I went through the drive thru on my lunch break and I could faintly hear someone on the speaker and I sat there for a moment but nothing but a whisper so I pulled up to the window. The lady taking my order thought I was the lady behind me and I said no one could hear me and I couldn’t hear so I pulled up. She takes my order and I ordered beef nachos and a side of queso. I will post a photo of what I got. I’m super disappointed because this location is normally really good.

Guy at the drive through window seemed like he couldn’t care less. Got home and saw half the items in my order were completely wrong. Food was mediocre at best. Definitely not coming back here, especially with so many other options in the area.

Arrived at 9:50 pm and they wouldn’t help me! Kids should not be running the show. I even got out of my car and tried the doors and they were locked. If you are open till 10 pm then stay open till closing.

I wanted to dine in, but the strong, rotten odor inside made me uncomfortable and concerned about cleanliness. I didn’t feel safe eating there and left without ordering. Based on the conditions, this place seriously needs a health inspection. This place brings the reputation of Frisco and McKinney area down ⬇️

Yuck! Keep driving or choose a different place for Tex-Mex, lunch, or dinner. You have been warned. I am normally a HUGE Taco Bueno fan and this location is disgusting. The food was gross, cold, and sloppy. I saw an employee with gloves on (the ones they make our food with) eating hand to mouth- in the kitchen, on the food line. The salsa bar was empty and messy, and the drink station was filthy and almost out of lids and straws. Didn't even finish our food- thrown out and went somewhere else. There is a small TV above the salsa bar that was blaring something, reality tv or some show- SO loud you could not hear each other speak. Ridiculous.

This order was absolutely disappointing!! I ordered 14 burritos for my family and spent $50 on them! There was NOTHING in these burritos. I didn’t order party burritos. I ordered regular burritos and they should have had more filling in them!! I tried calling this location but it went straight to voicemail time and time again. I’m so upset that I’ve wasted $50!!

Has to be the worst Taco Bueno I've experienced, the food was cold and it's presentation terrible, we also had confusion on placing our order,which was simple, 1 mexi dips and chips,no guacamole, substitute the guacamole with beans and cheese, 6 party tacos and an order of beans and cheese. The tacos barely had anything in them and half of them had broken shells, didn't receive the beans and cheese at all but an order of chips with a sad amount of beans and cheese. I would highly suggest to pass this location by and find some place else. We went through the drive through around 8:00 pm, so cold food is inexcusable especially when the wasn't another paying customer around.

This was our first time getting food from Taco Bueno for several years. After seeing the condition of our tacos, we remembered why we haven’t been. We ordered the “Wholelotta Box” and the taco shells were so bare, it should be renamed the “Wholelotta Nothing Box”. Out of the twelve tacos we received, 2 could barely pass for a decent taco. The other 10 were sorely lacking. They were basically shells with lettuce. The rice and beans looked and tasted as though they were 3 days old and had just been stuck under a warmer. The entire experience and quality was incredibly disappointing. The only good thing about the visit was the interaction with employees during the ordering process.

They charge me $12 for a Mexican dip and chips. The picture shows how much cheese I got. When my granddaughter realized how much they charged her it was too late, she had already left. When I tried to call to get my money back they wouldn't talk on the phone they just answered and hung up.

I ordered the beef nacho salad with a patty taco and upon eating the nacho salad I discovered a plastic piece in my food. Now I’m only posting this due to the fact I’m pregnant and this could have been real bad for me and unborn child. People please check your food and I called the guy claimed to be a manager sounded like a kid didn’t seem to care much or try and make things right. I will attach photo. Really disappointed in taco bueno.

I used to enjoy Taco Bueno. However, lately it has taken a downturn. This location was once great and now has fallen within months. Several seat cushions were ripped and needed attention. The landscaping was horrible. I am no avid gardener but it looked like it hadn't been maintained in awhile. Even better yet, the street lights were dimmed. Which not only made it hard to see but also could cause some unsafe driving conditions. One of them was even burned out. I was told it's been like that for awhile.
