Had a reservation for 4 right at noon, got right in with a smile. Staff made fun quirky conversation, gave great suggestions and set the mood for a fun boozy brunch! The food was delectable, including super fresh lobster options and more. The dried strawberry shortcake was divine; easily the best I've ever had! 10/10 would recommend!

Last summer I dined at Patio American Grill in Provincetown and it was a great experience. Stelko was my bartender/server and he was friendly and fun. Plamen was also great. I sat at the back bar. Stelko created a great mocktail. The oysters were awesome. I celebrated Taco Tuesdays with the chicken tacos. They were delicious. The atmosphere is very cool blues and whites and it reminded me of Vineyard Vines and Southern Tide! I can’t wait to visit again this summer.

Had a great time at The Patio! Martin was an amazing server; kind and attentive! And the food was delicious! Oysters, tuna tartare, and burrata all fresh. Will certainly return.

Christopher, our waiter, was amazing! The food was fresh and delicious! The drinks, oysters, lobster grilled cheese and salmon were all spot on. Would highly recommend!! We also went back for a second time and had a great dinner with Andrew as our waiter. He was so polite and made our dinner special!

After our third time here, I have to say that Patio has some of the best service and ceviche in Ptown. Alejandro was so incredibly inviting and friendly. Despite that we had no allergies at our table, I really appreciated that he asked at the beginning, such a thoughtful touch. And while the food is PHENOMENAL, it’s the service that really makes the experience. We so enjoyed chatting with Alejandro and getting some great recommendations from him. The ceviche is to die for, the lobster deviled eggs are some of the best I’ve ever had (even if they didn’t have the lobster), and the house meatballs got the approval from both my husband’s and my Italian hearts. Not picture are the two Pistachio Martinis that went down so easy 🍸 If you’re looking for a great spot to get lunch, definitely check out Patio and be sure to make a reservation. They fill up quick!

We were just two 20-something-ish guys traveling on a shoestring, and here we only ordered the clam chowder, which was excellent! The side of fries was excellent too. They treated us courteously and we really valued that. No trouble getting a table inside and found everything in good order.

Absolutely the best meal I’ve had on the Cape in 10 years. Amazing service. I highly recommend.

We went here for our second time during our vacation on our last day in town. Ricardo was a delight to have serve us. He was attentive, warm, friendly, and charmed us with his knowledge of the menu and humor. We brought our dog too and she got a lovely bowl of ice water as she was parched from our adventures in the heat. A highlight was the haddock and ginger ceviche. Their frozen drinks are delicious as well. I’m glad we stopped in again. Ricardo, you’re a sweetheart and made our dining experience excellent.

Great experience! We made a reservation and are so happy we did, not knowing to expect. The food and service were so great! The menu choices were unique and amazing. Our server really did a super job. The setting was lovely. Our family had a wonderful night to remember. Thank you Patio American Grill Team, we will always think of you and smile. Patio American Grill is wonderful! Great food (the Lobster Grilled Cheese was divine & they have delicious cocktails), ambience and the most attentive staff make this restaurant one to remember! It was so charming and delicious, my friends and I had to make a reservation to visit the next day!

The best sidewalk dining in Ptown. Great cocktail selection with perfect execution. Food was enjoyable all around. Luved our server, Joseph. Always a great choice for drinks and a meal here.

We have wandered by Patio American Grill over & over each time we have visited Provincetown for the last 25 years. Somehow this was our very first visit, but it most certainly will not be our last. Everything from service, to atmosphere to food & drink was wonderful. I'll be dreaming of martinis & ceviche until we can return for another visit next year.

10/10 lunch experience. Get the oysters, arugula beet salad, deviled eggs, and a dirty martini. You won’t be sorry. Martini was our server and a complete DELIGHT.

We had Svetlin as a waiter and really enjoyed our lunch!! The froze was incredible! Highly recommend the po boy sandwich and Caesar salad as well.

Shasha has been my server a few times and she's always amazing. The food and drinks are delicious.

Food was excellent and service impeccable. Shasha really made our dining experience fun, unique, and delicious. We were celebrating a birthday and had a great time. We will definitely be returning for Shasha!!

The food and the atmosphere was so wonderful! We also had a really great server Ricardo that was funny and great at serving.

Must stop. Ask for Tara as your professional and friendly wait staff. Excellent. Gender neutral bathrooms Second floor. Bar in back. Try and eat outside. Superior for people chilling. The fish tacos excellent and at $23+ worth it. Drinks $14 maybe a bit more alcohol in some. But the dry martini with blue cheese olives dry and easy to drink. Total for two $100.

Sit outdoors on Commercial Street and watch the people go by while you drink your favorite adult beverage and eat local oysters. Dinner menu is great but recommend you stick to seafood because it is so fresh. I had the gluten free fish tacos with a salad and wine. Get reservations or go early.

