good specials. The burgers are delicious, and chips and salsa are some of the best I've had. It's busy but with a great atmosphere.

I was just here on Memorial Day and Russel was one of the best servers I ever had. Very attentive, funny and down to earth. If you go here come and ask for him if he's working and or available.

Sat at the bar with Colleen and she was the sweetest! Attentive and never skipped a beat when it came to Taking care of me and each and every one of her bar guests As well as making drinks for what seemed to be the entire restaurant! I tried the new chicken bacon ranch nachos and They were absolutely delicious! They were delivered by the manager, Jeff who is one of the best managers i have ever encountered! He makes you feel like a VIP! Not only did he check on my food experience but I overheard him checking on everybody around me. The whole crew is personable and it's obvious It starts from leadership and trickles all the way down! You don't always find out with these corporate restaurants So it's absolutely refreshing! If I could give more stars, I would!

The quality of Chili's is so consistent! I'll grab a Tripple Dipper on my way home from work complete with Sliders, Mozzarella sticks and Southwest Eggrolls! Love the sauces! You can order on the app, pay there as well, by the time I get to the location the food is ready and I pick up and go. Staffing is friendly and accommodating, this is so convenient and you know you're getting a quality experience, every time! Would recommend either take out or dining in!

We love Chilis Holtsville. We visit at least 2-3 times a month. The staff is always on point and very sweet. The night shift ladies rock the show after 4pm. The day crew isnt as involved with customer service as the night gals. We’ve had a few servers but our favorite server is Annie. Shes so lively and order accuracy is top notch. Her favorite phrase “ What can I get you loves”. She makes you feel welcome. She engages in conversations with bereaved customers & just is hilariously funny & amazing. She surely knows everything you need before you even ask for it. Shes like a wizard..lol She deserved all the accolades in the world. Thanks Annie.. See you in two weeks.

I gave this review a 5, although 4 1/2 would have been more accurate. Stayed away from Chili's for a long time as a result of a past experience, at another location, but decided to try it again. Surprisingly good food, VERY good service and excellent parking. They had some 2 for one drink deals which was a treat. We had chicken fajitas (get the steak), shrimp tacos which were better than expected and a bowl of chili. Good satisfying comfort food with no bad results following, if you know what I mean. Even though it was crowded, with families, the acoustics worked much better than most. Worth a stop in for sure, IMHO.

One of our favorite places. All the food was great & waitress. Subtracting 1 star because we are out of the "pandemic", NOT mandated masks, distancing etc (unless you choose to) SO STOP WITH HAVING US EAT WITH PACKAGED PLASTIC UTENSILS! It's ridiculous especially with some foods.

Use to work at this location long ago. Went to Island 16 to see worst movie of the year "Greta", save that for another review, so figure stop and grab a bite. It was Sunday night around 9. It was dead so we got served fast, waiter was on top of refills. For came out in good time. My ribs we cooked perfect, but i'm use to Sweet Baby Rays honey bbq sauce I use, so the flavor was just ok to me. The chicken was cook nice and juicy, and tasted good. Wasn't happy that my pickles and toast were both spicy. Spicy pickles & toast? I guess hot n spicy is the new thing. I have always loved their corn. When I looked at my corn I thought " What the .... did they put on my corn?" Than I tasted it and realized they just made it a lot better. Over I was happy with my meal, service and cost.

Great local restaurant chain specializing in Southwest inspired cuisine. Fajitas, ribs, burgers and more. Their lunch combo menu can't be beat. They have a selection of craft beers on tap as well as tasty deserts all for reasonable prices.

Fast & efficient service :) nice atmosphere, everything you’d expect from a regular chili’s, the bbq deal featured was delicious and super filling, all the sides were good and paired nicely with the food we got. We took 3 lava cakes home because they’re probably the best warmed up we’ve ever had. Overall a great time & would like to go back again soon

My wife and I love coming to Chili's. Next time I will try to take some pictures. The location is excellent not too far from our home and is directly across the parking lot from Island 16. We were a party of 5 last time we went and we got seated immediately even with it being a dinner rush. Our waitress was super sweet and did her job very well. She was attentive and timely. Even with the restaurant being fully packed we were able to get our food in a timely manner. Chili's has a lot of great food options and we always have fun when we come to Chili's. My wife got the Cajun shrimp pasta with the side of garlic bread and this time I tried their honey chipotle crispers that everyone has been talking about.