Alex our waiter/bartender was amazing, friendly fast & efficient. Ivan was a fill in & Chris was great also The 3 of them were a great team!!!

The Patio has always been a favorite spot in town, but what really makes it shine is the people—and no one embodies that more than Martini. Such a cute spot! Visited from Chicago and had an amazing lobster roll!! Alejandro took such great care of us. He was such a little ray of sunshine! He was very accommodating to my sister’s nut allergy. We had great conversation and a great time. Thanks Alejandro!

Definitely one of the spots to get lunch at in town! Try and get a seat with a view of the street if you enjoy some people watching! If you like mojitos you’re going to enjoy this spot with the various mojito flavors/options! I like the lobster Mac and Cheese which although a little pricey is yummy and it’s a great sandwich to split with the someone and get a side of French fries!

Great customer service, great location, love the atmosphere-food and drinks were awesome. Gin, Piña colata, White peach mojito, gazpacho, clam chowder, chicken picatta, and the lobster linguine. The Chicken Picatta has capers and a cream sauce paired with yummy potatoes and green beans. The lobster linguine was extremely spicy but yummy.

Great atmosphere and perfect vibes for a vacation. The food was great too! Super dog friendly. Our waiter Martin D even brought over a dog bowl for her. Excellent service all around.

Good location, atmosphere and service. For the starters, we ordered a ceviche. We didn’t like it. It needed salt and flavor. The calamari was fresh and the batter was light; not too greasy. The sword fish was good, but a little bit over-cooked. However, the bouile-seafood was delicious! I recommend it. I will come back to have the soup!

I have frequently visit this restaurant as I really enjoy the location and "Patio" theme. A large open deck is divided into welcoming separate areas which are the perfect size for your party. I definitely recommend a reservation, but at times you can get fortunate tables if you walk right up. I absolutely love their gaspacho! And the entrees change, keeping fresh and delicious choices to experience.

The best thing here hands down is the lobster roll. Don’t miss out on it, because it’s that good! Big chunks of lobster meat well worth it. The martini‘s and cocktails are also done very well. The fish tacos were a meh 🤷🏻‍♂️ A great spot to people watch, or to be seen. It’s a vibe!

Seemed to be highly rated... Maybe just me...fish and chips was just okay..salad was mostly lettuce. Six dollar mistake in the bill... Would I go again?? Nope Cheers

Fantastic location, fantastic spot. Food is very good. Just a piece of advice to the waitress who served us - when deciding what to order, I asked if the lobster roll was warm or cold. She said, "We serve our lobster rolls 'New England style' which means cold mayo." She should know that "Connecticut style" is warm with butter and last I checked, I think Connecticut is part of New England isn't it?

Had a reservation - was sat quickly. Tl;Dr: drinks great, food not great- ok, service hectic. The cucumber martini was my favorite by far but all three drinks were good. ceviche was tasteless. Deviled eggs were the best by far. The chicken milenase was under salted and under flavored and dry - at least there was salad- but dressing was not great. Clam chowder was ok- we didn't even finish it. There were so many staff with ear pieces moving around all the time - it was disruptive. Staff should be seen only when needed- and they were there all the time, all around and very noisy. Will not come back.

I am soooo frustrated. Why? Because my wife and I Enjoyed a couple of delicious Mojito’s and some of the best fried calamari at this restaurant. We had settled in. Encouraged by our wonderful server to relax and assured that we were not being hurried. After the calamari we took a moment to fight drinks, we were ready to order more. So here's the thing, between orders we each had a laptop out. Just doing a quick bit of online stuff. Out of the blue, one of the hosts approaches us and declares he is moving us to the bar because laptops are not allowed. Which, fine... If that's a rule I can live with it, but it is definitely not posted anywhere. The issue I have? It's one of tact, manners, and proper customer service. Why not offer us the choice of putting the laptops away and keeping the table? We did not need reservations to get in, it was clear there are other tables available, and the waitress had said there was not hurry. Why come at us with presumption and a hostile attitude? Anyway, once the spell is broken, it’s broken. We declined to order more food, left a generous tip for our nice server, and took off. ----- Update... Read the 1-star reviews, it seems what happened is not an isolated incident, and it seems that the restaurant might even be deliberately curating its "crowd" for image purposes, and that whoever oversees the dining area (referred to as "the male host" in other one-star reviews) that gave us trouble has done the same to others. I'd have to guess he does it with the approval of the owners, and if not, then the owners need to know what's happening and apply corrective action. Given that what happened is not an isolated incident, I felt compelled to drop my review to 1 stars. The calamari really was very good, so it's a true shame this restaurant had to ruin it. But frankly, the way we were treated is totally unacceptable.