Nice Chili’s place, the food was pretty decent and the building was clean overall, the Cajun pasta was pretty ok.

Great service, good amount of menu options and the portions are pretty great for the price you pay. The food itself was average and while they did make a mistake our waitress was able to fix it quickly and gave us extra fries to compensate. I will echo other reviewers though; it is ridiculously, unbearably, and uncomfortably cold here. Bring a jacket.

Chilis is a pretty good restaurant. The burgers there are very good, I especially love the burger with the egg on it that they serve. The fries are pretty great too. The service is good however they have the habit of having one person take our orders and a totally different person bring our food out. I can't feel gracious when i leave a tip for a specific server if neither did all of the work. My next complaint is the portion size. They're one of those restaurants that brings the fries out in cups to hide the small portion sizes they give you and I hate that. Other than that though the food is very yummy, and the location is great too as it's right outside of the theater. I think they also discount your meal if u show them your tickets. Give it a try.

The food is delicious and the prices are really good, the place is clean and also looks good, the staff is nice however the waitress that took care of us looked like she was on something if you know what I mean. We ordered a lemonade twice, the first time she gave us plain water and the second time water with lemon and there wasn’t even an actual lemon in the water or even sugar. Just try to avoid eating here…

This is the second time I have eaten here this month. Both times we have been seated we were placed next the kitchen. We asked to be seated somewhere else and the answer we got both times is that the section is closed. We only asked to be seated in the next available booth, which was only a few booths away from the kitchen. Rather than trying to accommodate the customer, both times it became a major issue to get seated away from the kitchen. It's ridiculous to have half the restaurant closed off almost two hours before closing time, and the idea of making one booth unavailable to two people because of this "section" chart set up for employees.

For a chain, decent steak with some gristle, & good service. But the mashed potatoes really doesn't taste good.

The food was very greasy but priced well. Thservice was fast and pleasant. We were initially offered a high table, but since we had 2 children, we asked to switch, and they agreed readily.

The staff here was great. Very friendly and attent. The food quality was eh, nothing special. We placed our order and then went to use the restroom. By the time we got out, the drinks and apps were on the table. It was nice and also impressive at first. The soup however, was luke warm. 10 minutes into eating our apps, the entrees roll out. We really hadn't started eating our apps at that point and really felt rushed. Not rushed to leave but rushed to eat? Lol The entrees weren't that good either. We ordered the carne asada and chicken crispers. They didn't ask what temperature to cook the steak and the rice and beans were not good at all. The steak was tender and flavorful but not quite right either. The chicken came with an underwhelming portion of fries but we did end the meal with the cookie skillet and that was very good.

The menu has random options. Not the best menu. Over priced and watered down drinks.

Waitress attempted to tell us she could not print out the check due to the "system being down" , even though we could see the incorrect amounts of our bill on the electronic device at the table. She proceeded to write us a bill & receipt that not only didn't show the items we purchased, but she also attempted to automatically place a tip for herself on the bill. Shady business practices, I will definitely not be back to this location. The owner should also fire this waitress for lying to customers for her own benefit. Scamming at its finest.

This is a garbage chain restaurant in a movie theater parking lot and if it was doing that one job well it would get five stars. I'm not a snob. If you want to get nagged three times to join a rewards program before you even order, have inedible food served on paperware advertising the rewards program, and be ignored for the entire tail end of your meal while you try for fifteen minutes to order a drink, this is the place for you! As a special treat, without asking, they give your two children a tablet to play with so they can fight over it. I gave this spot two stars instead of one because I was able to use the tablet to pay my bill when I would have missed my movie waiting for our waitress to come back.

So I was going to dine in on Saturday, but the wait time was 40 something minutes so I decided to do takeout instead. I ordered around seven thirtyish and I didn’t pick up the food until around like 750 and I was sitting outside from the moment I placed to the moment I got the text that it was ready. you would think that with a 40 minute wait and then being busy that the food would be fresh, but it wasn’t I ordered the triple dipper and my mozzarella sticks were basically cold. The southwest eggroll was disgusting. My boyfriend’s burger was the only thing that was fresh Then the next day at 8 AM I wake up with A nauseous feeling and within 20 minutes of me waking up I’m throwing up and at this point I’m also using the bathroom excessively I didn’t eat anything before or after I ate the chilies so I know that the food was the reason why I got food poison I was in and out the bathroom and throwing up from 8 AM all the way up until 3 PM when I was feeling better I called and I spoke to a manager and she was nice enough to give me a refund but if Being honest me being sick for eight hours straight was not worth getting $35 back. Do better and tell your cooks to serve to go orders fresh and not give out old food . I’ve came to this chili more than six times and I’ve even brought my friends and now I don’t even wanna come back . TEACH UR COOKS TO DO BETTER. MY HEALTH SHOULD NOT BE COMPROMISED BECAUSE YOUR COOKS WANT TO BE LAZY AND GIVE OUT COLD OLD FOOD

Bug!!!! Sitting at the bar with family , we ordered our usual food and drinks which was good , when low and behold a bug crawled up and on to the bar and into my wifes plate of food . Looked like a small roach but definitely was NOT an ant ! Bartender quickly helped squish it and proceeded directly back to the kitchen . Manger then comp our whole bill and apologized. Obviously they know something is going on in the back . Its disappointing because we are there alot. They need to fumigate the place and start over . Then we will be back . The people next to us saw it also …. Not one to post but something like this needs to be . Please close for a day and get this taken care of and do whats right for your patrons.

I checked in with my curbside parking spot number, but after waiting, no one came to the car, so I figured the food was still being prepared and that the text had been incorrect by saying it was ready. So I waited longer. When still no one came out, I went in (which was difficult because I'm disabled) and there was a guy that was at the pickup counter and he was just like, "Here for pickup?" I told him I had checked in a while ago for curbside but that no one came out so I was there to pick up. He just said oh and looked under the counter and my food was in a plastic bag sitting there. It wasn't under a warming lamp or anything, and so it was probably sitting under the counter the entire time I was waiting right outside the door in my car at the curbside pickup sign. So of course my food was soggy from condensation and cold. What a waste of money on my "mom's night out." I should have just gotten Wendy's across the parking lot. At least it would have been warm.

“Manager” was rude. Last week I ordered 4 of the 3 for me meals for take out for my family. One burger was raw. I was in the area and called the manager said “we don’t replace meals” very poor customer service

I have been a local to Chili's my entire life. I cannot lie, the food is usually very good. My issue is with the service. Every time I go, the waitress is gone for 10 minutes at a time and it's very frustrating when you're waiting for refills/need to order something else. Even after the food has been dropped off, nobody is asking if everything came out okay, the servers are inattentive. They are consistently forgetting sides and drinks. You guys should really hire better servers, or train them differently, it's a shame because the food is good.

I was very disappointed. I ordered a meal with pick up set for 7:45– then got the text that it was ready at 7:28. My food sat on a shelf - not even a warmer- getting cold for 17 minutes, and then when I arrived, I waited another 6 minutes while the lady on takeout talked a customer through the menu on the phone, despite a line of 3 customers waiting for pickup. My food was cold by the time it reached my hands.

Nothing was as it normally is. Food was not good and didn't look good either. Service is always good. Bad kitchen.

I wish I could give 0 stars as we all know this isn’t possible and while this review is purely based on the service and experience and not the food I’ll now never go back. Went here to watch the eagles game and get some sw egg rolls 3x dippers etc with my husband and as most women do brought my purse inside which horrifyingly housed a bottle Of seltzer and the last few drops of the Gatorade that was in the bottle to begin with. I got my drink (watermelon lemonade a 4/10 at best) wasn’t super in love with it but wasn’t going to be an a hole the Saturday before Christmas and Karen Complain about it so I added my seltzer in and before I could take a sip was interrupted by a team lead or manager accusing me Of bringing in alcohol and adding it To the drink. And kicked me and my husband out. It’s worth noting This experience took place literally 4 minutes ago so if I was “intoxicated” or drinking idk about you but I surely wouldn’t be able To compose a review. Kinda crazy. In my 30+ years of life never experienced anything like it but hey thanks for the memories and saving us $50+ andddddd a good Story. Do better chillies.

Dont get take out at this location. They give the worst portions. I got a soup and salad wifey got beef nachos and soup. I shook up my salad it was barely half full. This is considered a bowl of soup (not a cup) and it was gone in a few bites. They barely filled the "bowl". Maybe they gave me a cup by accident but this is sad. Nachos is missing ingredients. What a joke this place is. 40 bucks down the drain. I guess this is their way of making you go inside. Wendy's gives better salad portions.
